We had left nestaway homes in jan 2020 but we have not yet received deposit amount which is almost 45000 rs. We have followed them up millions of times but they haven't done anything and it's been a year.
Same is the case with the new home they have swindled the money around 12000 just for house cleaning and minimum repair which was already present even before we moved in

      One room was taken on rent in a 2 bedroom flat at Hinjewadi pune through Nestaway in March 2020. Subsequently due to COVID 19 I left the room & doing working from home from May 2020 end, but monthly rent was paid to nestaway. Even they were charging extra maintenance charges.
      I informed for vacating the flat in Nov 2020 end to vacate the flat on 10th January 2021 and cleared all rent as per their demand raised till 10th January 2021.
      After vacating the flat on 10th January 2021, Inspection of the flat carried out by them & flat key was handed over to them with very neat & clean conditions.
      It is one month over, till now Security deposit of Rs.22000/- not refunded by Nestaway. While contacting to the flat owner, he informed Nestaway service is very poor, even they are also fed up and Security deposit amount is with Nestaway, not to owner.
      Please help to get my refund of Rs.22000/-.

        I had rented a house in Bangalore, whitefield . House ID 103768. I gave them due notice of 2 months to vacate and left the house on 15th Oct, 20. They neither refunded my security deposit of Rupees 1.5 Lakh nor they are responding to my multiple mails. I tweeted to the founder Amarendra Sahu but he also didn't come back.

          Refund: Rs. 26, 000.
          I left house on 30 December 2020.

          I gave key as subjected to person assigned for inspection on very same day
          I called area manager of Nestaway company Clinton [protected] and another person Ramesh [protected] from Nestaway.

          They said okay they will close inspection report and refund process will be raised and in 7 days will be credited to my account. I called customer care number each time ever since these persons Clinton and Ramesh stopped responding to my calls.

          I have given enough time now customer care number [protected] they say they have emailed to team to correct my dashboard and will proceed after they update my dashboard to check out completed for refund process. I asked when they say u will have to wait and will complete as soon possible. Still waiting details of my status on today.

            I had scheduled and moved out on december 5th 2020 as my house was getting offboarded so I moved out and they cancelled my move out and rescheduled it to 26 suddenly where as I moved out on 5th i was to get my deposit by they never gave it also my rent for december was charged falsely by rescheduling my move out and when I went to take my belongings there was someone staying illegally in the property I complained about this too but nestaway hasn't taken any action and my rent and deposit is also not getting given. I need my deposit and rent of december month please help. Also my ticket was raised to all levels in nestaway yet they frauded me and took away my money

                Kindly note, I was a resident of House Code: N19521.

                I moved out of the house on 31st December 2020. The inspection was to be conducted on the same day by your personnel.
                The house is under "Instant Refund Policy", and it's been 1 month, and no news about the said refund.

                I've already put up a Service Request (CC_[protected], which is being displayed as "Non-IDR Case".
                Kindly note, there has been no reply to the Service Request.
                When putting forward the same issue in Google Play reviews, I got the same reply every time " Hi Abhinav! we are truly sorry about this experience.
                Thank you for sharing the service ticket details with us, our team will connect with you ASAP." (This was last on 10th December).

                Today I had a word with Customer Care twice (Mr. Suresh Kumar and Mr. Vinod) and they tell me that the money is to be given by the Owner to Nestaway and then to me.
                So that means I'm stuck with around 20k with Nestaway, bcoz I only deal with Nestaway.

                The area manager is Mr. Yasin Sayed, and he is too busy handling his Instagram than his job.
                I suggest you look into the matter.

                Kindly reply to this email/service request or call me, but please fix a date as to when I'm to get my refund.
                Please note that the money is to be used for some big payments that are due.

                The amount is 20, 498 /-

                    I shifted to a bunglow on Feb 2020, it was not cleaned and nor the so called area manager took any responsibility. We stayed there bcz we didn't had any other option and I was stuck for a year with my parents with no check from Nestaway the whole year. Now I thought after a year they would contact me for rent agreement renewal, but they have no interest in doing so. I have been trying to contact them since a month now. There customer service is not reachable, nor they have any registered office it seems in Pune. The guy who gave me the keys, Nil kamble is not responding to my calls.

                      Hi My house id is - 13691, On boarding charges has been taken, but there are so many issues with the house, I have raised the service ticket as well but till now there is no update from nestaway. only automatic reply I am getting, if we reach out to their customer support as well they will not pick the call.
                      They only call when they want to take rent and deposit from you.

                        We 3 students have taken a flat on Rent from Nestaway in October 2020, in Sai Ram palace Electronic CIty, Bangalore. It is on a monthly rent of rs 18000/- including maintenance and a security deposit(equivalent to two months rent) rs 36000/- were paid in october, 2020. Since day one we have facing an issue with this property. Now in December 2020 the owner has Off-Boarded the flat from Nestaway and nestaway has mailed us to either do internal transfer or empty the Flat. It has been two months Nestaway has not refunded us the security amount of rs 36000/- and the owner is continuously threatening us and asking us to pay January and Februaury, 2020 rent. We are not supposed to pay the rent as we have already paid the two months rent amount initially as security deposit, that needs to be adjusted first. The asking is also telling us to that he will take action against us if we'll not pay the rent for January and february. We are not at fault at all. In January Nestaway has also removed the the application from the door and still our account is shown in Nestaway dashboard, it has not been removed or cleared from there.The Broker(Ayush) whom took this from is also a Nestaway Person. He is also not picking up our call or not responsing. Instead he is telling the owner to take rent amount from us. Its been a Harassment for us as are facing problem from day 1. Please Refund the Security amount on an urgent basis so that we can sort out this issue with the owner. Screenshots of the security amount and token amount are attached.

                          There have been visits to our flat by the area manager Murali Krishna, without informing us. As per property lease policy, the lessor is supposed to give prior information to the tenant before visiting the property. When we return from work, we've seen our flat's lights to be on. Sometimes even the AC is on. Few of our things as well have gone missing. It is not fair that nestaway harasses us in such manner by coming into our rented flats as and when they wish. Especially if the tenants are women. There has to be some level of common sense and etiquette that should be followed. Just because the property manager has the keys, it doesn't mean he can barge in when he likes. We have lost precious items like gold bangles which are stolen from the cupboard, and cupboard keys are only with nestaway.
                          This is not accepted.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have vacated the house on 31 dec 2020 but I have not received a refund amount. Initially, Nesaway has charged more painting charges, unnecessary utilities bills and later settled that off with my security deposit.

                            I've been following this up with the area manager, but nothing has said that it has been waived off but nothing has been updated yet nor the deposit has been refunded.

                                      I have taken internal transfer on[protected] within nestaway apartment. Till now, I have not received the house agreement, the dashboard is not updated with correct details, the house no. Is 201, but it shows 301 in the dashboard, the geysar is not fitted. I have raised several complaints through nestaway application, sent an email to the legal team and a person named "faraz" who seemed to be the manager but there was no response for anything. Now its one month the issue is not resolved. So, i called the customer care and the representative promised for a callback for the resolution. Even the callback never happened. Though I am paying my rent on time.. This issue should be taken in priority
