Im new user of netplus from last 2 months. My service provider is not providing proper service Im calling him daily regarding wires issue of my WiFi but no response from that side. I also visited at office many times still they always give excuses. Kindly resolve thisor discontinue my services.

    I have applied for netplus broadband connection on 11th of March 2020 with total payment of Rs 4707 with receipt no. 560 and i got my customer id -[protected], and i did not get any service for fitting up my connection till date as i requested them to initiate but they did not respond towards me and at last i requested them for refunding my money that i gave them before but they did not gave them that as well.

      I am registered customer having id no [protected] and had paid 3535 as a advance rental after conversation with the customer executive on 11 Oct 2020 as per that i had paid 5 month advance and 06 month i was suppose to get it free which i wouldn't get from the net plus, I had sent several mails and inquires and on 09 Feb 2021 i receive message from twitter that i need not to pay the bill of March month, but again the netplus sent the bill for Mar month again and i have sent complain against this under complain no[protected] on 09 Mar 2021 but still no reply and no action is taken against this complain. They are making false commitments for 5+1 months, they charged 5 month and not giving 1 month.

        I register for new connection before 10 days and i got confirmation from local operator and i already sent him my all details but till 16th march I didn’t get my connection. I was called several times to customer care number and as well as local operator but there is no response from both sides. Please give me information, when i will get my new connection

          I am Honey Bhardwaj. I am residing at pinjore. I have placed a new brodband connection request in September, 2020. My phone number is [protected].customer care executives are contineously telling me that my request for new broadband connection is accepted. They also told me that if i make payment of coming five months in advance then my installation charges is also get waived off. They are continuously make false promises to send their technician for new broadband connection at my home. Net plus customer care executives are all making false promises for new connections. Please relsolve the issue asap.

            Some time customers call 📞 but incharge not pick phone .

            Some time taking very misbehaving talk.

            Nobody listened in patiala office.

                    I jave pade monthly bill two times and i have send emil to netplus more then 3 times. Now they have suspend my internet while i am working from home.

                    at this pandemic we all new that we can not go office. i request them to resume my connection and one you finish your investiagtion with email department you can get back to me.

                    netplus email department is sleeping since jan (first time when i send them email). they did not acknowledge my emaol. they are not listiening us

                    service is very very poor.

                      I got my new Netplus broadback connection on 11th feb and on 12th Feb night it started showing red light in the router and internet was not working. I called the local guy who installed the connection and also called customer care to register the complaint. From that day onwards I have called like 100 times to local authorised persons and mailed 2 times to customer care and called 3 times to customer care but nithing changed. Company even closed my complaint without solving it. An amount of 2207 is takes from me at the time of installation and now they are saying they will not refund it and neither they are repairing it. Kindly help me. My customer ID is [protected].

                        I am Col Devendra Chikara and I really curse myself why I took a connection from this company. My internet has never worked continuously for 24 hours. No sane person should even try taking a connection from them if there is even a poor alternative available. My connection is at Vrindavan in my own name.

                          I have taken a broadband fiber connection from netplus at Vrindavan. I am not getting signals for the last 3 days and have been complaing to their office repeatedly. They have always been repeatedly saying that it will be on after 10 minutes. Moreover the behavior of the support staff is atrocious and they, including there manager Mr Ram, are not picking up call.

                            We have a net + broadband connection with customer ID number[protected], by the name Ujjwal kant. Five days back we receive the marketing call from the marketing team to upgrade our plan from 707 to 825 per month upgraded speed from 50 to 100 mbps, now they are giving false information that customer have to pay for the modem and the landline wire, companies call centre of netplus disconnectes the call in between. Malicious practices of the company must be regulated they first open customer complaint tickets and close them automatically by themselves. Customer care asks me to talk to local operator and local operator informed me to call the customer care. I request this consumercomplaint platform to look into the matter and talk to business + guys and resolve the issue once and all & for all the customers. Regards

                                Hi,

                                I am writing this email after being disappointed with NetPlus Customer Service. I am facing the following issues, where NetPlus Customer Care not able to support me:

                                1) I had made my Bill Payment on 2nd Feb-2021, 2 times (First Payment Via Credit Card, 2nd Payment via NetBanking)

                                2) I had to pay 2 times, because, when i paid first time, it didn't show my payment. Hence i made another payment via Net Banking, but that was also not reflecting

                                3) I waited for 2-3 days and thought, might be reflected

                                4) But its very poor payment system of NetPlus and my payment not refected, then i raised a complaint in NetPlus Customer Care and also shared emails with Customer Care attaching both payment proofs (on 5th or 6th FEb)

                                5) Unfortunately, no resolution provided, rather my connection was suspended on 8th Feb morning.

                                6) i called Customer Care multiple times, no solution provided, rather My Email Id has been blocked in NetPlus sothat i can't send any more email to NetPlus

                                7) Even After 8 Days (its 10th Feb Today), none of my payment is reflecting in my account, even after daily call with . Further my email ID is not unblocked.

                                I am not sure, whom to reach for assistance/support.

                                  I have installed Net plus internet broadband connection at my residence 76, Moti Bagh, Near GNDU regional Centre Ladhewali District Jalanadhar-144007. I called many times to your local officials but problem is not rectified till now. My internet and Tv is not working for the last four days. Kindly stop billing for these days for unavailability of your service. Kindly rectify my problem today because my daughter is preparing higher study exams.
