I have moved out of their property on 31st July. Security deposit not refunded yet and it’s been over 15 days already. Under IDR POLICY they should have refunded the amount within 7 days which they haven’t. On top of that they don’t respond to service requests as well. Security deposit refund required as early as possible.

    I have raised the Ticket to requesting a wave off the rent for couple of months as I am paying the rent from march -2020 without using the accommodation due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation but there is no response on the status of my ticket . Please call me @[protected]

    I am paying rent from March 2020 to till date. I already have paid almost 7 months and also utility and water bill without using accommodation and utility. I moved to move native and working from home during this corona pandemic situation. So I won’t be able to pay any rent and utility bill for next 6 months as my salary has been cut off starting from this quarter. So please wave off the rent for next 6 months and let me know your plan. Else I will go for legal advice to consumers court to pay the money back.
    Do we have any update on this please?

      I had rented my flat to nestaway 2 yrs back. On 10 th june nestawsy decided to off board the flat to which i agreed. They have stopped playing rent since june. But till date they have not handed over the flat. They have still kept thier furniture in the flat.in spite of repeated complaints and reminders there is no protocol whom to approach. Kindly hand over the flat immediately with electicity and due rent aid at the earliest. E

        Hi i have been taken the home from nestaway on 1st july and there were some electrical probelm and lift probelm in the building.
        When i came to see the house they told me lie that lift is not working from 2 days it will be repaired but when i moved in and talked to the neighours and care taker they told me that lift is not working from march.
        Infromed nestaway but they didnt slove the issue they just closed the ticket.
        Then in the house short cruit happened no one came to fix it and then from then from kitech all water comes inside the house when rain comes and the full house floor will be off water the wall is damaged i didnt know when i came to see the house.
        And before also was in nestawys home only i took internal transfer to new home and a bill of 9000 was gven to me for painting i rasied a ticket they call me and reslved the issue in weeks in july and then they make the bill from 9000 to 4000/-.
        And for the short curcuit and water leak problem i rasied ticket and after 1 week all the tickets were closed by the company so i wrote email to the ceo and complainted in the social media after that within 30 min i was blocked from the social media and still there is no reply for the ceo or the team.
        Now if i call any customer care or the area mangarer they wont pick my call.
        And my call or email or ticket from dashbaord i am not able to raise because i am blocked.
        Still there is on one helping me.

        When they needed money from customer they called me and resolved the issue win a week.

        Now they are not even repliying in the ticket by the way now all the tickets are closed by fraud nestaway

        And i heared from so many that they wont even provide back the security deposit.
        You should take a serious action on this company and CEO and shut this company and put the CEO behind the bars for cheating and fraud from customers.

          Hi, i have vacated the property on 9th august 2020 with a proper 30 days advance notice. I have raised the move-out request on 10th july 2020 with the move-out date as 9th august 2020. I have then raised another service request cc_08429996 and since then i am trying to followup with the property manager mr sandeep, property inspector mr tanaji and the main property manager mr rohit but not getting any updates from any of them. After multiple calls, reminders and escalations i am raising this complaint against nestaway technologies pvt ltd for the fraud they are doing with the tenant and owner for security deposit money. They owe me ₹36, 000.

            I am living in vmr geminis signature apartment operated by nestaway in hennur, bengaluru. Nestaway from past one year has been adding random charges and fines without explanation and expects us to pay. The customer relations in their company don't happen to solve the problem. The worst was faced during the lockdown where they charged so many fines on my dashboard and after complaining on their service dashboard, twitter no proper solution, their customer service number doesn't work due to lockdown no alternative number. Mailed them twice on [protected]@nestaway.com no response, no calls. They close complaints on dashboard stating that i have not picked up their call which is not true, they send messages through sms that we have to leave the house if we don't clear the dashboard. I have raised tickets so many times which has lead to level 4 and they closed the ticket without any solution the fines and charges were still there.

            I decided to move out last month, i raised a final complaint to remove the charges so that they don't cut from my security deposit. No calls regarding no mails, they have added more amount on my dashboard and at the end they show that i will be getting only two thousand from my security deposit of 14k?

            They don't have a proper area manger none of them picks up the call. The management of the society also doesn't know who the area manager is. Please i really insist to help me out with this problem, many tenants staying the apartment through nestaway is facing the same problem. We have tried all the platforms social media but nothing has worked out. They have taken our money.

              I had move out a long back but still nobody came to inspect the room, did not clear the payments till now.
              I can understand the situation but atleast there should be some communication. I am trying to contact them from so many days but nobody replying on mails and not able to reach on customer care too.

                Hi, ibmoved out from vmr geminis signature 14th june 2020 i still didn't receive any deposit refund yet, i got the message saying refund but didn't recieve any money. Also note inspection is completed from area manager.

                  Hi,
                  I am living at gemini's signature apartment operated by nestaway in bangalore. When i started living here i opted for full room and paying rent for full. But due to this pandemic i am facing pay cuts in my company, as a result its difficult to pay the full rent.

                  I have written so many mails on degradation to single bed from one room to our area manager, but its been 2-3 months not getting a single reply from them.

                    I am living at gemini's signature apartment operated by nestaway in bangalore. Ever since i started staying here, nestway has been adding random charges which were never mentioned in the original agreement to our payment dashboard. Getting tired of this i called them multiple times and got all the wrong charges removed in february made sure that there are no dues in my account.

                    Since the last few months, they have started adding these old charges again and in addition to it they are charging 100rs fine per day for not paying it. Their customer service number is not operational, and i have raised a ticket which has been escalated to level 4 since a month but still no response. They just keep on adding wrong charges with daily fine and now sending mails threatening they will block my access to the house if i don't pay.

                    Finally i received a call from their customer care dept and they said they will remove the wrong charges and waive off fine. But It hasn’t been done yet, I don’t understand why they have marked this is as resolved.

                      Hi,

                      I am the resident of vinayaka layout, Whitefield door number 102. I have registered through the number [protected]. I have moved in on january and have vacated the property on july 30th. Thereby completing the 6 months of notice peroid. App says we have to pay 10k extra for the painting charges. To be honest here, i have stayed in the property for 2 months and i dont think this is a genuine cost for the paint. Its been 14 days since we moved out, we havent got back iur advance amount. So i request you to please deduct 1k as the painting charges and return our amount as soon as possible.

                        I moved into the house. Pre move in charges was not fixed and then you guys assigned a carpenter. He came and broke the cupboard even more. The cupboard broke and fell on my head. I was hospitalised for 3 days. Now i was not staying in the house but paying the bills. Again these nestaway people have wrongly charged me and it's available on the dash board. And they have not given me my deposit back even though i moved out from the house.

                            Hi,

                            This is Prakhar Gupta, I have been a tenant at Nestaway's property for last 1.5 year in Pune. I have recently moved out of the property[protected] with am advance notice period as per the policy. I was notified that security amount will be refunded back to me within 15 days of the moveout period but still no action has been taken.

                            I have tried to contact them via there contact number and Service ticket on their portal but haven't recieved any response yet from them, this kind of attitude makes me really worried about the situation and will need a proper response on the subjected matter.

                              This is regarding House Id- 15903 for which the address is flat no- E-202 Smondo 3.0 Neotown Electronic City 560100.
                              I was a tenant there from 1st Jan 2019 till 15th June 2020.
                              I have vacated the flat on 15th June 2020 and even after nearly 60 days my security deposit is not transferred to me.

                              I tried many ways to contact Nestaway.
                              1- Reached out to property Manager Ejaz but no response so far.
                              2- Tried reaching out to Nestaway office but no one is there except security.I have also entered my complaint in your complaint register but haven't received any call or clarification so far.
                              3- Tried escalating the customer service request but no response to that either.

                                  Deposit given - 16500
                                  Rent provided in advance - ~2500 (Rent was increased from july 25th and no information was provided by how much)

                                  Total - ~19000

                                  Refund received - 13360.29

                                  Deducted amount - ~ 5, 639 (1500 electricty bill)

                                  * there was electricity payment in my dashboard around 1500, by which the amount to be given back if no issues are found in inspection is approx rs 16500/-.
                                  * i have been following up with customer care, area manager and through twitter to get the details and no information was given from their side.

                                  Could ypu please explain what is this utility bill fine and maintance move out charges(which was charged way before inspection as inspection happened on 23rd of july and 1000 rs was added to my dashboard before 20th july.
                                  For what sake i am supposed to pay 2363rupees utility bill cost? Instead of looting with undefined fines please return back the money.

                                  Extra 3363 should be refunded as they are claiming it is electricity charges and cleaning charges. No where in the agreement it is mentioned to pay cleaning charges as i have already paid 4100 Rupees as on boarding charges.

                                  2. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security Deposit shall not carry any interest. Security Deposit will be
                                  refunded to the Tenant at the time of handover of Property from Tenant to Owner on expiry or termination of
                                  agreement after deducting unpaid charges/damages.

                                  As per this clause you cannot charge me for cleaning . Hope this is also clear?

                                  I have got call from one Mr. Adhman reg the issue and he has assured that the amount charged extra (utility bill fine and maintenance move out charge) will be refunded and will be credited in the account within 3-4 working days. Once it is credited i will be closing this case.
                                  I would request you to provide the remaining amount instead of looting without any reason and clarification.

                                    I had rented a 1bhk flat through nestaway on 1st january 2020, for the security deposit of rs 37, 000.
                                    Now the flat has been directly taken up by the owner, nestaway is supposed to return the entire security deposit to the tenants as the owner already sent the full amount to nestaway.
                                    Fresh rental agreements will be made with the security deposit with the owner and the tenant without the presence of the agent i. E nestaway.

                                    Nestaway has only returned rs 14, 000 and a remaining of rs 23, 000 has to be returned.
                                    Also they have not provided the breakup of why the money has been deducted.
                                    It has been an absolute unpleasant experience with nestaway
                                    Request to nestaway to return the remaining amount at the earliest.

                                      Hi i am viveak kumar, booked a house to rent in nestaway chennai. I have paid security deposit of 19000. I was about to move in to the property by 26th of march. Due to covid situation it was delayed till the lock down is released. I have moved out of the city then, i have requested them to cancel the booking. They did cancel but refund is not yet initiated. It has been 5 months now. Their customer care is not reachable since 5 months. I am attaching payment confirmation below. Please help me in getting my money back.

                                        I live in delhi as a tenant in nestaway property but in april property moved out from nestaway portal but till now i didn't receive my security deposit amount. According to their policy, they refund the security deposit between 7 to 14 days i understand during this covid-19 condition it will take a little longer than the usual time period but it's been 4 months they are neither replying nor informing anything regarding same.
