I moved in, in nesteway apartment in delhi sarita vihar on 10 march 2019 house id 6358, i raise a service request for ac repair sc no. Sc_01146770. I called 100 te customer care, even escalated the complaint and wrote so many comments on service request but nesteway company want not able to fix the issue. On 15 april when i again called customer care they told me to cancel the request and raise a new one and this time issue will solved within 4 days, so i thought might be they become serious about issue and might able to solve the issue within 4 days so customer support they cancelled my service request and raised a new one id is sc_01247565. It has been one week now and my service request is still pending. I called customer care so many time every time they are like, you will get a response within 24 hours but till now i didn’t get any call from them. Weather is so bad in delhi its too hot to manage, i am paying for ac room but it has been 1 and half month i am staying without ac, not able to sleep in nights every day have it’s so difficult for me to go office, but nesteway that don’t care about there customers, all hey car about is money. But ever issue you face it’s your problem because nesteway they are not going to help you in any matter. I am suffering because of them but they don’t give a demm about it. I am planning to move out from nesteway and sue the company for my inconvenience. So i highest you guys if you planning to take a room on rent please don’t ever ever avail nesteway service. Because you gonna regret for your decision... And for service i wish i can give them minus rating.

    I moved in a house near khirki extension on the very first day itself there was a short circuit in the house and there was also no water pressure the door lock was also broken. I raised a service request on the same day itself and its already been 9 days and there is no resolution whenever we reach customer care they to please give us 2 days time... By doing this they have forced us to live in the house for last 10 days without facility since our money is with them we cannot just live like that

      I am receiving calls from nestaway compliance team regarding non-payment of rent, which i have paid 5 months back, but still has not been updated in my dashboard. I have raised ticket for the same and no action is being taken on it. Moreover, today i get call from mr. Satish chinchure from nestaway compliance team regarding the same, when i tried to explain him the same, he was in no mood to understand the problem, and asked me to follow up with the costumer care for the same. Is this my job to do so? Please learn some etiquettes on how to talk to your costumers. I was threatened that 'i will have to bear the consequences'!! How is it my fault that the nestaway is not updating my dashboard though i have raised the ticket and attached the payment receipts too. Please ask your executives to exactly understand the issue before calling and troubling the costumers for the same. Unprofessionalism to next level nestaway team!! Kudos.

        Hi,
        I am staying in this house in gk2, since one year now in nestaway property,
        But this is the worst i have faced so far.
        -my room fan is not working
        -ac not working
        - refrigerator not working
        Its summers 40 degrees in delhi and its been almost 2 weeks i am complaining about these issues and yet no response from there team. I am literally sleeping in my living room as my room is non functional in this weather.
        They have added randomly added gas pipline bills which are irrelevant as there is no gas pipline in the house and after explaining them multiple times, its still not been removed from my dashboard. Its been over a month now.
        What kind of services are they providing when they are unable to sort out my issues.
        No phone call, nothing and everytime i can at the service center they say the same thing that we are working on your issues, whats the point of me paying soo much when the services are 0.
        If they can't sort out they can just say it, we can't do it not make us hang on it.
        I need my refund for the last month i paid and the ac rent as the services is literally 0.

          My electricity was disconnected from last mid night. I have got no clue as to why nestaway didnt pay the charges for 3 months and i was also not made aware to pay the electricity bill. I went t through a tough night in summer. Morning i called nestaway up and they say they need to check which would take about 4 hours and they don't have a escalation matrix apart from their customer care. Sc_01232157. This is very frustrating.. If nestaway was unable to pay the electricity charges. I should have been made aware about it. Very poor service and actions plans. Even dashboard is empty in utilities which shows the poor management.

            I am a preoccupied tenant with Nestaway. From day one of their took over there one or other issues in the building. I can't least how many issues came in this tenure.

            This incident is common one which even nestaway co-founders doesn't know as these low level office people in Bangalore they don't allow to meet.

            From Sunday morning (7th Apr 2019) till now there is no water in building. WHY? Sunday afternoon plumber came and said pipe issue and need to replace pipe. In the evening same I came to know that the issue is of water motor which is completely spoiled which they were suppose to replace in feb 2019. YESTERDAY, i called owner and went to Nestaway office in HSR. The person whom i met he spoke to building manager, plumber and he assured me it will be replace within 1 hour. but NO. as usual their words.

            UNDERSTAND NO WATER FROM 2 DAYS, ITS 11:40 PM MONDAY I AM WRITING THIS.

            This is not the first time, this issue occurred. Many times i visited your HSR Layout office and only one answer I got and other tenants got as well is FREE SHIFTING TO ANOTHER BUILDING.

            WHO THE HELL YOU ARE TO SAY THAT. Instead of solving issues you are giving option to shift. Your so call IIT/IIMs graduate regional managers told this.

            I referred my friends and same issues in other building. In what sense you want tenants to refer.

            the service which you give is so poor, after telling many times that the product or the whatever replacement you are using is duplicate, then also next time you are using same product.

            MANY DAYS WITHOUT WATER JANUARY, FEB, MARCH PASSED, but your managers has not learnt a lesson, so I am writing this.

            Its not that everyone is not working, there few people who tries to find loop holes in the systems within the organisation and the upper management thinks there is no issues.

            ANSWER ME IF YOU CAN STAY WITHOUT WATER FOR 2 -3 DAYS.

            I TRIED TO MEET THE DIRECTOR, CO FOUNDER IN FEB 2019, BUT THE MANAGER DID NOT ALLOW.

              Me and my flatmate were living in house id 11652 in Noida amrapali silicon city,
              We were told vacate house within two days forcefully. We got offboarding mail on 30th of march and it was clearly mentioned you will get 10 days of notice period for off boarding, but zonal manager of Noida Karan Arya called us on 2nd of April and told us to vacate on 3rd April because owner has told to do that, When we called the owner he told that he has told to KARAN ARYA(Zonal Manager ) 1 month before to vacate but he didn’t bother to send mail or call for offboarding . So on 3rd of April he called us and said he will provide alternative room otherwise he will cut the electricity and water supply . Concerning the situation and threats by zonal manager, we agreed to shift to another room but the room which was provided is pathetic no seat cover of commode is there, wash basin is overflooding, no bed sheets and sewage walls . We called ZM so many times, now he is not picking up the call and not taking the matter seriously, moreover in our dashboard old house id 11652 is still showing and asking for payment and late payment charges . Me and my flatmate are in deep shock and mentally harassed by the behavior of zonal manager and area manager . I took this issue to twitter also in front of Amarendra sahu but still I didn’t get any reply .
              We have ample amount of evidence and recordings to justify our claims .

                I raised a issue within 7 days of onboard for change of matress, and which has been done successfully but, when my new roommate came my matress was replaced with his.

                  I have been living in a nestaway flat for close to a year now and the service has been so bad! Area managers alloted are worse than local brokers. They are indisciplined, have no work ethics and are definitely not swift with customer complains. They will dodge basic facility issues like water and are only looking to fill in beds. An independent pg system they are running, must say!
                  Area managers are pathetic. Their customer service care number is never available. God knows how this organization is still running with such botched up employee system.

                    Hi team,

                    I am staying at one of the flats of nest-away in wakad pune and there the managers who have harassed me so much just because of a tenant. All are playing a negative game against me to get me out of the flat. I live in a 2 bhk flat where in a tenant "sushmita dutta" shifted on 13th march 2019. After couple of days she started showing her true colors by being dominant at me. She had made our room, kitchen and washroom a complete mess. When i asked her to keep the flat clean, she used to show her negative attitude and did not used to clean the area's mentioned above. She even had problems when i used to play music in evening when everyone is awake, she said "can you please listen it on your headphones, if you don't have headphones please don't listen to the music". Who on earth would not listen to the music on speakers?

                    As of now i am doing early morning shift which means i have to sleep early and get up early to go office. So one fine day i asked her to switch off the lights as i wanted to sleep but she said "no! I won't close the light, do whatever you can". Well, as per the rules of nestaway, no one is allowed to speak in such a childish manner. My other 2 flatmates were also against this women who was creating the mess in our house as they are against non veg. Everything was going smooth on the flat before sushmita shifted.

                    So, i decide to raise a complaint on nestaway app so that some legal action would be taken against this lady who created the mess. Rishav raj, who is the area manager of this flat so he said that he will talk to all 4 of you about this whole scenario but he never came and discussed with all 4 present. He only discussed with sushmita and asked her leave vacant the flat and she did it on monday 18th march 2019. But now, rishav (Area manager) is asking me to leave and has sent me the eviction letter as well saying that you have been misbehaving and breaking the rules of the society and nestaway.

                    Where on earth was my mistake here? I just asked sushmita to cope-up with me so that there would have been no scenarios as such. But then what nestaway is doing? Are they out of their minds? It's just been 2 months i shifted and they are asking me to leave for no reason at all? This is such a poor customer service and total customer dis-satisfaction. Shame on such startups. I want actions to be taken against these guys. Please get this nestaway closed and take some necessary actions.

                      I have raised a refund request sc_01133574
                      It is been more than 4 weeks, still it is not yet been processed.
                      This for bescom works which happened in the apartment and all the house owners has to pay an amount. I have asked nestaway to pay this behalf of the owner. But they told me to pay it and promised me that it will be adjusted in next month's rent.

                      I have paid the amount to apartment secretary and gave his number to validate the transaction. Nestaway confirmed it also for about 4-5 times. Also i have sent a handwritten acknowledgement from the secretary.

                      Now nestaway is asking me for a receipt with letterhead and seal stamp. This apartment association is not a registered and licensed entity since it is a very small apartment. So it is not possible to get those kind of receipts.

                      First it is not my concern to pay all these expenses, it is the owner's and nestaway's responsibility. I want this refund request to be processed. Kindly action.

                        The washing machine stops working after every 2 months, recently the geyser stopped working, the refrigerator doesn't work properly. The las t 2 years, i have had to get the air conditioner repaired 7 times. When i moved to my new room in october, i ensured that they fixed the ac in my room which wasnt working then, i was informed that the ac issue has been fixed but when i switched it on yesterday, it stopped working. Your area manager is least bothered about our issues and i am amazed at these cheap tactics used by your company to lure customers and not provide any satisfactory service at all. I have had enough! If the a/c isnt repaired within 48 hours, please dont expect me to continue with you. I'm well aware that 1 customer doesn't matter to you but if that is how it is, so be it.

                          I have taken an internal transfer after completing 6 months with nestaway to another house for which i had to pay 2000rs. As onboarding charges to nestaway along with rent and deposit amount difference. First of all, they have a policy if you complete 6 months then there will no charges if you move out from a property, though i have taken internal transfer i have paid them 2000rs. As onboarding charges which they assure that in this amount they will cover up the cost of making new rent agreement, stamp duty charges, police verification and any service request which tenant will raise within 7 days. And i have raised 14 service requests within 2 days of my move-in to new property as the condition of house is not good, everything either needs to be replaced or repaired. They have cancelled one service request that was regarding painting of the wall as it was very dirty and full of stains by saying that they will not provide this service. Then coming to next they assign vendors for the job who are unprofessional and talk in rude behaviour, they come to the door of apartment and shout at you like you've done something wrong by raising a service request. And one major concern which with i cannot compromise which is a replacement of mattress (Sc_[protected], i got a severe back pain with an old mattress and i am requesting from last 2 days to please provide then they are saying we are working on it and will take 3-5 days, please explain buying a mattress from market and making it deliver to customer address takes how much time? Are we living in 21st century? Do things take this much time to resolve. If you want a prescription from a doctor that a person has got serious backbone pain issue then if you're ready to provide then i will give you my medical reports as well for that. But please don't harass tenants and stop making unnecessary money from us, atleast in return provide service. Being living in a same room i am paying 500 bucks more rent than my roommate which is completely unfair same room same house but we both are charged different amount. So then, ethically if i raise a request that should be addressed immediately because i am paying more as well as i have paid "so called onboarding charges" too. Please resolve the following service requests which are attached.

                          Nestaway Technologies - worst customer care. Support executives are rude and not able to provide any resolution. Neither I am not getting any response from here nor from nestaway customer support. Every morning I have to call to get an update and on the name o[censored]pdate i get response as "I do understand, I really apologise on behalf of the team for having such bad experience, I will mark this in ticket to higher management to take an action", even after this kind of response I don't get any call, any resolution. Please clarify what kind of service are you providing and why making just money from customers? I had paid Onboarding charges in which it was mentioned that we will provide you services which ever you will request within 7 days of move in. Its been 5 days now, no resolution is given completely instead I am asked to wait and expected to sleep without proper mattress. Please refund the Onboarding money which you have charged me though I completed my 6 months with nestaway. Stop making money on name of services which you are not at all providing.

                            Being a existing nestaway customer i have been asked to pay assure charges which suddenly came up on my dashboard today morning and i don't have any clue about it as nobody informed me regarding this at the time of booking the house and moving in as i took internal transfer and confirmed so many times with nestaway that if there is anything or any charges which will be incurred if i move to another property then let me know. But nobody informed and as per the customer support assistance they are saying that it is showing up on a property that it is "assure property" which i don't see anywhere written and it is still not mentioned on property or in its term and conditions. Moreover on official nestaway website it is clearly mentioned that this "assure" service is optional and tenants can choose themselves to subscribe.in short, i have not opted for this "assure", neither i want it now. So, please don't cheat and force customers to pay such charges which they are not willing to pay. At least provide services which you've promised to customers. A basic need which is a sleeping mattress which you are not able to provide, expecting a tenant to wait for 3-4 days, if i ask you please wait and don't sleep at night. Would you be able to do it? Got an old mattress which caused me a severe back pain, that's why requested to provide new mattress and for that i got an answer please wait we can't do anything as there is a 3-4 days procedure behind this. I don't get it when you want money then you say please pay asap otherwise you have to pay fine and now what about your services, are you providing everything on time? A mattress just need to be bought from market and got delivered in a day to tenant. Please let me know if you can resolve this or not. Otherwise this much chaos will let me take a decision to move out from nestaway due to such bad experiences.

                              I, devshankar dey, am a tenant at 101, #70, new jeevanahalli main road, cox town, jeevanahalli, bangalore, karnataka – 560005. I have rented this property via nestaway technologies pvt ltd. (Nestaway) and moved-in there on 1st march 2019. From the very first day, when i was to move-in, i have been subjected to mental and emotional harassment and abuse from the above company. My move-in time into the flat was scheduled at 10 am in the morning of 1st march 2019. And, while i was expecting that the property manager assigned by nestaway will be at the above property at the scheduled time, there was no one. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes outside my flat. Despite repeatedly calling their customer care, no help was provided. It was only by the mercy of the building security in-charge, who had a spare key to the flat, was i able to enter my flat.

                              I was hoping that this would be the only issue i would ever face. But i was wrong. I have been repeatedly been mental and emotional harassed and abused by nestaway. The flat i have rented is a fully-furnished apartment, which comes with all basic amenities and includes internet/ wi-fi connection. It has been more than 18 days since i have moved-in the above company has failed to provide me with what was advertised and promised. Despite giving umpteen number of calls to their customer care, raising service request and following-up with the property manager, mr. Zabi (Mobile number - +91-[protected]) assigned by nestaway, i am yet to receive the wi-fi connectivity. Mr. Zabi has constantly harassed me and abused his power as the property manager. He provides false hopes and expectations and has not been helpful in resolving my issue. For the past 18 days he has led me to believe that he will get thing done within 24 hours. On his assurance i must leave my office early just so that he can do the needful. However, nothing has happened to date. My social life is in a disarray as every weekend mr. Zabi promises that he will ensure the wi-fi connection will be provided but nothing has happened.

                                We were not told that 'assure' charges are mandatory when we booked a new nestaway flat. It was never communicated as to what even 'assure' is until i saw the charges in my nestaway dashboard after moving in to the flat, and then enquiring about it from customer care.
                                They told me that it is an insurance for repair and maintenance of electronic appliances and cleaning once every 3 months (That's 4 times a year) and repair of 'new' furniture (You think it'll need repair?). Then i'm told that it is mandatory and i can't unsubscribe from it. I didn't subscribe to it in the first place. It is nowhere mentioned in the faq that it is mandatory. This is a new flat and every appliance is new and has a warranty period. The flat is new and i don't expect any repairs. Why should i pay for repair of things already on warranty through this assure insurance??
                                Why is nestaway exploiting me? Customer care person saurabh (Head of customer care) told me he understands my conundrum and tells me that i still have to pay for this 'assure' which i willingly didn't subscribe to. And tells me it is a very small amount to pay and why am i making a big fuss about it. If i hire a maid and pay her for the cleaning and if i take care of repair of the appliances (Already on warranty), why should i pay 200/month extra for these people to provide their services that too every once in 3 months? I might as well take care of it myself.

                                  Harrassment and cheating by nestaway-1. Due to some urgency i had to leave my house at bangalore. I informed nestaway customer care on 17.02.2019 over phone.-2. Since, the number which was registered with nestaway was official
                                  Asked customer care to note my new number. -3. Further i called nestaway customer care on 28.02.2019 to schedule my move out and it was scheduled on 03.03.2019.-4. After that my dashboard was flooded with 8500 rent of march-19 and further i was fined for 500 also.5. On 14.03.2019 from my dashboard, move out request was cancelled without my information.
                                  6. After talking to area manager he informed that he was not able to contact me on my old number so he arranged to cancel my move out and he is asking for proof that i had a conversation with nestaway customer care.

                                  1. I have been charged 3199 for service cleaning during move out. For this I have so long raised service request but no resolution. I am attaching snap of that. Actually there was no cleaning done in house and I was charged money.
                                  2. I am not supposed to pay 500 rs fine for mar-19 rent as the delay was done by Nestaway. Not by me.
                                  Please refund me 3199+500.

                                    Back in 2016, we decided to give our house for nestaway for rental and within an week we decided to cancel the deal.in this process upon agreement entered nestaway paid us 60, 000 rs in the bank account and within an week post cancelataion of agreement we paid back the 60, 000 rs to nestaway via cheque. Post that after 1 year, we got frequent calls from nestaway saying we didnot refund the money and they need 60, 000 rs back. Upon showing the bank account, cheque number that we paid back 60, 000 rs stilll they were mentally harrasing my mother. Now after almost 3 years we recieved an legal notice from hsa adovocate that they will be filing fraud cases against us.

                                    Inspitegiving all proof, still they are harrassing. I wish to file fraud charges and sue this company if they push to our limits.

                                      I handed over my flat key later i started getting application error. I sent an e-mail there was no response now it has logged me out completely and if i give forget password it is not allowing me to give new password. My dashboard is not working from the day i did my agreement. Can someone fix it?? How can i see the transperancy if this is the case?? Who will be responding to me??

                                        Some two months back i posted my flat at usha arun apts banjara hills road no 13 hyderabad for rent.
                                        Your repressive bala came he say the flat and promised me that he will get tenant in 4 days and took the key of flat.
                                        Days were passing by but i dint get tenant when i called bala he told the area is being seen by bala krishna i called him so many times he was neither responding to my calls nor replying to my message lastly he told me that one mr prakash is looking after my project i called him once he told that he is showing to client afterwords he also stoped answering my call so i told them to cancel my agreement and return the key neither he is answering my call nor my message
