I am tenant staying Nestaway FF2 Sai Enclave, Bangalore. This is to inform that I met with an accident today due falling of ceiling Fan and Short circuit in whole living area due to which none of the electronic device is working in living area. Kindly interven in the issue and please provide us solution early as possible.

    I was living in the nestaway house i'd 3328 pune and paid security plus rent in advance monthly rental 32300. Then on 24 august shifted to other house through nestaway in fursungi pune for house i'd 76982. Then paid rs 7245 as rent till 5/8/2019 and house i'd 76982 rs.17419 (Advance) was paid from 8/8/2019 to 31/8/2019, monthly rental 22500.. I had move in house id 76982 on 24/8/2019 as rent agreement got delayed from nestaway team, so for 7 days rent to be paid for house i'd 76982 from 24/8 to 31/8 is rs. 5806/- and for for house i'd 3328 is 1/8 to 23/8 is 23964/-. Hence total rent paid is 7245+17419 (Advance) =24664/-. Hence 700 paid should be adjusted with rent to be paid for 76892 that is 5806-700=5106/-. I will pay 5106. But since last year they are not resolving this issue and forcing me to pay for the duration that i had never lived and putting uneccessary fine. Pfa proof

      Had paid the december rent on 12/11/2019 along with the late charges and i receive a late charge on 12/12/2019 of rs. 200. Been disputing that ever since and the only response i have received is either "we're working on it" or "we'll get back to you". Had some pending dues of around rs. 1400 in february, which i was supposed to pay in march ending due to salary. Received a call from customer service on 25th to ask me to pay the dues as there was a change in policy. When i checked my dashboard, the dues along with the disputed amount was being charged around rs. 4000. Called the customer service on 03/30/2020, the executive asked me to call him on 03/31/2020 as he didn't have his system. And when i called the next day, a recorded message said that they'll get back to me. I called again the next day. A recorded message said "nestaway has closed its customer service till 15 april due to corona pandemic".in order to avoid more late charges, i paid around rs. 2700 which was supposed to be due on 04/05/2020. I tried calling them again after 04/15/2020, i recieved the same message, with an addition of "if you're facing a problem, raise a ticket". I tried to raise but there was no option for payment issues on the help section. I raised a cleaning request and mentioned my problem there. Also tweeted about it on twitter and soon after that they canceled my ticket.

        Ticket no sc_02270583 was forcefully closed. Maintenance amount for the amount of april is not yet paid, due to which there is no electricity in the house. Neither the area mangers nor the nestaway people are responding on this. According to the area manager maintenance amount was already paid by nestaway 15 days back, the amount is not reflecting in the metre. This is really poor service of nestaway during this lock down period.

        Every month we have to take pain in calling the area manager 1000 times and nobody receives the phone. These people are insane. These people have made made some changes in the my profile due to which i am unable to create a ticket any more from my nestaway account. This is very poor service of nestway.

          With lockdown everything is suspended and rightly so, and makes sense we cant move out and all but with renewed agreement adding new surcharge makes no sense in this lockdown. I cant reach you guys, your customer care doesnt work. I have paid my charges and I have 1600 rs as fine which I by mistake checked today. I was not informed not even through a notification or anything and u guys keep on pilling on the charge and by the time lockdown gets over I will have 30k amount of surcharge on my head. I think it is some sort of self generated charge but you guys need to take account of this. I have seen many such issues underlining this forum.

          you guys have only service request raised part where you earn money, their use to be greviances and abuse or something to raise request but that is gone.

          i have already paid enough extra with you guys because of your utter incompetence and unprofessionalism. please look into it and reach out.

            With Covid-19 lockdown you guys are restricted moving out that is understandable, there is new assured since my Anual lease was to be uodated. now you have added around 1600 rs in over head fine and I dont get it why? We cant reach you guys, you guys have conviniently changed the Layout of your app so that we cant complain on it about billing only service complaints can be raised those actually fetch you guys more money.
            with so much going around Has NestAway actually lost sight of everything? i have been harrassed and charged over head before because you and your people are incompetent to actually manage any thing and now again?
            what is the issue with your utter disregard to your clients. I see similar complaints neeche bhi.

              This is not acceptable.You have increased rent just 6 months back. We are already in times of crisis. Government is asking for relaxation of rent payment but you are increasing the rent. We won't accept it.

                By abiding the due date 5th july, i have paid the monthly rent (For the month of march) on 4th april by upi (Google pay). But the nesaway dashboard which shows payment information has not been updated and i am being fined on a daily basis. The daily fine has tolled to more than rs. 2000.

                I am being fined for no reason. I tried contacting customer care but no one is answering. I have also tried raising request many times by the app by nothing has worked.

                This is malpractice in times when the government is asking landlords to ease rents. This is harassment and i can't sit quietly on this.

                  Please do correct the same. I am not able to raise the service connect. It is pending quite long time since march but they keep putting penalties. Please correct and let me know so that i can pay. Please clarify me and remove the penalties.

                  I can see two utility bill cost (349.89 & 765.69) due on my dashboard due on 5 apt 2020. I do feel it’s too high on individual tenant. Please have a look and correct me if i am wrong.

                  Please wave of the rent and utility bill for next month as I have already Paid for last 7 months without starting or using accommodation or utility bill let me know if I can go for legal advice and consumer court for this.

                    I really want to know that why I have been getting harassed daily by nestaway executives asking when I am gonna pay the rent? I have raised a service request and I have informed my owner as well that I dont have job and I need time but then too I have been getting harassed daily by Nestway? Do you people get peace when I repeat my statement that "I dont have have a job and my father's business is running down because of this lockdown"? Do you people want to get entertain  by calling me daily and asking why I have not paid rent for this month?

                    As per the government you cannot harass any individual like this or else I can also take a strict action against you people. I did my job telling the truth that I a unable to make payment because " I DO NOT HAVE A ### JOB" but daily you people harass me by calling me. I cannot go back to my home. I cannot eat two times food properly. I cannot do anything during this crises still I have told that I will manage somehow and pay the rent. Then too again you people ask the same thin again and again and again. What joy youn people are getting??

                    Once I get a job the first what I am gonna do is to leave Nestway and I swear to god. If money is so important then deduct the amount from my security deposite if you people want to harass me like this.

                    You people should have some lliterate behaviour not to torture someone like this. I have did my job and told to my owner that what I have been growing through and also I have raised a request mentioning the same. Then too you people are like keep harassing me??? For what joy you all are doing like this??? Do you have any sort of humanity???

Most of our owners depend on the house rent as a source of income and in the current circumstances, it becomes equally important for them to receive the rent. We request you to kindly be considerate to them as well in this situation. In case of any specific issues that you may face, please raise a ticket to the customer experience team. We will try to do our best in the circumstances.
                    I moved out of the nestaway property last month. no one came for the key collection i tried to contact them but everything is closed due to COVID and that is completely understandable. I got a contact from my previous complain His name is abhishek i asked help from him he said ok I'll help you don't worry i was relieved after 2-3 days he started texting me inappropriate messages and harassing me. He kept calling me in midnight. when I asked him what is wrong with you he said that's how i help. And started abusing me and he said just wait and watch what he will do ( I guess that's for my deposit money). I sent a complaint mail along with all the screenshots but i am getting no response. Then i filed a complain in airforce police station they said they will deal with the guy. It's been 3 days there's is no response from anywhere. It's quite disturbing that everyone when is there right on your head when you are moving in and paying money but when it comes for helping this is you people react to it. I regret choosing nestaway.

                      Hi My name is Prince. I rent the nestaway apartments via getting in touch of area manager in Noida sector 62 Hemant Yadav and we agreed upon the rent of 6500 which I paid in cash and he told me he will initiate the move in process and for rest of months I have to pay rent via nestaway app.
                      After a month I noticed there were some assure charges in addition to rent of 6500 . So Hemant Yadav told me to raise ticket . Once I raised the ticket the nestaway customer care asked me to attach the email confirmation from the Hemant Yadav . And after attaching the email confirmation the assure charges were removed from that month but from next month assure charges again began to appear on my dashboard.
                      I raised the ticket again and they said that you pay the rent of the month and we will remove the assure charges. I paid the rent on time but they did not removed assure charges and fine kept on piling up. I raised issue multiple time but they are not even listening to me. And for this month they again said that you pay just rent on time we will remove charges. But this time I told them until and unless you remove assure charges and unnesscary fine due to it I will not pay rent till then because I am afraid that they will not return my security due to fine piling up. . And now they have initiated the eviction process during the total lockdown due to Corona virus.
                      There are strict orders from DM that tenants can not be evicted during this period.

                      Please help me out .I am really frustrated by the kind of service they provide. I am fed up by raising the issues multiple time .

                        I have rented a bed in kandivali west through nestaway. As discussed with the area manager, the lock-in period of my stay was 4 months and if i moved out before that standard penalty i. E. 50% of my monthly rent would be applicable. I want to move out after 3 months by 30th april but they are charging me the entire rent of may month which were not the terms. They are not replying to us properly as well. The area manager is not picking up calls and his email id is also not working.

                          Hi syed tousif,

                          First of all, do not close the ticket, it is not solved.

                          I want to emphasis again and recall the discussions which we had earlier around 10 times. Let me explain my case again here.

                          Here below i have given my final settlement statement (. I. E. Screen shot) which i received from netsaway. For your reference i have attached the final settlement as pdf file in this mail too.

                          Let me explain the issue, in the below screen shot, i have marked in red color those are wrong transactions. Let me explain one by one

                          Security deposit: as i told you multiple times, i have paid advance amount rs 60, 000/-, but simply you considering only rs 43522.-/, where is the rest of the amount rs 16, 478/-?. While our discussion, you was telling that i did not pay one month rent, so it is was detected, but on that time itself i clearly told that i paid all months rents without fail, i asked you to recheck your office record. Finally you accepted my point, because i have paid the rent two times in one month, it is recorded and i have bank statement on this. Initially you accepted, again you are raising question on this same meaninglessly. Why, i did not understand, what proof you want from me on this. Please explain and suggest me further. So the amount rs 16, 478/-has to pay to me, please do the needful things on this at the earlier

                          Notice period charges : already i have given proper notice period through calling your call center team multiple times, it is recorded and i have proof on this. Because your company website was not working on those days and i could not submit vacation request, so i called your call center team and created the move out request. Your call center guys also confirmed that there would not be any notice period charges in my move out request. But still the notice period charges rs 3189/- has been taken from my advance amount. You also accepted this point in our meeting, so the amount rs 3189/- has to revoke and pay to me, please do the needful things on this at the earlier

                          Electricity charges : it is a simple things, i shown the proof that i had paid the electricity charges as per latest charges, attached the paid receipts in this mail too but, from netaway rs 1000/- has been changed & taken from my advance amount, it is not genuine. So the amount rs 1000/- has to revoke & pay to me, please do the needful things on this at the earlier

                          See, i am very tired as this issue going on around 4 months, i also met you at your office & discussed with you multiple times, even i called your office call center teams multiple time & explained to them the same points, still i did not see solutions on this. Seems it is showing you & your company's irresponsiveness and not genuine in handling issue, i request you, please do not play with people money, definitely it will reflect & affect your business.

                          I am looking for fast action & solution on this from you and your company, please do the needful at the earliest. If i did not receive any genuine response/action from your end, i need to go police, govt or judiciary's help, there is not other way for me.

                            Attn : can some senior officials look into this issue, some cheating is happening on my case as i am always getting irresponsible/meaningless response from your team.
                            As you canceled the service ticket sc_02018455 without my knowledge and discussion with me, even though i asked in that ticket itself to discuss with me for further information.

                            But again, you are showing that you are fraud guys. How can you cancel this ticket sc_02018455, what basis you are cancelling. I told you clearly in that ticket itself and asked you what proof you want as i have proof to share you.

                            Now i am asking you again, which month & year that i didnot pay the rent, you are just telling only december month, but which year. You have to tell me clearly, so that i can share the proof like bank statement or rent receipts.

                            But, instead of asking me the proof, you are always interested to close/cancel the ticket just to escape, this is not genuine and it is kind of doing fraud like stealing peoples money.

                            You are company senior officials have to look to this kind irresponsible and sincere-less work. Definitely, this kind response would backfire to company.

                            Please give a call at my cell+[protected]. I called at your number [protected] to talk you guys, but nobody is picking up, so i could not able to talk you.

                            Please do the needful things on this and handling genuine approach, at least hereafter.

                              Sir i have been staying in this nestaway property from past 1 years. There services are very poor as they don’t resolve the complain and automatically close the. You can see so many services are present there, even ever now and the they charge for some or the other thing even they play with the electricity bill. One day i saw the bill was of some other amount and they always ask so much from me stl i said nothing i payed the bill. But this time this issue is very big. Firstly they have not even serviced the a c from there side and started to take rent from the month of feb. Sir please help me out i really want to tell the people about there services and even i have many friends who have gone through all this... Sir this is a very bad company and pls look at my request please. I have been disturbed a lot

                                I m aprajita living in nestaway house... My number is [protected].. Sir i m living in this house from 1 and half year... Today whole country is facing coronavirus outbreak and we all are in lockdown condition... Nobody can going out anywhere... Now i m not in munbai, i am stuck in my home city, suddenly i got a mail from ur side for move out till 22 april due to owner off boarding house from nestaway, but is it suitable time for move out?? Where we will go suddenly? Even i m not in town, no any flight or train are running, how it possible to move out? I raised many times service request but no any reply came from nestaway, even area manager not give any suitable response... Please i request u see our problem and extend our move out date in this corona crisis...

                                  I had given my flat a2-107 dsk madhuban sakinaka andheri east mumbai on rent to nestaway technologies pvt. Ltd. The company had given off boarding request but refused to pay rent during notice period. They overstayed in my apartment without paying rent for 2 months. I got my flat evacuated forcefully with the help of police. My flat was in horrible state. I got all the repairs done by private agency and it took 22 days for repair and i had spend almost 6 to 7 hours daily to get the things done. Breakup of total expenditure is
                                  1) repair and maintenance - rs 2, 69, 512
                                  2) additional rent of 21 days which are wasted in carrying out repair and maintenance - rs 39, 900
                                  3) rent for notice period - rs1, 01, 690
                                  Total amount which i need to recover from nestaway is rs 3, 20, 102 (Three lakh twenty thousand one hundred and two) - along with interest @ 18% p. A. From the date it was due till the date of payment.
                                  Repair details are as follows
                                  1) modular kitchen - completely shattered
                                  2) tv - not working and remote broken
                                  3) wallpaper - torn
                                  4) blue star ac not giving cooling. Servicing is done done for both ac despite of accountability over mail.
                                  5) dining table chair - broken
                                  6) painting - horrible state, need to be redone
                                  7) 14 lights - not working
                                  8) switch board - plate missing and all dirty
                                  9) main door lock and safety door lock broken
                                  10) wardrobe both bedroom broken - drawer completely broken, handle broken
                                  11). Balcony - rusting, not cleaned for last 2 year
                                  12) video door phone - video of door phone not working
                                  13) door bell - not working
                                  14) jet spray handle broken
                                  15) curtain - not washed for last 16 months even though it was promised over mail
                                  I am chasing nestaway relentlessly but they have not responded to any mail., i had contacted my relationship mananger mr. Vimlesh (Mobile no -[protected]) but he had blocked my number and not picking up the phone. I had also contacted ajit thakur zonal manager mobile no [protected], he had also blocked my number and not reachable then i tried contacting sudhanshu mobile no [protected], he is also not picking up the phone. I had dropped many mails but i had not received any response

                                    I dr. Sonali satish kolte, owner of flat a2-203, madhuban dsk, mehra compound, opp. Sakinaka telephone exchange, andheri (E), mumbai had given the said flat on rent to nestaway. Nestaway had given me notice about offboarding of flat. I agreed to it. Nestaway didn't pay the rent since feb' 2020. I chased up with nestaway relentlessly, i had contacted my relationship mananger mr. Vimlesh (Mobile no -[protected]) but he had blocked my number and not picking up the phone. I had also contacted ajit thakur zonal manager mobile no [protected], he had also blocked my number and not reachable then i tried contacting sudhanshu mobile no [protected], he is also not picking up the phone. Then i had dropped them official email citing if the rent is not paid then the property will be evacuated on immediate basis then i had asked the tenants to vacate my flat but they had refused to do so citing covid emergency and since they were out of town. Considering tenants are females i had shown the willingness and good gesture and asked them that if they want to stay then they have to pay me rent directly till the covid emergency last and they return from their native places, however they refused my request and said they are only going to pay to the nestaway.
                                    Nobody is taking responsibility to pay the rent but they do not want to vacate the premises and want to stay for free. Thereafter i lodged police fir against them under ipc section 441. I am paying emi rs 1, 10, 000 to the bank against the loan taken.
                                    I also observed the property is badly damaged, all the kitchen cabinets and its doors are badly damaged and can collapsed any time.
                                    I urged them to pay inr 45000x 2 months (Rent for march'20 and april'20) + asset damage inr 60000.
                                    Overall recovery = inr 1, 50, 000

                                    There was no ticket ID, as your customer care number is not reachable but I had dropped various mail to Sudhanshu sharma, Ajit Thakur, Vimlesh. Please get in touch with them
                                    I have let out 8 flats to nestaway 4 years plus ago and they did not bother to off load during lockdown period from Jan 2020 to till June 2021. After lot of persuation they handed over by end of june and all the flats are badly damaged in all respect including furniture, fixtures and fittings and most of the gadgets like fridge,
                                    washing machine etc. Till today they are not settling the claim.

                                      Hi team,

                                      Nest away added duplicate bills and overlapped bills to my dashboard, i have raised the issue by adding screenshots. They did not resolve that issue but added fine around 2000 rs for that, actual is 2600 rs (2600 + 2000). They are asking me to pay for 4600.

                                      They have done below mistakes and asking me to pay for their mistakes. I have saved all those tickets and screenshots which they replied, on a need basis, i can provide those.

                                      1. Nest away added overlapped bills
                                      2. Nest away added duplicate water bills
                                      3. Nest away not even replied one month after raising the ticket on the water bill issue.
                                      4. Nestaway closed the issue without addressing the complete issue
                                      5. Nestaway not attached original bill from the vendor
                                      6. Nestaway replied the same answer without reading the issue.
                                      Below answer, i got from nest away almost 2 months.
                                      "we are checking with the concerned team and we will get back to you"

                                      Attached the mail which i have written to apartment manager but i am not getting any response.

                                      Summary of this ticket :

                                      Nest Away Reply: "We are checking with the concerned team and we will get back to you with a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible"

                                      Above is the reply I got from Nest away almost 2 months the same response nest away copy pasted.

                                      It happened from November to January. Without resolving this issue, again added a duplicate bill for Jan So I have asked that also then nest away resolved the latest issue and closed the ticket without resolving the main issue.

                                      Up to Apr 1 Nest away added fine 2000 rs for the payment around 2500. I have informed to the Apartment manager about the issue, he has taken service tickets and told me that nest away will remove all fines which they added as the issue from nest away but instead of removing fine for these 12 days, again they added 1200 rs fine that means for 2500 rs - 3600 rs fine they added and they replied for the ticket saying that they forwarded to concern team and after 2 days nest away closed the ticket without replying anything. Attached the ticket and the mail which I have sent to CTO of the nest away team. However, I have not gotten response from CTO.

                                      I have paid all bills including overlapped and duplicate bills as It is impossible to get a response from nest away for service tickets which I have raised since they are closing tickets without responding and adding fines on top of that.

                                      Attached the mail which I have sent to CTO, apartment manager, and [protected]@nestaway.com and requested to remove the fine they added.

                                        There is problem with my dash board, i raised ticked regarding same issue on 5.02.2020.
                                        They keep posing other charges of rs 150 in dash board for no reason.
                                        I can see some extra utility charges added in my dashboard so i raised ticket on 5.02.2020 for justification. They have added utility charges after my regular rent payment.
                                        I have same issue on maintenance charges as well so same ticket is been used for justification of this issue as well.

                                        Now for utility and maintenance charges late payment they have charged me with fine of rs 2200 as due date 5 april

                                        Maintenance charges justification is given by nestaway its ok but how can i make payment with out proper justification for utility charges and this all activity started when i raised concern from my side. We already found that rs 150 added in my account is incorrect later it was removed from dash board.

                                        They keep on posting and adding rs 100 for late payment charges daily.

                                        This late payment fine and charges should be removed. Because its i have raised my concern on 5th march and i received call from nestaway on 22 march in between i am is been fined with rs 2200 that too rs 100 daily.

                                        No resolution for washing machine from december 2019.

                                        Rs 150 water charges added although water purifier is not working since august 2019

                                        No justification given on utility and maintenance charges and now they are forcing to pay late fine rs 2200 that to increasing rs 100 daily.

                                        They forcing to pay maintenance charges with fine but not giving service, utility charges are also added after rent payment.
