My sister and I are staying in an accomodation provided by Nestaway. Ceiling is leaking and everyday issues are faced. In rainy season, condition is pathetic. Doors are also eaten by termite. No solution is provided despite of several complaints to the caretaker"Mr Bhowmik" and Rent receiver "Mr. Vijay Pal". Looking forward for an immediate resolution as rent is not that less and it is paid timely to them.

    I have paid rent and maintenance to nest away and society is asking from maintenance and nest still didn't make any action to resolve this issue. Electricity backup is disconnected and owner telling that water connection will be disconnected soon. I'm paying full money why i have to suffer. Worst service from nest away.

      On 5th august i was trying to pay nestaway bill. But unfortunately the payment did not happen and the amount has been deducted from my account. And i got payment failure message of payment. Still, i have not received the refund of the amount. It has been communicated to me that within 7 days your payment will get refunded into your account. However, i have not received the refund yet.

      Requesting you to please refund the amount asap.

      Please find attached the screenshot of payment deduction from my account.

      In case of any clarification plz call back immediately.

        This is regarding the deep cleaning that took place on tuesday, 7th august, 2018.

        There were 5-6 cleaners who had come to clean this house. Not only did they do a horrible job, we later discovered that the following items had been stolen
        1. 16k in cash
        2. Sony xperia z2 mobile phone
        3. Earphones
        4. A bottle of alcohol
        5. Cigarettes
        6. A packet of cookies
        The list may continue as we keep on discovering further small items that are missing.

        We contacted the cleaning house's incharge, mr. Ashwani nanda, who found the xperia phone on one of his guys. Ashwani hasn't shared anything details regarding the remaining items yet

          Hello, i paid rent on 1st august 2018 rs 8500 twice through nestaway upi. Nestway customer agent suggested me to use upi and i tried to transfer the money couple of times as it was showing me transaction failure. Later i checked my bank statement the money got debited from my account twice but not received by nestaway. I inquired nestaway whehter they received the amount next day. They said yes but only 1 time 8500. I asked icici bank the money has been debited twice but not received by the nestaway. Icici bank gave me all transaction details with beneficiary account numbers. I showed it to nestaway and their agents completely denied about it.

            I moved out of nestaway few months back. I had the electricity billers added in my paytm and justdial accounts and ended up paying 2 months bill because of the bill pending notifications. I notified nestaway about this as they are now paying electricity bills and i was told to take refund from bescom as i am no longer a nestaway tenant.
            Its 2000 rupees total and these people on the call center are hooligans with a bad attitudes.

              Hello.
              I was a tenant at nestaway for 10 months. Recently, i have moved out and from past 10 days i am trying to get clarification on the charges that was put on me under the name of maintenance charges (Damages done to the property by me). Note - i did already pay a sum of rs 1000 for renovation charges. However, the executive seems to not know the move in manager who is the witness to damaged property given to me during my move in and now they are charging me for the same assuming i have done those damages. Even on repeated service requests, most things were not properly repaired and now again i am being charged for certain things whose services i paid during my stay. Now, nestaway executives fail to break down the charges for clarification avoiding my refund. They do not have it on record it seems. This kind of service is not expected and will never recommend nestaway accomodation to any of my friends or acquaintances. Unlike their showcased policies and agenda, they are money minded anf care less about their tenants.

              Why fine of 500 rs has been charged ..?

                Hi i have rented flat in noida sec 110 through nestaway the area manager who have shown me this flat ankit aggrawal has told me that my licence fee included rent and society maintenance which is clearly mentioned in the rent agreement. Now nestaway team is saying to pay maintenance explicitly whereas it is already included in my licence fee. Please find attached screenshot of rent agreement. Also nestaway is fraud and such a dishonest act. They are not even giving number of his area manager who has shown me the flat, his old number is not working. They all are fraud. Shame full act.

                I have been proposed the licensee fee of 16000 at the timing of rent discussion and have been said that the licensee fee includes society maintenance and the rent now Nestaway is dening it and saying I have to pay to society also so they are forcing me to pay an extra amount of money. All the area managers are not supporting including one who has shown me the flat. Find ticket no : SC_00532199
                Also a person named lokesh came to me with a proposal like pay 50% of the society maintenece .. Why would I.. If I have been paying it already and also ankit the area manager shown me flat saying it got feeder wrongly in the system. M heading to consumer court with all the profs . Such a shameful act Nestaway .. This company is fraud.

                Nestaway is forcing me for internal transfer I have paid a huge amount to get my language transfer.. Nestaway is worst.. I almost hate Nestaway..i ll suggest not to rent through Nestaway.

                  I booked a pg and made online payment for a room and selected move in date on 29/07/18. When i created my profile after making payment i was not having my check book with me (since i did not carry the same when i came to noida) And nest away asked me to provide them scanned copy of a cancel cheque. Which i provided to them after 2 days of payment
                  Since my parents were here in noida. And i get scanned copy only after they home back. Now they asked me to book a move in date again and now i am not getting an option to move in on 29 th. The next possible date they are showing online is 01/08/18. Your CUSTOMER CARE did not even gave me any satisfactory answer regarding 3 days rent which i paid. i.e 29/30/31. Now the scenerio is that i have paid for these 3 days but i am not allowed to movein. And nest away is also not returning of adjusting these 3 days rent to me. I am staying in a hotel from where i need to shift urgently and bcoz of that i made upfront payment and got a confirmation mail from nest away that i can movein on 29/07/18. But now nobody is helping me out. I want that either they should provide me accomodation from 29/07/17 since as on today i.e 27/07/18 my profile is 100% complete. Or if it is not possible to them either refund or adjust my 3 days rent to next month payable rent. Dont give me this ### reason that i have to bear 3 days rent just bcoz nobody else can stay there. Since i myself is not allowed to stay there, so why should i pay.

                    Area Manager Mahesh(Nestaway- madhapur) charged us On-boarding charges stating that this money is refundable and will get trasnferred to Nestaway points in my account. There is no refund & he has stopped responding to our calls. When I connected with there call center they said on boarding charges are non refundable. It's fraud & strict action to be taken against Nestaway & their representative

                    I have been doing follow ups with your representative Mr Mahesh regarding commode leakage, uncovered drainage in bathrooms & washing area, water leakage in common wall between washroom & room; but all in vain. He has stopped responding to my calls. Also we were made false promises & commitments w.r.t. no intervention of building administration & being equally treated just like other family tenants. But it was a mistake, since the very first day we are harassed by the building with one or other reason, we can not avail any facilities there despite of the fact we are paying maintenance. Being bachelor working away from home is not sin, we deserve living a respectful life just like other locals & family does.

                    I got a call from Nestaway team to vacate the flat. We are only 18 days old in flat. We shifted the entire house set up which involved cost, effort & time, Nestaway has conveniently asked to vacate since there team was not able to manage their relationship with the building administration. Who is going to take care of my shifting expense? The entire journey of association with NestAway has been horrible, dreadful & mental harassment. This is not a closure

                      NestAway is a fraud company. I am using their services as both owner and tenant. I am just waiting for my time to terminate both these relationships. I liked them initially. But I am very quickly realizing that they have no business ethics.

                      As a tenant, what I saw was that they charge 3 times - 4 times for maintenance issues. When there was a problem with water heater, they said it can't be repaired so it had to be replaced. The owner replaced it with a new one but was able to repair it later. Then for another issue, they quoted Rs. 9, 000 to the owner. The owner called me and said, "Don't call these guys for anything. They just cheat. I will fix it for you." And, he got it done for less than Rs. 2000. NestAway guys never cared to give me proper status updates during this process. To make matters worse, they don't share the contact details of the owner with the tenant and vice-versa. I had to find out through different channels and close this.

                      Now, as a owner, I am getting to know more of their fraudelant transactions. They collect monthly rent in advance. As a tenant, I paid it in advance too. But they collected the rent in advance from the tenant for my flat but didn't transfer it to my account. When I checked with them, they said, they collect it in advance but pay it to the owner only at the end of the month. I was okay with this also. But they collected the security deposit from the tenant even before they moved in and promised me to pay it within three days of their moving in. Now I am told that I would get it only after a month. Isn't this fraud? Why would you hold someone else's money for no reason? It's both unlawful and unethical!

                      People! Beware of NestAway!! Their good times are over. Like all businesses they have started compromising on their values to just make money. BEWARE!!!

                      Hi everyone,

                      They promised me, we will provide furnished house but nothing was provided and now they are saying we never said it.

                      Some status for your reference:

                      2000 RS onboarding charges. Not refundable.

                      180 days compulsory you have to stay, otherwise we have to pay one month rent.

                      Don't sign the agreement until you get all the amenities, once you signed they won't provide you anything. fully money minded.

                      Now, I have to live without any amenities for 6 months. Very bad experience.

                      Please please please stay away from these people.

                      Please don't ever think of Nest away.

                      I request all the house owners, kindly do not tie up with them. It is loss for both owners and tenants.

                        Yet another experience of extremely poor services and highly misleading information from the Nestaway team.

                        Thanks for reminding me what being helpless feels like. Pathetic set of people working for apathetic company.

                        Nestaway and their employees have been harassing me since 4th July 2018(the date I was promised a move-in, ):

                        1.) I raised AC installation service request 4 days prior to my move-in, however no action taken. The SPOC responsible for my move-in did not fix the issue till date i.e 12th july 2018, is not responding to my calls n even threatened me that if I raise a service request he will not let the move in happen.

                        2.) Wrong room assigned to me inspite of paying amount and everything due.

                        3.) Customer care promises a call back everyday and noone calls back, ive been following up with them since 8 days now and not even one time I have got a call back from the team, first 4 days they did not do anything to resolve the issue, the area manager did not respond to my calls nor did the person, who showed me the room, had the basic courtesy to call back to resolve my issue.

                        4.) Terrible customer care team, they are as helpless as I am, the best way they get rid of a customer is by saying " U will get a call back" thats the easiest solution for them. At first they tell u that they do not have an option to transfer the call, but after u put some pressure they will transfer and the call will land up with more incompetent people, who will again tell u things that they can not manage and just before you feel like that its sorted, they will come up with their favorite word "SORRY"!

                        They have frustrated me so much that my blood pressure has increased and I have consult a doctor. 8 days i've been living with my stuff in my car and have spent 7-8K on OYO rooms.

                        Now I have asked for a refund, Im sure this will again be my worst experience.

                        I have lodged a formal complaint against the fraudulent company and have also filled a formal complaint with the consumer court.

                        This has to stop, companies like these are only made to harass people and mint money.

                          I handed over my property to Nestaway on 28th April. I have since then facing nothing but problems.
                          Three property managers have changed since then and I do not have even the slightest idea who is responsible for my property now as not one of them is professional enough to keep the owner updated. I am in a different country and you have no idea how painful it is for me not knowing what is happening to my home there.
                          I received complaints from the apartment management team that Nestaway has not paid any maintenance till date. The electricity bills are exorbitant for an empty house. Those are not paid either. They have not got any tenants till date and I have no idea why since the property is in a prime location. I have no contact person to contact and emails to the customer support or the area manager has not got any response. I am so worried about my situation. Please help.

                            Dear Nestaway,

                            My name is Sachin Jain and my phone number is [protected] and I am a tenant in Nestaway Property in Gurgaon-
                            2nd floor, A-112, Vipul World, Sector - 48.

                            We are facing serious urgent issue of water scarcity because of water supply that was disconnected by people of ground floor.

                            We have tried reaching you out in every way possible that we can.
                            We have tried calling all you Managers (Anil- Area Manager, Brijesh, Ankit- Electricity Manager, Rahul) and your Bangalore team. We visited your headoffice in Gurgaon and submitted our complains in person regarding the water disconnection issue.

                            I have urged you to look into this matter many times through calls, mails, visits and raising service request (SC_[protected] but yet no action has been taken to relieve our situation. They keep giving us false hope of doing something about it.

                            We are having water scarcity in our home for past 1 week on daily basis.
                            We are not able to get ready for our offices on right time because of this and
                            are facing bad consequences in our professional life. Plus harassment by ground floor people after all this is too much for me.

                            I have finally decided to go against the approach, service and support provided by Nestaway Team.

                            And I won't be paying for any of your services in advance(including rent) unless you resolve this matter on urgent basis.

                              I have done my move out on 10 june 2018 and after providing &updating bank details (Which was already provided in detail with cancel check) still i am waiting for my refund. Called 100s of time and mailed you but still nestaway is making fool and false statement.
                              Bank detail provide on mail, verbally, update through customer care and many more still even customer executive (High unprofessional) are not clear about and making false statement.
                              Even though they told will not going to do the escalation of my concern and share the escalation mail id. They really rude and unethical.

                                I am trying to move out from your ### service and there is no move out option in my account and suddenly you are saying that there is 10 days notice and if you dint serve i need to pay money ...what the hell is this..you guys are completely fraud trying to make money in every possible way they can.please guys if someone is reading this never take nestaway its completely fraud customer service is pathetic completely waste

                                  I am being charged for damages in the house that i have not done and also for furniture that i am not going to use.

                                  Geyser wasn't even repaired and in my room they just painted a 4 x 5 ft wall and are charging me 5600rs for that.

                                  I was told that as i have lived in the apartment for a long time i would have to pay the charges. Why would i pay for other people's damages and furniture?

                                  I have been working hard to get in touch with people responsibly for this but no luck. Just rude responses on the ticket till now. Why are punishing me like this???

                                    I just moved Out From House No. (House Id N2273) and I found Nestaway applied irrelevant charges and amount deducted from my Security refund
                                    Charges Applied to me Amount Explanation

                                    Maintenance Move out Charges
                                    TV not working 4000 As per Service Request SR No. SC_00261365TV was repaired just in working condition but there is no dish connection and it like Dabba since I moved in so why you have charged this to me(Please refund my money)

                                    Inverter Not working 5000 This I have in written when we moved in back up was not provided to us in working condition and Area Manager-Dharmendra/Ashish/Manoj confirmed already this thing, please refer our move in documents where it is already mentioned. (Please refund my Money)

                                    Other Utility Charges 5000 Here i want explanation from your end what kind o[censored]tility charges you want from us?

                                    Other Damage and cleaning 1000 For your Kind Info I was already paying 1200K per month to maid for cleaning and there is no damage found during inspection so refund My money.
                                    Finally i was suppose to get 17500 k approx and they are returning me only 1268 Rs after above mentioned charges.

                                    Note:- I have shifted somewhere else in one go as instructed by Nestaway as they were off boarding the said property and they forced me to move out or take internal transfer even during my examination.

                                      I'm writing this letter seeking a positive response from your side.

                                      I moved in to house in "vasundra enclave, mangal apartment" with house id : 12093. On my check in day "1st june 2018" ac was not cooling. When i asked to check in manager to resolve the issue he told me to raise a service request it will be done with in 2 working days. I have raised the request for the same and i have been following up on this by calling the customer care of nestaway regularly they always told it will be repair today but afterward no person visit to repair.
                                      Also the property manager called me to resolve the issue lots of time but on promised day no vendor has visited to repair the issue and once i called them they are not picking my call.
                                      They have promised me the vendor will visit today to replace the ac but once i am trying to reach to vendor their no is switched off.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue today if you can't resolve the issue please give me back all the monies which i have paid i am leaving the home.
                                      Because i have never seen this type of worst service and in ethical behaviour.

                                        I have paid ₹19, 000.00 to rent a room in house from nestaway but the house got de listed from their site, after making registered agreement as they had acquired (Illegally) the house against the society rule of no bachelors. Then their area manager called me and told me not to come to room as society is not allowing. When contacted customer care, they told me i'll get full refund or free internal transfer to new room & recommended me to take internal transfer, so i had raised the request to get me internal transfer from 17th june as the new rooms' commode was broken and it needed some time to fix.

                                        But now they are asking me ₹16355 more. And they are asking it for the rent of previous room where they never had let me move in. Also they are charging me for new room from 10th june where also i haven't moved in yet. Despite raising so many service requests and calling so many time to customer care get the same response that i'll be charged from 17th june & the payment section will get updated in next 48 hours but it never happened.

                                        Now they are not giving full refund or internal transfer & charging for unused services

                                        So going through all this mental torture past month & staying temporarily at friends house, i have decided to complaint in consumer forum for which i needed the tax id & mail & address of company to send them official notice, but they didnt give this info.
                                        Not sure what to do now. I also have all the call recording which says i can get full refund or get charged from 17th june only.

                                        Im done with nestaway, i just need full refund now.
