I m living in nestaway property since 2 years, and since then nestaway troubling us for every single issue..
Issue is our washing was having issue, that we got replacement of in last year.. Owner told us it is given by them, not by nestaway.. Nestaway added chanrges for washing machine on our dashboard..
Since then we are contacting nestaway and asking for help.. We created ticket for the same.. Nestaway was not helping us on resolving ticket but they are increasing fine on washing machine charges daily by 100 rs..
Finally our ticket got resolved by nestaway in april and after that we paid washing machine charges. But our fine is still there and it in still increasing daily by 100
It became 12000 now.. And i am creating request now to check on this fine and remove it from our dashboard, but nestaway now adding extra 1000 rs utility cost to my dashboard (Not in other tenants living in same flat)
And asking me to clear the utility cost then they willl check fine issue..
This utility cost ticket i created they are ignoring it since 4 days..
But fine is increasing daily.. I am really frustrated by them, there is no way to call them in this situation.. I create ticket but nobody is replying to that ticket.. What should i do..
They are send eviction notice for there fault..

Nestaway promised me to track my issue under cc_08397056 ticket, But I haven't got any update on this.
I escalated the ticket upto 4th level.. But no update, no call from nestaway..
They are just calling me to pay the fine.

    It's been 5 days since i moved out of the home on 11 june but they haven't sent the deposit refund even after raising service requests and yesterday escalating the request. There has been no intimation from you regarding the move out or about when i will receive my refund.

    They've even closed your phone lines and haven't even sent a mail confirming my move out or the status of my refund.

    All they do is keep saying "we'll get back to you" to save face on social media. Now they've even cleared my app so that i don't see on the app that i stayed there.

    It's been 10 days since moving out inspection, and I still have no word from them regarding my deposit refund even after raising multiple service requests and escalations. They just reply here to reviews saying send us your email ID but it's all a facade. They don't do anything to solve customer grievances. All they are apt at doing is coming up with new ways of taking away your money.

      Hi team,
      My name is charu yadav & i vacated nestaway property on 31st may. I was told by area manager that i will receive my refund within a week it's more than 2 weeks i have not received my refund yet. My area manager told me yesterday (14 june) that it is not in his hands to get refund. There is no customer care active for nestaway. I email to "[protected]@nestaway.com" but no reply received yet. I got this email from google. Few days back i receive call from nestaway executive asking me if i vacated the property. I called on that number too but not able to contact anyone from nestaway. Nestaway is fraud company, it should be closed as it is not meeting customer requirements. There are unnecessary charges levied on my dashboard which i am not supposed to pay. I was staying in non ac room but ac charges levied on my dashboard. There are assured charges levied which i was not charged at the time of move in. They are charging unnecessarily from the tenant. This is really unfair.
      I called my area manager number of times but he never receive call. Only reply though watsapp. Yesterday he gave me some mohit's number saying he is zonal officer. I even called him but he said he will get back to me but no update received yet. This whole is a fraudulent company. This should be stopped.

      Adding update on the below. Today I receive money from Nestaway but amount is not received in full. I recvd 8853.60 however at the time of move in I paid below amount:
      Security Deposit: 9400
      Token: 1400
      Onboarding charges: 2000
      Why amount is deducted I am not sure. Request you to kindly check with the company as nestaway customer care is not active. I am attaching screenshot of amount I paid at the time of movin.

          I have left the house on may 30, 2020, as had already been intimated on the portal. Please refund my deposit.

          I have been called 3 times by your support saying someone will call me for this and they have taken a note.

          I know you have absolutely NO RESPECT for your customers. Does the rest of your team have NO RESPECT for your Support team?

              Nestaway has done the same thing it is known for. Irrelevant water charges of rs 3628 for one month (Screenshot attached). On the clarification, they claim that 2105 is for april month as they delivered 25 tankers to our building.

              Our building has 37 apartments. Upon doing the simple maths, the per tanker cost comes around is (37*2105)/25= 3115... Completely unjustifiable charges...

              Aside, while moving into the building, i was never told that this building is going to water supply from water tankers and there will be this much charges for that. And all of a sudden, they added a total of rs 6000 as water charges in the month of may 2020.

              When we raised the ticket on their support desk, got a call from their representative after more than one month of follow up and he was not able to provide the resolution at all and promised a call from the higher authority which never happened. After 2 days, they just closed the ticket twice without any conclusion.

              Resolution: immediately take these charges back.

                Please guys stop giving your property to nestaway!

                I am giving this review as i have not received rent from last three months from nestaway and i had been following up with them to get it (Whis is actually for my parents).

                It’s been worst ever experience i had with nesaway, they are playing games among their teams only, saying this is what information i got from this/ that team.

                The area manager who has assigned for my property is not responding/ picking call. Somehow manage to get email ids for zonal manager/ regional manager but they are only watching my mails and there is no proper response from them.

                Nestaway is holding almost thousands of money, they informed me that tenants are not paying the rent and when i checked with the tenants, they shown me their dashboard stating they are not able to pay as there is an error in their dashboard which they have informed to nesaway three months ago. And nestaway has not taken any step to resolve this.

                We give huge monthly commission to them so that we should not get into this kind of trouble but here nestaway is only creating huge problems to us.

                And surprisingly there is not response from them.

                Please think twice before giving property to nestaway.

                  I have left nestaway from 5th of may 2020, still didn't get my refund. They are just keep giving lame excuses and not giving proper reply.
                  They have blocked me from twitter as well and deleted all my tweets.
                  7 day is the time by that they have to refund money but it is more than a month and still not resolved

                    I have taken rented room from nestaway in Noida and as my organisation provides work from home, I stay in the flat very rarely, I haven't visited flat since 15 December 2019. But in February they added Rs 2582 to my dashboard for some utility charges which they paid to society because of some communication gap with owner. Now if the conflict was between you and owner, then sort it out with the owner, why would I pay charges for your mistakes, they just divided the amount blindly between us 4 tenants, saying that the paid amount is being consumed as electricity charges. If I'm not staying the flat, why would I pay for electricity charges and on top of that they are adding hefty penalty which has made the charges to around 6k, despite of dispute ticket being opened and being rejected by them everytime.

                    And to my surprise, two or three days back they added Rs 1175 as "Maintenance Service moveout charges". I have no idea where are these charges coming from.

                    This is not first time they added unjustified charges. Around six months back they added around 1500 Rs to all the tenants when one of the tenants requested a service.They added amount to all tenants, without getting their approval for same. I called nestaway customer care, everyday single day for a month, to get those charges removed.

                    In nutshell nestaway is just looting the tenants and mentally torturing them.

                      This company has made a full proof plan to loot the tenants. I am not living in my flat from march because of the lockdown still they are asking me to pay 1500 rs per month for water charges. They are asking to pay for february also when i had already paid to the guard of the building. These people together have made a plan to loot the tenants during this pandemic.
                      When i contacted them, they say that we are supplying water to the society. We don't know who is using or not. This is a lame excuse, they can ask the caretaker about the same. And when i am not using water, i will not pay. If they cannot track the water usage per flat, it is their problem.

                      Kindly impose heavy fine onthem. And remove the pending dues from my account. This is a serious matter of fraud by a reputed company like nestaway..

                        It has been a month that i vacated the room, but nestaway still doesn't intend to refund my money back.

                        They are super slow anyway and on top of that their customer care numbers are not going for 2 months now.

                        Pathetic service.

                        I would never think of opting nest away ever again as this is the level of trouble they can give to a person.

                          Hi I would like to inform that I am being unfairly and unreasonably charged by Nestaway. I am a tenant of Nestaway residing in Mumbai. The incident took place on 17/18th March 2019. I saw in my dashboard (nestaway app) that I was being charged for some services. Of the charges some were not at all valid. I enquired with my room mates and even they were not intimated about it nor was I. I raised a ticket initially informing them of the issue. I was given a breakdown of the charges, of which some were valid and I was ready to pay for that. But some were not at all justified. So on informing about it to them, I was told that an area manager will be sent to verify this. But he never made the visit (because of the covid 19 situation and I accept that). But despite that they are still charging me a fine for it. Now what I dont understand is, if I was told that the area manager would come and verify the charges and he didn't come, why should I be charged a fine for that. No one has come till date and nothing of this sort been done. And yet everyday I am being charged a hefty fine unreasonably. I also received a note saying that the charges cannot be waived off, but how is that possible without verification when they had already suggested that an area manager will come and check it. I had already raised a ticket regarding this but no solution was provided to me. And now when I am trying to raise another ticket I am not able to do so through the application or website citing an error in the server. Even the customer care of the company is not working and there is no way to communicate with them. There is no response from them. It has already been more than 2 months and still no solution has been provided. On top of that my fine charges keep accumulating . Please help as this totally unfair and unjustified.

                            I have left the property on 29th May 2020 and raised a request. After that I have not received any call or response from any of the nestaway executive. I tried calling them and reaching them via email but no response received. After that they have said that my move out date is 1st of June which was completely wrong. I gave them a security deposite of 63, 000 and after deductions I was about to receive 33, 000 approx but I have received only 27476/- where my money gone? I have no details about deductions and nothing. This is completely fraud. I have been fooled. If consumer complaint forum is really genuine and helpful then I am expecting a resolution.                               Booking of property was done basis the detail of property posted on nestaway website. On the day of move-in found that property lacked all the amenities as posted on website. It was a nestaway trusted property. This was immediately informed to property manager sunit ingale and mover roshan chaudhary.

                              They agreed to it and issue was raised to customer care (Ticket sc_[protected]. Even after 2 months they have not refunded the full amount and are unwilling to do so.

                              They continued to charge rent from the property from me which there was no move-in.

                              Post the compliant they have now changed the property listing on website

                              All the photos of posting on website vis-a-vis actual site photos were shared with property manager & customer care.

                                From the past months or so, the company has been charging us for enormous amounts of fine and also they are charging the extra amounts of money on utility bills by not providing us the actual bill.
                                They don't resolve any issues raised, they don't speak well with the customers.

                                  I am the flat owner and for the past 3 months, its been a tough ordeal dealing with nestaway.in spite of having a clean contract of two years with them on fixed rent terms, they chose to change it to revenue share model without my consent within 10 months. As initially i was not interested in revenue share model proposed by them, they put a false claim saying i requested to offboard the tenants and hence applied a penalty in my settlement statement. My rent for the months of march and april 2020 was withheld, although the tenants paid them the same. After much thought, i consented to change to revenue share model, after an assurance from them that the rent will be paid by the first or every month. Till date, rents pertaining to april and may is pending.

                                  I have tired umpteen times to reach their customer service numbers, however even once it was not attended to. The call is on hold for 2 minutes and thereafter an automated message says my service manager is busy and the my number is forwarded to her and she will call me back. Not a single call was received back from my service manager.

                                  All throughout, i have been writing to my service manager and mails copied to their all india customer service, their cfo and ceo as well. No one has bothered to call me nor settle my grievances.

                                  The only reason i agreed to work with them was the investment made by tata group executive chairman mr. Ratan tata in this venture. The brand name tata holds huge respect and ratan tata is even more know for his virtuous ways. Unfortunately, my experience belies the ethos that tata group stands for.

                                    I moved out of my nestaway shared accommodation on 31st may. No nestaway agent came for move out inspection. I have been trying to contact them, no response. They have not paid me back my deposit too. They are not proceeding with the moveout or paying me back my deposit.

                                      After raising several requests on their portal and talking to their member they have not returned my deposit amount. It has crossed the promised date of return from a long time and no one is bothered about this issue. The amount is close to 26k/-. They are not even willing to give me a call to confirm the exact amount that will be returned. Let me know how i can take this forward.

                                        I have left the pg which was not controlled previously by nestaway in march and i am not living at that accomodation since then.

                                        But in the month of june, nestaway has generated an invoice of rs.7260, without my approval or consent.
