Nest away person mr. Karthik seems not to fully understand his duties. He is been very rude and i can say partially abandoned his duties, leaving me no other choice but to report straight away. He couldn’t talk to the tenant but take sides with nest away vendors making me pay an amount (Which i’m not sure as to why i had to pay) and the vendors ended up blackmailing me. I felt the whole issue left me wondering why i’m paying nestaway n still have to handle all the nuisance that some nestaway manager creates. Please respond to the issue and see it’s brought to issue. I wouldn’t want such rude n irresponsible people to be my bought n bear on problems.

I am receiving call from a person claiming to be nest away executive and abusing and shouting at me, by saying that why are we suggesting a person name Gaurav to join our house and he is telling me to penalize.

Let me know whether i should go ahead with police complaint .

    I was a tenant with a nestaway house with contact no - +91 [protected].

    I moved out on 12th march 2018. First an unnecessary amount of rs 950 was deducted against cup-board keys (Which was never provided to me while move-in).
    After that only rs. 250 was refunded after complaint.

    Rest 750 was reserved which again after another complain was explained that 750 was deducted because some items in flat were not in good condition.

    The given reason is not acceptable to me because all the things mentioned were in as-is condition like when i moved-in. I have also leaved in the flat only for six months and no damage was done by me or my flatmates in my presence.

    Hence i want my money back. I can not pay for damages which were already in the flat.

    Also for this i had raised a sr (Sc_[protected] on which i am getting no response even after lot of escalations and multiple phn calls to customer care. This type of poor service is not acceptable for a reputed company like your's

    Today I again followed up with customer care. And asked to talk to a senior.

    But they said there is no senior aviable that moment and I will get a callback and the Nestaway person named Himanshu assured me that I will get a callback today only.

    I have received no callback and my issue with Nestaway is still pending.

      This is regarding the situation raised on 26th March regarding tenant aggrement that you guys promise to provide on 2nd April and it had been 10 days and I've still not received it.

      I call you customer care executive daily and they say it is with registerad office for the past 10 days.

      Can you guys give me a solid reason why it is with registerad office for past 10 days ?.

      Due to you guys I'm facing mental pressure here and will make sure that I will exploit your pathetic service on every social platform.

      Either give my 2k bucks refund or provide me with your rent agreement

      Atleast let me know the date for it.Im sick of calling your useless customer care executive daily.

        This complaint is regarding providing the accomodation with bed bugs. My brother has taken the accommodation in Bangalore with nestaway. And it's been around 2 months that he has raised the issue with them regarding bed bugs . He has initiated mail chain as well as he is calling the customer care since 2 months but they are just saying that they will provide the resolution soon .

        He is suffering from rashes on his whole body due to this . But they are not doing anything on it.

        It's been a request that this issue should get resolved asap so that he can do the needful in weekend itself.

          Its regarding the house in c-167 mayfield gardens. Our fridge ia not working and after 5 visits of electrician its not working at all, we have told them to send someone who is experienced but in vain. Summar has started and we end up wasting our food likewise inverter and battery also needs to be replaced and they are asking us about the charges we need to bear for that. They promised everything will be good when we came into this house. We have repaired almost everything in this house from washing machine to tv. Now they want us to replace the inverter as well which is measurable. It is advisable to check if everything is ok before promising someone of fancy facilities.# services... I will never ever recommend nestaway to anybody.

            We are tenants and have rented out our property to nestaway. Since it was furnished from our side so there was minimum guarantee clause that every month we will receive minimum rs 18000 as rent. If required we will share acct statement where you can see that every month we have received rs 17300 approx.in feb 2018, we received rs 11375 and on enquiry we came to know that this minimum guarantee amt was for 1 year. This info was not provided to us and it was also not visible in our dashboard. This field was empty and it clearly means that this was done deliberately. We are paying rs 2200 maintenance this means that we are receiving[protected] rs 9175 for fully furnished two bhk flat in sector 62, noida. This was completely unacceptable and we raised ticket for the same. Support executive who was looking at this ticket told us that arrears of feb 2018 will be refunded back to our account and also from mar 2018 we will again receive our minimum guarantee amt. But to our surprise we have not received any arrears yet and they deducted 20% tds for the month of march alone. Attached screenshot for the same. What i understand is that if they are deducting tax every month then why they deducted tds in mar 2018 and also although we have shared our pan card why they are deducting 20% tds. Resolution time for raised tickets/requests is indefinite for nestaway. I am continuously trying to reach them and escalating this issue but all falls to deaf ears. Nestaway does not take consumer complaints seriously.

              I moved out nestaway house on sunday, 25th march. I have been charged inr 2000 for 'maintenance move out charges'. Upon clicking 'i' it says 'other damages'.
              The guy (Ashwani) who came for my move out and collected the keys said that these charges are not be applicable to you as there was no damage. He said that he will remove these charges and that i need not raise a ticket for it but now that guy is not picking my phone and i have received no update regarding the same.
              My friend and flatmate, who moved out just 1 week before i moved out was not charged any such amount because there was no damage.

                Its been more than 3 weeks since i cancelled the agreement with nestaway and requested for return of the keys, but for no reason they are still holding my keys and not returning in spite of following up with them almost every day - calling and emailing, but there has been no response.

                I have been talking to anubha (Their freelance consultant), gawtham (Their account manager). They have stopped responding. Writing to [protected]@nestaway.com gets no response. I tried writing to their ceo amarendra sahu on [protected]@nestaway.com but no response or resolution.

                An absolute horrible experience from start till now. They took more than two months to list the property, and no leads even after a month. I had to finally cancel the agreement.

                A bunch of lethargic thugs!

                Please suggest resolution. I have to handover the keys to the new tenant.

                  I was staying in pune in trinity court, koregoan park, my name is abhishek arora, i moved out on 7th of march, till now i have not received refund, i have raised many service requests which is now escalated to level 6 but there is no proper response. Every of your customer executive just say refund will be transferred in a day or 2. Now it's already more than 15 days. What should i do?? Usually it takes maximum 1 week.

                    This is regarding house id 3844 in Gurugram location.
                    I moved out of the house. Nobody turned up for exit formalities although I had informed about move out.

                    Later they deducted more than 3.5 K from my security deposit.
                    When questioned, they gave lame reasons like electricity due+Deep cleaning, whereas I had no pending dues towards house or any damages caused because of me.

                    I am looking for my pending refund. PLease help

                      I moved to nestaway property in may2017 and was promised all those fancy facilities. Though owner was my primary contact and nestaway tookover the property post that. The facilities provided were pathetic and even after lot of complains nothing resolved. There was an oral agreement between me and owner about the rent that it will be running plus one month security. Now nestaway sent a due notice letter from lawyer for the payments and even added the renewal of contract charges. Adding to this, i have never signed the full rent agreement and my flatmates never signed the contact. The flat condition is also pathetic with no proper drainage.

                        I had rented a room with Nestaway in Flat 501, Sai Thirumala Sadan, Hyderabad. My move-in date was 07-Jul-2016 and moved out on 11-Mar-2017. During the move in, I had given one ECS check for rent auto-debit to Nestaway. As per the policy, post my move-out the ECS should be cancelled but it was not. In 05th March 2018 they debited Rs. 6869.05/- from my account.

                        I have sent mails and called to their customer care but neither i am getting the refund nor any satisfactory answer.

                        I have done so many transactions but never seen such fraud comapny.

                        Please help me here.

                          I am santhoshi joined nestaway arien apartments (Id 4239) may15th 2017 and i scheduled move out on 18th march 2018.
                          I have been paying all my rents and dues in time without fail and never spoiled a thing in the flat
                          I even kept silent as my room ac was not working from day1 after submitting many service requests.

                          For my surpirse move out inspection was done a day prior my request date and they updated physically moved out with 16000 service charges, 2000 early moving charges and all

                          I have 17000 advance with nestaway and today i am on physically moved out status without knowing with 16000 charges.

                            Since my first day nestaway has been a nightmare, the services are terrible, their representatives are rude. I have paid my bill but they are torturing me saying i haven't. I even gave them bank reference number. There are bed bugs and cockroaches in the house and i have developed a skin allergy because of it.
                            I am new to the city, i feel miserable, i want my security back and i want to move out.

                              This is my first day at nestaway on 8th march at prestige silver crest. The guy named srinivas being me invigilator from nestaway. All the documentation is done and the bedroom keys was not handed over to me, however they forced me to sign the document that the key is received. I work late shift and back home at 1am. My co tenant went to his home town and the bed room is locked. I have been calling nestaway guys and no response all the night and spend all the night sitting in the hall.

                              Behind the scene, nestaway guys dont have the keys of the bedroom and they have called local key maker. The key maker couldn't make the key as it was complex. Nestaway promised to get the keys by evening of 8th march and hand it over to security which was not done.

                              Nestaway will take me out if any of the house rules are broken. Now what shall a tenant do if nestaway did not follow basic rules or irresponsible? Proceed legally?

                              Finally i have paid security deposit of 22k, move in fee of 3k and rent of 11k to sit sleepless in hall. Nestaway really sucks. No value for money.

                                My flatmate scheduled moveout on 21 feb 2018. But that day nestaway invigilator didnt came. So, he handed over keys to apartment security guard. Next day 22 feb, invigilator came and took the keys from guard and came to home to check for his move-out. He came when no one was at home. Then, he took my bag which was present in the flatmate's room who moved out. That bag contain important stuff. Please help me find my bag by finding the person who visited home that or provide me compensation for that.

                                  I have been staying in nestaway since one year and facing this problem regarding Hathway Internet service where none of the roommates were using the internet n still hathway kept sending bills to nestaway and it was added to our dashboard... many numbers of time the service request was raised to stop the service to hathway as well as nestaway but they did not take proper step about it ... Everytime nestaway says that we have to pay 2000 for stopping the Internet service... why should we pay wen it’s mentioned in the app and agreement paper that these services should be paid by tenant so if tenant doesn’t want to use the service bill should not be generated... sick of explaining them n now they are charging all the bill amount along with service stopping charges... why nestaway has to pay the amount when it has to b bared by tenants... Customercare for hathway and nestaway is useless ... unable to understand the situation and not giving proper solution... this is not acceptable in case of nestaway... coz if they want to make it mandatory then they should mention it properly...

                                    My property number n22254 had to be withdrawn from the company website due to my personal reasons. However nestaway is not returning my house keys and their customer care and the agent are avoiding my calls and are abusive.
                                    I am really worried about the security of my house as nestaway has original set of keys with them.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      With reference to subject matter, please note that i had rented apartment through nestaway company executive as addressed on b-703, krishna apartment, kandiwali west, mumbai and shifted to apartment on 17th january, 2018 till time i have paid total amount of rs. 30, 323 (Security deposit equals to 2 month rent i. E. 22, 000 + on board charges 3000+ january month rent 5323) to the nestaway company and because of poor services and false commitment made to me i moved out on 21st january, 2018 and my full and final refund amounting only rs.11355. I have spent only 4 days in apartment very hardly and company has deducted my rs.18968.

                                      I hereby describing the overall scenario as follows:

                                      1. I have raised 5 service requests on the same day of my move in, out of which none of the service request has been resolved and every time while my follow-up i was told that it will be resolved soon and i was given false commitment by nestaway executives and one of the request regarding wi-fi provision has been closed without my concern and any action on it. It was very difficult to stay even more within apartment with false commitments.

                                      I am attaching the screenshot of services request raised by me for your kind reference and further needful action.

                                      2. The actual condition of the house is totally different than it is showed on nest away application, i am attaching the photographs on nest away site and actual condition which describes itself that the apartment is not feasible to live but somehow i spent 4 days in hopes of false commitment made to me. The same service requests verbally told to nest away executives while booking time and i was assured that i will get the apartment as shown in photograph on nest away site while i will move in but there was no efforts have been made to even clean the rooms and cupboards.

                                      3. There were more problems in the drawing room like tv and fan was not working, washing machine was not fully operated for which another tenant mr. Rahul has requested since long time and many times but there was no response for it.

                                      Further to above, after move out from apartment my follow-up with nestaway customer care regarding my deducted payment i was told that there is only 3 days trail period and 10 days notice period before move out otherwise my security deposit and notice period charge will be deducted. Please note that i was not informed by any nest way executives before neither while booking time and nor even move in time regarding such company policy and i couldn't get to know about it as i didn't get any agreement which i requested same day on my move in to apartment.

                                      I have also sent email ([protected]@nestaway.com) to the company on 22nd january, 2018 regarding these issue but still i didn't get any refund back.

                                      Looking to overall scenario, it seems that i was being targeted to make fraud and unjustifiable money has been deducted from me on the name of false commitments and company policy.

                                      Kindly request you to consider this issue very sincerely and help me to refund my full payment.

                                      Rs 11000 has been deducted as painting charge which was not mentioned when I choose the move-out. It was neither mentioned to me by the Nestaway executive while inspection. House No N6372

                                      Tasa I don't know what they are doing .they also asked me the same type of large amount for painting 8500 for 500 sq feet area only .
                                      This is regarding my stay with NestAway, I stayed 3 months in NestAway property and paid Rs. 26400 as deposit. At the time of move out, the executive during his inspection has confirmed that painting is not required as the stay with NestAway was short.
                                      After we vacated the flat, they have added 13000 painting charges. Now I am keep on calling him and customer care, they are playing like passing the parcel. Is this kind of business are you doing?

                                        House i'd 19044. It's a test property (Which means there is no such proper present) it's for nestaway testing only. I payed a token amount of 500 rs against the property. I hv raised a service request against the property prior to the cancellation charges time given in their website. I hvnt get my refund back. Sadly nestaway lost it's ethics.
