You take 6 days to make the house ready and still basic amenities have not been provided?
The services you provide to. Person leaves his/her home and come trusting you and you cannot take care of them? All issues been raised 8 days ago has not been resolved yet.
I am not going to elaborate on all issues here as there are several tickets opened already. But i promise never to recommend anyone a nestaway home

    So i was staying with nestway from when nestaway itself started, means by 2015. I paid all the all the security deposit and started living in the house. I took internal change and at that time as well i had paid the difference amount of security at that time. Now while moving i paid all the amount and i asked the customer care representative to enable the move out request then suddenly they have added 9k some amount saying that you have to deposit amount of 2016. I don't really understand how the hell they are working on this project and how they made this no. They are literally frustrating me day by day. I am fade up with this company. They are not even paying respect to their old customers actually. I am an nri now but still i have to look into these things and striking my head with this problem.

      Hi NestAway Technologies,

      my name is ravindra rajput and currently, I am facing trouble regarding deposit amount Rs. 9600 paid my me to nextaway Technologies, I explain all my problem below.

      first, when I book a flat with nestaway service I deposit amount 9600/- and flat rent with 3 month locking period when I pay then they told me that they give me my agreement document on my email address. after 2 days later I call them but they don't give me a proper answer. now I completed my 3 months and I go to the nestaway area manager to refund my 9600 but they deny to give my money, i call them 15 + times but they do not give my money back.

      I need your help to refund my money i hope you understand all things so please give me proper feedback below I provided nestaway area manager details and my details as well.

        My concern with the apartment that i have paid the company for, but no proper action has been taken, the behavior of the area manager towards the whole matter is very casual and he does not return any of my calls. This has become a harassment for me both mentally and physically. My interaction with the representatives of the company is making me lose trust in the company.

          I paid security deposit of 20000 and i have checked out on Oct 2nd and still i didn't get my refund amount. Previously Atlantis building was under Square plums i paid september month to square plums and that is not reflecting in nestaway dashboard. I also raised support tickets and followed n number of times in nestaway dashboard. There is no proper reply or resolution as of now. I was really fed up with it.

            What kind of filthy service are you giving? You are not even responding to any calls or emails. Why on earth are you giving services then?
            It has been 3 weeks and i am following up for the issues-

            I want to end the contract today with immediate effect. Give me the handover as soon as possible. Not more than 2 days i will wait.

            Before giving the handover clear below things-

            1) master bedrooms fan is not working.
            2) hall's fan is not working.
            3) last electricity bill of 820/- is not clear.
            4) broken walls should be fixed.
            5) deep cleaning should be done
            6) the dirty walls in the kitchen should be repainted.

            Do it asap and update. I want the flat ready before friday

              I have been charged twice the electricity bill by nestaway, which actually is paid by the tenant not by nestaway.

              We have separate meter for each room and the bill shared by each individual should be based on usage.

              Without investigation, nestaway raised the bill to me on some basis which is not explained to me and also not discussed with my before raising the bill.

              I have been following nestaway team since almost 2 months but till date no one investigated it in details but ordered me to pay the amount as billed.

              I want to make a request that i am ready to pay the amount as per usage basis but not for the luxurious life of my co-tenant.

                I was staying in nestaway house at hinjewadi pune from 2 yrs. My company shifted to magarpatta which is 2 hrs from there so i was searching home. I got 1 penthouse and met that owner and pursued him to give it to nestaway ans said that i have to shift as cannot travel. They shifted me unofficially till the house hot live but gave it to some boys and said me to move out. Unnecessarily i was paying rent in my old house from one month. Then i raised move out as i was frustrated because they wasted my time and money but then again one area manager calls me nd says that there is a bed got vacant in the area so i raised internal transfer and cnclled my move out but in this case also girl staying there wanted entire room but before her i booked bed on my name but now when i have paid all security nd money on my move in date nestaway is saying me not to move in and cancel my transfer. So nw again i m left with nothing and jst have to pay that old house rent without staying there. They are jst taking out money from me and have done fraus. Tgey have to compensate and return my all money 1 mnth rent that i paid in past and everything fr the mental and financial torture that they did to me.

                  I shifted to a room through nestaway. The area manager commited that the lock in period in my case would be 4 months as he has talked to the seniors about the same. Believing him i paid the deposit and shifted. Now at the time of move out, unnecessary deductions are made from my deposit without any reason. I called the then area manager, who has left the job. Raised the ticket thrice, customer care no. [protected] is not taking my calls.
                  I am actually annoyed with this attitude of your "esteemed" organisation. Just to remind you, this is my hard earned money which was given just as a deposit for assuringfor not leaving the house and not for you guys to fill your pockets with.
                  Be a bit kind and resolve my query asap.
                  Paid 12k n now not even sure whether i'll get something or not.

                    Disappointing services by nestaway.. Promises made regarding providing lock in period of 4 months and than charging rent according 6 months lock in.. No help being provided by costomer care... Shamefull... After having conversation also no response uptill now and not reverting back... No direct response to higher authority.. And lower staff is not taking interest in the complain... Would suggest people not to move in with nestaway as they cant keep their words..

                      Nestaway commitment to provide evry possible housing facility at move in has failed completely. I ve got no service as promised. Also i ve made the deposit of 25000 and rent plus other charges of 4000 with no promised serices till now.
                      I ve spoken to cust service team thrice fir avg 1 hr with all the help required (Ileena, rishika, vishnupriya). Not a single call recvd from team for updates. I want my depoait back or one month rent wave off. Because i ll not b paying any rent for oct till i get the service.

                        5 days back i moved in one of the nestaway property. Still i haven't received the rent agreement, everyday they are making different different execuses. There is a water leakage through flush regarding which i called property manager many times but he is not at all responding. After many complaints he sent one person who don't know anything. He repaired but still there is leakage. 2 days after move in water was not there i tried to reach the property manager but he didn't even replied to me, somehow we have arranged a tanker for water post that i asked him to come and collect the money from other tenants and give me but no one came. I only paid the whole amount for water. Tgis type of pathetic services i never experienced in my life. Nestaway is one of the worst service provider i have ever seen. Please help me out of this.

                        I didn't receive any update from nestaway.I am going to file a case in the court as this is a mental harrasment for me.Nestaway has wasted my week I am going to ask for compensation as I was not able to do my work because of these issues.

                          Hi Team,

                          I recently got relocated to Pune from Delhi and was in need of the accommodation. After hearing about the nestaway, I explored one property near to my office and was trying to book it on 17th Sept. When selecting the book in date it was showing me date option for move in from 3rd Oct onwards but I needed a little early move-in. So I called up the customer support and shared my concern. The CS team promised me saying that it can be preponed if all the documents from your side are completed and agreement is generated and you can raise an early move in service request. For expedite process, they told me to book the property and give the full payment and upload all the required documents.

                          On that very date, booked the property along with all the documents and payment. Next very date(18th Sept) the my bio metrics were also collected for agreement registration. On 18th Sept, I raised a service request for early move in before 3rd Oct, on which I got reply stating that to move in the date you need to cancel your booking and re-book the property. On this I replied that I cannot make the date move before 3rd Oct. After this the CS team replied that they are not authorise to change the date before the agreement generation and can reach out to the area manager to get the earliest date.

                          I thought to wait till my agreement generation as per the details shared by Customer support. My agreement was finally mailed to me on 25th Sept and I was told by customer support team that from our all the checklist is complete and you can raise the service request for the early move in and I did the same on 25th Sept (Screenshot attached). I have been following on this request from past 4 days and no update has been made. I have called up the customer support team as well to look into this and they always assured me that they have forwarded my request to the concerned team to look into this and they would reach out to me (which I never did). Considering all this things happening, I called up the property manager as well to look into this on which he clearly stated that he could not do anything and is only authorize to support me after my move from the scheduled date.

                          On 29th Sept, when I called up the customer team again for the followup on my request and after listening to my ordeal, she called up the property manager to know the status on which property manager said that forget about early move in even 3rd Oct move in is not possible which come as a shocker for me and property manager offered for the full refund without any thoughts. The trouble I have faced and time I have waited for 2 weeks and mental harassment of calling customer support daily for early move in and now I am standing at the position to start the house searching again and wait for another 2 weeks.

                          I seek the compensation or an alternate accommodation starting from 3rd Oct till i find another property.

                          Worst Customer Service by Nestaway.. Never trust them till you get your move in

                            10/09 - been promised a free internal transfer after not being updated correctly about owners agreement.
                            12/09 - left all my work aside and started searching for a new place and got to know of an abuse happening in their system. (Most of the places with owner issues allocated to females and chilled out places with no issues allocated for males.) they did not even look into this matter and directly denied this happening. I continued searching... Finally got one.
                            17/09 - applied for internal transfer and was informed that the charges that had been charged extra to me would be waved off. (2000/- + 3550/-)
                            19/09 - moved in the new apartment and called regarding refund. Was told will be done as soon as possible.
                            29/09 - called every single day since then and every day i was told it will be done today. Inefficient and lazy service also false promises made daily.
                            Now i feel harassed and helpless and i can't even buy food. Been hungry for so long now and been dependent on friends for food. Wasted so much time and energy behind all this. 20 days no peace all because of their miscommunication, abuse in the system and inefficient and sluggish behavior.

                              So my room was opened by nestaway representative in my absence as he had to move in new cupboards in to my room. This was done without informing me or taking my consent. My belongings were moved and mishandled by the people who moved the new cupboards to my room. Since then a few my belongings are also missing. The next day when i came to my room, it was open and not locked and i was surprised to see the cupboards in my room and that my belongings were not at the place i left them.

                                I have been living in my current apartment for over 2 years. When i moved in, i had my rental agreement sorted directly with the owner (And his representative) and everything was seamless.

                                Nestaway came into the picture about a year ago. They started managing the property and since then, dealing with them has been a major cause of stress in my life. Here's a summary of my problems:

                                About a couple of months ago, without any intimation, i got an sms from nestaway that i would be moving out. I called them to clarify that i am not. They agreed. However, i kept getting messages that i am moving out and that someone will be coming to inspect my house. I raised ticket after ticket about why this is happening but they never bothered to respond.

                                About a week later, i started getting messages that i will be moving in to a different place. However, this new place had the same address as the old place - which is fine. But now, i was being asked to pay a "processing fee" and a massive security deposit (Which i had already paid when i moved in 2 years back). I kept getting calls repeatedly asking to pay the money and i kept clarifying over and over again that i never moved out or moved in.

                                They called to harass me, on average, about 5 times a day for an entire week. I even asked them if i could personally meet with a representative to explain this in person. Nada. Instead, they continued to harass me.

                                This ticket went on for two months. It was only when i told them that i will have to go to the police with this information that they became more receptive to what i was saying.

                                Nestaway is, without a sliver of doubt, the worst brand i have ever dealt with. (And i have dealt with 100s of brands)

                                  Hello! I stay in hyderabad in a nestaway flat!
                                  The owner of this flat is rolling this home off from the app (Nestaway) and telling all o[censored]s to vacate the flat (According to the agreement - minimum lock up period is 6 months).
                                  I wish some action could be taken so that even owners get to know the lock in period applies for them too.
                                  I shifted in june, it's not even close to 6 months!
                                  We all flatmates are shattered (Females from different cities, dont know hyderabad at all, and have been told by the area manager to get lost and search for new homes by ourselves).

                                  I had referred 3 of my friends in nestaway now i feel i have done a mistake!

                                  Please take action against nestaway!!! No guaranteeeeeeeee!!!

                                    I've been staying in home got through nestaway sometime in january this year. Condition of house is not good - plaster work, appliances (Acs, refrigerator, fans etc.), water supply, electricity issues & list goes on. I've lived with rest of the issues but i got worried most about ac installed in my room (0.75 ton window voltas ac, 10 years old (Company stopped manufacturing it). It wasn't working properly since i moved in, around 2 months of to & fro (Half of summers i've lived without ac & at times had to stay at hotel) it got fixed & now its working ok. But now they have sent a bill of 5.6k on repair cost of that ac which is totally unacceptable. That amount wasn't mentioned ever, otherwise i could have got done all repairs myself. What about 2 months without ac, & prices i've paid to stay at hotel & the harassment of constantly coordinating with cc guys who don't even know whats going on. I am completely disappointed with nestaway services & kind of way they are treating their customers. I've been patient for months & now its over. I'll try my level best to spread what i've experienced may be that might help others.

                                      When i got room in nestaway... They said if you require any problem call us. One of the major problem in house is switch boards.. I told them they may be get faultt because they this boards are old. They said its fine they wont be get faulty after time.in next month it became faulty. Now whenever i call them they don't answer. 2nd issue.. Is about electricity bill which was 1.2k in first month. And suddenly in next month it was 3k. Now what we should do. Is nestaway not responsible for any of this. We complained the meter. They said its faulty meter. So what we should do now. Who is going to pay the bill. Nestaway? For providing this kind of house.

                                        I’ve shifted to the 3bhk flat 15days back where each tenant has got one more bed vacant. Two days back the other rooms of my flat has been booked and only my room is vacant but the area manager has kept the new roomie in my room even though my room on the nestaway is suppose to be still vacant. I’ve called the customer care and said if it’s official and booked on the app i would definitely accept the roomie but without my room being booked in the first place how can i accept it
