    I had written an email just after a day of move-in to nestaway that fridge, microwave and lot of other items are not working and hence, i need this added in my move-in checklist and i shall not be issued any charges for the same as i had moved in 23 hours ago only. Nestaway raised a service request on my behalf and they levied the charges via sc_01779361. After conversations with nestaway team, it was informed to me that it's a system bug and will go away soon. Now due to recent changes in the policy, i have also started getting late payment penalties on top of these charges. So, please get the same removed immediately from my dashboard as i won't tolerate this any longer. It's been more than 3 months.

      Hi i am a nesaway tenant from the past 2 and a half years (Anubhainest s1, 3rd floor, panduranga nagar bangalore karnataka). From the past few months they started a new service called assured where in every 3 months there will be a deep cleaning provided to the tenant.1st thing people who come for cleaning are not well equipped neither they do deep cleaning just imagine they were cleaning the room floor with harpic toilet cleaner unless i interrupted. That to i had problem guiding them as they don't understand english or hindi so another issue so in the name of deep cleaning time wastage mine as well theirs.2nd thing they always says they can only come on weekdays so that nobody is there to look after them and now the important thing why should we leave our rooms open for men in our absence it's a very important point to take notice of. Another important concern regarding this service if nestaway is changing every month for this service then why are they providing the service once in 3 month {as per them} i last received this service in the month of october and post that nobody tried to contact me no call, message or email but nestaway has definitely charged me every month and for not making the payment in fact fined me. This is going beyond everything now. Their customer service is very poor neither they have the knowledge nor they want to help us all they say is raise a ticket which offclourse has no resolution and at times even disrespectful. We as in tenants are left with no option to pay nestaway as they are not ready help us. Everymonth one or the other charge. This is a mental torture for me as a single girl in a different city. I need someone to take care of this and find an immediate solution. I will not pay a penny for a service which i never availed moreover a totally failed service.

      Hi team,

      I have not raised any ticket in this context however i spoke to one of the nestaway reresentative they just told me you have to bear the charges.Moreover none of my issues have got resolved after raising ticket they either get closed or the customer care will give a response which has no resolution.So I don't see a point in raising ticket.
      Please let me know if you need any other information in this regard

      I have tried to raise request in regards to the above issue but I cannot as I have undue bikes which are of course the incorrect assure and other charges fined one me.I need an immediate look into this reason everyday I am being charged

        Hi team,

        I have moved out of nestaway property on 5th march and i got a message showing the charges as attached in the image below.

        To inform you, i have not stayed at this property even for a single day throughout the year. I have always checked the electricity meter from time to time and i have clicked it's photos time to time. Since, i have not stayed there, i have not used any electricity at all.
        Even then, i have paid 600 rs + 500 rs to nestaway already when they claimed for electricity bill, even though i didn't used it.

        Now, i can see that they are showing charges worth 25000 rs which is not possible at all.

        Please give me the exact breakup of all these charges and on what basis are these charged.

        I want to know that who tells you guys that my electricity bill is this much for a certain month.

        I want to know what these moveout utility charges are.

        On calling customer care, they are not aware of the charges showing here. They are asking to drop an email to [protected]@nestaway.com which is an unmonitored mail

        This is highly disappointing and highly unprofessional.

          Hi,
          I'm aahliya. This is to file a complaint against the aggressive behavior against one of my flatmate vidhyashree n. Despite of having an attached washroom, she keeps using the other washroom which nestaway guy told me that belongs to my room. She doesn't flush every time she uses it. I and my roommate anaya, have asked her not to use it but she doesn't listens to us. Its really a mental torture to clean the washroom everytime....

          I was supposed to move in on 1st Aug and when i reached at the property the manager said there is no key and you can only move in by 5th Aug as he will provide key by 4th but i was charged entire month rent.Assured service was forcefully imposed on me while before move in i was told this is not mandatory.
          4th March was my move out date and on the same day evening i reached at around but forcefully move out date was changed to 5th and extra charge added and today is 5th and there is no pending amount from my side still late payment fee added for no reason as i have already moved out. When ever i call customer care for help then keep saying to send email and area manager told me email option stopped. from the beginning only i am getting harassment and no one ever helped me rather everyday a new charge is getting added which i never seen or heard. All other tenants are also in the same problem and keep trying to get help. My contact number is [protected].

            In respect of composite supply of ac along with room rental the agreed ac rental was rs. 800 per month. However i have been charged 1100 i. E.in excess of the agreed amount. For any change that is to be made in already agreed, agreement need to be some revised based on mutual consent or an addendum need to be issued for the earlier agreement. However in respect of the additional neither the agreement provides anything that when it will be revised nor i have received any prior intimation for change in prices. Nestaway is being unethical with its practices it should not just charge anything additional and expect tenant to pay.

We have been contacting nestaway from a month. But they are finally saying we are not responsible for it as the payment gateway failure. Inspite of providing the documents of our payment, they are not responding properly.

                I am now being charged for the services which i don't want. That too these charges are added which my consent. I don't want the assure services so without even informing me the company has added the service and that too they are asking me to pay for it. How is this even justified. I shouldn't pay for the services which i don't want. As simple as that. Also after adding the services and charges they are taking the sgst on that service.

                  My younger brother, sahil, age 24, recently migrated to pune, the first time away from hometown unaware of the new city and culture he chose to find an accommodation on nestaway since he trusted it as a company that ensured safe stays.

                  As he moved into the nestaway rooms, he started to get acquainted with his roommates. A young and shy boy, yet very family-loving as he was. While most of his roommates got friendly to him there was one roommate named milind, who wasn't happy with my brother. Since my brother was away from home for the first time, he frequently apologized to this guy for minor mistakes in tidiness. But, milind always kept a grudge on him despite the apologies paid.

                  One unfortunate day, milind was under the influence of alcohol and later weed-smoking (Which is against nestaway policies) when he lost his temper and spilled his anger. My young brother sahil was a victim of his violence. Milind went so violent that he had brutally bitten sahil on cheek and stomach, which a mentally normal person would never do even in dreams. My brother immediately left the space out of fear and spent the next day at a pune railway station which was nearby. He was in severe trauma and didn't know what to do.

                  As we came to know, we filed a series of compliant to nestaway and an fir at a nearby railway station. (Complaint number: sc_[protected].in response, we were only expecting a fair justice from nestaway, which would be getting an alternative accommodation or asking milind to leave to pay for his heinous violence. But, to our shocking dismay nestaway send an eviction notice to my brother instead and further seized his security deposit. This could be the worst experience of any accommodation company. The victim was punished instead of the guilty person. Not a surprise my brother stills stays in a hotel to survive his job and might quit his job this month due to the frustration that he is undergoing after this incident.

                  We have the worst service experience from nestaway and are waiting for the company to respond. We are soon going to approach the district consumer forum if we are not served the right justice. We can't bear the stress and losses my brother is going through.

                    This is sad that i have to go to this extent where i am highlighting my concerns/complaints over social media as i tried my best to get direct help from nestaway’s app and customer care but with no success.

                    This is the era where big companies like nestaway talk about customer satisfaction and give assurances but when it actually comes to fulfilling them, no one even bothers to do anything about it but just sympathize.

                    I reached out to nestaway with hopes to get a nice apartment (Not fancy but enough for me). A place i could call my home. But the area manager (Mohammed zabi ulla – [protected]@nestaway.com / [protected] and neha rajput – neha. [protected]@nestaway.com) in hbr layout destroyed that thought/feeling piece by piece. It is sad how few employees can actually bring down the rapport of a multi-national company. I have been tricked by these managers since the beginning, where i was made to pay the token amount to block the place with hopes of getting a discount on the rent, security and nestaway one-time charges.

                    I finally booked champaka nest (Nest id – 6674) with hopes of being able to shift on 29 feb 2020. But, little did i know that the area managers are just buying time to put be in a situation where i can’t even take back my money or look anywhere else. Neither did i get any promised discount nor was i been give any correct information. I was supposed to shift on 29 feb 2020 but because of this delay, i had to make the full payment (Without discount) on the last day, 27 feb 2020, provided by nestaway (I would lose the house and the token amount after that) and hence the move in date was shifted to 01 march 2020 (I had to arrange for a place for myself, my luggage and my cat for one night). Then again the managers promised me that the painting and the deep cleaning would be done by the next day and the house would be ready to move in for me on the given date. But nothing, as usual, was being done as promised and finally i had to bear the cancellation of packers and movers, paid extra for the one night stay and still after all this the house was not even ready on 1st march 2020. When i moved in to the new house, the painting and the basic cleaning (Not deep cleaning) was done in front of me. Talk about unprofessionalism and inhumane behavior.

                    This didn’t end here, because when i moved in, i noticed that nothing was fixed – broken bed, washing machine not in the working condition, washroom not accessible, water scarcity, main gate is broken (Literally. It fell on me when i tried to open it), the outside stairs are really dirty, have so many dirty stuff still kept in the house, sofas and chairs are not deep cleaned.

                    All i have been trying so far was a little assistance from the area managers and even the nestaway support but sadly after so many complaints no one has even bothered to contact me back.

                    Now, i put in my request here on social media with hopes of someone from nestaway helping me out here because i cannot stay in this house any longer and after facing so many issues since the last 2 weeks, i have given all hopes up of staying connected with nestaway. I would need my full refund of the money that i have paid nestaway so far – security deposit + nestaway onboarding charges = 46, 526 inr and token amount = 4, 200 inr.

                      Nestaway is horrible. They just keep on adding charges without any valid reason. They will just always find an excuse to add some extra charges. They added charges for washing machine around 1600. They came and did the maintenance without my consent even i didnt raise the ticket niether approved it niether was using it. They just added the charges in my dashboard. One of the housemate left they again added some charges of 200 even after everything within the house is working fine. They mever return the complete security. They instead keep on deducting the charges without any approval. I want these washing machine and visit cost should be removed from my dashboard as it is invalid. Stop being fraud. Otherwise i want to take this case to upper level. I want these charges of 1600 around should be removed immediately. Please take strict action against it.

                      I dont think any ticket id is required.I have already mentioned my registered mobile no [protected].You can have a look into my dashboard.The charges ehich are being shown in there are unnecessary chRges.I didnt raise any ticket didnt even approve it how can you even add those charges into my account.I want to file a case against you.Even the nestaway ac is not in my room but the charges are now added into my dashboard.Nestaway agents alwYs threaten to deduct the security amount.I want those charges of 2800 to be temoved from my dashboard immediately.

                        Living in ur flat, contact details is [protected]... Ur company charged me for maintenance nd damaged property.. It's not divided to all tenants.. Nd it's totally incorrect.. Vendor given wrong details to nestaway.. I raised service request nd attach the photos of claim property, but still issue is not resolved... And also i have charged for assure home maintenance, it's joke.. I am paying assure maintainance and nestaway taking extra charge... Why u subscribe assure charge to tenants??
                        I also paid utility bill, but u have sent me maintenance home invoice and in my dashboard utility bill show unpaid...
                        What is ur policy sir??? U don't update ur nestaway site?? I very disappointed from ur services, we also take sab regal action for this typ of hassle... Please i request u solve my issue very soon

                        Hello sir... Now I am facing major issue which is raised by nestaway... I got a mail from Nestaway for move out on 22 April... Now I am not in Mumbai from 1 month... I am stuck in my home town due to coronavirus crisis... U know very well all cities are lockdown and it's not sure lockdown will be end after 14 th April... How it possible to move out?? I raised the ticket but no any reply came from Nestaway... Please see our problem in this corona crisis and be sure the move out date is cancelled till this big crisis..

                          Dear,

                          Please be noted i have been staying with neswaway for last 3 years. Last month on 29th of jan i got an email from neswaway team to vacant the house by 3rd of feb as property is getting off-boarded. As per contract with neswaway they must give us 10 days notice in case of any such issue.
                          2nd 1st of feb owner him self came to the property & ask us to vacant the room asap. We have tried to contact nestaway customer care many times but no one helped us. Finally we searched some room with nestaway only due to lack of time & moved in on next day. As you know finding a house within 2 days was very difficult. Both the days were completely hectic & i felt sick. I have to spent around 15 k to recover the same.
                          Also after the move in to different room, nestaway charged some charges which is completely not agreeable. We tried to contact them so many times but no one listen as expected.

                          Also we are getting harassment calls from their collection team for money. We have explained them the all the scenario & about the unauthorized charges. But it nothing creates any impact.

                          I dont know what to say. Surely will leave this nestaway property soon once we get any, these guys are seriously disgusting.

                          Issue is solved and thanks for the same. Please also be noted, there is much time taken by Nestaway in solving the issue. And still Nestaway charged us Late payment charges of 100 +100 each .

                          Pls remove the charges immediately from Dashboard
                          In my nestaway account, I have reveived a bill of INR 1153.24 as utility charges from 16th Jan 2020 to 14th Feb 2020.

                          The bill includes the same charges twice for electricity bill in common area and the flat electricity bill.

                          Please check and re- correct the bill.

                            I have moved-in in february 2019. There was some minor issue in the house that has been manually repaired liking fixing the tape or knob of regulator was missing. Lots of light point are there in my house out of them few were not working. As i can't expect a brand new things in a shared house, i haven't raised the request for fixing the same as that was of no use to me.
                            As per nestaway policy, when a co-tenant moved out in october 2019, they inspected the house & charged all the tenant for all the issue they found including all those were pre existed. Although ot was unfair to pay, i paid what was showing in my dashboard. Nestaway should fix the thing as they have charged us full amount for the cost but they didn't.
                            Again, in february 2020, another tenant moved out and they inspected the house and again charged us for the same thing.
                            Nestaway please waive the amount and update your move-in checklist to include the item condition. Currently, only yes no is mentioned but even if minor defect but in working condition, nothing gets corrected but we are charged for the defect at the time of move-out.

                              As per the agreement, the off-boarding of a house will be completed in 2 months. I filed my off-boarding request in october 2019. I got the quotation on final settlement on nov 29. After much to and fro the dues were settled in the 1st week of feb

                              My house keys were supposed to be handed over at the same time, but despite repeated follow-ups i have not been given the keys. Overall, i have had a very bad experience with nestaway

                              The offboarding request filed in November is : SC_01879846. Attaching the email conversation since offboarding requests are handled offline (as told by Nestaway support). If you are sincere about providing professional and good customer service, notice the number of follow-ups I have done in the email

                              No update from Nestaway on this. I am thinking of filing a legal notice. Hope this will help others who have suffered in similar fashion

                                Nestaway recently off-boarded the property due to some society association decision, area manager promised me to make a new booking as they have to fulfill their sales target, by promising they will refund my on-boarding charges, i was forced to make new booking through saurabh. Banerjee. [protected]@gmail.com instead of internal transfer (Which is nestaway policy, if a property is off-boarding, nestaway will give free internal-transfer)

                                Now, at the time of move-out nestaway charges rs - 4300/-, for the things which was damaged from begging (Before move - in i already informed that).
                                Contacting with the area manager, he said that 3rd party vendor charged it. I contacted vendor, they said they have charged it by mistake.

                                Can you please refund the amount.

                                  Unnecessary charges are added into my account. Inspite of several complains from my side they didnt help me with the same. Also they are putting fine over it refulary. It is an amount of around 2500. They are threatening to pay it else my 13k security will be deducted. This happens everytime. Everytime charges are added without any approval.

                                    . Nestaway keeps on putting unnecessary charges without any approval. They are trying to fraud me and take away my security money. Inspite of doing severa comllains no action is being taken on it. They have added an unnessary amount of 3k and threatening me to pay and if not paid they are regulary adding fine on it. They are threatening to run aqay with my security amount of 3k. I need strict action. Please help

                                      I have been living with nestaway for the past 3 years, and after getting quite frustrated with the system lately, i am writing this to report unruly and completely unacceptable behavior of vendors and property manager

                                      This is in reference to the below tickets which have been raising since january 2020
                                      1. Heater switch repair - #sc_02092539, #sc_02128775
                                      2. Bedroom locketd, door keys lost or damaged - #sc_02107628, #sc_02101825, #sc_02101814, #sc_02101800
                                      3. Toilet/commode shower repair - #sc_02030429, #sc_02012955, #sc_02006640

                                      As you see above, i had to repeatedly create several tickets for the same issue out of which only one has been resolved until the date.

                                      Following are the issues i have been facing for the past one month
                                      1. New nestaway dashboard - very slow - service dashboard does not load at times, no means to escalate ticket if not getting resolved, wrong mobile number of vendors mentioned
                                      2. Vendors - not willing to work, not ready to pick up the phone, not ready to come at the allotted time, make you wait the whole day on a weekday and don't turn up. Have wrong numbers mentioned on the dashboard, cancel the tickets when escalated via customer care or area manager, after resolving ticket don't leave unless rated 5 stars [ vendors - (Heater switch repair - amar nayak, venkata ramareddy), (Bedroom lock repair - sashi anu) ]
                                      3. Area manager - this is around the tickets for "bedroom locked, door keys lost or damaged". I had raised several tickets and had been waiting for the entire weekend (Friday, saturday, and sunday). Tickets were preemptively closed without resolving. Called area manager several times to get it resolved anyhow before weekday. Initially promised me to get it resolved before 7.00 pm sunday, and eventually stopped picking up the phone. Till date, he has not responded or taken the responsibility to get it resolved
                                      4. Customer care - only way that i see to escalate. Have always received a promising reply but have never seen any result in action

                                      There is a compulsory nestaway assure charge per month that is being deducted for the above services
                                      Kindly let me know how you plan to address the above issues, or do let me know otherwise as we would not be left out with any other option
