I am living in vmr geminis signature apartment operated by nestaway in hennur, bengaluru. Nestaway from past one year has been adding random charges and fines without explanation and expects us to pay. The customer relations in their company don't happen to solve the problem. The worst was faced during the lockdown where they charged so many fines on my dashboard and after complaining on their service dashboard, twitter no proper solution, their customer service number doesn't work due to lockdown no alternative number. Mailed them twice on [protected]@nestaway.com no response, no calls. They close complaints on dashboard stating that i have not picked up their call which is not true, they send messages through sms that we have to leave the house if we don't clear the dashboard. I have raised tickets so many times which has lead to level 4 and they closed the ticket without any solution the fines and charges were still there.
I decided to move out last month, i raised a final complaint to remove the charges so that they don't cut from my security deposit. No calls regarding no mails, they have added more amount on my dashboard and at the end they show that i will be getting only two thousand from my security deposit of 14k?
They don't have a proper area manger none of them picks up the call. The management of the society also doesn't know who the area manager is. Please i really insist to help me out with this problem, many tenants staying the apartment through nestaway is facing the same problem. We have tried all the platforms social media but nothing has worked out. They have taken our money.
