I want to escalate this ticket . This is regarding my refund amount of Rs 13000.
At the time of move out, NestAway executive Madana, has confirmed that painting is not required as we stayed for only 3 months shorter time period.
After we vacated the flat, painting charges are applied and it’s of 13000. On what basis has these charges applied?
In an agreement, it has mentioned in 2 panels:
1) None - painting charges are not applicable if it’s not required.
2) one month rent - if painting is applicable.
As at the time of inspection, executive confirmed that painting is not required, why 13000 is charged for shorter time period??
Are you doing this kind of business?
Do you think for 3 months stay period, painting is required and it is of cost 13000?
I want my renfund back otherwise I will go to consumer court and media as well and I will take strict action towards Executive and Company.
