This is to bring to your kind notice that i have not yet received the whole deposit amount after moving out from the service of nestaway whereas i had cleared all my dues before a week of vacating the flat.
After i moved out, i could see the charged amount of rs 20, 325 on my dashboard mentioned as moved-out charges. Whereas the agreement signed states that if we complete 6 months and give the notice of 10 days before leaving the flat, we should be given the full security deposit amount. However, i adhered to that honestly and notified the nestaway about my leaving accordingly and left on 11th july by leaving the flat in the same condition in which i received it. So, there should not be any charges and i should get the whole amount.
For this, i had raised a ticket on[protected] and as per the status of the query & response it was stated that my query had been resolved and the amount is credited in the account post which netaway closed my query and removed my dashboard profile. However, i had received only rs 11675 out of the security deposit of rs 32000 on[protected].
This means the query which i raised for the unnecessarily charged amount has not been resolved yet at all. I had re-opened the ticket for the query and accelerated till level 4 but not received any resolution, this is highly disappointing.
I had always been a regular & trustworthy payer to nestaway for the provided services but suffering a lot at the end of the pact. As you know during this pandemic it is already a lot to suffer, so i would want you to please ascertain & look into the matter personally & credit my balanced amount of rs20325 out of the security deposit as soon as possible.
Attached herewith are the snippets of the tickets & the deposited amount mentioned in agreement.
