I m aprajita living in nestaway house... My number is [protected].. Sir i m living in this house from 1 and half year... Today whole country is facing coronavirus outbreak and we all are in lockdown condition... Nobody can going out anywhere... Now i m not in munbai, i am stuck in my home city, suddenly i got a mail from ur side for move out till 22 april due to owner off boarding house from nestaway, but is it suitable time for move out?? Where we will go suddenly? Even i m not in town, no any flight or train are running, how it possible to move out? I raised many times service request but no any reply came from nestaway, even area manager not give any suitable response... Please i request u see our problem and extend our move out date in this corona crisis...

    I had given my flat a2-107 dsk madhuban sakinaka andheri east mumbai on rent to nestaway technologies pvt. Ltd. The company had given off boarding request but refused to pay rent during notice period. They overstayed in my apartment without paying rent for 2 months. I got my flat evacuated forcefully with the help of police. My flat was in horrible state. I got all the repairs done by private agency and it took 22 days for repair and i had spend almost 6 to 7 hours daily to get the things done. Breakup of total expenditure is
    1) repair and maintenance - rs 2, 69, 512
    2) additional rent of 21 days which are wasted in carrying out repair and maintenance - rs 39, 900
    3) rent for notice period - rs1, 01, 690
    Total amount which i need to recover from nestaway is rs 3, 20, 102 (Three lakh twenty thousand one hundred and two) - along with interest @ 18% p. A. From the date it was due till the date of payment.
    Repair details are as follows
    1) modular kitchen - completely shattered
    2) tv - not working and remote broken
    3) wallpaper - torn
    4) blue star ac not giving cooling. Servicing is done done for both ac despite of accountability over mail.
    5) dining table chair - broken
    6) painting - horrible state, need to be redone
    7) 14 lights - not working
    8) switch board - plate missing and all dirty
    9) main door lock and safety door lock broken
    10) wardrobe both bedroom broken - drawer completely broken, handle broken
    11). Balcony - rusting, not cleaned for last 2 year
    12) video door phone - video of door phone not working
    13) door bell - not working
    14) jet spray handle broken
    15) curtain - not washed for last 16 months even though it was promised over mail
    I am chasing nestaway relentlessly but they have not responded to any mail., i had contacted my relationship mananger mr. Vimlesh (Mobile no -[protected]) but he had blocked my number and not picking up the phone. I had also contacted ajit thakur zonal manager mobile no [protected], he had also blocked my number and not reachable then i tried contacting sudhanshu mobile no [protected], he is also not picking up the phone. I had dropped many mails but i had not received any response

      I dr. Sonali satish kolte, owner of flat a2-203, madhuban dsk, mehra compound, opp. Sakinaka telephone exchange, andheri (E), mumbai had given the said flat on rent to nestaway. Nestaway had given me notice about offboarding of flat. I agreed to it. Nestaway didn't pay the rent since feb' 2020. I chased up with nestaway relentlessly, i had contacted my relationship mananger mr. Vimlesh (Mobile no -[protected]) but he had blocked my number and not picking up the phone. I had also contacted ajit thakur zonal manager mobile no [protected], he had also blocked my number and not reachable then i tried contacting sudhanshu mobile no [protected], he is also not picking up the phone. Then i had dropped them official email citing if the rent is not paid then the property will be evacuated on immediate basis then i had asked the tenants to vacate my flat but they had refused to do so citing covid emergency and since they were out of town. Considering tenants are females i had shown the willingness and good gesture and asked them that if they want to stay then they have to pay me rent directly till the covid emergency last and they return from their native places, however they refused my request and said they are only going to pay to the nestaway.
      Nobody is taking responsibility to pay the rent but they do not want to vacate the premises and want to stay for free. Thereafter i lodged police fir against them under ipc section 441. I am paying emi rs 1, 10, 000 to the bank against the loan taken.
      I also observed the property is badly damaged, all the kitchen cabinets and its doors are badly damaged and can collapsed any time.
      I urged them to pay inr 45000x 2 months (Rent for march'20 and april'20) + asset damage inr 60000.
      Overall recovery = inr 1, 50, 000

      There was no ticket ID, as your customer care number is not reachable but I had dropped various mail to Sudhanshu sharma, Ajit Thakur, Vimlesh. Please get in touch with them
      I have let out 8 flats to nestaway 4 years plus ago and they did not bother to off load during lockdown period from Jan 2020 to till June 2021. After lot of persuation they handed over by end of june and all the flats are badly damaged in all respect including furniture, fixtures and fittings and most of the gadgets like fridge,
      washing machine etc. Till today they are not settling the claim.

        Hi team,

        Nest away added duplicate bills and overlapped bills to my dashboard, i have raised the issue by adding screenshots. They did not resolve that issue but added fine around 2000 rs for that, actual is 2600 rs (2600 + 2000). They are asking me to pay for 4600.

        They have done below mistakes and asking me to pay for their mistakes. I have saved all those tickets and screenshots which they replied, on a need basis, i can provide those.

        1. Nest away added overlapped bills
        2. Nest away added duplicate water bills
        3. Nest away not even replied one month after raising the ticket on the water bill issue.
        4. Nestaway closed the issue without addressing the complete issue
        5. Nestaway not attached original bill from the vendor
        6. Nestaway replied the same answer without reading the issue.
        Below answer, i got from nest away almost 2 months.
        "we are checking with the concerned team and we will get back to you"

        Attached the mail which i have written to apartment manager but i am not getting any response.

        Please help me.

        Summary of this ticket :

        Nest Away Reply: "We are checking with the concerned team and we will get back to you with a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible"

        Above is the reply I got from Nest away almost 2 months the same response nest away copy pasted.

        It happened from November to January. Without resolving this issue, again added a duplicate bill for Jan So I have asked that also then nest away resolved the latest issue and closed the ticket without resolving the main issue.

        Up to Apr 1 Nest away added fine 2000 rs for the payment around 2500. I have informed to the Apartment manager about the issue, he has taken service tickets and told me that nest away will remove all fines which they added as the issue from nest away but instead of removing fine for these 12 days, again they added 1200 rs fine that means for 2500 rs - 3600 rs fine they added and they replied for the ticket saying that they forwarded to concern team and after 2 days nest away closed the ticket without replying anything. Attached the ticket and the mail which I have sent to CTO of the nest away team. However, I have not gotten response from CTO.

        Till now this Issue I have informed to below contacts

        I have paid all bills including overlapped and duplicate bills as It is impossible to get a response from nest away for service tickets which I have raised since they are closing tickets without responding and adding fines on top of that.

        Attached the mail which I have sent to CTO, apartment manager, and [protected]@nestaway.com and requested to remove the fine they added.

          There is problem with my dash board, i raised ticked regarding same issue on 5.02.2020.
          They keep posing other charges of rs 150 in dash board for no reason.
          I can see some extra utility charges added in my dashboard so i raised ticket on 5.02.2020 for justification. They have added utility charges after my regular rent payment.
          I have same issue on maintenance charges as well so same ticket is been used for justification of this issue as well.

          Now for utility and maintenance charges late payment they have charged me with fine of rs 2200 as due date 5 april

          Maintenance charges justification is given by nestaway its ok but how can i make payment with out proper justification for utility charges and this all activity started when i raised concern from my side. We already found that rs 150 added in my account is incorrect later it was removed from dash board.

          They keep on posting and adding rs 100 for late payment charges daily.

          This late payment fine and charges should be removed. Because its i have raised my concern on 5th march and i received call from nestaway on 22 march in between i am is been fined with rs 2200 that too rs 100 daily.

          No resolution for washing machine from december 2019.

          Rs 150 water charges added although water purifier is not working since august 2019

          No justification given on utility and maintenance charges and now they are forcing to pay late fine rs 2200 that to increasing rs 100 daily.

          They forcing to pay maintenance charges with fine but not giving service, utility charges are also added after rent payment.

            I have raised complaint at least 20 times regarding the irregularities in the bills via nestaway app. But nestaway never seem to respond nor take any action.

            I have hardly stayed in the house for a week and never raised a service request. Only services i raised for were before moving in and few of them re yet to be resolved. The bills for services you have charged are totally invalid.

            Even the electricity bill is very very high even without staying there.

            The application is absolutely useless.

              Booking of property was done basis the detail of property posted on nestaway website. On the day of move-in found that property lacked all the amenities as posted on website. It was a nestaway trusted property. This was immediately informed to property manager sunit ingale and mover roshan chaudhary.

              They agreed to it and issue was raised to customer care (Ticket sc_[protected]. Even after 2 months they have not refunded the full amount and are unwilling to do so.

              They continued to charge rent from the property from me which there was no move-in.

              Post the compliant they have now changed the property listing on website

              All the photos of posting on website vis-a-vis actual site photos were shared with property manager & customer care.

                I moved out from nestaway on 06/3/2020, nestaway deducted my security amount approx 1800 for utilities charges while i am in under home assure.                   Issue: this is regarding increase in rent by nestaway when an existing rental agreement was already in place.

                  Details:
                  I have been living in a route rented through nestaway technologies for two and a half years. Please note that during this period i have never interacted with the owner of the house.
                  When i initially rented the house on 17th october 2017 with rent rs. 23000, i was provided a notarized rental agreement, which was for eleven months. On renewal, same was done on 17 september 2018 with rent rs. 24610. On third renewal in august 2019, notarized copy was singed by me but a hard copy was not provided. Rather a scanned copy was provided with a certificate [attached] with rent mentioned to be rs. 26332.in february when my employer asked me to fill itr, i asked for a scanned copy of the hard copy through ticket number sc_02099224. Rather providing a scanned copy, they renewed the rent to rs 28965 and provided a similar rental agreement and asked me to sign it digitally. I refused to do so because i already had a rental agreement in place with rent rs. 26332 and the tenure for that rental agreement is till july 2020.

                  After this i have been asked to pay rs. 28965 per month and on top the new rental agreement expires on the same date as earlier one which is july 2020. I have raised several tickets[#sc_02127139 and sc_02159269] asking to fix the rent with justifications. But they closed the tickets saying that the owner is asking for more rent and they can't do anything. Rather i should talk to the owner and ask him for an email confirming that my rent should remain as before i. E. Rs 26410.

                  I paid new rent in fear of being to vacate the house for not paying full rent. Though i feel totally harassed and disturbed with such nuisance they have created.

                  Request your help to get justice to reduce rent to proper amount which is rs. 26332 along with the refund of extra amount paid to them and take proper action against the company which doesn't even withhold the law.

                    We were entitled to a free assure deep cleaning in february which still hasnt happened. The assure guys were sent unannounced to our house on a monday morning when everyone was at work without confirming our availability. Nestaway for the last one year has been extremely unresponsive and irresponsible in their client treatment. We were charged unusually high electricty bills without any proof of hard copies and when we waited to receive hard copies of the bill, additional late charges were levied. We do know who our house manager is as nestaway has failed to inform us that mr. Magesh moorthy, our old manager, left. It is impossible to get in touch with nestaway customer care. This is not the way to treat customers and we should not have to tell you how to do your job and have respect for the contract. Kindly look ino this matter and treat it with utmost urgency. I suggest we have a meeting with all members of our house and a nestaway representative to discuss these problems and come to a conclusive solution as soon as possible.in the mean time, please send somebody to look into the cleaning matter and give us the deep cleaning that we are entitled to.

                      Almost all the utility amounts in our dashboard are incorrect / inappropriate. These bills do not make any sense. They are added randomly either without any bill or as fake bills. Some of them are for a different building but added in our dashboards. In September, Nestaway clearly mentioned that they will not be facilitating water. Since then, water and its charges are handled by us tenants. We are paying the water charges ourselves. But they are charging water bills separately. Additionally they charge multiple electricity bills for a single month. Ideally only ONE electricity bill should be added in our dashboard and nothing more. There are also bills which are not supposed to be paid by tenants.

                      All the tenants in our building are facing the same issues. We discussed these issues with the property manager over the phone call many times. In the month of November, all the tenants of this building had a meeting with him. We explained him our situation. He explained that there might be some issues as the property manager has been changed recently. He also assured us that all the bills will be cleared from our dashboard immediately. But no such action has been taken yet.

                      We have raised several service requests but they are forcibly closing without clarification/ resolution. Customer support doesn't take any action.

                      The absurd bills added upto ₹7000. If we don't pay they are charging ₹100 every day as late fee.

                        I have an issue with your offboarding process and despite it showing as level 3 escalation stage no action been taken so far.

                        The house was vacant from 4th jan and the recovery for damages were already collected. As they couldn't find a tenant we requested for offboarding last month end. The amount deducted from the tenant is with nestaway for last 2 and half months and despite which the repair work has not been started yet and they are purposely delaying the off boarding process. Pathetic service. Strongly don't recommend them to any of my friends.

                          I have taken the flat in v n residency akshayanagar bangalore. It's a ground floor flat. It's been 7 month's already. On 15th march 2020 due to the blockage in junction box of sewage pipe my bedroom washroom got flooded. The stinking sewage water overflowed into my bedroom n den into the living space following the dining space. Because the people staying in the above flats were constantly using their washrooms the sewage water kept on overflowing into our rooms. I asked the caretaker who asked to contact nestaway. I tried raising a service request but their website takes lot of time to load. Den called customer care who said that it would take time n dey can't send a plumber immediately. I explained that it's an emergency as whole house is overflowing with sewage water n it's stinking. I asked for a supervisor or manager but was denied the same saying the call cannot be transferred. Service request would be raised was advised but even that was not done. Tried to book a move out option through nestaway app which shows immediate movement would deduct 5000 amount from my security deposit which is unfair as it's an emergency evacuation. So i had to call her customer care again to inform that this is the situation and they need to help me. It was the same story as per the previous call n this person did raise a service request but i will have to pay 99rs for the visit which ideally nestaway should not charge me as it's not my flat problem it's the main junction box of the sewage system. Still i tried to pay the amount but thier link did not work. And the meanwhile my whole family was panicking. Me n mom were taking out all our things before dey submerge in the dirty water. My granny who is 91yrs old and unwell had to sit outside the house so that she doesn't catch any other disease due to the dirty water. No other way out i had to opt for move out for another date where they would not charge me for the notice period. Ideally it should be nestaway who should ensure the sewage pipes and all are checked. I had to move to another house immediately. I my mom n my friend started moving all our stuff outside the house. I arranged for movers n packers for the things to be shifted to new place. I had asked to arrange for a callback from any manager from nestaway but no calls yet received.

                          I tried raising service request but it was taking lot of time so in the meanwhile I called customer care because the water was filling the house. And al the things lik TV stand, dining table chairs, cylinder, door mats, shoes n sandals, pooja things Al dis needed to be moved immediately or else it would have submerged in the potty water. I also tried to call a local plumber but he wasn't available. I also got an email to pay the Rs99 n I tried paying it but the link got stuck after few moments and did not go any further for the payment. The water was stinking and me and my mom started puking so we had to move out ASAP.

                          I have received email as move out procedure has started and check list has been provided for the deductions. When am trying to click on the link to access the checklist it is taking me to the nestaway app but I am unable to find the dashboard. So am unable to check the checklist. As per email if I don't acknowledge it within 24hrs it wil be auto updated as acknowledged. Customer care centre is not available due to corona effect. So this is really stressing me out. I won't be able to access the checklist and in 24hrs u wil auto update it saying I have agreed it. Am sorry but this is not happening. Any acknowledgements of the checklist unless I have checked it completely will result me taking a legal actions. get your sophisticated n complicated app fixed. It would be much better i[censored] guys send me the checklist thru email as your app has issues. I just want all this to finish and I will done wid any kind of connection with I guys. It's stressing me out. And I promise am never gonna take any services from u neither wud I suggest anyone to approach u guys. Once upon a time nestaway service was really good but it has now degraded. Really disappointed.

Whenever I click the links provided in the email it takes me to the app where it asks me to search for new houses. Can u not make this anymore stressful. Kindly don't play peoples money.you guys are making things more complicated. Respond.

                          Nestaway I am trying to contact your customer service which is closed due to the pandemic. Also I received a call only during the move out date for number #[protected]. This person told that it would take some time. I informed him also that am unable to check the dashboard. He said would take sometime. It's already more than a week. Iam still unable to access the dashboard and I don't know wat u guys have charged me for. My whole security deposit is stuck with u guys

                          I have received the refund but you guys have refunded me 15000/- what is it that you guys have charged me for? I paid 30000 security deposit. You hav deducted one full month's rent. I need to know the deduction charges coz wen ur guy came to visit for inspection he said there was nothing that's being charged. I have attached the pictures for the same. And also let me tell u I had to evacuate urgently due to no maintenance from your end for the flat. There was a sewage issue. How the hell can you guys charge me for one month rent. This is too much. I am gonna take this legally. You guys just can't take people's hard earned money however u like. And I know I have used the house very carefully. If there are any damages it's bcoz of the water that might have got stagnated during the sewage issue. I need my money back. See that was how the house was filled with sewage water. And you guys don't even help me at that point of time. Then I moved out on 14th March 2020. So technically I wasn't even staying for an week. So apart from.me paying extra for moving out, the stress I had to handle then again immediately search for a house to move in and after that you guys don't return my security deposit for almost 2months and I kept on trying to reach you guys and the hell your company or employees do not have minimum courtesy of calling and informing any status updates neither ur app works properly. All this and u finally give me half of my security deposit with out even informing me wat you guys have deducted for. I will be raising a legal complaint now. And I really wanna speak to your ceo just to let them know how unprofessional and pathetic u guys are

                          I still haven't received any update as in what are the so called deductions you have made. Why one full month rent has been deducted from.my security deposit refund. I need the clarification. I don't think so painting charges will come to 15000. This is kind of fraud and scam nestaway away does? You will.leavee no choice other than filing a legal complaint and let's take it to that level than.

                            I took a property on rent from nestaway, and at the time of showing the property and moving in, the nestaway manager confirmed via sending me whtsapp msg that assured charges are optional and i need pay it.
                            Every month these charges are imposed and every month i have to waste my time with nestaway people in waiving those charges.
                            A request created it not even resolved in 30 days unless escalated.
                            People at nestaway call centre are so unprofessional that they call and say it won be waived and change property in next 15 days.
                            These guys have mentally tortured me to no extend.
                            After few months they closed my request stating assured services wont be charged to me. But the very next month it was charged. To which they said, it is a technical glitch and everymonth it will be charged and then they will waive off.
                            From feb month again it was charged, for which i again raised a request (As nestaway ppl don't have any technology and they consider people are free just chasing them and they behave as if they are doing a favour on us).
                            Now they are saying they wont waive it, it was a favour which they did on me... By waiving it.
                            Still that request is open, no solution is provide, they just say either pay it or we will see.
                            Pathetic experience with nestaway, they need rent and everything on time but in name of customer service they are useless.
                            Managers dupe customers by making fake promises just to sell it.

                              I am tenant of nestaway from 1 year or long but now things are becoming worst as the maintenance are not getting time service request are not taking seriously.
                              They have added a charge of 8000 of elevator maintenance which had to be paid to owner directly by us, we all have paid to owner these charges. However nestaway has added these charges on all our home tenants profiles. Now they are charging 100 per day as fine for non payment of these charges. We have also raised this issue on their internal portal still no replies from them.
                              Major issue came when i was charged unnecessarily
                              They have charged the elevator amount (Utility bill cost) and put in my dashborad and asking me to clear the due but the same charges we have paid to our owner directly and it was already informed to nestaway when move-in.
                              It is also informed by nestaway that the payment need to be paid to owner by the tenant and we have done the payment to owner on time but nestaway put the same amount to my dashboard and asking to pay the due amount and charged the fine on the same amount and now the amount become rs. 9k per tenant as the customer care guys spoke to owner regarding the same but no action taken till date. And the request raised 3 4 month back.
                              They have deducted the amount from my security deposit when i moved out from nestaway.
                              I dont know what happen to nestaway nowadays things are getting worst.

                                Please be noted, its been advise by doctor that i must not use ac. As its not suits for my health. And due to season change and covid-19 issue we need to be very careful of our health.
                                I have requested nestaway team to remove ac on 9th march. Still not there is no response.

                                I have called many times to customer care & there is no positive response on the same.

                                Service provided nestaway is horrible

                                  Please be noted i have been staying with neswaway for last 3 years. Last month on 29th of jan i got an email from neswaway team to vacant the house by 3rd of feb as property is getting off-boarded. As per contract with neswaway they must give us 10 days notice in case of any such issue.
                                  2nd 1st of feb owner him self came to the property & ask us to vacant the room asap. We have tried to contact nestaway customer care many times but no one helped us. Finally we searched some room with nestaway only due to lack of time & moved in on next day.
                                  Also after the move in to different room, nestaway charged some charges which is completely not agreeable. We tried to contact them so many times but no one listen as expected.

                                  Also we are getting harassment calls from their collection team for money. We have explained them the all the scenario & about the unauthorized charges. But it nothing creates any impact.

                                  Also this issue was not solved by them till now. And they are keep on charging late payment charges on the same. This is really pathetic.

                                  I dont know what to say. Surely will leave this nestaway property soon once we get any, these guys are seriously disgusting.

                                    I had rented a room through nestaway app. Later i found that my room is now owned by helloworld (A part of nestaway). I paid one month rent to helloworld. After some days my house owner told me that house is no more with helloworld so i gave him a month rent also.
                                    Now my rented house is neither showing on helloworld nor in nestaway. They are also not responding to calls and mails. They are refunding my security deposit, one month rent and token money.

                                      Hello, i am a tenant at a nestaway home in delhi. They have added a charge of 9002 of elevator maintenance and ac charges.
