Nestaway team is corrupted and customer care doesn't bother to actually resolve customer issues on time.

One day owner came at midnight and asked me to vacate my room . customer support was not provided at that time by Nestaway team . When i contacted property manager he agreed that owner will shift in the house knowing the fact that it is not allowed in nestaway policy.
After making several calls Nestaway team agreed to provide internal transfer or moveout with no extra charges. now extra charges are imposed in one form or the other and my full security amount is not returned.
Corrupted nestaway team, Nestaway should be legally penalised for torturing the customers.

    This is regarding my geyser issue.
    I had moved in the house just a month ago and while moving, the geyser was provided in very bad condition. Within a month it started leaking from many places and because of that sparks and fumes came.
    This is so dangerous to life.
    I have put service request for the same and escalated it to level 4 which is highest and already 12 days over and have not got any resolution.
    I have contacted the customer care more than 10 times and every time i speak they say they are assigning the vendor and they have not done it till date.
    I am so frustrated of calling them so many times.
    1st of all they should have provided atleast electrical appliances in good condition. They understand this is a critical issue because of sparks which is dangerous, but despite of critical issue they are ignoring this and not taking it seriously.
    I request you to take strict action on this.

    See thats the problem with Nestaway.
    One guy had turned up just to see the problem and no resolution has given till the date yet.
    You guys can see how much they are delaying it simply. Already one month over from the date of registering the service request.
    Tried calling them too many times but they just tell its in progress for some approvals.
    God only knows what approval is taking that much time
    This is not the way to treat your customers.
    I would appeal this forum to take strict action against Nestaway.

      I currently reside in hyderabad, house id - 16368. I had raised a service request sc_[protected]Escalated to lev 4) to repair the ac for my room for the past 1 month and no one bothered to take care of the request. I am the one to call them up and ask for updates. They don't even give me a proper resolution. I would be leaving nestaway pretty soon and shall make sure no one else joins in through my reviews and word of mouth.

        They had promised me increment of 7% on renewal of agreement. I had mail citing the same. My increment was due on feb 2019 and i got 0 increment. I had dropped several mail to customer care as well as local nestaway team which includes mumbai head sudhanshu sharma (Cheater and fraud no 1), zonal head kamta gupta and mr ajit, local executive pushpendra singh, ruchir jain. I got reply citing occupancy was 85 percent so it was not possible to give increment. If the occupancy was 85 percent then person who is responsible for 85 percent occupancy should get 85 percent salary. Why it should be deducted from owners money? I had mail from them clearly citing that i will get 7 percent increment irrespective of occupancy. Pl find attached herewith the same. Pl take action against mr. Sudhanshu sharma who is monarch and please give him 85 percent salary for 85 percent occupancy. I need 7 percent increment immediately

          Note: i am posting this here, before i lodge a case with the consumer court. Claiming over 1 lakh rupees in damages. Get in touch with me and resolve this if you don't want to be dragged through the dirt.

          What i have:

          recordings of calls with rude property manager
          photos of poorly maintained house
          nestaway promises while making booking (Pdf documents)
          service requests on the app

          What i am looking for:

          1. Refund of onboarding charges
          2. Refund of rent for month of feb 2019
          3. 100% waiver on rent for march 2019 (For psychological damage)

          Case:

          Nestaway dangles you with a dream and then takes it all away.

          Before someone from nestaway, asks my most recent service request in a series of multiple ones is sc_01085035, and my registered mobile number is [protected].

          Bottom-line: it has been my worst movie-in experience, ever.

          - discourteous property manager
          - robotic customer support
          - unskilled labour

            I had made the February monthly rent payment of Rs 25, 000 on the 1st of February itself. But I got a notification on the 7th of the month saying that the payment wasn't processed and that I would receive a refund shortly. However, even after 3 weeks (no refund should take more than 7 days), I have not received any refund. The support at Nestaway has been very unsupportive on this matter, and on the contrary, I am being asked to pay the monthly rent of February again along with the late fee, and have been served with a legal notice for the same.

            Hi. I am attaching the ticket details of the two tickets that I have active with Nestaway. In both cases, there has been no response from Nestaway support executives in over a week, inspite of repeatedly escalating the issue. I called the support number yestreday, and after days of not connecting (the number would disconnect after pressing 1) I was assured that someone would get back to me in < 24 hours. It has been more than 24 hours but there has been no call from Nestaway

            As you can see, there has been no response from Nestaway even after providing the details. I have received no calls and there has been no response in the support tickets either. This has been the recurring theme right from the beginning

            Any update here? I have still not received a refund. There has been no reply in the support tickets YET and neither has anyone called me back, in spite of the support executive promising to get back to me within 24 hours.

              I have paid all security deposit 20 k, monthly rent 6200 rs and on boarding charges 3000 rs to nestaway. But they verifed docs in last moment and rejected my move in date without any prior intimation or notice. They rejected aadhar stating reason as image is blurred. They could have called me on my mobile instead of changing move in date. So irresponsible behavior from nestaway.

              I have vacated my previous room and now nestaway is asking me to change move in date to a later date. Where are they expecting me to stay.

              As i have paid 3000rs as onboarding changes it is their responsibility to stay in contact and get move in smoothly. Instead of this they simply rejected and causing me problems.

              I want to escalate it to all nestway users and please be careful in booking rooms from nestaway. Its all waste of money and no value for your money.

              Pathetic and irresponsible behavior from nestaway.

                internal transfer issue

                I wanted to internally transfer from a shared room to a private room in a nestaway run property but the "only profit minting" corporate kept beating around the bush on the progress and made me wait for a month and eventually ended up giving to shared occupants, hence minting profit. Their houses are ill-kept, no maintenance, they don't even paint the room/house before handing over to the tenant. Horrible experience!!...

                Apartment address: i lived in shriram samruddhi apartments, varthur road, thubarahalli, bangalore

                Company: nestaway (Other names zenify, city synapse)

                On behalf of my owner rohit jain (Whom i found through apartment community portal), zenify represented and i signed a lease for the 3bhk. I stayed for 2 years until 6 feb 2019. Vacated on 4th feb and handed over keys on 6th feb. Inspection was done by a vendor from house zone. The move in report was not referred to when move out inspection was done.

                I had paid 1, 59, 000 as advance deposit. As per agreement, i'm supposed to get part of my advance deposit (Excl 2mths rent) within 3 working days and the remaining amount after repairs and fixes are done. I should be getting back 1, 50, 000rs at least.

                In jan 2019, i got a mail from zenify that their company was getting acquired by nestaway. All the phone numbers of zenify stopped working. Even if i call back the same number they called from, it will go as disconnected. [protected]@zenify.in sent me a bill with multiple issues, even though i had submitted the house in very good condition. They asked me to pay 65000 for repairs. When i wrote back to them that i'll fix the place, no one responded. There is no phone number to reach them zenify. None of my mails were getting responded.

                From nestaway, they had provided 1 number. Even that was not working for 10 days. Nestaway.com sent me a mail that i need to pay to nestaway, but actually they need to send me. After searching nestaway’s office, i found 1 or 2 people very responsive. They opened the apartment and showed me and found painting was already done and only 1 or 2 issues were fixed among the 30 issues zenify sent me bill for. After several mails and rounds of calculations, i am now charged 20000 for repairs and am supposed to get refund rs.1, 30, 000.

                Nestaway mentioned that they will pay me soon. But that date has not come yet. Its more than 20 days. Why are people greedy for other's money? Why people want to enjoy and make use of other's money? Why do my legal rights have to be exploited?

                Solution:
                Nestaway should pay my hard earned money immediately, with interest.
                Can someone help me fix this and get back my money?

                  Nest away management is the worst i have seen till now.

                  Area manager never picks calls.

                  Customer care has zero visibility. Lies and puts things on backend team.

                  Backend team is worthless doesn't work at all.

                  There is no update on critical service issues for days together.
                  Escalation via app has no effect.
                  No one is accountable.

                  There is no water for 3 days.
                  Firstly i need water immediately
                  Secondly compensation for my lost time and effort.

                  Avoid this company at any cost.

                    I mr. Mahinder singh is residing at flat no-2802, el canto, wagbil, thane. The said premises i have obtained from nestaway with the hope that i will get valuable services from nestaway. But, i am very much dis-appointed with the kind of services provided by nestaway as app provided doesn't function well, no proper email or phone call on rental dues, nestaway employees (Mr. Santosh posted at chandivili, mumbai, mo-[protected]) are talking in very rude language when asked about certain queries, rental payments made doesn't get updated in the nestaway system most of the time and we get unnecessary phone calls from the recovery department.

                    Kindly, take appropriate action against such personnel and deficiencies in the administration department.

                      I am staying in nestaway since nov'2018 at manju's nest, bangalore with house id: 43138. This is the third time i have been facing the water disconnection issue. The issue occured late in the mid night and there was no response from the house owner or the property manager. The house owner says, he is not responsible and asked to call nestaway. The property manager does not lift the call and the nestaway does work only from 8am to 8pm. Whom should we contact in this critical time? In the morning i logged a complaint to nestaway at 8:15am and they said they will send water tanker but nothing yet till now.

                      Due to this issue i had to miss my office for half day. Can you imagine the discomfort one has to go through without even a single drop of water at home? How do we fulfill our nature calls etc??? Do you realize the pain and frustration we go through??? I hope this issue will be taken seriously and make sure it won't be repeated.

                      Nestaway can't even find a single water tanker in the whole city through out a day??? This is what your area manager replied!!! Finally, the house owner got a water tanker in the night and this issue was solved temporarily. How about a permanent solution for this???? Are you going to take any responsibility of your hired apartment OR you are here to just collect the rent and do the business??? I am afraid you proving yourself FRAUD!!! All the apartment mates have grouped together already and we are going to take prompt action against NESTAWAY if proper action has not been taken and this issue has not been resolved. We don't want you to expect surprise notices and hence ask you finally to resolve these kind of issues ASAP!!!

                        I had done an internal transfer on 4thfeb to btm 2nd stage from mahadevpura flat, their app showed my previous apartment details and hence i couldnt raise an issue on their dashboard stating various difficulties i felt at the new flat. I infact called area manager to tell about faulty cupboard/dirty bedding etc, he told i need to raise a request. But as the system reflected my previous flat details and hence i couldnt raise. Its actually their fault and now when i try to shift to a new apartment thats at sivanchetty gardens, the first associate told he will cut on the onboarding charges as i had unwantedly paid already for the new one. I gave him a 5 rating on his politeness as well. The next person who called me clearly said theres no other way be it their fault, im liable to pay that additional on boarding charges 2000/- again, and half of my rent will be cut and addition deposit has to be paid for the new flat if im shifting. Is it really my fault that they didnt update their dashboard timely |? Now about 7000/- loss, on top of that the associate 'rashmi' was not at all polite as she never understood the scenario, and made me type so much and still sent automated copy pasted replies which says the same content. Totally sick service. I had been staying with nestaway for the past 1.5 years.

                          I booked a bed on nestaway app. However on move in date i was not even able to access the place as the girl already living there locked the apartment with a different lock and even nestaway’s property manager assigned was unable to access the apartment.in the meantime i requested for a change from sharing to private. I was unable to do this change online and nestaway did this from backend. However the girls living in the apartment were occupying both rooms available but still paid for bed only. I got frustrated when the second time also i couldn’t access the place and asked nestaway to cancel my booking and refund my money paid. They are making me go through so much trauma by not returning my money. Inspite of raising repeated service requests and inspite of the fact that i have not even stepped into the property nor did i sign any agreement they are treating my case as if i am a tenant and showing my case as moveout case. Utterly disappointed with their system operations and services.

                          Did you receive your money back? After how many months. I am sailing in same boat, buggers are not returning the money.
                          I have faced worst customer care services while living with NestAway . I want to update the name in my rental agreement and provided all the documents. I have raised service request which is of no use because they wont bother post move in to the property.
                          Dont ever go for NestAway

                            I have recently moved in to nestaway, yesterday came to own that the property doesn't belong to nestaway, the owner threatened to make us out. No one is helping. No one is helping us. As a girl they are not concerned about my safety. We have already paid all the amount still we are facing so much of humiliation so of trauma. Even they are not bothered about moving us to some new room. The property manager rihaan isn't picking up the call

                              I have stayed in at pathik vihar tower - a flat no : 804 sector-62 noida via nestaway technologies. My moving date is 3 feb 2019, every electric appliance was working at time of leaving, i have shown everything to my area manager mr. Hemant yadav [[protected]]. He asked me now you can leave then i left after my leaving he put washing machine is not working comment in my full and final settlement document. When i asked him, he said please call customer care and create a work flow then some body came and cross check then we will refund you that 2500. I called a manager mr. Manish parmar [[protected]], he said do not create a work flow order, if hemant says that the machine is working fine then i will remove this change.

                              Now my question is here, what hemant was doing during inspection, why he was wasting my time there. Few people from nestaway realy do not work well that is why this firm is getting in fame. I really will not avail any service of this firm in future.

                              I dropped an email regarding this issue to nestaway owner mr. Jagdish jagdev, he is such a nice person, he always help his customer. Only hope i have is he only.

                              Mr. Jagdev, i know, you are a busy person, but please keep an eye on your employees who are try to destroy your business due to their bad habbits.

                                We stayed at the place long before nestaway took over the building. Since the services that they provided werent upto the mark, the owner decided to offboard the building from nestaway. I received the message stating this on the 2nd feb 2019. By the time, i had already paid my rent for the month. Since the owner now expects the rent to be paid to him, i needed a refund since it no longer is nestaway's building. When requesting this, they ask me to vacate the premises to get a refund. I don't have to vacate the premises because i want to stay there nestaway or not. But i really need the refund for the rent that i paid though.

                                  I booked house from nestaway, and trusted the team. But continually facing issue from the day connected instead of getting relaxed. 1) onboarding charges at the time. Of visit told 2000 and later in dashboard asked for 4000.
                                  2) very first day we asked for moving date for 1st feb but instead of that they put it for 25th of january. 3) after lots of struggle our moving date change to 1st feb by morning 10am. But flat was not clean agreement not side by nestaway side. And not even able to enter into the society. And we have no place to stay till the end of the day.
                                  This is the worst experience i had ever. Please stop providing services if at this level you do not have any control and management over your operations.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I am resident of Delhi and I got agreement with Nestaway technologies for renting my apartment. They are such unprofessional people that they haven't bothered to reply back to my emails from August or paying back my due amount. My flat is lying vacant since 18 Dec 2018 and I am unable to rent it on my own as it may be deemed as violation of contract. hence I am suffering financial losses . Customer care is useless as well. I called them and they gave vague solutions.

                                    Please help me as I am suffering losses. I have attached email from August to which I never received further replies or my due payment back

                                      My name is anant gujrani. I have vacated the nestaway home on jan 1, 2019 but still they have not provided me the security deposit of 15000/-. They keep saying that that amount has been deposited in a account which is not mine and ask me to confirm with bank. My service request number is sc_00958391. I am pretty sure that they have deposited the amount in their own account balance. Further crazy number of problems, i have faced during my 3 month of stay. Once the tenant deducted the water supply just because nestaway didn't clear the tenant from past man months. They charge you 1300/- per tenant even though total electricity bill is 900/- person in the month of november.
