Netplus Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I paid Netplus broadband Cust ID [protected] for yealy plan paying INR 11780/- for IPTV and 200 mbps speed plan. Even after one month of taking plan, Iptv is not active and internet is very slow. Customer care is not helpful at all and i complained them many times. Complaint ticket number is 16255 which is open till date but no resolution at all. Very pathetic service from Netplus andci am feeling cheated....

On 06/10/2021 I paid my Netplus Broadband bill Rs8250/- through Internet Banking of Punjab National Bank at 08:06:45 AM. The same amount has not reflected in my Broadband account. I have written two mails to [protected]@netplus.co.in. But they have given no response. I have posted screen shot of payment successful . I have taken detail from my bank in that money is lying with CC AVEUE pVT. Kindly look into this matter....

They have very bad customer service, and poor service quality overall. I have their connection, and when it works it is good. I recharge my netplus account on 26 September but even after the recharge of 589 my internet is not working when I call the coustmercare they say it will update in few hours but so far my net is not working I call them 10 time's but my issue is not resolved they are careless and not values coustmers time ....

I have never seen such worst service.i always recharge my netpuls account but it resumes after 8 to 10 hours. This sach a pathetic service I will never recommend netpuls to any of my relatives nor my friends infact I'm going to close my all 5 netpuls connections.

While calling your call center we received feedback that our area is down whereas other wifi connections of our neighbours are working completely fine. Your service is so pathetic. Your staff is so uncooperative even they did not lodge my complaint even after calling 200 times for last three days.
