During house visit the property manager promised a lot of things, but later on he denied saying not in nestaway policy. Also the house was not secure as many boys used to visit and stay in the house for days ( friend of one housemate) When I complained about all these things, nestaway asked me to move out and they will refund the money back. Its been 3 weekns and i havent got any money from them . Also they charged me late fee after vacating the house and move out inspection complete. They have my 30, 000 and they are not returning it back. The house is not secured at all and my other housemates also complained. The property manager didnt even come to visit it once.

    Nestaway has not paid the electricity bill and the electricity department has cut the power supply of our building from last two days. Nestaway takes the money from us monthly in the name electricity bill and even after that we are not getting any electricity. I don't understand where our money is going. These people are just so unprofessional. Not at all providing any service properly but taking all the service charges from time to time. And the worst part is that no one is there to look into these issues seriously. Nor the customer care has any information regarding this nor the area manager. And no one is even answering our calls. I demand that all these utility charges should be refunded.

      I have booked the house with following address on 02/08/2019 by paying rs 5000 and later rs 62750 on 09/08/2019 and fixed the move-in date of 14/08/2019.

      Property manager - pritam panja assured that house will be ready before 14/08/2019. But on the date of move-in, he didn't pick-up the phone. My family were forced to stay stranded on road for more than 02 hours with are luggage.
      After that, when house was opened, it was found in a horrible condition.

      1) no cleaning jobs were taken up.
      2) 3/4 cots were found in broken condition.
      3) lot of leakages in bathroom and water taps.
      4) all the lights were damaged, plug points were damaged
      5) water tank was in open condition and full of garbage materials.
      6) sofa was dusty and damaged

      Property manager - pritam panja assured and promised at the time booking that, all things will be arrested before move-in. But till date apart from few leakage arrests and electrical points correction, no jobs are taken-up.
      Zonal manager-neha rajput was also contacted but she also refused to give services and take-up calls.

      We are feeling cheated from nestaway as we are forced to live in horrible condition and no help provided. We are feeling totally helpless and mentally harassed.

      Dear Nestaway, just do not fool customers with their hard earned money. I have moved-in on 14th August and till today 31th August, me and family being harassed and cheated for the facilities. Raising false charges for the services to be done before Moving-in . After taking all our hard-earned money, rather than arresting the issues, Nestaway is telling us to move-out. God knows this cheat -company even return our advance money or not.

        I moved out on 18th of August. Now after a week, they are telling me that I haven't moved out still which I had and cutting my money and also delaying my refund which I am entitled to. Customer Care is blaming for moving out before inspection but in reality, nobody visited the house for inspection when I was there. They also added 2000 RS as maintenance charges which I asked customer care to explain but they had no explanation or reason why it was added when no inspection had even taken place.

          Hi,

          I am Ankit, living in 403, Kalamkar park, lane no. 1, balewadi phata, baner pune-411045.

          I have moved to property through nestaway since July 27 th 2019. After moving nothing is provided to me like bed mattress, pillow, covers and they are charged onboarding charge for this. Also all the kitchen and room furniture provided is broken.

          I have raised the ticket in nestway but no progress is there since 20 days.

          Also area manager( Nitin) blocked our contact no. and he is not doing any thing.

            I am kapil, contact no - [protected], living in 7a shantikunj, mall road, vasant kunj, delhi.
            I have moved to property through nestaway since nov.17. I am paying rent & bills every month on time. They have recently upload a bill of 13114 for 61 days without giving me proper bill or usage of consumption, its a 1 bhk flat. Since 8 months i was paying maximum of rs.1500/month. I raised a complaint but i didnt get any resolution till date. I mailed them but thay are not providing the accurate information & also not supporting at all.

              I moved out of the property last month but they hold my money by adding fake bills of the maintenance the area manager you should not charge anything the property is fine.
              They add bills of the maintenance charges of rs 2500. But when i raised the service request and continuously connect with them they said you are charged for the electricity but they have not added any bills for that.
              And when call them continuously they added fake bills now and said you are charged for 7800 now.

              These guys are very unprofessional they returned the security and now they are not returning my pending money instead they added other fake bills for 7800.

                I am staying with nestaway since march 2019. In may, we got a notice to find a new place as our house was getting off boarded from nestaway. I got shifted to a new nestaway house on 29 may 2019.
                Nestaway asked me for 5000rs as they want to book this amount for any pending charges. I paid this amount. Now after 3 months, i am asking about my money they are not listening. They are saying that they dont have the electricity bills for the last month of my stay and so they are not able to find the exact amount to get deducted from my 5000rs.
                They are not ready to return my money.
                Nestaway is a real fraud. once they return my money, i will move out of this bloody ###.

                  They charge 350+ taxes every month in the name of nestaway assure. In which they are supposed to give us the services free of cost. I have raised many service requests, but none of them get resolved. I escalated each of them many times, but still no resolution. Each time i talk to customer care guys, they say the same thing that we are trying our best and we ensure you that tomorrow your repair work will be done and your request will get resolved. Now its more than 2 months, and my requests are still not resolved. I dont know for what we are paying when we are not getting the facilities out of our money.
                  Nestaway is fraud. Don't ever think of coming to nestaway.

                      Hi, i have been staying in nestaway for the past 6 months.. Every alternate month i am paying the utility bill..in spite of regular payments, nestaway has not paid the bill to the local electricity board.. As a result, the power supply to our flat has been cut.. The so-called 'property managers' and 'concerned department people' are useless to say the least.. If nestaway has some shame left then it should resolve the issue at the earliest...

                      I was given free internal transfer and still I was asked to pay onboarding charges. I have raised several service requests regarding the refund and haven't got any response. As per my discussion with customer care I was told that I should have paid 20000 but ended up paying 34800. The difference in the amount should be refunded.

                        I raised a request(on 3rd August) for cleaning and scheduled it to 7th August.

                        I have been following up with my request since yesterday but there has been no vendor assigned for my task and as of now, customer service replied saying they were unable to reach my service manager Mr. Wasim.

                        This means that they will not be fulfilling my request on my scheduled time.(i.e.tomorrow morning)

                        I can't even escalate the issue on my dashboard as according to nestaway, resolution time for my request is 9th august.

                        How can a request take 1 week to get resolved?and why shouldn't I escalate the issue as my scheduled visit is before that.

                        What sort of a nonsensical system is this. They even removed the Google rating on their company

                        My service request is SC_01563025.Are they doing this for free?No, I had to pay for such services and yet they are irresponsible in arranging.

                        If I take 3rd party service, Nestaway would be pissed off and blame us for all that's not working in the house. They would not even refund the deposit in full.

                        This has become a routine for me since the last 2 months. you can even see my earlier complaint of the similar sort in May 2019. I feel like living in a jail.

                          I would like to highlight the wrongdoing by real estate management firm - Nestaway
                          When we moved into our apartment, it was managed by a company called as Zenify. Our monthly rent was decided to be 14500. This was including maintenance and water supply . I have rent receipts from previous months which shows that we paid 14500 for a year and afterwards 15225 . This included all the charges except for electricity for which there is an electric meter installed for each flat.
                          Now out of sudden in the current month's rent, nestaway decided to add 6522 as tanker charges which they are forcing us to pay
                          The tenants have no information how the charges are added . They weren't even informed or this clause wasn't even added in the rental agreement .
                          When I had requested them to provide a new rental agreement, we didn't get any definitive answers .

                          As a tenant we have every right to know how the charges being added . The water charges have to be added as per the usage like how its done for electricity bills .
                          Moreover, it was agreed upon that we don't have to pay anything extra for water supply as it is included .
                          The pump is not working for past many days and even though many people complained, there was no action which was taken by them .

                          I would like to call upon the wisdom of the online community to decide :

                          1)If It is okay to add extra charges without the consent of the tenant
                          2) If it is okay to modify the T&C and mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant
                          3) If it is okay to charge the people any amount based on the supply and not on the consumption of water of each flat
                          4) If it's okay for the customer execs to just ask us to leave or go for any internal transfer just because we have started questioning them on their misdeeds

                            Nestaway assure subscription is made mandatory post moving in while at the time of moving in it was optional. Neither was the change in status to mandatory communicated to the tenant. When the issue is raised with customercare, they have closed the ticket without resolving the concern (Saying as discussed over call, it is mandatory!) also, there was no option of
                            Further discussion or escalating the concern. When the tenant has not opted for a service, how can it be enforced. Now all of a sudden, the monthly charges appear on dashboard (Rs.199 +taxes per head per month implies around rs.1000 per house per month)!. For an additional revenue stream, tenants can't be enforced to subscribe to services which they don't need or be subjected to such an experience! I have seen similar such concerns raised by other tenants on this portal. May i kindly request help on this front.

                            Please note that at the time of moving in, I have enquired a couple of times about all charges payable, and I was informed and assured that apart from rent and electricity, everything else is optional!

                            I sincerely hope that no additional subscription charges are levied and this issue gets resolved. Thanks in advance!

                              So i moved into one of the nestaway house on apr 28. I was not charged electricity bill until june although i kept asking it to the nestaway building manager/executive. All he said was that i would get it in my dashboard. On june, i was charged an heft amount of rs. 5246.35 for a 150 sq. Feet room for the billing period (May to june). Attached is the actual bill from the electricity board where it has been mentioned that the billing date is from (Feb to june). I raised a service request (Sc_[protected] around first week of july and contacted multiple times over phone (Reply "3 days is the resolution time and backend team is working on it" everytime).


                              In short - charged for excessive months but stated only for a month in dashboard (Felt cheated)


                              The main issue here is the charges were calculated on pro-rota basis which was never mentioned anywhere in the agreement or nor the executive spoke about it. As per the agreement it was stated that, they would charge flat 1000 rs if the meter is due to be fixed. But instead they divide the charges among tenants. Other concern is that i've seen many people moving in and moving out in short period. Pretty sure they are not affiliated with nest away. Who will pay the electricity charges for them??

                              After 45 days, CS team replied to the support ticket stating refund of 4059 which they did. But the moment money was refunded two new invoice was added for the same billing date. This time they want to take even more. Total = 5246.35(Wrong Bill) - 4059.35(Refund) + 3267.44(Utility Charge) + 3267.44(Utility Charges) No one contacted me although CS assures someone would call.

                                Hi, i have re-opened a ticket regarding my washing machine maintenance 3 days back and since morning your customer care guys are just bluffing about assigning a vendor and when i called the vendor he is saying that no ticket has been assigned to him. When i confirmed this with them they said that the vendor will be assigned asap and its been 4 hours since that call now i have again called the customer care now they are saying that the vendor is not yet assigned.

                                Are you making a fool out o[censored]s?

                                What kind of a service are you providing here?

                                I have already told you guys that i need to repair this machine by today as i have a flight on friday and you guys just keep on bluffing to repair it by today.

                                Seriously shame on you guys, not at all reliable service.

                                Pathetic customer service, pathetic response.

                                Even previously this issue was not resolved. Not at all expected from nest away.

                                  My flatmate has requested for fan repair by mistake. I had rejected it but there is no update on my dashboard.
                                  If it has been fulfilled by the agent rajat jaju without my permission or if the money had been taken from my side, then i want refund. As he had break my door lock without permission and then abused me with bad language.

                                  Sir, I rejected it yesterday night. Then I called on nestaway support number [protected] at 8:11am today and asked the executive to reject again as there is no update on my dashboard. She acknowledge it but then it's status is changed to work in progress at 10:25 am.
                                  Can i know why nestaway is doing so with me? why nestaway wants to impose fake charges on me?.
                                  I again called them on 10:26am and they assured me that this will be rejected in 1 or 2 hours. So, if it is not fulfilled now, then i have to go court against them.

                                    Hi team, hope you are doing well.

                                    But i am not good because of you guys.

                                    I moved in to the nestaway property at 13thy july, 2019.

                                    Please refer below issues i am facing till now. I did multiple complaints and spend so many hours with cce on call. I am done with multiple talk to manager of this area. That guys is worst.

                                    1. Agreement (Sc_[protected]:

                                    Before moving in to the property, i was promised by nestaway that this property will be on two people names. I have attached the screenshot of the conversation happened and if required i can share the audio recordings also for the same.

                                    Till now i did not get that. I have to declare income tax return. And so many things are pending because of this issue. Not sure when you guys want to resolve this issue.

                                    2. Garbage cleaning, nestaway people put just outside of our house (Sc_[protected]:

                                    When deep cleaning happened for this house. Nestaway people thrown the garbage in front of our flat and association people warned us multiple times to talk to nesaway regarding this. But after so much conversation with nestaway people, i did not get any help. I ahve attached photos in the ticket itself.

                                    3. Water blockage (Sc_[protected]:

                                    This ticket was raised on july 3rd and till now its not resolved. Not sure why this is happening. No water is coming in washroom, kitchen and utility area. Wasted so many hours on phone. No action taken till now. How can i stay in this property and its tough to stay like this but you guys are not having that understanding i guess.

                                    Due to this reason nestaway people did not connected a lot of things in the washroom as they said once water supply will be fine i will do that. And not sure when this will be resolved. You guys should revert my partial money back because of that.

                                    4. Door repair (Sc_[protected]:

                                    You guys provided me broken door of the washroom for which i provide the picture also in the ticket. Not resolved yet and did not hear anything from nestaway.

                                    5. Night lamp (Sc_[protected]:

                                    You guys have written night lamp provided in the checklist. Though you did not provided the same. If you cant provide that update the checklist. Otherwise provide it. Not sure why this small thing even taking time for you guys.

                                    6. Gas regulator and pipe (Sc_[protected]:

                                    You guys have written in the checklist that regulator and pipe has been provided. And you charged me 932 inr for that. Why? You have to remove those charges. Not sure why this also has been done.

                                    I need all the tickets to be resolved asap. Please help me with this. I have multiple audio recording from nestaway people who told me for all above things to be resolved in 24 hours and they said if not done you can move out also with all the money refunded.

                                    I required i can send those recordings also.

                                    This is not fine guys. This is how you guys are providing the service to tenants? This is your reputation? This is the way? I dont believe in you guys.

                                    Let me know the status of everything. I am frustrated now of calling you people everyday and wasting my time.

                                      I recently moved to one of the nest away's property (Internal transfer) its almost a month i havent recieved refund statement as well from the back end team if this happens beyond i wanted to proceed legally since one month none of the back end team is taking responsibility in resolving complaint. They have deducted all unnecessary deductions which is againast agreement rules and policies. When we called to customer care and informed about it people are not sure why the money is deducted. If i dont recieve money with in a week i will proceed legally on this issue.

                                      we raised a complaint again on Saturday but unfortunately there is no response from their end. Every time it happens again and again a new executive closed older complaint and raised a new complaint. But they just raise and moved the complaint to WIP as usual. This is nth time that it is happening. Let me please know the refund amount and status that i need to receive and the earliest service request is sc_01524430 and all required screen shots ad info are attached in the same service request clearly. Please look into the issue and provide the status atleast this week.
                                      we raised a complaint on saturday as well but you people are so irresponsible in resolving its almost 40 days and you guys are tonting us rearding this issue .Ticket number is SC_01524430
                                      It's 3 months now they have neither resolved our issue nor given rent adjustment. Each and every time they are coming with new deductions. They are not returning our money since 3 months we are almost calling them daily and people are not responding to the complaint. it is been escalated to many times to head of teams but people are no where considering this issue. Even in the complaint section they haven't seen the comment posted by me its almost more than a month i posted my response but they haven't responded to the query which tells that about their interest in returning our money.

                                        I have a pending security deposit of almost 1 lakh 89 thousand after all deductions. It's been 24 days, i have raised 4 escalation levels on their portal. I still haven't received my money back. I call them daily and their useless operators say that it'll be done within 2 days. I am fed up with their pathetic service. I want to take legal actions towards them now.
