In decemeber's 2nd week i got the bill of my shop and it was around 3k. Actually my shop remains close for last 2 years . So i called to NDPL to inform issue.
As it was provisional bill So NDPL asked that they will charge 30rs for reading and i agreed on that.After that they come for reading and ispite of taking reading they did not generate new bill after the reading as earlier bill was provisonal. In between these days they disconnected our connection without informing us rather the disconnected it from pole and took wire with them. Then we went to NDPL office at Shakti Nagar, we asked for the proper bill and we will make payment . So they told us first you need to reconnect ur electricity conection.Then i agree to reconnect our connection. After this they again took the meter reading . But no new bill is generated.
Today the new bill is generated which is around 4k. In this bill they have charged for wire and other stuff. I mean why are they charging this stuff from me when there is not my fault. All fault is there's. They accepted there fault as because of holidays they could not generate bill timely.We are not at all liable to pay other charges.
and i dont know how can they disconnect my connection without informing me about it.
Please take necessary action regarding this issue.
take necessary actions against all the staffs involved in it.

We the residence of Pratap nagar, Go for daily walk to Roshnara Bagh just want to complaint about the Street light issue in Roshanara Bagh Area (Police Station Pratap Nagar to NKS hospital plus Roshnara Club road Surrounding Roshnara park along with Roshnara Underpass).
we are facing this problem from past two year and had many incidents of robbery.
and many accidents occurred due to black out and hight barrier pillar in the entrance from pratap nagar.
We want all the eyes to look into this matter so that we can save ourself to more miss happing.
Street light is not that big issue for the government.
This complaint is copy to CM, MCD officer and Consumer Compliant forum.

Meter CA No. ([protected]). on pole attached to house Address Wz- 217 street no.4 sri nagar, shakur basti near rani bagh delhi -110034 pitampura district. This meter is temprary meter which was installed for supply of electricity during reconstruction of home. but the construction was completed 2 years ago. this meter was not removed from the street pole and meter is still working. wire on this meter is hanging. meter can gives fatal or dangerous shock to the children"s playing on the street. the owner of this meter did not take their responsibilty to take care or to remove the meter. this meter can be misused by anyone. now the raining season is on the possibility of shock coming from meter can be increased.this meter is not used by anyone. so i request you to remove this meter as soon as possible...

I want to inform you that my neighbour Mr. Deep Chand (Deepu) resident of 10219, Bhagat Singh Nagar, Manak Pura Near Filmistan stealing electricity direct from the street light daily at night. He is using the no. of item ( air condition, water cooler fridge water motor any many electric equipment) I request you to pls take an some hard action against him. I also request to keep my identity closed.

Sir i live in balbir vihar, near rohini sector 20.. The electricity is countinuesly connecting and disconnecting.. Whenever i called to costemer care, they said "there is some technical fault, this problem will be shortout soon" We are facing alot of problem without elecricity... Dear sir, I live in Sector-28 Rohini(Baghban Apartment). My flat Number is 741. For the last fortnight, the power of our phase (alongwith other connected to that phase) is being regularly cut off during 4 am (early morning) till 7 am. Whenever we call the customer care usually we receive response that due to technical snag this problem occured. I want to ask that in our society, only our phase goes down and other phase does not get any cut. If this problem regularly persist why not a permanent solution has been found yet by the Tata power company? We are facing the each and every night as a nighmare.

We always switch on but it is not a permanent solution . We also complaints to officer of ndpl but they not take a action and complaints always closed without attend. Plz look toward our problom .

The residence of D-16/89, Sector-III, Rohini, Delhi is misusing the precious electricity without any commercial meter or commercial connection at ground floor with the help of 4-5 computers. i have applied the new connection on the date of[protected]. but out person demand the NOC from landlord agency and i have gone the landlord agency and DDA but they denied to give me . I asked regarding the NOC and they said that we are not able to give you because you are not depositing the house tax they said for prow data. Kindly solve the issue Notification no : [protected]
