I am a #nestaway consumer or a "nestie" as they say. I am here to share my experience with #nestaway and i just have one word.

I booked a flat with in pune via nestaway.

I have paid inr 8, 500 (March rent) and inr 17, 000 (Security deposit) and inr 4, 500 as one time nestaway fees. I am claiming a refund of all the amounts except for the 2 days for which i stayed. Set below are episodes of harassment by nestaway company inflicted on me:
* i had submitted a request for vacating the rented place in december of 2018 and agreed to pay a fine of inr 2, 500 due to not informing 1 month in advance. My request was accepted and i vacated the place by january 5th, 2019; the flat was inspected without my presence followed by unnecessary expenditures levied by me.

I rented a flat from Nestaway lastyear in the month of May in Bangalore. There was no mention of 'painting charges' in the agreement last year which I signed. This year I got stuck in Mumbai during lockdown and Nestaway silently replaced the original Agreement from the Android Application with a modified agreement which contained 'Painting Charges' equivalent to one month rent. I moved into a nestaway property of noida goes by the address c-157 sector 72. We submitted a one month security deposit also. On 1st july 2020 we moved out of the rented property and were assured the refund within 7 days but there is not a single call back or mail received regarding the same. I have tried reaching their numbers but no response. Its not only me but also thousands of other as well who are facing the same issue....

Hie this is salva.. I have already complained regarding on my security deposit refund from nestaway technologies pvt. Ltd. Company.. I haven’t received any reply even tho after raising service request, calls or emails. Haven’t heard from customer support. It’s been more then a month they have given false promises which is causing me mental tension.. Please do solve my problem on refund asap.

It's covid situation, but all companies working online. We have 2 properties registered with nestaway. They are taking advantage of this situation and not contacting us at all we tried through fb, through tenants and their sales managers too. I am staying at kpr elite. The landlord has disconnected the electricity supply as according to them nestaway had not cleared their payments since 3 months. I guess this is not our concern as there is an agreement between nestaway and the landlord which should not impact to us in anyway. We have paid all the rent and electricity bill till date but then also suffering due to the issue between the landlord and nestaway. Getting no response...

Hie am salva, i have moved out from 511, maruthi sadan apartment, somajiguda, hyderabad 500016 under nestaway on 24th may 2020. As per the rental agreement i should get back full refund amount of security deposit rs.15, 750/- but unfortunately till now i have got partially refund of rs.4, 417/- on 22/05/20 and one of rs.5, 444/- on 30/05/20 which is today. So, the total as of now i have only got rs.9, 861/- from 15, 750/-. I hope the remaining...

I have moved out from the nestaway building on 28th june 2020.
Now after 12 days they are not refunding money. Also they are deducting money without any reason.
No customer service available. If we raise request then nothing is being done.

I moved out of my Nestaway apartment officially on 19th June, 2020. Our inspection happened on 13th June, 2020. The site inspector promised a refund of our security deposit within a week of his visit. I didn't receive any deposit, so I raised a ticket - I was promised a refund soon.

I am getting electricity bill every month even though i am getting directly from owner. Also getting common area electricity bill which is seperate. This is scam....

When i first submitted complaint in consumercomplaint about nestaway, nestaway contacted me but then they told me that they will do the inspection again
And they will not pay me one month rent.
They said that they will pay me 18000 which is still not sure whereas the security money that should be paid is 31000.
Nobody is sharing any news from their side after the initial phone calls that they did after...

My living room electricity bill is so much higher than usual this month. We don't have ac or any other electrical kitchen appliances in there also. So this is impossible. Our room electricity bill is about 4500 with ac. And living room electricity bill is about 8000 (Room electricity bill excluded). Which is kinda impossible. I believe the meter is faulty or something is definitely faulty. You have to send someone to figure this out asap....
