I have submitted mediclaim bill on dated 19.04.2019 with all related documents in national health local office kota rajasthan (India) but till date regret to say i have not received any response of my claim amount rs 195764.00/- from insurance company.
I am suffering from financial hardship due to this amount were borrowed from market..

I have lodged with Vipul Mediclaim which is a agent of National Insurance Company. My claim has been approved for payment since last one month but the payment is not yet received. Please look into the matter.
