I have moved out of the house # 7124 on 05th june and received no settlement amount refund till date. All the dues are cleared from my end. The keys of the flat are duly submitted to the assigned person. The amount wasn't refunded even after a complaint was raised and escalated.

Earlier tenant had not paid rent citing service deficiency by nestaway. Now tenant claims he has paid the rent to nestaway.

Offboarding request raised in aprl 2020 by me due to need of flat for sel[censored]se. Agreement made in may 2019 has expired and is not renewed.

No commitment and communicationn from nestaway on paying ovetdue rent...

Myself owner of a flat who provided his flat to nestaway for rental purpose.
Its been 1 month tenant has vacated the flat, but nestaway has not handed over the keys to me, nor they have completed formalities like final settlement, house deep cleaning, performing repair works, utility bill payment etc.
Despite multiple folloups over email, none of above mentioned pending points have been actioned. Team member not even available...

I have submitted my house on the nestaway portal. I have to leave for my hometown in an emergency. I do not have much time to stay here. No one has come to for inspection yet, my refund has not been initiated yet. I'm badly in need of money. This is so depressing, how can i leave home unattended and without my money. Can someone please look into here??

It's been a month since i moved out of the flat and nestaway people are not refunding my security deposit they are saying house inspection is not complete but one of their representatives already completed the house inspection 10 days back.
These people are not responding anywhere...

1. My Agreement was Fixed rent but which i am not getting from Feb 2020
2. My Initial Agreement was on Oct - 2018 so from Oct-2019 i am suppose to get increment of 7% which i haven't got till now but Nestaway is collecting from Tenents
3. I have given notice for Off-boarding but its not been handled correctly. I am waiting for update from Past 3 Months...

Hi, I have vacated the rented flat from Nestaway on 30th April, 2020. I have booked one bed in B-804, MJR Pearl last year in Feb, 2019 by putting Security deposit of Rs. 14, 700/-. As per the agreement my security deposit should be in refunded immediately.

Hi I m a tenant of nestaway house, I rented a place in banglore for 5000/m and paid a security deposit of 20k ... I stayed in the house for a month only as there was no water. Everyday there was water issues and power scarcity there was no safety. I had no water to flush ### or even wash my hands. The house was on the 5th floor with no lift. During rainy season water flooded inside my room and all my documents and stuff was damaged in water....

I was staying in a nestaway flat bangalore, i scheduled a move out request on 12 june 2020. Inspite of raising request in advance nestaway took whole month rent saying that the amount will be refunded with the move out amount i. E security deposit refund, now it's been over a 12 days i have not received any email communication / phone call regarding my move out process and also has not received any money or any communication regarding it....

I have moved out of a nestaway house on 30may '20. After a long wait, i have received a refund yesterday of only 7847 whereas i was supposed to receive 22000. They have added illicit charges and deducted my security deposit. The customer care is not functional. Raised multiple care requests but no one contacts back. It was not working for 2 months march and april we unable to raise complaint due to lock down issue and society security issue.

I have already raised a complaint for same issues. I have moved out of 511, maruthi sadan, somajiguda, hyderabad, 500016 under nestaway on 24th may. According to their website and legal agreement i was supposed to get my security deposit refund of 15, 750/- rs in 7 days but they have sent only 4417/- and rest they saying it will be transfer after july 10th. I asked them to send me officials mail for same but haven’t get any response back....
