Hi team,

I have to move out from my current property on 31 july but in my dashboard move out option is not reflecting. For this this issue i tried to connect to customer support through mail and no. But there is no response from your team.

I am not living in that property since march and even i have not collect keys but still i am paying rent.
And it won't be possible to pay next month rent.
I want my deposit money.

    My rent agreement was due by july 7 and i moved out. After that the person came for inspection on 13th and i handed over the key. He told that the deposit and the balance rent will be credited to my account within 7 days. Then after 4 days the issued one invoice of rs.15000 for painting and after 2 days one more invoice for utility bill fine has been raised where i have paid all the utility bills till date.
    Today they have raised one more invoice for rs.2000 as move out charges. Which is not at all acceptable.

      Hi team

      This is regarding nestaway ramamurthy nagar bagalur mansion apartment.
      I have vacated the flat 4 july and completed the painting work from my side.
      After spending all money still they haven't refunded the money. Raised customer ticket for the same and nobody is responding to that its been more than 15 days ticket is not resolved.

      Please reolve this situation asap since i am in need of money in covid.

        Hi,

        I have left the house on july 12th. Area manager seshu said that i will be getting back deposits within 3-7 business days. So far, there has been no response from their side.

        They are probably in no mood to refund it.

        Area managers are sarath, seshu and sudip bisht.

            Hi,

            I am owner of an apartment in bangalore which is rented through nestaway for more than 2 years now. I have not received rental payment since may 2020. We have checked with the tenant and he has confirmed that he has been paying rent on time to nestaway. I have raised ticked though the app in may, but no response till now.in june, i also talked to the sales manager and he said there was some issue in the payment process and he has fixed it. Still i have not received any payment. He has stopped responding to my calls/messages now. There is no email/phone support from nesaway for last 3 months. I am not sure what else can i do to solve this. Could you please help me with this?

              I would like to bring to your notice the following
              1) the inspection officer was not present on the mentioned date. Why?
              2) inspection done without our purview (Not sure when it was done). Why?
              3) if fined, on what basis or criteria were we fined i. E how do you estimate the damages (Unfair amount levied)? (Need detailed explanation)
              4) when and how will the security deposit be returned?

              Resided in the apartment for 3yrs so there will be wear and tear like the paintings, door handles etc and cheap quality fans were given which stopped working in first 6 months itself and added charges on bulbs and every minor chagers were applied to scam us on security deposit of two months. Unreasonable charges were applied amounting to a fine of rs50k which would actually have been 15k.

              Even during lockdown they was no reduction in rent as per govt of india order and no way for contacting the customer care or the owners.Nestaway is a fraud company and legal action should be taken against them for fraud, for negligence, misconduct and deficiency of services and unfair trade practices

                I have moved out from nestaway on 29th march 2020 by giving them proper notice of more than 10 days as per the agreement. They couldn't facilitate the move out due to lock down. So they facilitated the procedure by asking me for the photos and videos which i have shared with them. I was assured to get back my security money of rs 16000 plus 2 days rent amount of march (Rs 516).in addition, i have paid all the utility bills.

                They have committed to provide me the refund atleast thrice. I have raised multiple service service requests as well along with all details but they seems to be scoundrels. All their commitments are fake so i am forced to write here. Please arrange for security deposit refund.

                  I am being charged and fined Assure Home Maintenance service charges from May 15 whereas my agreement was due for renewal only on June 26, 2020. The customer care ticket number for this is CC_08407207.
                  I am now being fined Rs. 9608 for "unpaid utility bill fines" whereas I have cleared all my dues with Nestaway till July 2020. The customer care ticker number for this is CC_08419469. I am scheduled for a move out on July 31 and I have not received any response from them whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple reviews, made multiple calls but I have not received a single response from them so far.

                    I was a tenant in a nestaway flat from june 2019-may 2020. The owner of the flat did not want to continue their contract with nestaway. Not only was i forced to vacate in the middle of a pandemic but its been a month since i have vacated the flat and not received any update/ deposit refund. I have written several mails to the nestaway executives and not received even a single reply.

                    I vacated the flat on 28th june. I wrote my first email on 1st of july. Today is 23rd july, i havent received the deposit amount which is rs 60, 000 yet.

                    I am also receiving calls for rent payment of july.

                    This is causing me a lot of stress. If resolution is not received soon i would need to escalate this legally.

                      I have booked flat on nestaway in month of march and was about to shift in last week of march but due to this pandemic i was not able to shift and i decided to cancel my booking in june till then they are not charging me any money.
                      But as soon as i cancelled me booking i received a mail from the company stating that refund (Security amount + rent) will be made within 5-7 days but it's almost a month now i have not received the funds nor they are replying me back.

                        I have vacated my house with nestaway during the start of this month and i was charged an amount of inr 14, 610 in the name of maintenance move out charges with out any proper explanation or reasoning. I have raised a service ticket (Serial number: cc_[protected] on july 14, 2020 for which i am not getting any response apart from the initial team message asking for 48 hours to update on the issue.

                          Strict legal actions should be taken against fraud organizations like nestaway technologies pvt ltd who are looting tenants deposit money in this difficult situation. Nestaway cares this is matter of conducting fair business, such things are not tolerated.
                          I moved out of one nestaways' flat (House id: 22819) at bangalore on 6th july 2020 (Saturday). Nobody came for inspection and key collection, so i had to call the area/property manager nikesh to handover the keys. He came to the flat after i left and collected the keys from one of my ex flatmate. Here the fraud game began:
                          I got the confirmation that nikesh had collected the keys from my ex flatmate and i tried reaching out to nikesh for queries about my house deposit refund amount which is inr34000, and he never picked my call. Till today also i have been trying to contact him and he never receives my call. Earlier nestaway used to have customer support number which is not functioning now. I raised the concern over twitter and someone from nestaway pointed me out the faqs section they had which reads that "the tenant will get the refund credited to his account within 7working days", and 7 working days after i moved out has already gone. Many tenants too have complained the same about nestaway.

                            Hi team,

                            I and my friend resided in one of the PG (paying guest) accommodation in Mumbai.We had deposited rent of 2 months as deposit i.e.INR 24, 000.
                            And on 22nd March'20 the day lockdown started we got a mail from nestaway that as our owner has decided to offboard from nestaway, we have to vacate by 22nd April'20, but due to lockdown we had requested to extend it till 31st July and give us atleast one month's time for searching another house through nestaway itself. Nestaway team said we need not vacate till the lockdown is removed.As we were planning to shift within nestaway.

                            But on 20th June the owner of the house informed us that we need to vacate the house by 30th June'20.We immediately called up the area manager and he confirmed the same.Was it not the responsibility of the area manager to inform us in advance ? We were in constant touch with him every month and he was assuring us till the lockdown is removed we need not vacate but all of a sudden the above scenario happens. And we were forced to move out as none of them showed us proper house, owing to limited time. as we need to give 10 days notice period before vacating a property, we moved out of nestaway.

                            Also nestaway app was freezed from March due to which no move out or move in request can be raised and in June only when we checked with our area manager on the above we were able to raise move out request till then we were unable to raise the request.

                            Please note all this is happening when my friend who had gone to her native for holi, coudn't come back till today.I had to manage all this alone on her behalf.

                            On 1st july i had gone to hand over the keys to nestaway during which one of their vendors came for inspection. In his inspection report charged us INR.6000 per head for deep cleaining and some repair works.When asked to the vendor who was accompanied by one nestaway employee told me that nestaway has asked to charge the tenants for deep cleaning. The nestaway employee was just watching all this. When we rechecked with our area manager(please note our area manager didn't come the day i went for handover the key) he said nestaway has never asked us to charge any such amount unless and untill if owner had asked for. But the owner who was also present in the house had not requested any such thing.You can check his handing over report too.When we confronted the vendor he agreed that he had put it on his own as needed money.Also when i asked him if the charges are per head or will it be divided between me and my roomate he confirmed it will be divided. i.e 6000/2= INR .3000 rs.

                            We got the refund only yesterday with a deduction INR 8000 and INR.600 i, e, arounf INR .15000.

                            My freind is still unable to come from her native as she is unable to get tickets. We went through enough mental torture because of nestaway employees. We never got any support from them and sometimes spoke very rudely. Even the vendor who came for inspection was too sheepish. There is a geyser whcih got repaired a week before lock down, it was repaired by one of the nestaway vendors. The Vendor didnt fit the pipe properly and hence water keeps leaking all the time, when i asked the vendor he said i will come the next day and fix it as i dont have the tool.And that next day never came.I had immeditely shared the images to the area manager and informed him, but he never took any action instead i was questioned why did i let him go?This is the kind of support we get from nestaway team in Mumbai.

                            I'm filing this complaint for both me and my friend.We need complete refund of INR 8600 per head.

                              Hello sir, yesterday I received my security deposite out of 14737 out of 25000...pls send me breakup amount...I m feeling very disappointed from ur side...r u not communicate with ur inspection team???what logic u apply to cut unnecessary amount???r u receive electricity bill of amount 10000 which u r cut ???read very carefully ok...and give me justification to all thing...i[censored] r not solve this issue soon sure I will take another step releted to my amount...it's not less amount which u r deducted...I m shocked...firstly I m not in Mumbai city u sudden done move out process in my absence...my roommate packed my luggage in my absence...its ur humanity...ur inspection officer Mr.sadik came on 1 July 2020 for inspection of house...his behavior is very irritating...I have proof of inspection paper in which that person mention unnessary charge of 6000 amount of deep cleaning of house from self, owner told me he didn't say anything about deep cleaning, no need of that type of cleaning...why he charged me and my roommate 6000???? And ur kind attention 6000 charge is not for single person ok...Mr.sadik told us all given amount which r mention in inspection paper is divided in me and my roommate...and it's common sense if single person pay 6000 for deep cleaning and my roommate is also charge 6000 then it's total amount is 12000 right???tell me which type of deep cleaning ur company done in 12000 amount????its very funny sir...pls talk with Mr.sadik..Another thing is that our electricity bill was pending only for two month...and I know 10000 amount is never came for electricity bill...send me pending electricity bill to us...u also cut my home assure charge...sit from 4 months Mumbai city is in lockdown, society didn't permission to enter outsider to society, why u charged assure charge for two month???ur any guy didn't came in house for any maintainance in this lockdown...I understand situation is not goon in this pandemic time but I also not going to office and not getting my salary from March...i[censored]r business is going to lost then it doesn't means u charged for unnessary things...Ur customer service is not working, u don't reply to any mail, ur allotted area manager don't have manner to talk, every time area manager say madam I don't know, pls talk with customer care..his work is only to give home to tenant???pls see the attachment and I request u solve this issue soon...

                                Hi,

                                Nestaway has rs. 40, 500/- as a deposit from my end and plus i paid them the full rent for the month of june 2020 i. E. Rs. 13, 500/-.

                                I had moved out on the 7th of june so the rent for 23 days should be refunded to me on a pro-rata basis, the amount being rs. 10, 350/-.

                                After making me wait for almost 2 months, nestaway had transferred an amount of rs. 11, 664.86 without any justification on what kind of non-sense are they doing with the money.

                                Basically, if we see here, with my junes rent as i mentioned above, they have refunded 1k and some change from my deposit.

                                Please have this escalated as much as possible and settle it.

                                  I have moved out from the NestAway property N10841 on July 6th.

                                  I'm constantly trying to get in touch with NestAway via Support tickets/Whatsapp. But there is no response from NestAway. I have escalated my support tickets.

                                  I have escalated the tickets to Level 1/Level 2/Level 3/Level 4. Still there is no contact made from NestAway. Customer Support is not responsive citing COVID as a reason but they are very active in collecting rent, assure maintenance (which hasn't been provided since lock down) despite COVID.

                                  Requesting refund to be processed immediately as the promised deadline has been breached already. Failure to the refund will invite legal notice to NestAway Technologies.

                                    I have raised a service request to nestaway technologies that i have been charged with the fines for april, may, june, july months.
                                    Request number: cc_08408085
                                    There was no proper update on the request as well as the 4 escalations that they have given are also completed with out any luck.
                                    No one from the team inform me about the delay in response or what are they checking to resolve the issue.
                                    I am still being charged with the fines 100/per day and no explanation from the nestaway team.
                                    Theirs's is the complete pathetic service and they leach for money only.

                                        I was a tenant of this rental apartment called nestaway. I planned to move out on 7th july and i did. My inspection of the house was done a day after that.

                                        I was supposed to get back my refund 7 days after the inspection date. Since then there has been no communication as such. There is no way to contact them.

                                        Tried every possible way to talk to them but they are jo responding. Its been more than 10 days and there is no update on this issue.

                                        Please help me out.
