Hi, after raising requests in the app, and talking to the company's representative several times, it's been 3 months now that i haven't received any resolution to my complaints. I have been charged 2/3 times in the same month for the electricity bills and this is of 3/4 months, no resolution for this up till now, also i was promised by one of the employees that my rent would be the same as earlier after renewing the agreement, but still i'm charged high rent with assure maintenance fee for which i didn't opt.
God knows for how long should i wait for the resolution... Is this the way this company treats its customers? I get calls for paying the charges daily, but when i tell them y issue.. No revert comes from their side.
Pathetic customer service.
