water tanker charges - too high

Can easily identify that there is problem with the water bill invoice and i am not sure why they are not taking any action on this. Is it nestaway charging this much amount? Or the vendor? Whosoever it has to be rectified by nestaway.

On an average, the water bill comes around 500 inr for 7 days but in the invoice for 4 days (19/7/2019 to 23/7/2019), you guys have charged 2700 inr. How is this even possible?. Please verify...

They are doing an illegal activity by asking me to move to a property for which i didn't pay the deposit for. Because i have complained them about the security issues. exorbitant charges of water tanker
