The rental agreement which nest away shared was just a document without any signature on it. This will not be acceptable for any legal purposes since there is no signature from the owner. So i have asked them for a hard copy of rental agreement, and they never shared it. When i called the customer service, i always get an answer that "everything is ready, you will get it by tomorrow".in fact every day they say the same (Tomorrow). Such a bad service, never ever recomended.

    Hi,
    I rented apartment from zenify in year 2017 with the below deal:
    1. Rent will be including maintenance + club house amount (28500)
    2. Deposit of 130000 was taken
    3. Electricity will be paid by the tenant

    After staying in the flat for 4 months we got to know that zenify has not paid maintenance of aprox 70000 & light and water supply for the flat was cut. After arguing with zenify for more then a month they paid the amount and asked us to pay the maintenance on their behalf and cut the money from the rent.

    When i moved into flat, their was existing electricity bill of 900 which i paid and zenify was supposed to return back that money.
    Later i got to know for cub house also they need to pay approx. 20000. Zenify told me to pay 2500 and deduct the amount from rent.

    After jun 2018 zenify got merged with nest away and account was transferred to nestaway. Since then i was asking them to update my account with the correct details but nest away did not update the amount.

    Now in my flat their was a water blockage and for two months we didn't get water in the house except only in one bathroom. But then it was hard to stay in flat without water so i requested to move out. For 15 days they did not respond until i followed up so many times.

    For above they asked me to deduct the maintenance from rent. (Here point is i am already paying maintenance on their behalf) and asking not to pay it.

    Till this point also they did not rectify the account issues. Now i left the house and they said until i hand over the keys they can not the seattle the balance (They are still holding to my 130000 rupee og security deposit). I handed over they key and they returned only 76000 out of 130000.

    Now they are denying the claim of me paying the maintenance amount of 50000 for two year. As it was discussed that i will pay maintenance and deduct same from my rent. I had given them all the receipt and details many times. But they are not ready to acknowledge. I tried to contact the ceo of the organisation. But he also is not responding.

    I have all the email proves for each conversation with zenify and nestaway.

    They had to return 20000 to me.

    Please help how to proceed.

    Attaching the email correspondence and receipts of the payment made by me. Nestaway is denying that I had made payments and they are not even providing me the final settlement statement.
    They claimed that i had not made payment since july 2018. If that is the case how they let me stay in the flat for so long?

    I have bank statement against this claim. I have email statement of every communication. They are refusing to meet me and customer care says they can not help me in this regard.

    I had moved out of Nestaway Flat Suman S, HNR Layout, Kasavanahalli, Bangalore 560035 on June 31st

    It's been 2.5 months now that I have not received my security deposit of Rs 31000. I have raised 2 tickets on this #cc_08407959 & #cc_08432426 with Nestaway and they are yet to respond to my query

    Rahul have you received your refund? I am a part of a group currently moving to file a lawsuit against nestaway on facebook If you haven't join us sign a petition against them.

      During my check-in day, no one appear for assistance result i am still looking for my room key. Their are issues with properties while i move in like - broken bed, no dustbin, no doormat, bathroom mug but no development on the same and best part i am tired of calling the concern person but the gentleman barely rec. The call, indeed team mumbai reflecting the best their compay communicate and believes in.

      I am totally looking forward to vacant the place, if they pay me back money they charge in name of documentation and move-in charges.

      And ya my flat balcony was stuffed with unassembeled bed and drawing room with 4 mattresses, might be because balcony and drawing room was not in our terms of deal... Happy stay??

      Hi,

      I moved in on 4th of may and its been 3 weeks since then my D2H and AC still not fixed.I have escalated the tickets till level 4 but no action has been taken !
      I have called 100 times to the customer care but still no help is provided.
      it is definitely a big mistake of choosing nestaway and i recommend everyone not to choose it.
      Firstly the quality of service is very poor. In case of problems when the manager is approached, his code of conduct is very bad. He responds to me saying that of you want to complaint please go ahead, he doesn't care for the complaints.
      Requesting to look into this matter with utmost seriousness.

        misleading information leading to stress

        Hi team,

        I have moved to bangalore on 2nd may. I am new to bangalore and since then i was searching for accommodation to stay.

        Through nestaway i booked a visit to the property on 9th may in block b ambience diva apartment sarjapur. But the area manager by mistake (Or intentionally) took me to block a. Flat 704
        House id: 4701

        I liked the flat and location but there were no tenant present at the...

        Please do not use homes by NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd ever! I am suffering since two months because of a washroom that has worms in it, to end up getting no help from them despite several emails, calls and trials for escalating the matter. When I put a move-out request, they promptly charged me with some stupid lock-in charges. A company which only hogs money and provides zero service.
        Also, can someone suggest me where can I report such an issue as a customer who has lived in an unhygienic environment because of NestAway?

          I am atul,
          I was living in a nestaway property as a tenant in pune hinjewadi phase 1, recently i took an initial transfer to one of the nestaway houses i booked the entire house.
          I have been facing issues from the very starting of this booking.
          Once i booked i asked the property manager for a visit to the house where he was giving me excuses that the house key was lost even though it was him who moved out the last tenants from that house and he exactly knew where the keys were. After that when me and freinds visited the house it was messy, dirty,. Gas stove not working, no bed sheets no pillows, mattresses were in very bad condition, switches broken, no duplicate house keys, sofa torn so i asked the property manager if it could be fixed or not he assured me that the flat will be fixes as he has been given access to replace all these things by his manager (Akanksha).
          Later when the guy didn't raise any ticket and was also threatening us that i am not going to do any work you can file a complaint against me we took an action and reported abuse against him in the effect of which nestaway told his manager akanksha to help us in raising tickets. But on the day of move in akanksha called us and said these are all the things that cannot be replaced like mattress and was forcing us to accept the checklist in which it was mentioned that all the things are provided and were in good condition. We refused to do so, and instead of coming to common ground she just hung up the phone and stopped picking it up.
          After that nestaway support guys called us and told us to accept the move in and all the things which are not in good condition please raise a ticket within seven days and there will be no charge (As there is a nestaway policy that on a new move in if you raise any ticket within seven days then it will be serviced free of cost). We did exactly the way we were advised. So after move in we raised tickets that things are not in good condition and either needs repairing or replacement, then instead of working on these tickets one of the nestaway guy (Chetan) called us and told us that these tickets will be charged as we have moved in to a new house and in new house this policy doesn't get applied. But it's clearly mentioned in the onboarding charges that any ticket raised within seven days will get resolved freely.
          This is a kind of mental harassment that we have faced and is also distracting us from our daily work and giving us lots of mental tension as we have already paid around 75000 to nestaway.

          I have told the NestAway guya Chetan that I need his statement in written and I will contact police regarding the same and he is saying "Jaao naa karo complaint" ( Go and file a compaint) and just hung up the phone on me.

            Hi! I moved into a nestaway apartment on the 9th and the ac is not working from day 1. The area manager has not responded to my calls and text. When i tried raising a ticket the charges for the ac compressor was asked for and the person even had the audacity to cancel my ticket. It's not even a month and i'm already sick of this attitude. I would definitely not recommend nestaway to any iit-iim grad. Kindly let me know how to escalate this ticket. I've also attached the screenshot for your reference. Thanks.

              I moved in nestaway apartment on may 01st 2019 and was promised that the mattress will be replaced since is not is horrible condition, no one can sleep over it as the jute is coming out from it and will #. Nestaway claims to provide all these amenities but everything is fake it seems. I had raised a service request (Sc_[protected] on 30th apr 2019 for mattress replacement as confirmed and asked by area manager ritesh ranjan that it will be replaced in 7 days. I have been calling customer care for the update but there is no action taken. I have commented on the ticket as well. Customer care is asking to talk to area manager and manager is asking to talk to customer care. But no one is acting on it. The mattress is in horrible condition and after taking rent and security amount, no one is acting upon it. Just to inform, i'll not pay the next month rent in case it is not replaced in next 5 days maximum.

                I am from srp niwas serenity layout, i am staying in that apartment from last year nov 2018. Below are the problems and tickets raised. We went to nestaway office also last week still there is no proper confirmation on these.

                1. I was told that apartment is new and power pack will be done in 20-30 days and now it 7 months still power backup is not there.
                2. Electricity bill is simply divided by all tenants no proper meter reading and calculation id done.
                3. Maintenance is included in rent and it is clearly mentioned in our agreement but still they have a separate utility bill.

                Sometime they are saying you can transfer from one nestaway to other.. But it cannot be done as we are family and shifting in 6 months is not feasible. Just because nestaway promised fro above especially power back up, we shifted to this flat. Now there is a power cut of more than 5 hours almost everyday, so we need a solution.

                So now either you fix this problem or reduce rent so that we can buy our own inverter.

                Nestaway, i need update on this on urgent basis, i cant wait anymore.

                Ticket is this - SC_01290872. You people simply closed the ticket stating electricity backup cant be provided. You simply cant say like that - it cant be provided take internal transfer.
                We have paid and shifted we are family we simply cant keep on shifting. Based on nestaway words we shifted, so I need solution if you cant provide back up reduce the rent, so I can buy my own inverter (rent we are giving in this building is almost same as gated community but with no promised facilities - even lift is not working from past 5 days).
                So request is try to solve the problem rather than just closing ticket on your own terms.

                I need update. Please let me know if you can give power back up or reduce my rent so that I can buy power backup for myself. From past 6 months you are just taking money from all tenants and keeping it to yourself. Do not loot just keep your promises.

                @NestAway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. - I have still not received response. I am buying my own power backup this week and coming month onwards I will not pay rent till you reduce my rent to accommodate this power back up cost. So do not complain further saying I am not paying rent, as from past 6 months I am paying you rent but you are not resolving this issue which you said is available when I entered flat with my family.

                  Its been more than 2 months that i have been raising service requests and escalating but there has been no resolution. No one has responded to me over a month now. The owner says don't reach out to me and nestaway says contact the owner.

                  I am experiencing a huge amount of delay and ignorance from nestaway customer support. I am raising service requests from a long time which is not getting addressed properly after escalating it multiple times.

                  My requests are pending from last 2 months and already been escalated to level 4. It is a waste of my time and also, after paying a huge rent, i am not getting the desired services.

                    I am experiencing a huge amount of delay and ignorance from nestaway customer support. I am raising service requests from a long time which is not getting addressed properly after escalating it multiple times.

                    Previously, we have raised a ticket in behalf of all tenants which approximately took more than a month to resolve. Now also, my request is pending from last 15 days and already been escalated to level 4. I am assuming a compensation for investing my time and also, after paying a huge rent, i am not getting the desired services.

                      I moved in one of the properties under nestway on 5th of April 2019. The day i moved in i received one hardcopy of the rental agreement without any signature of owner or any authorised personnel. I raised one SR and called customer care 7 times but each time i get same response "We are working on it".
                      Is Netsway Authentic ? How can anyone put there trust on them?

                        I vacated the house on March 25th. I was told that my deposit will be paid within 3 days after I vacate the house. I have been making follow up for my deposit refund but no response even after creating service requests. They just close the request (SC_[protected] and open new requests(SC_[protected] without any reason. Neither do they provide any update on my request nor my amount is refunded. Escalation also didn't work. Nearly Rs.84000 is held up. Plz help at the earliest.

                          Hi,
                          Nestaway company is doing fraud with me as they are not refunding my security amount 32000 rs. When now i am moving out from the property in bmayan tree apartment, ballendur bangalore.

                          During check in at 8th april, i clearly said to area manager srikanth that i am on project and can move out anytime but i will stay atleast for 1 month. This was the agreement, now when i am moving nestaway company is saying we have 6 months locking period if you go after 1 months then then we will keep all your money. While there was no tenant agreement signed by me. So how they are saying i don’t know. Please help me to get my security amount, as i have to move out on 12th april 2019.

                          Now srikanth area manager is not picking up my phone and nestaway is asking written proof, while as i said no tenant agreement they provided me and i haven’t sign on such things. They are acting like goons and pressuring me to move out without giving any money.

                            While on-boarding, it was clearly mentioned by the property manager that there wont be any extra charges than you rent and your specific flat electric bill. Suddenly they have charged me rs: 460 as common are electricity charges which was not suppose to paid by me as per the verbal communication with the manage. This is a very cheap way for such a big company to cheat with people.

                              I have rented one house through you in doddathoguru bangalore 23 days back. I had some mistake in the agreement but still after 20days also i have not received my corrected original rental agreement. Further raised for repair service again 20days back but still no vendor has appeared. I further raised a service in rent department of dashboard but no body turned up to respond. After contracting several times also customer care people not taken it seriously. They use to tell ok we are sending vendor today agreement tomorrow but still nothing has happened. What should i do. Should i approach consumer court as things are not according to the nestaway policy.

                                Given my property through nestaway, but the experience from day 1 has been horrible, not one single person is professional or responsible in entire team if nestaway, hyderabad.
                                They always misguide, literally lie to your face.
                                Reduced the rent without our consent, when property off boarded, they haven't even returned our property keys to us despite of number of emails, complaints on dash board.
                                Ms. Sangeetha, ms. Gazaala, mr. Sunny balla etc... All of them are so eager to tag my complaints as 'resolved ', without even responding to them.
                                Tired of nestaway.

                                  We raised a complaint on 27th april and since then we have recieved no communication from nestaway. Have called customer care several times!!! No one takes it seriously!! Finally one person gave me the vendor's number. When i called the guy, he said he didn't have petrol in his vehicle!!! The #! Is that our problem?? I called the customer care again to talk to the senior manager, no response!!! The # s happening???

                                    Am a house owner who listed my apartment through nestaway, it's been a harrowing experience, bad and unprofessional behaviour by team nestaway, hyderabad.
                                    Without even informing us, they straight away reduced the rent, and when asked about the same, no response whatsoever.
                                    We offboarded the house now, but it's been two weeks nestaway still has our house keys, and gave us wrong calculations in regards to f and f settlement, made about 10complaints, sent about 7emails without any response till now.

                                    I Join the nestaway on 24th, May, through Mr. Jeetander. He contact me and provided me a room in 5000/- per month. He also took 10000/- for two month rent in advance.
                                    My Issue is that he misguided me by not returning my deposit 10000/- he gave me just 3800/-

                                    I Join the nestaway on 24th, May, I find the room on your website
                                    after that you sent a contact person Number Mr. Jeetander. He contact me and provided me a room in 5000/- per month. He also received 10000/- two month rent. You can check all deaitl in my Nestaway deskborad.

                                    My Issue is, your agent not give me the complete details about your compay policy . he miss guide me. when I ask any Qutions he always say that your 2 month depoite will refond on leaving time.
                                    I leaved the room on 24th April,
                                    But at last I got only 38, 00 rupess. why?.
                                    4 days My Electricity Bill 1750/- rupees how can that possible in during the May month ?

                                    I contact many time to your call centre . they always say 6 Month is our minimum policy to stay. But Before i got your poicle document. I already paid all amount.
                                    After that your agent say don't worry. I refend you your two month's amount .Now He has not picked the phone. I tryed many time

                                      I have been living in one of the nestaway houses with my friend for the last four months and the service offered by them is straightaway pathetic. Half of the time there is no electricity because they have not paid the bill for the common area and for another half there is no water because either the motor is not working or they have not paid the motor bill. On top of all this they don't pick up your call or even inform you about the current situation. I have been paying the full rent on time every month but still there are days when for continuous two days there is no water or no electricity and we have to suffer in this hot weather. I have raised multiple tickets and escalated them but of no use. They tell me the supervisor will call me back but here i am still waiting for some water. I can't leave this house because there is a contract for minimum 6 months tenure or my security deposit won't be refunded back. This is a fair ask i understand but who decides if that house is actually livable for those 6 months. When i was moving in, i was told there will be families living here and that was the reason i moved in. But that was a lie. There are only workers living in the building who are all the time roaming in the corridors half naked. We are the only girls living in the building but still we can't vacate the house because of the contract. I have raised multiple security issues with nestaway but with no result. Is nestaway even accountable for the house that are giving on rent or are we only accountable for the paying the rent and bills on time and not leaving to the house for 6 months.
