I am the owner of the house of address below. It was vacated by Nestaway in June. Nestaway has to refund 56000/- INR and repair the house house. Inspite of so many emails and talks with customer care, it is not solved yet. The last email I got regarding F&F settlement was from "[protected]@nestaway.com" on Nov 5th. Below is the email content. In the email below, Nestaway is talking about recovering 50, 457.79 INR from owner. I replied on Kuldeep's email on Dec 28th, it bounced. I also tried connecting Kuldeep from Nestaway on the given mobile number at the bottom of the email, it never rings. I then copied all the folks from Nestaway whom I know based on the past communication. Surprisingly all email bounced from Nestaway. I also see there are multiple fake invoices generated by Nestaway that has invoice amount mentioned, but when you look for details, there is no details and amount mentioned is zero. For example: Advance Rent paid Apr'20 is 25000/- however, there is no such transaction in Apr due to COVID situation.
I have no option now other than doing a FIR. I would be happy if gets resolved asap. I am contactable on [protected]

Updated by Mithilesh Abhishek I was not able to upload the video that I took at the time of handover of the house by Nestaway, but can definitely provide it if asked/needed.
