Services are soo pathetic thy don't even want to help, agents never respond not give proper call. I have booked a flat and asking the agent to show me the flat thu never respond and not answer calls as well. Thy do not want to help us and that is clear. Thy nestway store in btm is the one set i'm facing issues with.

I wanted assistance from checking the flat to booking it.. But agents are never responding to it.. Thy promise to call back but no response even the message is read but no use... I wanted to check the flat but thy are very ignorant towards it. Very bad

    We have book the flat and paid the token and deposit on time, and at the time of booking they have agreed to provide the basic cleaning services. And till now they are not at all responding our calls. And no confirmation of services is given yet by their team. And our possession is about to come. I want immediate action on this.

      I recently checked by nest away dashboard for payments and it has surprisingly a charge of rs 2500 rs 4000 and rs 2000 charged as electricity bill.
      On further detailed check they are saying this for
      2000 - deep cleaning
      2500 - mattress repair
      4000 - utensils missing

      Its been almost 2 months since i moved out and they are charging this now what reason?
      Someone might have taken the utensils after i left, why am i to be charged for this?
      Also a new mattress costs only rs 2000 for the ones they and they charge excessively for repairing it. I really dont understand as there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bed or mattress after i left.
      Only charge i can agree with is the deep cleaning.

      Additionally this house had all kinds of problems and its not my duty to repair and already broken down house given by nestaway.

      Please see attached images for the same.

      Requesting whoever responsible to look into this at the earliest.

        Hi i have moved out of nestaway on 6th nov. Also received a mail stating that move out is complete and refund is initiated and will receive in 7 days. Its been more than 3 weeks and have not received refund of my deposit yet. Also no update on ticket regarding delay of refund. Ticketid=sc_01855657.

        I need the refund asap and also want additional 5000 rs as compensation for delay.

          I rented a flat in pisoli, pune through nestaway for 11k and 22k as deposit, completed my minimum stay for 6 months and after i move out, there was an inspection of the flat, the checking for move out was fine with some 300 rupees deduction from deposit. Now, after 5-6 days they returned me only 8240 rupees as deposit refund and told that whole flat painting for 10000 and move-out cleaning for 3000 rupees. Its a fraud and they are never going to paint the flat. Nestaway is cheating with their tenants.

            Nestaway home rental services had approached me in february 2019 for my 2 bhk flat at malad west. They promised me a rent with tds deduction deposited every month in my account. The rent was deposited for the first 3 months and then the slack started. No rents, reduced amount than that promised, irregularities and no one answering calls when i try to follow up.
            In october 2019, i sent them a mail that i want to discontinue with them and gave them a month's notice but they have still not emptied my flat nor do they pick up calls when my agent tries to contact them.

            The person concerned employed with Nestaway are Ramesh ([protected]) and Salman ([protected]). Both of them are not concluding on my issues. Neither are they responding. Looks like a legal action is necessary.

              We have already paid the agreement charges. Also revised rent is being taken. But service is not provided.

              The society has an app controlled system to allow visitors, food delivery and other deliveries. If a common agreement of the house is not submitted they revoke access. I had raised a complaint about this 15-20 days back but they haven't reached out to us.

              Now we have to go to gate to collect our food or any other product we shop online.

              Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                We booked a bed in a 3bhk apartment in vashi, plot no. 222 through nestaway's app. Did the complete payment for the same. On 5th of november.

                The flat was shown to us prior booking by the area sales manager who promised us that the room will be deep cleaned before we move in. Also, a fresh new set of bedsheet and pillow cover will be provided. Everything will be ready to directly move in. Also, as their app claims you just have to move with baggage and everything will be ready for you. They claim hassle free move in.

                However, when we went to move in on 10th, the flat was still not ready. It was very dirty with all the cobwebs and pigeon smell. The windows were broken.. The door knob was not working and the charging point was not functioning. The area sales manager who showed us the flat was not available. The othet guy who was helping us with move in said that the cleaning guy has come who will now clean the house which would have atleast taken 2 to 3 hrs for deep cleaning.

                Also, he said about all the broken stuff that raise a complain in the app and it will be resolved after 2 3 days. This is company policy. All these information was not told to us beforehand. This should have been conveyed to us before, so that we could have planned the shifting accordingly. Went thetre with all the bag and baagage and room was not ready to even sit in it. If this is the policy it was concealed from us,

                Also, there was a pet dog in that flat. All the other flatmates had kept that dog. This information was also not provided to me else i would have never taken up that flat as i am highly alergic to dogs and doghairs.

                It is my right to information that was denied. I am feeling cheated and deceived. When i said i dont want to move in here, they tried and forced me into opting another property of nestaway which was out of my budget and not as per my requirements.

                I have cancelled the move in because i was cheated by nestaway. Whatever was promised was not delieverd. Information was concealed. Now they are not refunding my ful amount. They are telling one month deposit and rent of 20 days and nestaway charges will be deducted.

                Now, first of all i have been cheated. Secondly all the hassle n trouble of moving with my baage and not shifting. Thirdly i am practically homeleass right now and fourthly they are not refunding my money.

                  Nestaway raises automatically service request on my behalf and then charge for it. Every month 500-1500 rs amount of money is added in the name o[censored]tilities and without any kind of details provided that what utilities is being brought in the house or i have used. The application is the worst, they just add amount of money in your unpaid rent without any notification, any permission.

                    My name is nandhini.
                    I moved to the nestaway house in the month of march 2019. From the month i moved in we were having electricity issues very often. Despite raising many service request, they did not bother to fix the issue and the manager never took any reponsibility to look in to the issue. We pay the electricity bills on time.
                    So, in the month of august we raised complaint on the power issue to bescom. When the bescom people came, they found there is some illegal connection given in the building and they have imposed penalty on the building. And during this period whole building had no power in the house for one whole week and no water as well. We had suffered a lot without water and power. Nest away paid the penalty charges and got the power supply back after one week. Now they are imposing that penalty charges on the tenant. How come tenant are responsible for the penalty.. That illegal connection was given by owner or manager and they should be responsible for it. How the tenant would what is going on in the meter board.
                    Now they are charging me around rs. 5000 in the name of bescom penalty. Though i raised many service request that i am not liable to pay these charges as am not aware of anything towards meter installation. They are not providing proper solution. They are very rude and harsh saying this has to be paid by me and owner or nest away cannot pay. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. I cannot pay this amount and i did not do any mistake.

                    P. S - in the first place, the house which i moved is a brand new building. And there were no pole connection to the ground for the electricity. These all has to be proper when they give the building for the rent. But they failed to do so. And after bescom has found out they are imposing it on tenants. After the new meter is installed we are not having any power issues. Nestaway is really fraud.

                    I did not get any update from Nestaway. Instead they are closing the ticket without any resolution. This is really not fair. I am explaining them clearly, even they are charging it to us. Please help me to get the unnecessary charges removed. It has been 3 months i am following up with them.

                    How we tenants are responsible if the pole connection is not at all given in the building. This one question will give all the answer like who should take responsibility of it.

                      I have given my house to nestaway on rent but nestaway is not clearing the pending electricity and society maintenance bills since many months.

                      I have raised the tickets in their system for the same and escalated the same to level4 which is the last level of escalation but even after follow up since many months they are not clearing the pending bills.

                      Following nestaway employees are involved in the tickets and they are fooling me by their false promises...

                        I have given my house to nestaway to manage my property 7-8 months back. The service got deteriorated from nestaway as the time passed. The house maintenance was poor. Not able to raise the service maintenance request in the portal as the site is crashing, raised a maintenance request to zonal manager fareed to which there is no response from last week he's not bothered, requested fareed to fix the below issue or else will offboard the house

                        1. Proper cleaning and repairing of house and equipments after tenant vacated the property
                        2. Vijay from nestaway has opened the tap in my property and forgot to close it, water drained into walls and walls became very wet chances of mold creeping in

                        As requested here support site is not allowing me to create any support tickets crashing on user, currently placed a request to off boarded the house because of shabby maintenance by tenants and nestaway.My parents visited the flat for an inspection along with one of of the representative from nestaway and below is the situation of the property.
                        1. Multiple doors and windows were broken.
                        2. Property not cleaned after tenant vacated it.
                        3. handles for cupboards missing.
                        4. Missing inverter and AC remote.

                          Unprofessional and unorganized system. I am staying in a room in which the bathroom doesn't have a door. And they are not fixing it. One of the worst and unprofessional service provider. It's a fraud. Nestaway is charging users a lot of money. Don't choose their assured maintenance service. They just charge and don't provide service. Nestaway is a problem in itself which will create a much bigger problem. My service request is pending for 2 months. They never get back to tenants' problems.

                            I have been raising an issue of my washing machine repair since a month. I pay 200rs. Each month for being an assured member and which means that all the house utilities are repaired free of cost. While nestaway is not listening to the complaints and requests I have raised. I want my money back and I want to fix this machine. There has been no response from the company regarding this beside i have raised/ escalated this issues several times. I am paying and not getting proper services. My checklist is incomplete, nobody is responding and just like that I am paying money to them. Please help.

                              I had raised a ticket for getting a key made for the door. But the keymaker informed me clearly that that particular lock cannot have a key, and i agreed to him and didn't want the service. But i have been charged rs 700 for the same by nestaway. Please waive off the charges and cancel the ticket as the key wasn't even made since it cannot be made for that particular lock.

                                Nestaway are not providing service on time. I am suffering from health issue due to geyser damage from last one week. Everyday they are telling today we'll come for service, today we'll come for service.

                                We are taking leave from office every day for the service vendor at property. It's loss of money for the tenants. Nestaway are not strict about their service facility. But nestaway strict about if we will do any late payment. They have right to put charges on us but customer don't have any right against nestaway.

                                I mean we can't apply any charges if they not providing service on time. I am going to put a complain can you people contact to me on my mail id suman. [protected]@gmail.com. I don't want other people to suffer from such kind of thing in future.

                                Nestaway business is running by customer only and they are not giving value to customer only, for them customer should be everything.

                                Nestaway employees thinking their business is going on by us, we have right we can provide service whenever we want, let the customer suffer

                                  When i moved in.. I asked for replacing bed which was broken... But they temporarily did hook and crook and with nut and bolt temporarily fixed the bed again bed got broken from there. I asked again for the replacement they are asking me to pay for new bed... I told them why will i pay for already broken bed. If bed was new i would have paid but for already broken bed why should i pay. Now i am without bed since 5 days and still there is no update... Since 5 days i have no place to sleep and they are simply not replying properly and asking for money for bed... Area manager mohammed sarfaraz is even not responding my calls... I will go to consumer court for this fraud

                                    Hello everyone,

                                    I would like to say that nestaway is a fraud company who loots us for their benefits. Recently there was a fire accident and blast in our house due to very old electrical wiring and when i called the customer care person, she was so reluctant and didn’t bother to send an electrician, despite raising the service request. On october 14th the motor got repair and even after raising the service request it hasn’t got resolved now it’s been more than a week. Every month the utility bill is coming more than 30, 000 for one single flat how is this even possible??? No one responds to this such a worst company… why is this still there? This is a fraud company with nestaway owners - amarendra sahu, jitendra jagadev, smruti ranjan parida &deepak dhar & nestaway team - karan arya, prakhar. Charges rent /late fees/ac rentals as &when wanted. No support from crm or customer care. Nobody replies to the email / messages or calls. There are so many issues happening, and anybody calls us saying from nestaway and talks nuisance, i'm guessing their system and the database is not safe and it’s a false one. I'd appreciate if some strict actions are taken against nestaway. The money that they have drawn from customers other than the rent should be returned. I can show the complaints from consumers as well.

                                      Team is billing me for some hidden charges in the name of 'service charges' which includes deep cleaning, repairs and maintenance. On calling them, below are the responses on three different scenarios:
                                      1. First time they said we don't provide deep cleaning
                                      2. Second time, they said we can come only when no one is at home so that we are not distracted. This means we should share keys of our house, cupboards to some unknown person and they will come only in my absence.
                                      3. On agreeing for cleaning the third time, they schedule appointment twice, but never turned up

                                      Reached out to team multiple times on their app and twitter but never got any answer. I need explanation of what these charges are when they can't provide the service. And now i am so fed up that i dont want this service at all. But they are unnecessary billing to me in the house rent charges.

                                      Recently vacated Nestaway apartment, Nestaway held 4000 Amount for water and power bill when the bills are of 1400 only . No proper response from Nestaway, and asking to pay 1400 bill again .

                                        Even after moving in for more than two weeks they are yet to process my service requests. These repairs in the property should have been finished before move in but they did not bother mentioning about it. I moved in on 2nd october.
                                        The service request number including their problems are mentioned below:
                                        Sc_01733405 fan repair
                                        Sc_01747568 inverter repair
                                        Sc_01772531 electricity disconnected due to non payment of electricity bill on behalf of the last tenant.
