I moved to one of nestaway apartment in may 2017 flat id 9894, bangalore, panduranganagar nagar
After a months stay there was an unidentified wifi charges to my and to all my flatmates dashboard, and when a ticket was raised to inquire about the
Charges, to our suprise none o[censored]s were aware of an active wifi in our flat and neither we had the password, so after several tickets we were given the wifi
Password which was incorrect.
Not only that some one from nestaway came to check also and confirmed that the wifi in our flat is not working. Despite all the proofs
The two months charges stays standing in my dashboard. So the question is when the password details were not shred to anyoney then how come are we
Laible to pay any charges. Please find the ticket number raised related to same issue (Srn no sc_00023886, sr no. Fd_272026,, sc_[protected]
Now this month we found that the tiles in our flat are coming out, which is ofcourse due to inferioir
Material and construction loops and again this time nestway people came to see and they confirmed they will get this resolved, however now they have
Closed the ticket stating landlord refused to repair it and they gave landlord number ([protected]) asking us to call the landlord.
Now 1st thing the number given is switched off whenever we have tried calling, 2ndly we never had any dealing with the landlord till date, as our direct
Contact is nestaway, so why should we contact the landlord, though we are still trying to contact him, as we are not able to use the living area due tobroken tiles and we
Need this to be repaired as soon as possible.

Third isse one of the flatmate vacated room in the month of dec-2017 sice the electricity bill came after she left so asked nestawat who will pay that we were told
Nestaway willtake care of that, raise a ticket, till date no response for that either (Ticket no sr no sc_[protected]
Dispite several tickets and calls to customer care we have not received any resolution to any of our issues, there is no direct contact point and
Raising tickets is not resolving our issues and its been a mental harrassment to us now, we feel cheated.
I would never recomend nestaway to anyone they are charging us for zero servicies they offer its just another money making business, highly irresponsible
