It has been more than two weeks since i have vacated the nestaway premises (Because bescom cut the electricity bill owing to nestaway not paying the bill). Many times i have called their customer service to ask for my deposit and they have the same answer "i have forwarded the issue to the finance team, you will get the deposit in a day or two". When i called today the guy was not even willing to give me a deadline as to when my deposit will be returned.

    I am staying in nestaway property in concord anugraha, anugraha layout phase 2, bangalore. It has total of 24 flats and appx 18 of which is always occupied.
    In last 2 months i have got water tanker charges with unreasonably high charges. Even when i created service requests asking the number of tankers ordered, charges per tanker and calculations done to reach my share. I did not get satisfactory answer and ticket was closed each time without proper explanation.
    I was provided just with the invoice detail which has duration mentioned and total amount and gst charges. Which is as follows

    It is mentioned by nestaway on their site that they doesn’t make money with water tanker service. But the bills i got from them states otherwise.

    - they have charged 18% gst on water tanker charges, which as far as i know 18% gst is only for packaged mineral water. Do they mean that in water tanker they are providing us mineral water.
    - there is no mention of number of tankers ordered and charges per tanker.
    - if we go through the total amount from 28 april to 23 july it totals to rs 10190. Which is too much keeping in mind that appx 18 flats were occupied during this whole period in building and every flat got appx same amount. Market rate currently is 700 rs per tanker including gst. But even if we take 1000 rs per tanker then total number of tankers will be 180+. And we do also have cauvery water supply in building.
    - from 28 april to 23 july 2019 in span of 4 months total of 10190 rs bill for each of flats (Appx 18) in building, without any explanation on how many tankers ordered, no mention of charges per tanker and no info on calculations to reach to this figure. Should we not think that nestaway is charging us wrong amount and trying to con us to make money.

    - asked for details twice in service request but service request was closed without giving proper information both time.

    Even for August I came to know about the charges they are applying is about 2600 + 261.
    I have got 261 Rs till now. They are sending bill to different flats at different time. We started monitoring tankers from August and In August total of 13 tankers have been ordered. There are total of 18 occupied flats + 2 family of support staff like watchman. So with 1000 Rs per tanker total for 13 tankers should be 13000 divided among 20 families should come to 650 Rs per family. How are they going to explain 2800+ Rs per flat.
    Also On inquiring GST charges from GST Helpline I came to know that there is 0 % GST on Water tanker. The HSC code they are using in each Water tanker invoice corresponds to 'Septic Tank Emptyng and cleaning'. They mention on the site that this service is free of cost where they will contact vendor for water tanker on behalf o[censored]s. So when service charge is 0 then why are they charging 18 % service tax. Apart of this they also add maintenance charge in rent amount. Then where this maintenance amount is going.

      I had booked the flat nestaway id 44749 in blueridge society, hinjewadi phae 1
      Gave the tokem money on september 4
      Paid the security money and nestaway onboarding on september 8th and was promised to get the flat on 18th september
      The nestaways employees have stopped picking up calls after getting the payment and are now saying will give the flat on 24th
      My office is in blueridge only and i cannot go to wakad (Temporary accomodation nestaway can provide) with my ac, fridge, washing machine and all the othe luggage
      I want to cancel this booking now
      I have to leave my current flat on 17th now i do not have choice and i want to book a room for 18th september
      I want my refund as the date promised is not when now i will be getting it but nestaway seems to ignore all the customer's problems

        To all the founders of nestaway!

        I am constantly in touch with nestaway but no resolutions have been provided to me so i thought this would be the best way to convey my issue to the owner of this company as your staff have been rude and instead of resolutions, your staff have the audacity to cut the call on my face. You can only imagine the service of your company from such behaviours. Suresh one of your agents from customer care is the agent i'm talking about.

        Since i need urgent help here i have to look for other ways as your safety security team has a casualty in their behavior for a critical issue like this.

        Two weeks back from today, i had faced two incidents within a span of few days. On both these two occurences, there were knockings on my main door and after few knockings it stopped. I got scared hence locked myself in the room and called safety security team but they were unreachable as the mobile signals were down due to heavy rains. Property managers phone was not reachable as well. Then after informing your team the next day, mr. Santosh spoke to me about the whole incidence and confirmed there is not much they can help with as there are no security cameras in the building and the watchman is also unaware as most of the times they are not there. To conclude, some one might be following me where i stay. This has disturbed me to the point wherein i am afraid to stay there anymore. I am very panic stricken and unable to sleep so its better that you let me move out as there is nobody in the house.in my previous stay with nestaway in the same area but a different bldg, this same incident happened. Kindly look into this, as i'm from a lower middle class and work in a bpo to support my family. As your company failed to provide security by providing me with an unsafe house as there are no cctv cameras neither any watchmen available 24/7, me deciding to moveout early, should not let them deduct my security deposit, this not a right action from your company as my every penny counts. Kindly look into this, i need urgent help.

        Also. I would like to let you know this:
        Ive been staying in one of your properties in mira road mumbai. Since the day i have moved in i've been facing issues. I have given a dirty, filthy house and with a house full of garbage.in spite of raisings numerous tickets, i got tired and cleaned the house and got few cleaners arranged to clean it and paid them from my pocket whereas having nestaway assured services. They resolved it after 2 weeks when everything was done.

        I hope you get to know the groud reality of your company.

          I have been paying every month to nestaway and for the past 4 months to act for my internet.
          Nestaway has charged me extra 5500 for internet stating it is previous bills.

          My internet plan is just 699/- (Fixed)

          I can provide a proof that i have paid every month for the past 8 months i have stayed in their property. Either i have paid directly to nestaway or to act. They do not respond to your service request also clearly.

          When i contact act, they ask me to ignore nest away charges and they are also charging me for the previous dues. Dont know whats happening.
          I dont even have an option to disconnect my internet. I'm so frustrated.

          It's funny that they have charged me almost 13k for the past 8 months just for internet. Both nestaway and act. I really would like to raise a complaint legally! Any help would be appreciated

          Today I got a message saying I will lose the access to my apartment if I dont pay the bill that you guys charged me INCORRECTLY.

          If I don't get a resolution for this.
          I will pay the dues today to get the access back but I am going to the consumer court for charging me extra and also for all the unnecessary emotional distress this has caused me.

            And also it's mentioned on your ticket by some team of yours that they have asked the watchmen to be more vigilant at night. And that's the resolution they have given me. Nut wait. I came home from work tonight and see no watchmen like always. Who did they speak to then? Please refer to the picture here and your property manager would be able to confirm if this is the correct building in the image or not.

              I manoj singh, have onboarded, a house of nestaway on july 10 2019. I have noticed various issues in house and complaint to nestaway as per following:
              1) july 10, i complaint about structural damage of wash basin base which can cause wash basin to fall down. (Attached pic1)
              2) after few days around july 25, i noticed house is badly infected with termites as suggested by one of service person from nestaway visited house for maintenance of toilet seat. Request is raised on same day, and nestaway has asked me to pay for termites control and cancel the request on my non payment for termites control.

              3) ac remote is not working and it's creating noise, request is raised in july (Attached pic 3)
              4) till now i have not received full agreement (Paid 4000) with house details mentioned on it. (Attached pic 4)
              5) room keys are not provided yet (Attached pic 5)
              6) tube light is not provided in one room (Attached pic 6)

              I have discussed multiple times these problems with their employees but none of these is resolved yet. They have asked me to pay rent but not ready to solve a problem. On my non payment as request are not closed by them, now they have issued me an eviction notice to vacate house in 10 days.

              I ask for following:
              1) close requests, pay compensation and take your rent which is said earlier
              2) remove all unnecessary charges from my dashboard

                Hi,

                I have given my house to nestaway to manage in early days of the company more than 3 years back. The service got deteriorated from nestaway as the time passed. The house maintenance was poor and the revenue i was receiving has decreased. Nestaway was not bothered, after so many failed attempts and service request to get things right i decided to offboard my house from nestaway.

                The house off boarding request was raised on 6th august. Nestaway is supposed to hand over the house post cleaning and repairing within 1 month from raising a off boarding request.
                Till today no one has contacted me, when called to the service desk they gives standard answers. Refuse to provide details of any contact person and timeline to close this issue. They were reluctant to raise a service request number initially. With much argument finally i go the sr created which is sc_01666673.

                Here are the concerns i would like nestaway to address

                1. Proper cleaning and repairing of house and equipments.
                2. Hand over of the property asap with all keys.
                3. Compensate for any revenue losses due to the delay in off boarding.
                4. Complete the full and final settlement with full clarity.

                Lot of house things were broken. My house was looking like rag pickers house. I got my house delisted. The offboarding team guy was harassing to make the settlement else case would be filled on me. He assured me of house cleaning only after me making the settlement fees. I paid the money. They handed me the house in the same state. I have to spend 50k in repairing my house. Offboarding team really harassed me.

                  I have paid rent agreement charges 1000 rupees long back. Still haven't received my rent agreement document. Nobody is helping. I have tried to reach out to property manager, customer care and all but no response. Raised service request, still no action taken. They are cheating with the customer, especially in pune. They always take money and give no services. This is their common practice. The way they are doing business, taking money, giving false promises and in return no service provided, clearly it's a scam. Beware guys, don't fall into their trap. You will get better rental property with better price elsewhere. Do not go with nestaway. I will never recommend this cheating company to anyone.

                    I have paid my sept 2019 month rent + maintenance charges on due date i. E. 05th sept and received from my bank regarding the successful transaction (Ref:[protected] through upi to [protected]@axisbank.
                    However very next day. I am receiving remainders to pay the rent +late payment fine.
                    I have registered complaint to nestway through their customer support helpline no. (Ticket no. Sc[protected]. To my surprise, they have closed this ticket without any discussion with me.
                    Now i am being harassed every now and then (Through calls) to clear the dues immediately.
                    Request you to resolve this issue on priority as it is getting worse day by day.

                    Awaiting your timely response on what action has been taken on this.

                      This is one of the organisation made only to loot innocent people. They promise and lie about so many things in the starting to lure customers. Once we take the property they will start showing real colors. All unnecessary charges in the starting they say that these are part of rent, apart from that only pay water bill and electricity bill of your own. I m doing this. But still now these charges have increased to 4200. These people close the request without even taking our confirmation. Recently they have started blackmailing, abusing. I have raised a request against their property manager srinivas but seems like they want to supress the customers and save their employees even on their mistakes. And out of no where they put all the extra things in common agreement which they use of everyone and later say see this is what you have signed. And if you don't sign then they will threaten you for life. Thank fully i had call recordings of this property manager. And all the mail's i sent to their regional manager mohit and their ceo amarendra sahoo.

                      Still if you can't do anything then have the courtesy to accept your mistake.

                        Rajat jaju is forcing me to take the service request after 8 pm else he would made me to move out. He called me at 8:03 pm and asked me to leave the room key for him with abusive language. The last girl who moved out had taken the key with her and he didn't cared to take the keys back. Now, he is threatening me, he will make me to move out. Please ask him to admit his mistake and give me security.

                        I have proof of his received call after 8 pm today only

                        There is no open ticket for this service request. He has access to my dashboard and he himself raised a ticket which i had cancelled immediately because it was not done by me. That cancelled ticket ID is SC_01650164. And today, i had left my bedroom door key to owner as he asked else he will threaten me more.                             They force tenants to pay one or the other charges in the name of services, and maintenance apart from what we are paying the apartment committee even though we deny this. This is also not part of the tenancy agreement signed and shared with us. Their latest method to take money is the introduction of assure services and we are asked to pay whatever they think is appropriate even though we are not availing any services.

                              I moved in on 23rd August to nestaway. The area manager, Arjun, did not assist in any way for the move in the website mentioned that he should. I was not handed the keys of the house then.

                              After continued calls, he gave me the house keys on 25th. But he did not have the cubboard or room keys. He said he he will get the duplicates done and give me the keys.

                              Since then he has never received my call. I contacted customer care. They raised a service request for me and said it will be resolved. Almost a week, but they didn't do anything. Today when I escalated the request, it got cancelled.

                              I called the customer care and detailed them the issue. I also informed them that I have incurred a cash loss of 600 today. All they said was raise a request and we will resolve. However, the service request does not have anything regarding not received keys. I had to raise in repair, which again shows a repair cost.

                              I am a single lady in Pune, and this has been extremely unsafe for me and my belongings. I need nestaway to have some accountability and incur my losses since it hasn't handed my the keys as it said it would.

                                I moved out of nestaway apartment on 8th July. On raising a moving out request on nestaway they are supposed to refund the advance of 80, 000Rs given initially minus the painting and other renovation charges.

                                They added these charges for a 1000sq ft 2BHK. They then added water tanker charges of 3658Rs and 2778Rs with the dates as 'due since 23rd july'.
                                How can I have charges due since 23rd July when I've moved out on 8th July.

                                When asked for the bills for these charges or the dates on which these tankers were delivered they refused to give sufficient replies.

                                Later they have generated some dummy bills on which the dates are 15th July and 16th july, dates after i have moved out. see bills attached below.

                                When asked for details for this they said "Please be informed that the tanker was provided with in the in the month of April - June during the summer season.
                                There is no specific date found as the tanker was called when necessary and later the bill was being generated. If there is any society they will be able to help you to know which all dates the tanker came. "
                                There is no society in the apartment. it is a small apartment with 5 floors and 4 2BHKs on each floor.

                                Things like this should be accounted for especially when your charging customers for it.

                                nestaway has closed the ticket again without resolving it! every 3 days they close the ticket. this time they asked me to open a new ticket for this!! cannot believe the incompetence and the way the make people who use their service run around!

                                  I had shifted in a apartment through nest away and i was opted for a assure (Which is their new service) without me knowing it. The service is supposed to include all repairs and weekly cleaning but haven’t seen a single nestaway representative in the premise since i have moved it except the manager who keeps changing all the time. Its just another way to scam people. Someone help me get back to these people

                                    I have moved into the nestaway property on 6th april, 2019. Nestaway is adding false bills from the year 2017 and 2018 into the current property in which i am staying.

                                    The bills charge about rs 14, 000. How is that even possible. They are asking me to pay the bills of past 2yrs even before the contract begins. They are doing fraud.

                                      I have moved into nestaway on 22-july-2019. I was not given the cupboard lock by the area manager rakesh pilli. Later after raising ticket i got a new lock.
                                      I am paying for assure services. As per the terms of assure, as told by the call center executive, i will not be charged for this service. But now they have charged me for 500 inr. I have raised a ticket on this as well. First they waived off and closed the ticket. Then again they charged 500 inr for the same service. There is no proper reason given.

                                        I have moved into the nestaway property on April 6, 2019. Our room has faulty refrigerator .On the day of move in, the area property manager Mr. Surya had said that refrigerator belongs to nestaway. It has been not working since first day. But surya updated refrigerator as present and working. He asked me to raise service request and said i will not be charged.

                                        I have raised service request on day 2. The vendor came and repaired it. It worked for one day and stopped working . I have raised another service request and vendor came and repaired it. And guess what it worked for 3 days and again stopped working. I have called vendor and he came, checked it and said he want to change some parts. And he said i will not be charged since it is not been working from day despite two service requests in a week.

                                        I have called APM surya the next day and he came and asked me to raise a service request and said i wil not be charged for that service.

                                        So i have raised a service request. The vendor came after 2 weeks and repaired it. It worked for a day!!!. I have called the vendor and he said he will come next day but he didnt show at all. After a week there was a service bill charge of Rs 3900 for the material cost and Rs 250 for the visit cost. I have called surya and i have also spoken to the service team member Mr sunil and sunil said i am not liable for the charge and said he will send the confirmation for the same to me that i will not hold liable for the charge.

                                        But sunil didnt send the confirmation to me. So i have raised the service request to waive off that charges. And custome care said that i am liable for the charge and said sunil has confirmed to them. I have called sunil daily for a month and he doesnt even pick up the call.

                                        After few days i got the call from customer care and said that refrigerator belongs to the previous tenant.

                                        Wow the nestaway had kept the faulty refrigerator of previous tenant as them.Now the APM surya had removed the refrigerator from the room and said that charges will be waived off and said he also sent the confirmation mail to the nestaway.

                                        The sunil had blocked my number.

                                        The Refrigerator has been removed from our room but the service charges are still on the dashboard.

                                        This has been going for 4 months.

                                        Nestaway is mentally harassing me.
