I lived in Nestaway for around 2+ years, and vacated by Oct 30th 2020. its been 3months, 23 days and refund is not settled yet. The house ID 8769 listed as 24hrs refund. I have made 100+ calls to Nestaway customer care[protected], sent emails ([protected]@nestaway.com) and raised Service Request (CC_[protected], but no response in any medium. I am Richa. I was staying in Nestaway property from Feb- 2020 to Jan-2021. The security deposit was Rs. 24000. I left the nestaway property on 15-Jan-2021. The security amount should be refunded with in 15 days but i didn't receive the refund till now. Customer care is also not responding. Please find the attached screenshot for the same.

Nest away charged me 4500 as move-out cleaning charges after six months of the move-out date. I have given the key to the security person, still, I charged for repairs & key charges.

I moved out from the house in August 2020 and have not received the security deposit even after months of raising tickets and trying to raise it with their support team.Please help to get the security deposit refunded....

Its been 2 months since we have moved out of the property listed on Nestaway on 22nd December. We had informed almost 2 months in advance. And since then we have been mailing and chasing almost every day to get the refund. Finally today on app I see the charges applied where in amount has been deducted as not informing about move-out in advance. And further painting charges have been applied even when the house given to us in 2017 september...

It been a three months since i vacate the house but still i didn't received refund off my deposit amount.

customer care is nor responding to call neither it nestaway is replying to ticket raised(CC_[protected] ....

It's been 2 months, they are kept on adding unnecessary charges to steal my deposit amount and telling me to raise a tickets.

Multiple tickets raised to prove they added unnecessary charges against to steal my deposit amount.

Till now no response to tickets and no customer support to check on my deposit amount. Please file a complaint on the and get this fixed and also make my deposit amount returned....

I moved out of the nestaway property on 28th Dec 2020, with proper notice period. It's been more than 50 days now, I have still not got my refund amount and no response from the nestaway customer care. I called them several time, no one is picking the call.

Can you kindly arrange to provide my Advance amount of ₹39000 from nestaway.

I had availed a home on rent from Nestaway in Bangalore from June 2019 to May 2020. I had deposited 44000 INR towards security deposit and the payment was made to Nestaway.

Upon vacating the property on 23rd May, 2020 Nestaway were supposed to return my security deposit within 7 working days. They had returned about 20000 in July 2020. I am yet to get a net amount of 24700 from Nestaway.

Our building has been having electricity issues, lack of maintenance and a faulty motor. For property related issues we have contacted the property manager 20 days back. We had left nestaway homes in jan 2020 but we have not yet received deposit amount which is almost 45000 rs. We have followed them up millions of times but they haven't done anything and it's been a year.
Same is the case with the new home they have swindled the money around 12000 just for house cleaning and minimum repair which was already present even before we moved in...

One room was taken on rent in a 2 bedroom flat at Hinjewadi pune through Nestaway in March 2020. Subsequently due to COVID 19 I left the room & doing working from home from May 2020 end, but monthly rent was paid to nestaway. Even they were charging extra maintenance charges.
