I am the primary tenant (Resident) of b7 1502, elita promenade, phase 7, jp. Nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560078. I took this flat on rent from nestaway in january this year. Token money was paid on 27 jan'19, and a deposit of 128000 was transferred from my account to nestaway. I have been living there for past 10 months and i recently decided to shift. The area manager prem ([protected]@nestaway.com) with two of my other co-tenants conspired against me and deleted & cleared all the records from my nestaway account and might have probably divided my security deposit among themselves. I have all the transactional details and non refutable evidence to support my claim. Kindly reinstate my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

Nov 06, 2019 Updated by Rituyadav1110 I do not have a service ticket as every time I raise a request, my ticket is turned to 'Resolved' without any communication. I have shifted to property N74023 on 22 Sept’19, Nestaway has taken 4500 for smooth onboarding.
But till now they have not even generated my rent Agreement. I have raised Service Request no. SC_01706589 which is open from almost 15 days and no action is taken even after escalation. Called property manager but nobody is listening.
