I have purchased a baleno alpha 1.2 p
From jyoti motors, bhubaneswar, odisha.
After ran my car 3000 km found gearbox sound and then handover car to workshop at jyoti motors, crp square, bhubaneswar
On 21 april for replacement of gearbox due to manufacture defect. But the workshop is not taking proper replacement of gearbox. Nexa as well as jyoti motors is harassing to the customer as such cases.

    I have recently purchased my car from greater kailash nexa showroom, baleno alpha model on 12042019, at 7 evening, my car number is dl12cq8472. Before taking the delivery. I made a notified a problem of steering wheel hardness, not working properly, but sale advisory satisfied me dat its not a problem, and did not allowed me to take test drive of car which i was purchasing. As i reached home same day, felt on way my car steering wheel is quite hard, and called the showroom manager rectified the same issue on call. The respomse of manager was normal said us our technician will visit your place, rectify issue. Next day on 13042019 saturday no one arrived home. Then again i called up manager. The next day on 14042019 at 11 am company technician arrived checked the car and said its a manufacturer fault. That person guided us to take car to service station for wheel balancing, over the there service incharge noticed the issue n again said it has steering issue its hard in movement. Now my sitting in showroom nexa greater khailash, and i want my car to be replaced must be provided new car, showroom manager are not so reponsive, when we have visited showroom, we comes to know the manager has gone to foreign trip within night he has been hidden. I dont want my new car to get repair i want it change want new car.

      I have purchased maruthi suzuki baleno (Nexa blue color) from your nexa showroom, secunderabad in august 2018. I am a government official living at kurnool and working at nandyal. Daily i will be plying between kurnool and nandyal. Few days back i have observed sound in the left side back wheel. I have approached my nearest maruthi suzuki dealer m. S. A motors. Kurnool and they have inspected the vehicle and diagnosed the problem as defective wheel bearing. I have inquired with the service manager aadil and he told me that it will take take at least one month 15 days time for ordering for the product and replacement as the product has to be delivered from gaziabad. I am really at a loss to understand maruthi suzuki dealer based at district head quarters kurnool can't replace a small product such a wheel bearing. Can't they maintain stock of such small product wheel bearing?. I am a government officer and renowned customer of maruthi suzuki and i need services of my baleno daily as i am plying daily from kurnool to nandyal and back. Plz do the needful to replace the wheel bearing for my baleno immediately.

        I had claimed insurance in the month of december at orbit servicing center rourkela. Total bill was 7475 but they told me to deposit 2036 rupees which includes the processing fee. Now after three months elapsed but till now i have not got the balance rupees to my account. The people of orbit motors are playing with me like a football. I can share their names if required. I am being harassed by these people saying that you will get your money one day... And they are laughing. Please take my case and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          Please change this car with new ciaz car to avoid any legal action as this is only the manufacturing defect of your company not any mistake on my part. My family is very disturb about this act. I do not agree on your decision of repairing the car i want a new car only

          This is to inform you that we just bought a new car ciaz aplha model from nexa showroom situated in b-64, industrial area, phase -7, mohali we bought the car on 8th march, 2019 and now when we took the car for normal look over by the company on 26th march, 2019 they said that there is a defect in gear box they kept the car and asked of reparing it in a day or two it is very shamefull for the company that they have such a big defect in a newly manufactured car we didnt buyer the car for this that we have to make it repair in the 3nd week of buying it. The car has just run over a passage of 222km. We informed the showroom on the first day itself of buying the car that there is some noise made by the engine while driving but they told that it is normal as the car is new.           We want the replacement of our car by a new car as soon as possible.

              Purchased new baleno delta model in jan 2019 and my car has driven just 7700 km so far & front tyres of my car has destroyed completely and galled.
              Tyres quality is so poor provided by the nexa. From the date of purchase servicing of my car is done through the nexa workshop twice. So i requested you to please tale some necessary steps at your end and make it convenient to change the tyres as soon as possible.

                I have taken my veh. Ciaz for noise from break and steering twice to nexa service centre mathura road mewla marajpur faridabad. After repairs and services twice same problem was persisting. I called up nexa customer care this time the took the vehicle from my work place and returned the veh in eveing saying that problem is resolved but the same problem was persisting. Now again i called up nexa customer care and a rep from nexa showroom visited me on my work place and returned back saying he is not able to identify the problem and they called me to visit the service centre. I after so much of afforts not getting any positive response from nexa.

                  I have visited to nexa workshop amritsar for repair of damaged doors of my car maruti s cross zeta pb 06 af 2707 on dated 21 jan 2019. The workshop advisor checked the car and commented that that will repaired it maximum 5 to 7 days. Now till date they will not enable to deliver my car and paint work is very poor quality. When i will complaint for this to workshop manager that all the workshop staff argument with me and say whatever you do it?
                  So, they not delivered my car and nothing to do for correct it. Pl. Take necceary action for this.

                    I have baleno delta diesel i full maintained my car with timely services done but from 17 jan 2019 i am facing some problem with my car on 17 th morning car si going to take long self while i am starting it in morning after 3-4 self it get started but while i am driving car was also missing than after that i parked it on my work place than i planned to go to maruti but when i trying to start my car my car doesn’t start any battery also discharged than i contacted to sidhi vinayak maruti automobiles bahadurgarh and tell them my problem they totally refused to provide any toying service refused to give any solution and cut off my phone then jese tese i reached to service station any give my car to them they check my car and told me there was some problem with injectors. Injectors needs to be cleaned they told me to give my car up to evening or up to tomorrow that is 18th jan but today upto 21 st when i visit service center they told me we have replaced your car self jabki self is working fine there was no problm with self and they told me that u have to show your car to some other expert person of injector outside the maruti center because we are failed to open the injector and also told me if we try to open them they will break if they break you have to pay cost of that which is approx 20000 of each injector but i can’t understand if maruti fails to repair their own premium nexa car than who will repair? If injectors are broken by their employees while repairing then why should i pay for them? How they told me to get your car repaired outside from maruti? Is there no expert for injectors is available in such a big company like maruti? That was a manufacturing fault of maruti nexa so that i was suffered for more than 4 days injectors was blocked and no body in maruti able to open them
                    Resolve my issue as soon as possible replace all injectors that was a manufacturing fault of maruti.

                      I had taken quotation for baleno delta blue on 21st of december, 2018 from sk wheels nexa showroom, turbhe (Vashi) with the applicable year ending offer, and paid the booking amount of rs21000 to the dealer as per confirmation from them about the availability of the required variant of the car. I was in regular touch with their representative mr. Vishal sawant who always assured us about the availability of the required variant

                      Also, i had applied for the car loan which was also sanctioned before hand. On the date of disbursement of the loan amount, i called mr. Vishal sawant in the morning and afternoon, he had no issue at that time.

                      Now, suddenly at 3p. M on date of disbursement, mr. Vishal sawant calls me and tells me that the said car is not available.

                      My loan was sanctioned against that variant. I am very disappointed with the kind of service and attitude of the sk wheels nexa showroom staffs. How can they harass a customer to this level.

                      On 8.3.19 we got delivered Baleno delta car when we check the fog light it's not connected, switch is not fitted... So when we called to RM, they r not respond properly. We being calling them... But still we not get proper response. They given card also no sign... I request as soon as please register our complaint & suggest them for do repairs

                        It's was our hard earned money to buy a new car but getting the delivery of old damaged vechile is really not a good work and a business ethics to deal with customers

                        On trust of nexa & loyalty of maruti from soo many years we decided to buy the car of your brand

                        But now when we are facing a big cheat issue no one is bothering

                        Repairing to new vechile is not accepted by anyone
                        Why i should adjust with the repaired vechile as i paid for the new vechile?

                        Why should i listen the rude talks of rupali mam?

                        Who is bothered? Nexa?

                        Why this type of persons are handling the authorised showrooms if they can't get the issue solved?

                        Previously they cheated in accessories before purchase

                        Then on delivery they cheated on engine waxing

                        On delivery night i came to know that the vechile is repainted and informed mr. Varun

                        After one week they are accepting the vechile is being painted but are not ready to replace the vechile or refund

                            I have processed documentation to purchase Baleno Delta car on 24th nov 2018 at nexa showroom (Platinum Motocorp Ltd), sec - 2, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon with their sales executive Mr. Satish Dagar. I wanted to get my car financed so he told me to get loan of 3.80 lakh processed from his own and promised me to give car delivery by 4th Dec'2018. I provided all required document to him as per his need and deposited Rs.5000 as booking amount on 4th Dec'2018. But he delayed in loan processing and did blender in loan amount. He got signed on cheque without filling amount and after that put 4.40 lakh amount instead of 3.80 lakh which result Rs. 1500 / month extra EMI cost. It's 12th Dec'2018 now still i don't get solution that who will bear extra EMI cost and when i get my car delivery. Now Mr. Ajay Manager (Nexa showroom) told me that required model (Baleno Delta Blue color) is not available in showroom. But now making the false promises/ date every time. After facing the frustrating experience with the Nexa team, they are manipulating words.

                            1. No proper communication given on Car Delivery.
                            2. Extra 60 thousand loan amount processed without giving information to customer by Nexa finance team (IMT Manesar)
                            3. After giving booking amount still required model of Baleno car not reserved or not communication shared from Nexa team.

                            I required this car to give in my sister marriage which is on 12th Dec (Lagan sagai). Now it's 12 Dec'2018 what do i do in current situation.
                            Who'll bear extra interest cost of around 20 thousand which was purely mistake of Nexa sale executive and ICICI loan department team. Loan of 3.80 Lakh was to be processed but Nexa finance team and ICICI loan team processed 4.40 Lakh loan which cost arount 20 thousand extra interest and 1500 extra EMI cost every month.

                              Hi, i was purchased baleno delta petrol sep 2018, i just run 1870 km but my making noise after start few minutes and some randomly i totally confused why this noise. But one day i observed the noise came after release clutch. So immediately i went to vishnu cars pallavaram chennai service centre, after test the vehicle service people told its problem with clutch release bearing and its manufacturing defect. After they suggested to replace the bearing with warranty, but after the service vehicle getting unnecessary noise while running, and also other noise is coming after start vehicle. Friends please don't visit vishnu cars pallavaram chennai service centre, they are not doing well, if i went one problem they created anther problem. Dear nexa team can any one help me how to handle this problem. How to proceed. Because it's new vehicle and run 1870 km and am not satisfied product quality. Am not understating vehicle just run 1870 km it getting bearing issue. Its low quality product.

                                For last 20 days i didn't get my original rc copy of my car. The number plate is fixed on 16th november 2018. As per the statement from the showroom person, they are saying that it will take arround 90 days. So, after purchasing the car i'm unable to drive the vehicle b'coz of non available of original rc copy.
                                As per the information from the authorise person from the rto they said it will only take 5 to 6 days after the fixing the number plate. Now it is arround 20+ days passed still i didn't get the original rc copy from the car dealer til now.
                                Please solve this issues with in a week.

I have complaint many time at nexa service bharuch gujarat branch. But till now not resolved. Further i wish to inform that i have puzzled such matter and going to consumer court if such matter have not been resolved with in 15 days.

                                      I took delivery in oct 2016, providing service in lb nagar sai service 28/10/2018.
                                      Customer care executive called me to use service and i agreed. Our nearest service center, "sai service located at lb nagar".

                                      Today morning driver came to my home and took car for servicing. I thought they are using service point at lb nagar but they went to sanath nagar which is very far from our location. (Reading in car74 kms).

                                      The charges are very high, comparetively from last servincing.

                                      I am staying at Dilsukh nagar.
                                      I took delivery in oct 2016, Providing service in lb nagar sai service 28/10/2018.
                                      Customer care executive called me to use service and i agreed.Our nearest service center, "sai service located at lb nagar".

                                        Dear i have complain so many time in regards of service and body shop work but satisfactory resolution not done by the workshop they jus satisfy temporary not permanently for example
                                        Service done lubrication of the engine oil become zero at 26000 i have also complain regards left driver side shocker sound but they suggest its stud sound after 6 or 7 days again it started pickup is not so good now we talk about body shop i have annexed photo of body shop work u can examine is it good or bad work
