I have moved to nestaway on Dec 20th and while moving they assured one more girl is gonna move in there along with me as there was nobody else staying at house. The house was whole dirty when i visited before my move in and they assured everything will be cleaned. But it was same when I moved and the other girl requested for deep cleaning and also for repairing her toilet flush but she didn't stay seeing home condition and moved out. I requested them to repair the fridge, unblock the sink and to repair toilet flush of mine which was non working. They came to repair the fridge exactly after a month and did some cleaning for name sake.
I continually requested them to unblock the sink as I was not able to use kitchen so was having food from outside. I tried to contact multiple times when foul smell started coming out of sink and it was whole covered with insects and worms. Finally I had to call a man from outside and they charged around 1000rs from me for that.
And now the nestaway people had added some bill to my account saying that it's for repairing the fridge, repairing toilets flush of a different room and deep cleaning and few more things which I even don't know when they repaired. My toilet flush is not working from the time I came here and they are not even ready to repair it. It's me alone living here and now all bills which IAM not responsible for has came on my shoulders.
Why should I pay for things which I am not responsible for and now they are telling me to pay the whole bill. Now it's like I came here to pay for repairing nestaway things. The amount they are asking me to pay is around Rs.2800 and also I paid 1000 to get that sink unblocked.
Now I have decided to move out of this house as I can't bear anything more like this kind of rubbish acts from them.
They are gonna get the whole amount from my security deposit.

    I have vacated the house on 14th February 2021 but still I have not received deposit amount. The house is IDR tagged and in that case I should get the refund amount within a week.

      Hi,

      I moved out of a nestaway flat on 21st January 2021 after successfully completing move-out formalities which includes handing over of the keys and house inspection. The flat was eligible for instant deposit refund. I have not yet received any refund, it has been more than a month.

      I have raised a ticket to which no one responds.

      I have called customer care, tweeted, written a playstore review but every time I get the standard response that they will look into it and that the refund is being processed at the owner level where as the owner has already processed it.

      There is no way to follow up as my dashboard has also been cleared. I have not been communicated the final refund amount, there has been no form of communication from Nestaway's end on this delay except that I have gotten around 6-8 messages stating that the house inspection has been rescheduled.

      Now a days I get a message from nestaway everyday that the house inspection has been rescheduled. Not only has my money not been returned, now I get these messages everyday unnecessarily even after having completed that stage so many days ago.

      Please refund my money.

        I have vacated my nestaway house (House id: 12462) in the month of January on 30th. I am able to see some unnecessary amount has been added in the settlement report generated and also in the dashboard I am able to see move out charges has been applied multiple number of times and showing that I need to pay them again of no reason. My security deposit amount which they were suppose to return is still not returned. I have tried calling their customer care service and also raised so many tickets but still I didn't get any resolution with respect to this. This company wants people to loose hope of getting there security deposit back.They just don't want to return. Please help here as it is very critical and provide me resolution from the concerned team.

          We moved out of the house on 29th Aug 2020. I visited their office physically in Dec as well and there has many times that they have opened a case and without any resolution closed. No mails or customer care calls work.
          I can attach and provide all the proofs. I want the rest of the money they are supposed to give me. This is so energy draining. This company should actually be banned to work without any code of conduct

            I have been staying in A 704 ambience diva apartment Sarjapur road Bangalore. I have moved out 2 months back and since then I am waiting for money to get refunded.

            This house is eligible for instant deposit refund though haven't got any response from the company on the refund money.

            Have been following up with them 2 months and now they are not responding

              I was living in the nestaway property. Left it in December..
              All inspection and key handover is done on December end.
              But I haven't got my deposit back also I am not able to check my dashboard for status of inspection and deposit I am getting back..
              We did pay extra money in whole 2020 year for services but we haven't got any service because nobody is living in the property. And nestaway promised to have us that money along with deposit. But now I am not getting even my deposit
              Also nestaway customer care is not receiving my call. I am not getting any reply over the mail also. It is like we don't have any evidence left that I have deposit pending with nestaway

                I had moved out of the Nestaway Property (House Id- N11946) 2 months back on 29 Dec, 2020 but I have not received my deposit amount back till now. I have raised many requests but there as been no response. I have also sent mail multiple times for follow up but still no action is taken.
                This is a mental harassment done as I have to follow multiple times and I have other tasks also to be done apart from this.
                My deposit amount is 14, 000. Please help me to refund my deposit amount back.

                          My name is priyanka Manna, i was living in pune nestaway house id 5440 ans i have moved out on 29th December 2020 last year . And the refund of my deposit and token amount is not recieved yet .
                          I have called the nestaway team multiple times also raised many tickets sr number cc_08495158 for an example. This people are not responding on emails also not responding on tickets raised on the application nestaway.com

                          This is manually harassment . My 13000 rupees is not refunded back. I want my money back. Also along with that i need compensation amount as they have wasted my time and this kind of mental harassment is unacceptable.

                              Its been 2 months since we have moved out of the property listed on Nestaway on 22nd December. We had informed almost 2 months in advance. And since then we have been mailing and chasing almost every day to get the refund. Finally today on app I see the charges applied where in amount has been deducted as not informing about move-out in advance. And further painting charges have been applied even when the house given to us in 2017 september was not painted and given. We need the refund of security deposit (it might include deduction for repair charges and maintenance move out charges; thats it; we had paid all other electricity and gas bills until the whole of december.)

                                    I moved out of the nestaway property on 28th Dec 2020, with proper notice period. It's been more than 50 days now, I have still not got my refund amount and no response from the nestaway customer care. I called them several time, no one is picking the call.

                                    Can you kindly arrange to provide my Advance amount of ₹39000 from nestaway.

                                      I had availed a home on rent from Nestaway in Bangalore from June 2019 to May 2020. I had deposited 44000 INR towards security deposit and the payment was made to Nestaway.

                                      Upon vacating the property on 23rd May, 2020 Nestaway were supposed to return my security deposit within 7 working days. They had returned about 20000 in July 2020. I am yet to get a net amount of 24700 from Nestaway.

                                      It has been more than 9 months since I moved out and Nestaway is not returning rest of my money. They are not responding to my emails. One employee, who seems to have quit Nestaway now, informed me in October'2020 that the landlord is not returning the money and the Nestaway team will make sure they would talk to the landlord for recovery. However there has been no sign of my money.

                                      I have an active ticket "CC_08417431" on nestaway support site, but nobody is responding to it since[protected]:38 PM.

                                        this is regarding Nestaway Technologies, I have vacated flat on 13 th Feb, 2021 and move out raised for 14 th, 2021

                                        they have not given my security deposit and increasing my move out day

                                        this is putting charges

                                        also they have put fake charges in dashboard and also house owner is removing PG in month end but still charging notice period amount
