On 01.09.2017 i have submitted payment of rs.16879/- online against my punjab national bank debit card for renewal of mediclaim against policy insurance no.[protected]. Unfortunately, after completion of payment procedure a status report shown as 'the requested resource is not available'. On verification of my bank account balance i subsequently found that the abovesaid amount of rs.16879/- has been debited from my account. I also received mobile message from my bank showing debit of the above amount.
Since i have not received any receipt of the above payment and also not received the renewed policy, i would request for immediate issuance of receipt of rs.16879/- against renewal of policy and arrange to issue the renewed policy showing the details in my mail id abhijit. [protected]@hotmail.com and mobile no [protected].
I made payment before the schedule date of the policy upto 08.09.17.
An immediate confirmation is solicited.

      My claim was approved by good health, tpa on 2-jul-2017, and sent for payment on 5-jul-2017, for rs.20000/-. But till date i have not received the payment. The claim no.112514, but while contacting national insurance, coonoor division, they say they have not received my claim. I had requested the good health, hyderabad to re-send the claim details. But, still they have not cleared my payment.

      My claim was approved by Good Health, TPA on 2-Jul-2017, and sent for payment on 5-Jul-2017, for Rs.20000/-. But till date I have not received the payment. The claim no.112514, but while contacting National Insurance, Coonoor Division, they say they have not received my claim. I had requested the Good Health, Hyderabad to re-send the claim details. But, still they have not cleared my payment. Policy No.650600/48/16/[protected].

        Website: The Insurance Company Grievance redressal is not working

        My wife has been suffering from lungs cancer and she has admitted to hospital on 23rd mar 2017 due severe pain in lungs, chest and breathing problem. The fact has been brought to the notice of the tpa immediately but they have not verified and they have not raised any objections and they simply inform me that submit the discharge summary along with invoice after discharge. She has been treated in the hospital till 04/05/2017 continuously. The doctor has discharged on 04/05/2017 hoping that we can manage her suffering from in the residence but she cannot tolerate the pain and breathlessness and again she admitted to hospital on the next day on 05/05//2017 and finally she left her breath on 05/06/2017 in the hospital itself.
        I have submitted all the necessary documents on 17th may, 2017. The insurance company has received the documents on 19th may, 2017 even i have submitted death certificate of the patient
        The insurance company without understanding the facts and severity of disease they have ruthlessly inhumanly rejected the claim with lot of delays
        I have sent second request letter on 9th aug, 2017 and sent a mail, i have not received any reply so far.
        I request you to consider the said facts and instruct the insurance company to settle the claim without further delay.

                1) addition of hypothecated to hdfc bank
                2) correction in registration number

                Its been almost a month since i am following for these two simple corrections but it has not been done till now

                I have provided them the invoice in which its clearly mentioned that car is hypothecated, i even provided them the last two years policies in which it is mentioned that the car was hypothecated

                        The insurance policy was taken from national insurance company calicut, kerala office and i changed the rc ownership of the motorcycle and i went to national insurance company kannur, kerala office because i stay in kannur then they are saying that i can't change from this office again i have to go to calicut for changing the name of the isurance policy. What is this then why they are keeping branches everywhere whats need of it. If they can't even change this small issue

                          Policy no. 153602/48/16/[protected]. Tarakeswar branch, 10yrs old policy holder. I have submitted my medical check up bills on 20/4/17 for rs. 2250/- only. It has been neither reimbursed nor refused. Do mr gautam chakraborty has been informing me that the tpa has shortage of stuff that is why it has not coming.
                          How long i should wait, could u please inform me. Or
                          Shall i assume the whole episode is furse. Insurance ombudsman consist of jokers. I suggest to pm to privatize all such worthless govt units immediately. This is not good governance!

                            TPA Deducted 25% of my claim amount and since than despite of my justification with the help of treating hospital no comunication from National Insurance and Vipul since two months of correspondence.

                            I have atleast written five emails to the concern authorities, but not received any single reply.

                            I am looking for faster resolution, if my premium is delayed for a single day they wont consider it for claim, but now not releasing my money since almost three months. I can share all my details to the concern person.

                              After i claimed about reimbursement, at 12 th june than it was take a time to process near by 40 days through mediassist third party agent. Mediassist have clear the full process n mailed me on 19 th july about my payment. But after all this process n mail, i still not getting my money in my account till the date i. E. 12 th august. The payment is about near by 1.5 lakhs.

                                  Sub : justification for the delay in reimbursement.

                                  Resp. Sir,

                                  With reference to above subject i the undersigned mr. Subhash chilakwad already applied for re imbursement vide all the above referred letters.

                                  For the ref no. 1 above case no.1 the reimbursement amount is credited in my account on 04.07.2017. After 75 days. Ref. No. 2 case no. 2 it is already ninety five days are over but i have not received any reply from your end and also not received any reimbursement.

                                  I have already expenses more than two lakhs from my end and that money also i have taken loan on my credit card and paying the interest at rate of 13.50% p. A.

                                  After all how much time you take to settle the reimbursement. I want to know what is the maximum time fixed to settle the reimbursement. I have seen in bajaj allianz insurance the time fixed is maximum 14 days.

                                  I am having three different mediclaim polices form national insurance co. Ltd. Kalyan since more than fifteen years i am punctually every year renew the same in time. Also i have forced my relatives as well as all my friends to go for mediclaim from national insurance co. Ltd. So all together we have taken more than 15 policies. The main intension is to go for national insurance co. Ltd. Mediclaim policy is to get government assured policy and our contribution and faith towards government.

                                  Now we are re - thinking about renewing all the polices.

                                  I am regularly in touch with your office at national insurance co. Ltd. Kalyan. Also park mediclaim tpa pvt. Ltd. Mulund. Mumbai. And fulfilling all the requirements than also you are not giving me any reply verbally as well as in writing as you have all my contact details like email address, mobile nos. Etc. The manager mr. Rajan bhatia at kalyan national insurance co. Ltd. Is so rude he treats customers like they are beggars and he is paying them from his own pocket as a charity.

                                  All the staff of national insurance co. Ltd. Kalyan. Also park mediclaim tpa pvt. Ltd. Mulund. Mumbai. Are totally non co operative and very rude towards customers.

                                  So i kindly request you to reimburse the expenses incurred by me along with the interest as i mentioned in my letter dated 18.05.2017.

                                  Also i want the total satisfactory justification for the time taken for reimbursement. At the earliest.

                                  and still they use the customer as football . they give only non responsible answers . where to go for justice . god only can save customers from national insurance co. ltd.

                                  Claim is submitted in Baroda Gujarat.
                                  Our claim is submitted in 2 June 2017 but till date your company is not pass to our case please so pass case as soon as possible .

                                  Every formalty completed by me and my car 10 days on workshops... but my claim not pass
                                  i am subhash chilakwad i have made complaint on 09.08.2017 . so many reminders till today i have not received my reimbursement amount. also what is the use of complaining on your sight, because you also not taking any action . government should punish the people not working in the interest of national insurance co.ltd.
                                  i am totally collapse. now i dont have any hopes from the government.

                                    After pass of 04 days there has no action has so far been initiated to get the parts changed or repaired.

                                    I have an insurance policy of said vehicle which is valid up to 11.5.2018.

                                    My complaint is that the work is unnecessary being delayed.

                                      Last year on 6 aug 2016, i purchased an insurance policy for my newly purchased bike (Pulsar 150cc) from national insurance karnal, i purchased it from bike showroom premises (Mohit autos gharunda karnal) itself, at the time of purchasing policy, the national insurance company personnel provided me a cover note instead of original policy and said that this is the actual policy which i believed because i didn't had any knowledge of insurances at that time.
                                      Now after one year when my policy is about to expire and i want to renew it online, it is then, when i came to know that the cover letter doesn't have any actual policy number associated with it, and i can't renew it online, then i made a phone call to the bike showroom owner from where i purchased the bike (Mohit autos gharunda, karnal haryana) and then he said that only they can renew the policy and refused to provide me my expiring policy number, i called the national insurance office karnal, but even they refused to provide me my policy number, i am feeling stuck and cheated now, because in lack of my expiring policy number i can not buy an insurance of my choice, i don't have any option but to buy it from the same fraud people.
                                      I don't even know if someone will ever read what i wrote here and take any action against them, even then i am posting here : (, because i don't even know what to do.

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that the claim for reimbursement of the expenses against my eye surgery held on 22.04.2017, was submitted on 08.06.2017, (Claim no. Hh[protected], under policy no. 100900/46/16/8500000, card no. Hhs1.[protected].)

                                        Thereafter, intimation through sms, was received on 30.06.2017, that "the claim has been settled, and payment will be made shortly".

                                        Unfortunately, the payment has not been received till date, almost after 36days from the date of settlement of the claim. Status as on date remains same as : "settled & under payments".

                                        Your attention is hereby drawn to the issue & request to look into it for earliest release of the payment, please.
