Dear mr. Sahu and other co founders of nestaway,
I am constantly in touch with nestaway but no resolutions have been provided to me so i thought this would be the best way to convey my issue to the owner of this company as your staff have been rude and instead of resolutions, your staff have the audacity to cut the call on my face. You can only imagine the service of your company from such behaviours. Suresh one of your agents from customer care is the agent i'm talking about.
Since i need urgent help here i have to look for other ways as your safety security team has a casualty in their behavior for a critical issue like this.
Two weeks back from today, i had faced two incidents within a span of few days. On both these two occurences, there were knockings on my main door and after few knockings it stopped. I got scared hence locked myself in the room and called safety security team but they were unreachable as the mobile signals were down due to heavy rains. Property managers phone was not reachable as well. Then after informing your team the next day, mr. Santosh spoke to me about the whole incidence and confirmed there is not much they can help with as there are no security cameras in the building and the watchman is also unaware as most of the times they are not there. To conclude, some one might be following me where i stay. This has disturbed me to the point wherein i am afraid to stay there anymore. I am very panic stricken and unable to sleep so its better that you let me move out as there is nobody in the house.in my previous stay with nestaway in the same area but a different bldg, this same incident happened. Kindly look into this, as i'm from a lower middle class and work in a bpo to support my family. As your company failed to provide security by providing me with an unsafe house as there are no cctv cameras neither any watchmen available 24/7, me deciding to moveout early, should not let them deduct my security deposit, this not a right action from your company as my every penny counts. Kindly look into this, i need urgent help.

Ive been staying in one of your properties in mira road mumbai. Since the day i have moved in i've been facing issues. I have given a dirty, filthy house and with a house full of garbage.in spite of raisings numerous tickets, i got tired and cleaned the house and got few cleaners arranged to clean it and paid them from my pocket whereas having nestaway assured services. They resolved it after 2 weeks when everything was done.
I hope you get to know the groud reality of your company.

Updated by oshinadhikary And also it's mentioned on your ticket by some team of yours that they have asked the watchmen to be more vigilant at night. And that's the resolution they have given me. Nut wait. I came home from work tonight and see no watchmen like always. Who did they speak to then? Please refer to the picture here and your property manager would be able to confirm if this is the correct building in the image or not.

I have got 261 Rs till now. They are sending bill to different flats at different time. We started monitoring tankers from August and In August total of 13 tankers have been ordered. There are total of 18 occupied flats + 2 family of support staff like watchman. So with 1000 Rs per tanker total for 13 tankers should be 13000 divided among 20 families should come to 650 Rs per family. How are they going to explain 2800+ Rs per flat.
Also On inquiring GST charges from GST Helpline I came to know that there is 0 % GST on Water tanker. The HSC code they are using in each Water tanker invoice corresponds to 'Septic Tank Emptyng and cleaning'. They mention on the site that this service is free of cost where they will contact vendor for water tanker on behalf o[censored]s. So when service charge is 0 then why are they charging 18 % service tax. Apart of this they also add maintenance charge in rent amount. Then where this maintenance amount is going.
