I have vaceted the house on 24 dec but i have not got refund amount. Nesaway has charged more paiting charges, unnecessary utilities bills as this is between me and owner and already paid, extra rent amount for 2 days even though vaceted on 24 and no one came for inspection.       I have moved out of the flat with house id#931 on 9th December 2020 and have my 17000 as deposit with nestaway which have not been refunded yet. Kindly find the SR# CC_08490231 raised for the same which has not been responded on for 10days.
      Multiple followups have been done for the same but no luck. Kindly provide a clarity on the same.

        I've vacated my property on 01/01/2021 and in that same date insoection also happened but till now the security amount has not been processed in mh account. On contacting the Nestaway people they said within 15days the amount will be transferred but it's now 25th day and nothing seems going to positive direction.

        My security amount was 34000/- and in the app it was showing that I'll be refunded 33350/- but now its showing I'll be refunded 17802.01/-...No one informed me about the deduction...

        Horrible situation ig is with this company..If the company has any issues with returning money or communicating with their CUSTOMERs they should atleast say something or You people can directly say to us that "We don't care, do whatever You can di or wang to do. We dont give a ### about our CUSTOMERs"

        Let me know about my Security deposit stuffs otherwise I'll drag this whole company to Court for misleading the CUSTOMERs.

            I vacated the house on December 27th 2020. I still haven’t received the security deposit and they promise to refund you the security within a week. I have escalated the issue to level 4 and still haven’t received any response from them. When it comes to taking rent they don’t consider any excuse, but on making the refund they just go blind no matter how many times you call or reach them via service requests.

              I was living in house id 19349 from Jan 2020. I left to hometown on mid March 2020. I paid full rent and electricity bill till Nov 2020. I vacated on Dec 23rd 2020. And I'm yet to receive my refund of security deposit. Raised service request in app, which has been escalated to level 4, which I have been getting no response. The area managers are telling lies as they have resigned. It's tough times I understand. And also it's tough time for me, Kindly help me get my refund back.

                Yesterday (20/01/2021), I moved to nest away property. And the property manager not provided the front door key. They kept a digital lock for the front door so I can able to open it through the mobile app.

                But,

                1) I can't able to open the door if my mobile got switched off or crashed.
                2) With me my father also staying, he is not educated to use his phone, how he can open the door if I am not available.

                  I vacated the flat on 04-Dec-2020, for the same day I even scheduled inspection of the flat, nobody turned up to collect the keys or to do the inspection. I handed over the keys to security guard as told me by the customer care executive because I had to take a flight back home.

                  Since then I am following up with these people, they have stopped picking calls, out of 100 calls they have hardly picked 6-7 calls.

                  I even raised ticket for the same but there is no reply on the same. They asked me to wait several times.

                  I am seriously tired of following up with them. Instead of returning my money they are adding utility bills every month which I am not able to understand that for what are they charging me when I am no longer their tenant.

                    I moved in this flat on 2nd Jan and I have not received flat keys till now. The fan and light in the room is also not working, which was told to me will get repaired in 2 days, it has been 3 weeks since I moved in, and no keys, fan, light has been resolved. Pls get this resolved asap

                      I am the owner of the house of address below. It was vacated by Nestaway in June. Nestaway has to refund 56000/- INR and repair the house house. Inspite of so many emails and talks with customer care, it is not solved yet. The last email I got regarding F&F settlement was from "[protected]@nestaway.com" on Nov 5th. Below is the email content. In the email below, Nestaway is talking about recovering 50, 457.79 INR from owner. I replied on Kuldeep's email on Dec 28th, it bounced. I also tried connecting Kuldeep from Nestaway on the given mobile number at the bottom of the email, it never rings. I then copied all the folks from Nestaway whom I know based on the past communication. Surprisingly all email bounced from Nestaway. I also see there are multiple fake invoices generated by Nestaway that has invoice amount mentioned, but when you look for details, there is no details and amount mentioned is zero. For example: Advance Rent paid Apr'20 is 25000/- however, there is no such transaction in Apr due to COVID situation.

                      I have no option now other than doing a FIR. I would be happy if gets resolved asap. I am contactable on [protected]

                        I have been living with nestaway for two years and I have rented a property in Rustomjee 2505 J wing AZZIANO Thane.
                        It's an instant same day refund for moving out.
                        I moved out on november 21 2020. Till today 17 Jan 2021 no refund is processed to my bank account .

                        Whenever I call your call centre the operator says we can't do anything after discussing for 10-15 mins they say okay we will process refund you put your bank details on ticket but they close it without a refund stating we have shared your request with the responsible team.
                        Pathetic service and lot of follow up to get my own money.

                            Hi,

                            This is corresponding to a complaint filed with Nestaway against the case# CC_08485963. I am having an issue with the security amount deducted against a flat where i was residing from past 3 years. At the time of vacating the house, i have paid entire outstanding amount be it electricity bill, maid etc and conveyed the same to nestaway. However Nestaway has deducted unethical amount from my security deposit and when escalated the issue through service request, they are not responding at all. Tried to give a call as well n number of times, still no response. They are not at all justifying against the amount deducted and have levied false reasons.
                            I am raising this as a grievance, awaiting a case to be filed against them for cheating to their customers.

                              We are renting our house through NestAway and we have not received rent for the last 3 months (Oct - Dec 2020). We have tried contacting the NestAway agent several times, and he promises to get back later and never returns our calls.

                              There has been no communication or response from NestAway regarding the status of our rental. We also tried calling customer support several times and the call drops after we wait for 15+ mins.

                              The support from NestAway has been extremely unprofessional and does not match the "ontime rent payments" claimed by NestAway on their website.

                                It has been nearly 5 months since my moveout from nestaway property still they haven't provided the security refund which was promised within 7-14 days.
                                Tried every possible way to contact them - calling customer care, over emails and even raising tickets but there is no response.
                                Kindly help me get my refund back.

                                  I have moved out of the Nestaway property more than a month ago, even then I was only there to collect my belongings. Move out date was December 18th. According to company policies, my security deposit money of 17, 000/- was supposed to be refunded within 10 days after moveout. It has been almost a month now and my monety is not refunded. There is a false Service request created by Nestaway under my name, and it is told that deposit is being held because of that request. I demand a full refund of my security deposit money.

                                  This complaint was resolved in the month of February 2021. My deposit money was refunded to me with a deduction of INR 900/- as "service charge" despite a monthly service fee of 300 that I used to pay for a whole year. But I am satisfied that I got my money back at least.

                                    I vacated NestAway on 5th of Novemeber, 2020. And as of today, I still haven't received my refund amount of approximately 19000.

                                    Also, they deducted electricity charges of approximately 2100 for the last month of November from the security deposit, even though I was staying at my home town for the entire period from March to November.
                                    Usually the electricity bills comes around 800 rupees since I was not living in the Nestaway Flat from March to November. I just came for 1 day on November to vacate the flat, so not sure how electricity use for a day amounts to 2100 which is very high. Apart from high renovating charges have been deducted such as painting charges of 4000 from the security deposits which is also very high.

                                    Even after deducting all those amounts, they haven't refunded the Rs. 19000 after approximately 2.5 months from the day I moved-out.

                                        I vacated my pune nestaway house 28 th of November 2020 and cleared all my dues and formalities from my end
                                        It has been more than a month now and I haven't received my security deposit back. The don't respond to emails or calls or complaints on the dashboard. I even got in contact with the owner. He said that nestaway had taken the security deposit from him long time ago.
                                        so I believe Nestaway is cheating both tennats & owners.
                                        I would like them to refund my security deposit back at the earliest.
