Hi,
I moved out of a nestaway flat on 21st January 2021 after successfully completing move-out formalities which includes handing over of the keys and house inspection. The flat was eligible for instant deposit refund. I have not yet received any refund, it has been more than a month.
I have raised a ticket to which no one responds.
I have called customer care, tweeted, written a playstore review but every time I get the standard response that they will look into it and that the refund is being processed at the owner level where as the owner has already processed it.
There is no way to follow up as my dashboard has also been cleared. I have not been communicated the final refund amount, there has been no form of communication from Nestaway's end on this delay except that I have gotten around 6-8 messages stating that the house inspection has been rescheduled.
Now a days I get a message from nestaway everyday that the house inspection has been rescheduled. Not only has my money not been returned, now I get these messages everyday unnecessarily even after having completed that stage so many days ago.
Please refund my money.
