I am trying to reach nestaway thew all modes so far no any help from them yet.
I want to disconnect my airtel wifi connection.
It was not working for 2 months march and april we unable to raise complaint due to lock down issue and society security issue.
Later i raised concern airtel technician fount wiring issue but already for 2 months we were without internet.

Please disconnect my wifi account immediate i dint want to continue. And pay bill for two months lockdown issue i have not used internet.

    I have already raised a complaint for same issues. I have moved out of 511, maruthi sadan, somajiguda, hyderabad, 500016 under nestaway on 24th may. According to their website and legal agreement i was supposed to get my security deposit refund of 15, 750/- rs in 7 days but they have sent only 4417/- and rest they saying it will be transfer after july 10th. I asked them to send me officials mail for same but haven’t get any response back. And as per agreement i supposed to get full refund of my security deposit which means i should get back 11, 333/- rs the balance amount from 15, 750/- rs. I have tried calling customer support and despite raising service request and sending emails for the same but haven’t got any official written communication after this and no response..

    Please respond as soon as possible. And refund the full security deposit..

      I stayed at a nestaway property for more than a year. I was a resident of the Nestaway house in sector 39 - Daud Penthouse House ID 5726 and vacated the house on March 17th. My official move out date of the house was on 15th April. I talked to Nestaway customer care and the last rent I paid was for the month of March post which I submitted a ticket asking the 15 day rent till 15th of April be deducted out of my security amount. Attached is the screenshot for the ticket and confirmation from Nestaway.

      Further i was told i will receive my security amount post inspection is done and all dues are cleared. I cleared all my dues however Nestway is still making excuses and asking me to wait. My move out was processed on 15TH APRIL.. and today is 23rd JUNE. And they still haven't refunded me the security amount of 16, 000 - (15 day rent around 4200 ) . Customer care is not working and i have sent 10-15 emails and no one has responded to my emails. I talked to the Area Manager and he was so rude and told me "Apko jo krna hai krlo".

      I would never recommend anyone to live in a Nestway property. They're playing a scam and looting people!

        I stayed in Pooja Nilaya Thubrahalli for 882 days and moved out on 7th June 2020.
        First nestaway held my security in the name of inspection.
        After inspection my dashboard was removed.
        And no options to get my security deposit back.
        Nestaway is the worst and is taking advantage of this pandemic situation.
        If your office was opened I swear i would not have been writing this Complain here.
        I request nestaway to refund my security deposit else I will file case against them in consumer forum and will take my money back with interest .
        Already 16 days have been passed and nothing has been done

        If you dont respond I'm going to sue you in court no matter, whatever it takes from my end but once we face legally will make sure that your company doesn't restart so that you cannot fool others .

          I have been waiting and calling nestaway people from 1 month and neither are they responding to my calls nor are they refunding my money. I need someone to take strict action against nestaway and such behaviour, very unprofessional!!!

            Nestaway has not yet refunded my security deposit.. It’s going to be one month, i only had hope that i will receive my deposit, i lost my job and i am financially struggling,

              So, I am their customer from last june 19 and from the starting there are multiple bills of water without details and duplicate bills of Electricity is there.

              My Area Manager Rihan has not picked up my call for the last 6 months.

              Created the service request by visiting your HSR office 4 times :

              Service request is in queue from feb 20 and no resolution is provided.
              And They are keep on adding the fines, which as of now is Rs. 11000+

              1. Electricity Bill Repeat of June 2019. (Both Unpaid)
              2. Electricity Bill Repeat of July 2019. (Both Unpaid)
              3. Electricity Bill Repeat of Feb 2020. (One Paid, One Unpaid)
              4. Society Maintenance charge but invoice showing Electricity Charge. (Unpaid)

              Total Bill on my Dashboard is Rs. 29914 as of today.

              I want to move out before 1st of July, and there is nobody to listen about it to.
              Please help me move out of nestaway as from the last one year, they are harassing me mentally.

                  According to their website and rental agreement, i was supposed to get my security deposit refund of rs.15, 750/- in 5-7 workings days but there has been no communication from their side. I got 2-3 calls from nestaway confirming the whereabouts of my moving out, and asking to deduct notice charges of rs.1500/- which i already paid but they delayed more then 25days to refund, i still haven’t received the money.in that case i should get back my 1500/- rs. Of notice charges. I haven’t received any officials written communication from nestaway despite raising a service request and sending emails for the same.

                  Below images in which marked in red was supposed to be get refund from nestaway. And others are the emails and service request where haven’t get any reply or official mail.

                      On 8th march, i received a mail saying late payment charges have been added to my dashboard. Got in touch with the customer care service the same day, but didn’t get any useful feedback so i went ahead and raised a ticket on the 10th of march (Sc_[protected]. That ticket was closed on april 17th saying that “the charges have been waived off and the same will reflect on my dashboard”. I assumed that the issue was resolved and nestaway had rightfully waived off the charges since they were anyway invalid. Later i found out that nestaway hadn’t waived them off. Earlier i used to get a mail notifying me about the additional charges that were getting added every morning but since the ticket was closed, i stopped getting the mail but the charges were still accumulating on a daily basis. On may 21st, when i realised what nestaway was doing, i raised a ticket for further clarification. I got a call from suresh kumar where he stated that i was still bound to pay the charges that were due. I want to know, why was i told that the charges will be waived of[censored]nder ticket sc_02205154? Following the same he went on to tell me that because of non-payment i will have to pay the amount that was due. He concluded the call stating that he will investigate the issue and take an appropriate resolution. I got a resolution on 27th may stating that it was an old service and they couldn’t dig up information so ill still must pay up. Upon receiving the clarification, i paid up the charges. Nestaway has slyly hidden all the service requests from my dashboard. I have no access to the requests i have raised. There were three charges that were falsely stated: 1. Material cost: i purchased the material myself. I raised a ticket the first time i was charged for the material. It got resolved without any concrete resolution. 2. Service charge : this was what i availed for fan repair. The nestaway technican who came just dusted off the dust on my fan and charged me rs.250 cash. He told me nestaway has changed their policy and was now asking the cutomer to directly pay cash. I trusted him and handed out rs.250. Later i was charged for the same on the dashboard. I raised a ticket for this as well which got closed without any resolution. 3. Move out charge: the house im staying is a three bhk apartment. One of the roommate form one of the rooms had moved out and all o[censored]s were charged rs.300. We don’t share the same room or the same washroom. There was no service done by nestaway for which they charged the amount. There is no clarification as to why we were charged that sum. I understand that it was my mistake to not take a recipt for the 250 i paid the man. But the reason for choosing nestaway was they had a sense of safety relating to their brand. If i have to be so cautious while staying at house provided by nestaway, i’m seriously reconsidering my decision. For every service we get a recipt on the dashboard. I was expecting the same for this service as well. Nestaway provides home. Home is a place o[censored]tmost safety. If i get this feeling of being duped, i don’t feel safe anymore and would strongly not recommend nestaway to anybody in the future.in conclusion, i raised a ticket as soon as the charges showed up on the my dashboard, be it the service or the fine. I received clarification on the payment as late as 27th may and i immediately paid up after. Please understand that rs.1075 is not a huge amount for someone who regularly pays the rent on the first of every month (You can check my payment history). But the amount that’s piled up as fine is a lot and its completely preposterous to expect me to pay it. Kindly find a resolution to this issue at the earliest and drop off the charges. P. S. Please refer to the notes in the service requests to get a better understanding of the case.

                        I moved out of property on may 7th june and i was charged an amount of 5600 and 1240 as utility bill cost. They did not give resolution till now and its been 13 days.

                        They are not giving my security deposit back and also i was charged extra and they are not clarifying me why i was charged.

                            I moved out of property on may 5th and i was charged an amount of 1731 and 1872 as utility bill cost. I raised a service request regarding which utilities they charged me. But they did not give resolution till now and its almost more than a month.

                            They are not giving my security deposit back and also i was charged extra and they are not clarifying me why i was charged.

                            In april due to the corona issue i did not pay the rent and they fined me 4200 as late payment charges. And i argued regarding this so they waived me only 50% of the fine amount and now even after the new tenant is joined i did not get any clarification on my charges why i was charged

                            And before also in january they charged us around 1600 rs per head in flat (Total 6 members in flat i. E., around 9500) as the move out charges when other girl left the flat but there was nothing to be costed that much and also they did not repair anything after collecting money from us and we followed up them for so many days and left it.

                            The same way they are charging more and more without any reason

                            Please take an necessary action towards them

                              I got three calls from nestaway confirming the whereabouts of my moving out, i still haven't received the money. I have not received any official written communication from nestaway despite raising a service request and sending emails for the same.

                                I have raised move out request on march 16th for march 29th and have moved on march 29th from nestaway flat. Since then i was waiting for my security deposit to be refunded and move out inspection to be. I totally understand that due to covid-19 lockdown situation inspection couldn't be done, due to which my security deposit has not be refunded. But i was informed by nestaway customer care folks that inspection would be done by may 13th. I did not hear back from anyone since march 29th and have been patiently waiting for some resolution. I have been constantly updating service requests, but no luck. Above all these, unnecessary charges (April month rent, april-june month utility and maintenance costs) have been levied upon me and reflects on my dashboard. Why should i pay? When i dont stay in the flat anymore. Service requests raised for the same has been unattaneded. Multiple email communications has been sent from my side, yet no response.

                                Customer care doesnt call up and talk about my move out status and neither do they respond properly to my requests.. Very bad and unprofessional treatment for tenants.

                                  Hi, i had to move out from nestaway at the address: chavadi apartment, flat no 402, 3rd main mahaganapati nagar, gottigere, bangalore, 560083 ka as the building owner disconnected the electricity fuse plug to most of the flats in the building even after we did not have any payments pending in nestaway dashboard. There were no power for 4 nights and day when i stayed with my family and i had to forcefully move out without any choice. There is some issue with owner and nestway due to which the building owner krishnaveni r removed the fuse plug and there was no electricity at home. After i have moved out of nestway by following all thier rules and after speaking with the property manager of nestaway, they assured me that we will refund your security deposit and painting charges and current month (June 2020) rent as this has been an inconcience to you but there is no response from them at all and no response on emails and thier customer support is still not working due to covid-19. I moved out on 10th june and it's 9 days now and still no update is provided by the company for my refund and no responsibility from them to inform me for anything at all. Please register my complaint against them and do the needful at the earliest as this is a torture to a tenant who was paying all thier amount on time but me and my family have been treated very badly by the owner and nestaway

                                    I moved out from nestaway property on 5th of june. As per the agreement i should have received my security deposit within a week. Today is 19th june it's 2 weeks now still haven't received my security deposit. They have removed the house from my dashboard so i can't even the closure status.
                                    I tried to call the area manager he's not picking my phone.

                                      They have constantly charging unessary for the services which you won't even use. They dont have any customer care support, neither thet respond to your queries, they will just keep increasing the amount for the services they didnt even offer.
                                      I complained them to their website many times but haven't had got any response. They formed me to convert the shared room which i bought to a private one else they told me to throw away from property. They are taking advantage of this covid times where we are not able to get salaries and they are charging extra for the services we did'nt even opted for.
                                      They have charged additional 5000 in my bill this month for the services i did'nt even take.

                                        I have moved out of property on june 13th 2020. The area manager is supposed to collect the keys but he didn't arrive and i have handed over keys to security and informed the same to him with contact details and they were still not collected. All of sudden access to my dashboard is removed now i am not even able to raise a concern to get support. I kept on calling the team everyday numerous times no one is responding to calls and many mails and follow ups no reply on that as well. I feel they are not interested in sending the money to tenant as per policy. This is against to their terms and conditions. Being a consumer based company they should be responsible to their consumers discomfort caused.
