It gives me immense sorrow and frustration by the manner in which my very simple ticket is being handled by your support staff. I am the house owner of the below apartment which is listed with nestaway since 3 plus years.

Since last few months my apartment is having occupancy issue which had never happened in the past since the apartment is very much in prime location on varthur main road in whitefield, covered by residence and all amenities surrounded like school hospitals and shops.

I raised a ticket sc_01373619 with support team requesting for looking into it. Its been more tha a month and there is no progress on it atall. Infact no one called to update on what and who is taking action on this issue? Now to help the team, i tried to investigate on what may be the issue with such low response.

I opened nestaway.com and tried to run the search for house on my area "siddapura, whitefield, bangalore". I noticed that my house was not appearing atall in the search result. I then raised another ticket with nestaway sc_01392319. I tried to explain everything possible to the support rep. I even escalated the issues to upper levels, but until now the issue is not resolved.

Yesterday yogesh from support team called me to inform that there is no issue. When i followed the steps again to search my area for the house, i noticed that the result which the search result is showing is displaying houses from other areas aswell. To name the few, it had marathahalli (7km away) hoodi (9km away) kr puram (12km away) and many other far distance apartments which do not belong to siddapura area. Finally i was able to find my house on 2nd page of the result which was after 14 to 15 rows below.

When i asked yogesh, why is the search working incorrectly (Considering someone is looking for house in a specific area for which he has entered exact location (Ie siddapura), yogesh's reply was that 'sir, nestaway has many houses and that i do not see any issue in the same'. I was surprised by the reply since its about common sense that search is to search houses for a specific criteria. You cannot show houses at a district level instead of location.

Now as a second step to investigate it further, this time again i searched with exact apartment 'parimala sunridge' name this time {considering if someone is looking for place in my apartment}, the result was again inaccurate and false. There are 2 apartments in this society, and both were appearing in the last row after several other apartments from hoodi, marathahalli, kr puram etc. This time again yogesh reverted with the same answer that there is no issue. He then hanged up the phone without any assurance or next plan of action.

Now my query to nestaway is "how do you expect someone to book a visit to my apartment, if they cannot even find by the location/name???"this the issue why there has been no tenant leads in my property and considering if the issue remain unresolved, i do not expect any progress in future.

I have now 2 bed vacant in my apartment which is not getting listed property as per location.

There were few more anomalies which i want to highlight here and may be the cause of this issue :

1. The apartment is in prime location. My house was listed as prime last year, why is it not listed this time? What has changed recently? Another house (Which is sold out) in the same apartment has prime tag. What is there difference in listing then? I ahve attached picture for the same.

2. My house is an "apartment" and not a "individual house". Can you please get this corrected as bachelors prefers apartments and not houses in whitefield.
I have attached reference picture for these 2 points for your reference.

There are 3 tickets opened for these issues for which i am not receving adequate response. This is very frustrating.

As a ceo of the firm, i would humbly request you to kindly help to get this issue resolved as this will surely impact other genuine houses aswell.

If this will remain the same and as per you, this is how nestaway's fulfillment logic works, then i would like to initiate contact termination and prefer giving the house to another agencies, who would be happy to host me.

Today i am also informed that the area manager karthik has left the job and there is no area manager for my house. How can you schedule visits without area manager? Who is responsible here?

    I have stayed in one of the nestaway homes for more than 2 years, as they provide fully furnished house, it has all the amenities tv, fridge, washing machine, bed with mattress, sofa, chair, dining table, and kitchen utensils but maximum of those were of very very poor quality, the dinning chair and sofa were breaking down with very normal usage and was only usable till 4-5 months from start. Kitchen utensils too were of very poor quality which started breaking down from the first month itself, due to which i have take my own kitchen utensils for usage. Since, it was shared home, during my tenancy 4 tenants joined and moved out, of which few of them used the common area items nicely but others were not, and caused more property damage to the house (Like utensils and furniture). So nestaway has a rule where if a tenant is moving out, a inspection team would may visit to check if everything is in good/proper at house level and room level. But nobody ever came for inspection post the move out of first 3 tenants and this damage was never reported. But as i was moving out, and i was the last person staying there, a inspection team came and added unrealistic charges against me with remark of "property damage", even though i was at no fault. Then even after many follow ups they are denying to remove the charges on me and creating mental and financial harassment and have further blocked my account (Attached screenshots).

      I had scheduled to visit a room in mathikere on 17th july for the 19th of july. The nestway app is so stringent on time slots thats its not possible to book a time slot convenient to the customer. Yet i still booked for the 19th for 7:30pm. I called up the assigned area manager deepak :[protected] and he cannot accommodate any other time apart from the schedule. I was told by customer care that the area manager can do so if they desired. I understand if he was busy, but he sounded completely not interested in showing any customer support. I called him up on 19th around 2pm just to confirm he'll be available and he assure me he'd be. Next i called him up around 7:25 asking his wareabouts and he had the audacity to act like he didnt know who i was, and then he proceeded to tell me he didn't get any notification saying i had a visit today. I called up customer care soon after to confirm if this was the case and they assured me that the slot was confirmed. Next when i called him he said he'll take an hour to come. I waited till 8:30 pm in the heavy rain in front of the property and he refused to pick my call all the while i was there. And then drops me a message in the last moment he cant make it, sorry? Why do you employ people who are inept at doing their job and wasting my time? Im a tenant at nestaway but after this trend of downward spiraling customer service quality, im considering moving out. Because of him i fear ill loose the room because of his carefree nature and you are denying yourself repeat customers by employing such people. Please keep backup area managers because this is unacceptable quality of service and behavior.

      I have rescheduled the visit but was assigned the same area manager Deepak. Please assigned me a different one because I don't want to look for another place because the area manager is careless with his job.

        I got charged 7180 INR when I vacant one of the nestaway property. I raised the complaint to CCE and they confirmed me, that happened because of system error and it will be resolved by eod. I never received any response so, I called them back next day. Again they told eod it will be resolved. This was its, 5 days and never heard back from nestaway. I did the email, no response. I called in customer care, no response. Raised a ticket no update. Ticket number: SC_01511432

        Even I asked for providing the deadline, they said we can’t provide that. I am not understanding one this If it’s system error it should be identified in few minutes. How careless you guys are for customer money. But while taking money from customer this never happened. Why?

          Hi, i have booked a shared accommodation from nestaway pune. I checked the place and then booked it. The area manager showed me the flat in tower 1on 4th floor in blue ridge locality. The bed was available and i paid the whole amount to rent it. On the day of moving in which was 23rd of june, i came to know that the bed is not available. I tried to contact the area manage but he was not picking up the phone. After that i cancelled the booking which i was not allowed to do as there was no option of cancelling on there website. The only option was to move out, how can i move out if i have not moved in. After talking to the call center i did the moved out thing on the website and waited for a week to get the refund but it was not released by nestaway. I kept on calling every day for almost a month. Every time the call center people will open a incident and close it without providing any resolution. I was really fed up with there attitude, every time you call them and as per the sla you have to wait for 24 to 48 hours and after that they will close your issue without any resolution. Luckily after many followups, i receive a amount of rs.14, 837 out of 18, 887 which was paid by me for availing the services. I dont know why they have deducted rs.4050 after assuring me a full refund on the call. I have not used there services but still they have charged me.

            I am rohit staying in noida through nestaway since january 2017. I paid rs 8000 as security deposit. From 2018 they started chging onboard charges for new tenants and chging the old tenants by deducting from their security deposit. I was nt provided any service at the time of arrival. Just mint money for no reason. Never recommend nestaway ever. Dissatisfied 😡

              I receive my new agreement on 5 July and it needs date correction. The contract start date should be 1 July 2019 to 31 May 2020. I have made multiple phone calls and raised 3 SR’s since 25 June but those are being closed without any resolution. Unless I receive the correct agreement I am unable to pay the rent. My first agreement for 11. Months started from 1 September 2017 to 31 July 2018 and second contract started from 1 August 2018 to 30 June 2019. So automatically my 3rd contract should start from 1 July 2019 to 31 May 2020. Then why are you asking me to renew the contract from 20 June 2019 to 28 May 2020 and asking me to pay 2 days extra rent. Also you are sending me threatening emails that I have to leave the property. As per rule unless I receive the correct agreement I will not be paying the rent. If required I will get in touch with the property owner and have a separate contract made with him.

              I would appreciate a fast resolution to this. I have called you customer care service and made multiple requests but no one has called be back till date. I will pay the rent only after I receive the correct agreement
              We started to stay in Nestaway room since a month(Mohammad nest in hydearabad, HiTech City). we complained many times as the water we use is mixed with drainage water and 2 of our friends got hospitialized.

              We are going to take this complaint to media.

                I've been fighting for my refunds of false charges that has been put up by nestaway while moving out. The amount sums up to 16000 rs and after several days i got the refund in my dashboard. I asked them to put it into my account but they did not do that.in a few days, that money got dissapeared from the dashboard suddenly and without notifying me or giving me a valid reason they just took it out. Fighting against that since 10 days but still nothing has been done. Fed up with the poor service of these fraudsters

                  We have moved in a 3bhk flat by nestaway on 17 june 2019. There so many of our concerns that are not being handled by them despite a daily follow-ups with them.

                  Below are current open issue that we have been chasing since our move-in :

                  1) at the first day of our move-in, we asked for the cleaning of backyard and front yard, which is neglected by them continuously.
                  Even i have raised service request for same two weeks back, there is no update on ticket, i have escalated the ticket from my end four time.
                  Daily i call to customer care, they daily escalate from their end and ask me to wait for some time.
                  I don't understand how much time they want us to wait for cleaning done. It already been three weeks dude.
                  Tired of taking follow-ups daily with no proper updates.

                  2) we have been charged assure monthly maintenance every month. We were not being informed about same beforehand.
                  Even our co-tenants are not being charged same. Am confirmed us overcall that apart from rent and ac rent, there are no other charges to pay per month.
                  But in our dashboard we see around 350 monthly charges for maintainemce service that we were not pre-informed about.

                  Please remove this monthly charges, also, i am sure even if we pay those maintenance charges you guys will not provide any service timely. I am tired of getting follow-ups ob 1) cleaning service.

                  3) in my room there is a shared almirah, while i was informed about separate almirah for both roommates. After i paid for everything, and at time of my move-in, i was being informed about same.
                  There is a ticket raised for same but there is no update on same as well despite continuous follow-ups.
                  I need a separate almirah as i was told before my move-in.

                  Please work on them. I hope i will be listened now at least.

                    I moved out on 30th and they made a transaction about my deposit on 1st but instead of 15 digit bank of india account number they transfered on 14digit it was a mutual mistakes
                    But the money is was reverted back by bank of india on the same to nestaway account
                    But today is 8th july and i haven't received my security deposit refund back and it's already 8 days late
                    Will they give me compensation about this

                      All my tickets related to nestaway services resolved without proper communication. None of my concerns were considered. attaching all evidence of inadequate response from nestaway. denying me the refund for the hard earned money I paid for their services amounting to Rs. 15, 400. Now charging me extra money for their negligence and mis-communication.
                      I was informed by my area manager Nitin that the flat is for 3 people as requested by the owner. Another area manager Sanket contacted the owner and changed the occupancy to 6 people and I was not informed of it. I was specific with my area manager Nitin that I need a minimum occupancy flat of 3 people. When I moved in the area manager did not accompany me during moving in as per nestaway policy. I was not given the right keys to the room I booked. The bathroom allotted to me was not repaired (pics enclosed) and was broken till the day I moved out and also the room was not cleaned when I moved in (pics enclosed). I was not given the rent agreement on the day of moving in as per nestaway policy. I was contacted one month after I moved in for documentation. hence the onboarding charges of Rs. 2000 collected from me is unjustified.
                      Due to this, I moved out of the flat on 01.06.2019 by mailing the nestaway customer care regarding all my grievances (attached screenshot of service request raised by mail to [protected]@nestaway.com). I was not able to utilize the Move out procedure available on the nestaway site due to technical errors with the nestaway site. I was not given any resolution regarding the same after repeated contacts with the customer care. Now they are charging for moving out of the flat during the lock-in period and failure to give notice period as per their policy. The breach in lock-in period happened due to the change in occupancy of the flat as mentioned above in a span of 3 days from the date of moving in. I was without an accommodation for more than a month due to nestaway not refunding me the deposit and onboarding charges.
                      The customer care has not been helping in any manner, but giving false promises of resolving the matter even after number of calls and online correspondence. Now they have closed the issue saying that their area manager Nitin has done or said anything wrong.
                      It has been 2 months since I have been started this struggle for my claim of refund. To me Rs. 15, 400 is a big amount and for availing another accommodation, I need the amount for paying the deposit.
                      This is a kind request to resolve the matter.

                      As per website the room was suppose to be with toilet however it was without it. Second, i was given an broken almera which is not fixed till date. Even after 37 days.

                        Nestaway is not refunding my security deposit of 1 lakh rupees.
                        It's been 25 days since I moved out. They are doing all kinds of drama and all excuses for last 25 days.

On the move in day (19th may, 2019) i was told that i cannot move-in to that property and i have to find another one. Than i had to find another property and booked. I moved in on 22nd may, 2019. And from 19th may to 22nd may i stayed in a hotel even after paying money to nestaway but they were least bothered. Till that time i had paid rs. 14100 as security deposit, rs. 2000 as onboarding charges and rs3082 as may rent or something.
                          After move in, i was again charged rs. 4340 which is showing as due from my end. When i called customer care on 4th june, they they told it will get adjusted need not to worry, you only pay the rent amount for june. Than i paid the rent june on 4th june itself. But still now the due of 4340 is showing and it's been more than a month. Customer not responding now.
                          Please help.

                            Hello Nestaway

                            This is really unprofessional and embarrassing.

                            It has been 1 month that I have vacated my room from 1272 sec 52, Gurgaon.I am yet to get any refunds yet.
                            I an not even able to check the update of the status of the service requests raised in app.
                            This is so frustrating that everyone I contact in Nestaway has no idea of what is happening.
                            Your own department doesnt seem to be interconnected.
                            Even after providing all the relevant approvals of the Area Manager, I am yet to get any refund back.I dont think it can be as complicated as it will take 1 month to get clear.
                            How slow an organization can be.
                            My 14, 000/- as a security is stuck with you guys. And there is no update on the service requests too.

                            Even your customer care doesnt seem to care for customers.

                            Hoping to get a resolution soon.

                              I am currently staying in nest away house, few days back i got a call from nest away they told us about a new service i. E nest away assure and told us the charges are 129/- if all the tenants living in the flat subscribe for it
                              When i subscribe the charges were 172-/
                              So i asked customer care that charges that is showing is 172, they replied that the offer period has expired so it costing 172, then why nest away executive called us after the expired period

                              This is not the end,
                              In july month i have been again charged with 234-/ and when asked they said its because other 3 beds are empty

                              But when i was asking again and again to the nest-away executive that if we 3 will subscribe then it will cost 129 and they said yes

                              Now they say when the room will be full then it will cost 172

                              This totally not acceptable and they said u have to pay the charges no matter what and u cant unsubscribe

                              This is a total scam

                                While we moved-in to flat, area manager agreed to provide refund to co-tenants for lock they have put on their expense. But later nothing was done for same.

                                As a result co-tenants did not let us make the duplicate keys till amount is settled or paid to them by us.

                                We have raised a service request internally sc_01457965 but awaing response since 3-4 days.

                                Customer care team told us that it is awaiting approval from area manger.
                                Area manger do not talk to us over phone. He has stopped picking up our call.

                                Please look into this. It been just two weeks we have moved-in and our life have become like hell.

                                Out of rs 1640 /- . Amount 820/- is paid to co-tenants by us ( three new tenants ) to get the keys from them .
                                Each share rs 274 /- . If not possible to refund the complete amount . Atleast refund the amount which we have paid to co-tenants .
                                As i consider its the responsibilty of nestaway to provide new tenants with keys of flat which us being overlooked by area manager .

                                Even the time of our discussion with co-tenant, we tried to reach AM . But he didn’t responded properly over phone for issue and asked us to call later .

                                  I moved out of a Nestaway home on 30th May, 2019. As per rent agreement, they are to refund security deposit amount within 3 working days of move out by retaining two months rent. Deductions if any from the retained amount to be agreed with 5 working days and balance withheld amount of security deposit to be refunded in subsequent 5 working days. Till date not a single penny refunded by them.

                                  First they incorrectly charged painting amount which was finally removed on 12th June and they mentioned that I will get refund in 5 working days from 12th June after deduction of INR 999 as renovation charge which I agreed for.

                                  On 19th June, I see they debited another INR 2500 in name of move out charges and INR 2000 for electricity. I provided them electricity bills confirming I already paid them and asked for explanation on move out charges. No explanation received till date. False promise made yesterday that I will get refund by end of day 27th June but nothing happened.

                                  When I called today, 28th June, the trail of false promises again being made with no resolution.

                                    I have moved in dec 2018, i switched on air conditioner in apr 2019. It was not having cooling effect. I raised many tickets & requested till may last. Within these two months i managed without ac. Also, i paid the rent of 10k just for a single room throughout till date. But nestaway did not get the ac repaired & i have to get it repaired for 8500 rupees. I submitted the receipts for refund but they did not provide a single rupee back till date. They are harassing customers. Take strict actions against these fraud companies

                                      I booked online pg nestaway. It was very horrible when i saw the home. Totally messed up, drainage problems, no furnitures and most importantly no cleanliness. Top of it they are deducting money when i refused to stay in that apartment or not fixing the issues. Customer service is not so good. They are not helping to fix rather than creating more trouble.

                                        I was not provided the cupboard keys and locker keys when i moved in in the first week of june. As suggested by the nestaway manager anu, i had raised the ticket for the same immediately and the duplicate keys were made and provided to me. But i have been charged 500 for the same. I was told i won't be charged as they never provided me the keys. Sr no. Sc_01390626.
                                        Please waive this charges as it was their mistake to not provide me the keys when moved in.
