Hi,
After my move out inspection, in the Settlement report generated, I am charged 9k in the name of kitchen painting, Room painting etc which is impacting my security deposit amount. I am trying to contact service desk of nestaway Sr no. CC_08498941 but I am not getting any response and pathetic service. I also paid for Nest assure service. so ideally I should not be paying these charges and nestaway should pay. They are just fooling us at the name of maintenance charges and all. I need proper response from nestaway on this asap.
2. In my dashboard, Agreement Renewal charges are also added, but if I am leaving the house then why I need to pay these charges fir renewal?

In continuation with above complaint, till date I didn't get any response from nestaway. Could you plz tell me how much time it is going to take for resolving this problem. As it is impacting my security deposit.
