This is regarding my complaint number cc_08421531, i have raised the complaint yet it’s been 2 weeks almost with no answers to it, and on top, every day a fine of rs.100 is added. Attaching screenshot hopefully it will be resolved after this.

    I stayed in homigo marko flat no 205 house id :65520.
    I vacated the flat on 14th june due to the covid-19 pandemic. And as per policy was supposed to get the security deposit within 7 days of vacating.
    The house inspection was not completed on time. Despite having done many follow ups still have not received any intimation or the refund. Now no one picks up the call and no reply is given for any of the emails sent. They have resolved the service ticket without refunding the security deposit.

      I was staying in a room which is under nestaway from may 2019. I vacated the room on july 4th 2020, as per company's terms and condition advance amount should be returned within 7days. During move out there was no proper exit procedure from nest away, the property manager has not yet contacted me till date. Even after one month of vacating the room i have not yet received my advance amount back. I have raised incident ticket on nestway app but there is no proper response for that. Also they have increased the rent from april 2020 inspite of covid outbreak. Please take necessary action on this fraud company and make arrangement to blacklist the company. I have face financial problem to pay advance to my new room because of this.

        Hello,

        I had been waiting from several days to get connected with nestaway people who can help in this matter. I have not yet moved in nestaway property nonetheless i had been paying rent from month of mar, apr and may.

        I have asked shrey sharma to check on this but no quick response this is been pending from many months.
        I did not receive any proper help on refund inquiry. Also there was no any response from venkatesh naik i tried reaching him multiple times.

        Attaching snapshot for your reference, request to you kindly reach out to me at the earliest as i have recieved a very bad experience from nestaway.

        I am not able to move. Anticipating quick response.

          I was staying in a 1 bhk in bangalore. On 17th july, i vacated the property after giving required notice period. After 1 week i raised request regarding refund of my security deposit. They asked to wait for 7 to 10 working days. Again on 30th july i raised a request as 10 working days were over. But its almost 10 days now and i haven't received a single call from them. The customer care no is also disabled and there is no way to contact them. Also they have charged move out charge of rs 2000 for which they no reason has been specified. And now my dashboard is also not visible.

            The move in date into the apartment booked through nestaway is 7th august 11 am, and no cleaning is done, no deep cleaning done, but i’ve paid rent starting from 7th august! It’s impossible to live in a place like that, and since the booking and payment and everything was confirmed on 5th, i’ve already vacated and now have no place to go or live. And the apartment that i’m supposed to move in, is not cleaned at all.. The team is not coordinating at all! Very unprofessional and messy this entire situation has become! How do they expect me to move in, in such a horrible condition of the house?

              To whomsover it may concern!!!

              Dear sir,
              Greetings!
              This is in regards to my complaint number cc_08426191 with nestaway technologies, house id 21524- savita house 196, huda plot, sector 56, gurugram, haryana. I have been charged spurious electricity bill, it’s definitely false. I suspect foulplay by either parties i. E. Nestaway and owner of the property. The bill raised for 3 rooms is inr 31000/- i. E. Electricity bill for 2 months under 3 separate rooms where we have sub meters. But they have been charging via different meter readings. This is not acceptable. I have been charged inr 11000/- for 2 months whereas my consumption is minimum to a fridge only and because i was not staying for last 3 months in the room as i was posted at my company accomodation, and i have proof for the same. This is absolutely fraud and ridiculous!!! I need resolution, i am totally upset with this spurious electricity bill. This is a kind request to consumer forum to investigate and charge correctly. I am ready to pay the bill as per my consumption and bill raised as per sub-meter readings.

              Below are the attached snapshots of my raised complaints with nestaway site online but their is no resolution till date. Kindly help!

              Please note that the owner accepted that by mistake the bill with extra amount was posted in our dashboard by mistake. As owner accepted that we as a tenant of level 1 do not need to pay any electricity bill as per his understanding therefore the landlord needs to send a confirmation email regarding the same to Nestaway Technologies, but the landlord is delaying because Nestaway being a mediator between us (tenant) and Owner is not contacting the owner and delaying. Kindly, note this thing is unnecessarily exaggerated by Nestaway Technologies. Please push them for an earliest resolution. Thanks & Regards, Vivek Kumar Ram

                I have moved out of the nestaway property (Details captured below) on [protected] . As per the contract i was supposed to receive the refund within 7 days of moving out. It has been more than a month and i did not get any response from nestaway.

                I have raised multiple service requests on their portal - but did not help.

                Another concern is regarding the amount of refund. I was informed that 15k is going to deduct as painting charges though the flat was not painted when i moved in last april. Before i moved in, the area manager specifically mentioned that it would be better not to do the painting so that after move out, we'll get the full amount as a refund (Also i do not see about this painting charges in the rental agreement - please check the attached)
                We lived in a place with filthy and faded walls for the last one and half year and nestaway want to charge for painting is really disappointing.

                    We have vacated the property on 11-july-2020. We have not received refund of deposit amounting rs.22, 000. As per the agreement, the deposit shall be refunded within 10 working days. I have not received any amount till date (05-august-2020)

                    For me its a month now. Haven't received security deposit refund. Please let me know if you received the amount.

                      It has been 22 days i have moved out of my house and yet i havent received my money back. The rental agreement says within 7 days of move-out, they are clearly violating the law here. I have raised a ticket from 15 days and there is no reply to that, i just keep on escalating (God knows if they even understand the meaning of escalation). Calls arent getting connected because of covid!. As if nestaway is the only company operating in these conditions. The worst part is the lack of response. Very poor service. I would suggest people not to fall in this trap ever. Everyday i have to make out time to follow up and open their poor ticketing system just to see that there is no progress.

                      Hello, i want to know if you and others here dont get refund for there security deposit is there anything else you can suggest to file against these ###. Its been 1month now no refund nothing. Contacting them is pain in the ###. No one reaches back. Please suggest if we can do a police complaint against them.

                        Hi nestaway,

                        We all know from which condition we are going through, i hope you understand my situation.

                        There's a total 25000 amount of (1) assure maintenance + (2) fine + (3) agreement renewal charges (4) july rent (When i have moved out on 20th june) in my account.

                        1. I am not getting any services to assure maintenance from your side. The whole house is filled with insects and lizards. How do you want me to pay the maintenance charges if i am living with lots of insects. I am cleaning all this by local vendors we all know due to the current situation they need the money most and i am not getting receipts. So why do i need to pay you. Please try to think with my perspective. I am using an egg shelve to avoid lizards from vegetables. Please find attached images for poof.

                        2. There's tons of fine on my account. I don't even know why. I contacted sudhanshu and he told me he will wave it off.

                        3. I moved this house in august 2019 by paying agreement charges and onboarding charges that time only so why are you charging me 1000 rs for agreement renewal its not even 11 months now.

                        I have moved into this house hoping i will get a nice place to stay, but now it feels like i am living with insects.

                        I further believe given the branding of nestaway, it is not very ideal for the company to endorse such unhygienic conditions.

                        I have already paid my may and june rent. Please remove all of the amount from my account now i. E. 25000.

                        I am not getting any response from youguys,

                        I am sending mail everyday, please check the mail chain.

                        My deposit is stuck please return my deposit back as soon as possible and remove all fines.

                          They found professional way to loot people. I booked a property (2bhk flat).
                          I should move on 4th aug, 2020. Room was not cleaned, kitchen tap was not working, window curtain holder was broken. All the things should be fixed and ready as per their process before move in to the property. It is still not ready.
                          Now i had to pay both rent amount of exiting flat rent.

                          Aside this, they are taking monthly amount (Around 280), for maintenance service, but when we raise ticket through their portal, they itself cancel the ticket and no service will be provided.

                            Hello there, i had made many complaint to the company that many items are broken in the house and i am facing the electrical issue which is dangerous to my family but none of the executive from their team has contacted us regarding that.
                            I am living with my son who is 11 month old and the electrical issue which i am facing can cause serious problem in the house. I had submitted the video of each problem explaining to the customer care email ids.

                            There is no contact number available in the website or online through which we can directly contact their customer care executive and i am not receiving any respond from the email trail.

                                  In feb or march nestaway technologies, had started a previlege owner membership and even though i had opted for this process, till date the agreement has not been provided. The rental deposit amount has been reduced and the rent amount has not been received. The full and final statements have not been provided for last 3 to 4 months. With so much follow up and escalation to even the md of nestaway technologies pvt. Ltd., there is no response from their company. Every time, they have been informing that they would be providing the details, but till date the f&f settlement, rent is not provided. Have also been following for the payment of water and current bills which were unpaid, so rigorously. Would like to come out of being previlege owner, benefit, which is just a marketing game and there is no standard process.

                                    I have vacated the nest away home on the 24th there was a rep who came in for a inspection and the formalities was cleared. I was told that i would get the refund in 7 days which has passed and i am not able to contact the customer service an the area manager is not responding to my calls.

                                    I am not able to raise a service ticket on the same due to some website error.

                                    Awaiting a call back on the same and a refund for the deposit as well as the number of days i was not staying there, as per the contract.

                                        I'm being charged randomly like other charges which is garbage charges, which they have added twice for single month. Already we paying maintenance which includes cleaning charges.
                                        Many a times we have paid maintenance which was supposed to be paid by nestaway, we haven't got out money yet.
                                        10k amount is added in my dashboard which includes fine, other charges etc, i have asked for the clarification but they don't have answer.
                                        Please help me get my deposit.
