Bill not cleared

I had already paid bills of june, july month through local operator. But still showing bills are pending. I had a word with customer care representative no of times they suggest to email to customer care the bill proofs but local operator not giving any proof of payment. Disconnect my connection

My netplus account is not activated even after the recharge

I have recharged the netplus broadband of 589 rs on 8 August, 2021 in morning time, but my account is still showing the inactive. When i asked to helpline no. They said it would be activated in 2 hours but problem still remains. Please help me to activate my account asap, its affecting my work....

Wifi extender

I have been calling since last week for the requirement of wifi extender, either no one is answering on the customer care service or no valid answer is given to me regarding my requirement.

This is really disgusting...

Net not activated

Address:111- Nagina Avenue Majitha road Amritsar

I installed the Netplus broadband on dated[protected]yesterday) plan499and paid Rs.2950/- but net is not activated yet. I have made complaints many times to the local operator.He came and ask me to restart the modem after 1/2 hr. But all is vain. And Net is off. Till now there is no moment.I am in loss of my work. Please take quick action .

Today i recharge my net plus broadband id no.[protected] with name shyam lal verma through google pay i paid amount rs 707.00 on 2 aug 2021 at 7.12 am with upi trans[protected] which was showing succesfully in favour of [protected]@icici but after paying my amount i wait for 15 minute and inform to customer care for updation they provide consent to get it resolve in 30 minutes after waiitng 2 hours again i call customer care they said it...

Operator not answering

Hi Team

I am Komal Sood my customer id is 3489341, as my operator Mr Rajdeep is not answering my phone calls and my text mesaages. I have asked him to send me the bill on monthly basis but he haven't shared till date. I have paid my bills but not received any confirmation.

Internet is not working after the installation

I am Barinder Singh, r/o #86 village Sarangpur, Chandiagarh 160014. I have installed the broadband on 4th of July, 2021, and from then only one day it worked properly and then showing LOS red signal. My local operator are not picking up the phone, and I contact the customers care everyday but there is no action happened, they just said your issue will be resolved in 4-6 hours.
