I never seen such a fraud business.in the name of pandemic, customer care and app temporarily closed from last 70 days. Area manger doesnot pick calls. Then how to vacate the home, forcefully keeping back for their business. Worst customer service ever seen in india. We get reply if want new home, but not for vacate. Never ever choose nestaway. Highly fraud company.

    I trying from a very long time to move out from the flat, but nestaway website not providing the option, from last 1 month you are showing no dates, i am fully done with your fake company, now you are imposing charges, as its your company faults, you guys playing such a smart move, even your area manager such a ### crazy guy dont knw how to talk to us. You are not picking my call not even replying the mail.i also talked to one of your team guy but he didn't give any response after that.They are charging 11000 rupees and taking my whole deposit well.First i was looking for the 1 month deposit back but now if they provide only the clearance without any charges to go that will be fine.
    i am tagging a video of 9th april, after the lock-down extends the dates they are showing after 17 may are blocked too.
    Now i am just trying to move out, they are still not providing the dates before 6 june and imposing charges.And second video on 26 may.Totally fraud company with useless guys.

      Nestaway is changing same item again and again in different names.
      In our flat we are being charged maintenance charges (750 for 1 bkh, 1250 for 2 bhk as per bill from nestaway).
      The maintenance charges includes below as per email from nestaway are manager:
      1. Common area maintenance
      2. Watchmen salary
      3. Common area electricity bill (Water motor, common area lights, lift bill)
      4. CAN water meter bill.
      ..
      Now nestaway started charging watch man salary separately..
      Also if you see the attached receipt it clearly says monthly maintenance is 1250.. but I am charged 1500..

      Since nestaway completely shut down the customer care functioning.. no way to resolve it.. raising a ticket is waste of time.. no one responds to it.. I have many open issues.. pending from even 6 months back

      Note: I have blurred out the personal information from the bill

        I rented a room via nestaway which i have already vacated a month back.
        Nestaway technician did come for inspection of the house while i was vacating and prepared the checklist to be submitted in his office to process my deposit refund.

        I have been calling him and the area manager since then. They keep saying that it is being processed, but not intimation of when will i get the deposit amount back.

        Super slow and bad service of nestaway. Totally not happy.

          I had already raised a move out request for the 25th of march and have moved out on the given date. It has been more than 2 months, however the deposit isn't refunded yet. Instead i have been receiving calls to make rent payment. I have tried to reach out via different channels but unable to....

          Dear team,

          My name is prasanna sirivella. I have been using nestaway services from last 2 years. I had vacated my flat on april 16th and informed to the manager as there was no option available in-mobile app. After several follow up's they are not responding as well my dashboard is adding up rent with fines for not paying it.

          In actual, i am supposed to get back with my deposit but here although i am not using their facility i am bombarded with rents and fine's.

          I have no option left apart from complaining here. Would like to get some help on this.

            Nestaway has been charging improper and irrelevant charges on its property. It is charging me back dated utility bill which I've already paid during jan 2020 and feb 2020. It is charging me again now, that too 3 times the price.

              Despite paying the rent well within the given deadline, am being called continuously to pay rent from past 2 months and late fees of 100 rs. Per day has been added for 3 weeks in the month of march.

              Also, they have taken away the option to raise a service request mentioning assure charges to be paid even though it was supposed to be waived off as per the ticket number sc_01558867.

              Long pending discrepancies on rent from a year back is still open even after raising multiple tickets with screen shots and bank statements. Still, they are demanding to pay extra money.

                Hello,
                Nestaway as a company is a fraud in terms of charging whatever they feel like, providing poor quality furniture's (Literally you can't use them) & are very unprofessional when it comes to resolving issues.

                I had faced rent payment issue in month of nov 19. There was no issue from my side (Payment was successful) still the payment was refunded which i was unaware & hence fine charges where added on daily basis. For me the charges on dashboard did not seem valid so the payment was not done. I tried to get this issue resolved but was not able to get proper resolution for few month. After feb 20 due to the covid situation nestaway services was limited so in the month of april 20 out of frustration i went to the app gave a 1 star rating on the app along with my review. On 13th april (Tentative) nestaway executive calls.
                The call was handled by mr. Shrikant reddy from nestaway.
                1st) i requested him if he can justify each amount on dashboard (By this time the fine charges was around 7500/-). Also mentioned if he can do that the complete payment will be done.
                2nd) since i'm self employed & due to the covid situation, in the month of april i was unable to do any online transaction. So i requested if they can understand the situation and arrange for a cash payment as i had some emergency cash or if he can atleast put hold to the daily fine that kept on adding daily.

                Initially he didn't agree to any concerns. Later i had to share my acc statement & after 3 days of calls and lots of checking & request & explanations. On 16th april shrikant calls and tells me that after verifying everything, they waived off 3000 /- which was wrongly charged & also he has arranged someone who will collect the cash from home. The rest fine charges was properly justified so agreed to do the payment also was happy as my payment issue was resolved. Before i hang up he tells me if he can close the issue & if i can change the review/rating. I told him not to do and to only close when the payment was cleared on dashboard. He assures me not to worry and the payment will be collected on the same day & also if not collected i can connect to nestaway and ask to arrange for a call back from shrikant as he know the entire history & will help me sort the issue. So i was very happy with it said ok & also changed the review.

                But later i don't get any calls or no one comes collect an cash nothing. I wait for few days knowing the situation of lock down. During this time the daily fine charges again kept applying and increasing. So i raised a ticket again. I didn't get any response for few days even tried mailing several times no response (Screenshot attached). Again frustrated i change the view & i get a call from nestaway. Being pissed with such false commitment i asked to connect to their seniors which was denied. Also when i requested to connect to mr. Shrikant reddy as he know the history even that was denied. I was told that no such cash payment commitments was given by nestaway. I was shocked so told to conform the call recording as all the service calls are recorded by the company or atleast connect me to the same executive.
                Later next day i get a call and the executive say that no such commitment was given and i will have to do the payment (Which now was increased by 3700 additional fine) or else the fine will keep on increasing daily & no action will be taken. Also the ticket will be closed as according to them there was no issue.
                The ticket was closed without my concern. Shocked & pissed i tried contacting nestaway by mail/by raising ticket but till date i haven't received any calls. As i was more worried about the daily fine charges i had no option but forcefully pay the fine. I have additionally paid 3700/- now.
                Firstly their executive gave a false commitment. Even after telling to check for the recorded line they denied. Which was more shocking. Unfortunately i didn't record the call so i had to bare the loss.
                Moreover i have also been charged twice for water bill. There is no proper water bill or details on the dashboard shown. The furniture's provided by the company are such cheap quality they break easily (See attached screenshot). My flat has 4 broken chairs & 3 broken beds!.

                All this has led to a lot of mental harassment & such a unpleasant experience staying with nestaway. For now i don't have any dues at nestaway & really done with their services but i have paid additional 3700/- which is not acceptable & want a refund. See attachments for screenshot of mails, payment receipt & quality of the furniture's provided.

                  This is aprajita, it's third time i am sending complain related to this issue... Pls clear this problem very soon.. Ur customer care number is not working not no any area manager r available here to solve our issue.. Just owner of my flat called me and told me to vacant his flat after 31st may, how it possible? I m stuck in my native place due to lockdown...
                  Owner told me nestaway guys talked with owner and assure that he will vacant his flat after 31st may...
                  Please clear all this thing.. It's torchur for us... I will complain from high authority, everytime owner call us nd told for vacant his house... I have mail of maharashtra govt... It's clear mentioned no one can vacant his flat during lockdown...

                  Sir still Nestaway did not response...this is lockdown period in cities...I m not in Mumbai and owner called me my flatmate for move out from Nestaway house...
                  This is not fare...Nestaway feedback is very bad...not customer service is working not area manager give any solutions...is any need for complain from any govt authority for this behaviour?

                    Raised a request in first week of february to off-boarding our house due to various customer services issues from this company. As per their terms it takes them 4 weeks for the same. Despite my several requests over phone calls they did not even initiate the process. I myself informed tenants staying in the house about this issue. They understood my situation and vacated the place after making the arrangements. One person could not move out because of the lock down, i informed him to stay put still situation changes. Even now the house is vacant from april first week, i have heard nothing from nestaway customer service. Their call center is closed. The dashboard in the website as well as phone application do not work anymore. There are no other means of communication such as email or a phone call to area manager. Either they do not provide their numbers or they just do not pickup calls. I'm staying 3000km away from my home town due to work and having to arrange temporary staying arrangement for my old parents because o[censored]nresponsive and non-existent customer service. It is going to be 4 months since i raised the off-boarding request, so far not heard when they will do it. Really sick of this company and their behavior, but even to get away with its association it has been a pain. Regarding the maintenance of the house, less said the better.

                      Hi me and my friend live in neswaway property since 3 months and suddenly we got mail stating to vocate the property since its going to be off loaded from nestaway. Now we try reaching customer support and all call be unanswered.

                        They have resolved issue earlier complaint march now i am still facing same issue for next month for april 2020

                        1) utility bill charges added twice in same month payment.

                        Same month utility cost added twice firstly they added rs 360 for april and added rs 721 for same month

                        2) i have already told them that water services we are not using still they have added rs 150 x 2 = rs 300 in dash board. (As extra charges) although water purifier is not working since august 2019

                        3) maintenance charges they are taking every month unable to resolve issue of washing machine from 7 months. Not working since oct 2019

                        Earlier all payments i have made in april itself no pending payment.

                        Now i am unable to raise ticket as well.

                          I was told by nestaway is three people staying pg. But i found out that one of flatmate is staying with two other people illegally for quite a long time.. I asked them regarding. This.. They are threatening me... And actual flatmate is not here... Due to this lockdown i have to stay with these people who are staying illegally..

                          Nestaway also know about this... I paying electricity bill and also taking care of other expenses... I am scared of these ppl and nesaway doesn't care abt this

                            Please be noted, as per nestaway terms rent needs to be paid by 5th of every month.
                            May 2020 rent have paid by me on 5th may via google pay. Still these guys are charging late fine charges,

                            Also i have send an email regarding this along with screenshot of google pay.
                            Also in stead of solving the same, they are keep on charging the same.

                            Please sort this out and remove all charges immeditely.

                            Nestaway guys should give some respect who pays rent on time in stead of hassashing.

                            Still yet I have not received any response. Also I am getting threatening calls from Nestaway team for rent
                            payment. I dont know, why should I pay 2 times rent for the same month.

                            Nestaway is asking for my bank statement, which is completely personal. I told them that & can share the screen shot of the particular transaction only.

                            Pls help here, this is not professionalism to threaten tenants for payment, where tenant already paid the charges.

                              I am associated with nestaway since 5 months, i have rented a room in tolichowki.
                              Firstly, the executive who has shown this property promised me that there will be no pentalty if i vacate the room with in six months. Later i hear from them that there is a penalty if i vacate in six months. I told the executive that i will be there in the property for only three months.
                              Later i ask them to shift the room in the same property and there is no response from them, neither they receive the call to solve the issue, now i am paying the rent of 9000 inr every month while this amid lockdown. I am not sure if i vacate this property whether i will get atleast one month rent back to my account.. I had sent n number of emails but there is no proper response from them.

                                I've associated with nestaway from almost last 3 years. I've never had any big complains until this month. While i was making payment for may'20 month's, i realized that they have added 100 rs/day for the entire last month (April'20) and continue to do so till date too for some late payment fee. I have immediately raised a request for this problem "sc_02291787" as i've always paid my rent on time and it's been almost 14-15 days and nobody has even looked at it. Disappointed. They closed that request randomly without resolution so i had to raise another one. "cc_02298975" (Updated and no update here as well)

                                First of all, i've always paid my rent on time. Go check the entire history of 3 years and tell me if i haven't paid my rent on time, ever. Second, i had some open tickets for assure charges, which they're imposing unnecessarily and i'm not agreeing to, as i'm already paying to my society for all those charges. So why should i simply pay extra to these guys. I haven't agreed to this in my agreement also. So it's illegal to force me for that when i have a discussion going on.

                                My entire 3 yrs experience is on the line of getting ruined and i'm deeply concerned (Mentally and financially) about how they're handling this request. They're simply torturing me mentally by adding late payment fee everyday when i have never, like never, defaulted my payments. I understand how important it is to pay rent on time. If you guys will continue to do so, the time is not far when you will start losing the valuable customers like me. Just because you are losing revenue doesn't mean you'll start punishing your current customer base for that.

                                Mentioning service request again, which require immediate attention "cc_02298975" referring with "sc_02288775". Stop torturing good people. These are very difficult times and you guys need to understand this. I know it's all about money for you while it's creating stress for the people out here. Please remove those charges so that i can live peacefully, specially when i need it the most.

                                  Nestaway is overcharging for the water supply. They say that tankers are being provided which wasn't mentioned while moving in. Each month they used to charge[protected] rs. But from past 3 months, they are overcharging rs[protected] rs for the water. They do not provide a proper bill. It's just an invoice which days water bill and no details of how many tankers were ordered. The owners, managers and the customer service do not respond to the calls.

                                  I have paid 1249 rs in the month of march which has no details in the dashboard.

                                    We have booked a flat through nestaway but move in got delayed due to the covid-19 lockdown. Now we have received a mail stating that nestway is delisting the property hence the booking is now cancelled from their end aithout consulting us.

                                    Firstly, now we have no place to move as booking is cancelled without any notice.
                                    Secondly, we have paid complete one month rent, secuirty, one time move-in charge amounting to rs. 1 lakh (Rs.99, 348 exact figure). We got cancellation mail on 7th may and its been 5 days since then and we havent receieved any information on our money.

                                    Customer care is not reachable on phone or email. They have removed all house related and payment related details from nestaway dashboard itself.

                                    Now we have no house and money left to book some other place as well.

                                      I have moved out on 19.03.2020, the move out team did room inspection in my presence only and i handed them the room key. All the move out procedures were completed from my side. Till date i haven't received my refund of security deposit. I also raised a ticket for this issue (Sc_[protected], but this ticket was closed without resolving the issue.

                                      Kindly request you to consider this issue very sincerely and help me to refund my full payment.

                                      Is there any update on the issue? Its been nearly two months that i have moved out, it shouldn't be taking so long to refund the deposit, specially when the banking sector is fully functional.

                                      Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                      Please note that i haven't received my refund yet.

                                      On 30th June move out inspection was done and all necessary data along with the pics of the utility items were submitted to the Nestaway executive. Later the executive confirmed me by call that all the details were provided to Nestaway.

                                      Its been now 4 months i have moved out, request you to kindly accelerate the procedure and provide me the refund as early as possible.
