I have given my car up70ce 5491 for body repair at lookarganj authorised sevice center of marruti suzuki. It was repaired after almost 8 month. And handed over with so many issue. Many item were not istalled seems to be sale. Many item were shows pending at invoice. This fact was written in hand writing by body shop manager and duly signed by him. Entire payment has been taken but now they aren't responding. And complicated my car in satisfactory. Vehicle is making noise at different places. Many part x is not property working i. E silencer., diggi lock, right side back door etc.

    I apply for renewal of insurance of maruti ciaz smart hybrid delta from modern automobiles chandigarh and made payment through cheque amounting to rs. 21508/-. Today at 9.01 pm a confirmation call came which i could not attend. I call back and the person reply not to call back your conformation call has missed and told that the insurance has expired on midnight of 9th may, 2018 and a photograph has been taken place. When i already made the payment why not they are confirming the same. Please do the needful immediately please.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am your customer from last august onwards till this date i have covered 6000km in my baleno kl 59 q 6384. It's the worst experience from your side that happened to me, last day while going to my relatives home at a speed of 65 km/h on our state highway, one of the front tyre (Apollo - acelere maxx - 225/55r16 (95 v) blasted while running please consider the serious condition. On the next day while going to service center the next tyre also blasted. The company is saying that a warranty of 2 years and when i contacted the dealer they are not ready to give the warranty.
      Sir please do help me

            Dear sir / ma’am,
            I vikas kumar srivastava address - 67/1/1 pritam road, dalanwala, dehradun ph. No. [protected] is a regular costumer of maruti since 1988. Between this time period i had cars starting from maruti 800 to ciaz, in which all the cars like maruti 800, wagon r, swift, swift dzire, sx4 zdi and ciaz are bought from rohan motors dehradun except 2 cars. Previous all the cars are exchanged from maruti true value. Swift dzire uk07ad9040 was bought from future motors dehradun and yesterday i bought ciaz from future nexa dehradun. All over, all my cars are bought from maruti, all cars were sold to maruti true value and the service of these cars were 99% done by maruti’s authorised dealer. Four days ago i decided to sale out my last car sx4 zdi uk07az6940 for which i received a call from future nexa dehradun and the value for my sx4 zdi car was decided by nexa true value dehradun as (Exchange offer) rs 4, 10, 000/- after a complete checking of it by them and cons. Offer rs 20000/-. At the average of which i gave them advance rs 40, 000 for booking amt. For new car ciaz. Balance payment and all the formalities was done by the next day for which future nexa took the whole day. After completion of all the formalities it was decided the delivery of the car on the same day of akshya tritiya at 6:00 p. M.
            10 minutes before the delivery of the car, nexa true value’s workers backed out from their evaluation and demanded for rs 9, 000/- more. As it was the day of akshya tritiya and it was about to get night, so i gave them rs 9, 000/- in cash without any reciept and without any billing which was totally illegal as it was a blackmailing. I felt that at the time of delivery of the car i was blackmailed. Overall, rs 9, 000/- given by me to nexa true value’s workers was totally wrong and the amount of rs 9, 000/- should be returned to me immediately.in this way people will not believe on nexa and nexa true value after this.

              Sir, my baleno zeta petrol (R. Blue) car booking no is sob17001113 at nexa-sambalpur, odisha, on dt-22/02/2018. And now it is completed 7 week and 4days after my booking. Rm will promise me to supply the order within 6 week of booking. Now they don't reply me the confirm delivery date and telling that there is some problem in factory to supply the car. Now i dont know that when i will get my car.

                On 8 April 2017 i purchased Baleno RS frm ur Authorised dealer Nexa Adityapur, Jamshedpur, from d vry first day i faced lots of problem regarding dis car like knocking problem, vehicle automatically stopped in the middle road, Engine light always blinking.Immediately i informed your sales executive Amrit Singh he taken my car for repairing on 11 April 2017 after two days he handover my car to me bt i dont wanted to receive defective car but that person convince me that further i'll not face any issue regarding car but nothing changed, till now i'm facing the same problem regarding my Baleno RS with these problems, there are lots of problem also i m facing regarding my new car which i want to share with u so for that i m adding some picture of it.Its tyre is also defective which i noticed after four month of purchasing.I replaced its 3 tyres.Its top roof automatically got bend dont know why.I dont understand till now why i purchased brand new car from showroom, if customers face this kind of problem in new car so its better to go for second hand car..I got fade up of making complains in customer care even in showroom but no employees care for it all are busy in arguement and showing little sympathy but no solutions.So i m complaining here just for the hope of any solution of my problems.

                Maruti RM Ritesh Kumar said that there is 4 yrs warranty in Baleno if car stop working they ll repair it 400 times but Why should I take defective car from the showroom as I m facing problem form the very first day.

                  My car delivery date as mention on receipt was 22 jan 2018

                  I would like to know the date of delivery of my car. I had done booking on 11 dec 2017 with booking amount 10000 and my rm is shekher
                  For the delivery of my car, i am following up on last few days but still, i don't have clarity on the delivery of my car.
                  Initially, i get a delivery date of 7th april and based on it i have taken car loan from my office and advance from my friend and relatives. I'm paying emi for a car loan and have not get the car on your commitment date.

                  On 5th april they told me that my car will deliver on 15th april but today at 13th april they are saying the car will deliver may be at the end of this month.
                  I am paying emi for a car loan without getting my car just because of you people

                    I booked baleno zeta but before full payment done i requested for booking change to alpha model but mr prosenjit didn't accept my request.. I am mentality shocked with the behavior... Am i supposed to get a cold behaviour which attached the moral of an ex service man. Please do the thing appropriate aprisal to get justice in time

                      This is in regards to the deliverh to nexa car - baleno delta pertrol whch was booked on 10-february-2018 and supposed to deliver on 30-march-2018 from meerut delhi road branch but the sales man (Ashwin kumar) refused to deliver the car on time saying the car shortage from maruti side, we don't know what happened internally but our car is not being delivered on time and they are not giving the car delivery and just giving fault excuses and giving us another option to buy car from different showroom from noida. We don't know what happened but we want the car on time as we have to gift in the wedding.. Senior manager is also aware of these things so please provide some help on it.

                        Hi sir i purchase baleno delta on 23 feb 18 from ifco chowk gurgaon show room. My tem reg no. Was hr 26 temp 12957 and reg no. Is up 14 dn 7757. I paid rs 48500 + 5000 for registration of my vehicle. However a receipt of only 46559 has only fwd to me. An amt 5000 was in cash was paid to me shambo saying that kvp of same amt is required for registration from up. I received the rc but when i asked about the kvp or 5000 amt he not giving any response after repeated call and messages. It near 10 days and cat and mouse game is on. Therefore i want that full details of amount spent on rc and what about kvp if purchased then certificate or else refund the all unspent amount. Please accord priority it already too late

                          With utmost distrust and pain, i write to you today stating my ordeal with maruti dealership, nexa-shakti, sirsa, haryana. Being a loyal customer of maruti since 1989, when i had first purchased maruti 800 of the organization, i always carried an all praise experience with you all which lasted till previous month when i almost had a fraudulent experience with one of your dealership here in sirsa.
                          I happened to purchase a ciaz from your dealership shakti motors, sirsa nexa, which was sold to me with some discounts on the pretext of the fact that i would be offered a “december 2017” model. I agreed to the deal and paid them advance for the same. Finally on 17th march, when i received the bill, which was given to me 8 days later from purchasing my car, i got the biggest shock of my life which came as the vehicle turning out to be an april 2017 model.
                          Your agency is now denying on everything promised and is treating us at their mercy. Just for the fact that they deceived me and cheated on me because i trusted them and trusted the brand due to which i didn’t check the plate on the car as “ how many customers ever check the details of the car on the plate embossed”. This cheating was executed due to my trust on the brand lest the agency.
                          I now hereby seek your interference to offer me the same make model as was promised and not an april 2017 model. Please do let me know of your course of action as it will help me to decide mine. Being a law abiding citizen, i am aware about my rights as a customer and will take necessary course of action as required. Meanwhile, i am willing to settle the entire fiasco amicably if at all i am given the model of the car with the relevant make month from you all by replacing it from the existing one.
                          Looking forward for your timely action.

                            Maruti nexa ciaz zeta nexa blue color car from skakchi, jamshedpur delivered on 24-january-2018 with incorrect temporary certificate of registration (Please find attached).
                            After intimating concerned dealer, it has been passed 1 and 1/2 month, still they unable to provide rectified tcr.
                            Without registration, unable to use the car on road. Please find attached email communication and do needful at the earliest.

                            Please find attached email, where I already requested you regarding the extension or issuance of new TCR on 13th Feb-2018. So it should not be the reason of delaying the process.

                            Also please refer email Dated: 5th March-2018, your QM Bibha Pandit had stated that " It's DTO Jamshedpur who is authorized by DTO Ranchi to do the required changes.". Now you are saying differently that you need to submit the documents to Ranchi for correction!

                            As we unable to bring the new Car on road due to lack of valid paper, so requesting you to please arrange to return the Car.

                            Shakchi ShowRoom Manager's explanation for delaying the rectification process of TCR is not justified (though the incorrect TCR made by ShowRoom itself).

                              I recenty been to avg nexa for my service check up.. Then its found that its brake shoe been outdated need to be changed.. Hence it was sunday my service advisor suggest that they need to send a mail for the replacement as it a manufacturing defect they need to send mail to there higher offical for the purpose... So i lend my no. To the advisor for further proceeding... No action has been taken by the pick up team member, as they told they will come and pick my car up for purpose.. So please take necessary action against it... And make sure that their customer is treated well

                                I have owned the car on last april and driven the vehicle 7000 km the fist and second services have already completed. On 26th feb while i am driving the front break jammed and the front left wheel hit with the pipes on the road and the tire broken front suspension collapsed. On repeated request the road assist was given after 5 hrs (The distance of the spot is 6km from the service center)
                                Till this day (14/3/2018) the car is not serviced or get any report from the dealer

                                  Hi team, i have brand new baleno zeta, when i was travelling from one state to other state in mid of the destination i have gear lock failure in my car where in i was able to use only 1st and 3rd gear until i reached garage. It was totally a remote area where in no one was able to help me until one of the truck driver helped me by temporary solution. When i have reached the maruti service center and conveyed the same problem no proper permanent solution was given though i have told them to rectify the problem, not sure if the the complaint will be taken seriously or maruti is just minting money from customers. We trust maruti by its name & you people are breaking the trust.

                                    I have brought baleno zeta mh12 pc 0839 in 17th april 2017. Not even one year completed.
                                    My car colour is diminishing and base coat white colour is exposing automatically.
                                    Some area there are pitting marks.
                                    The paint quality is worst. Never recommend anyone to buy baleno or even say maruti car.
                                    Even a small dust is there on vehicle and keep your hand on it, there comes scratches.

                                    Horibble paint, horrible support from delear to resolve.

Maine quotation banvaaya quotation to mujhe de diya quatation me full accesories likhi thi usme maine seat cover ki bhi baat kiya tha aur maine vehicle purchase karne ke liye bob se finance karvaya. Aur mera case ok ho gaya. But jab mai vehicle purchaae karnr gaya tonusme seat cover nahi tha. Aur jab maine seat cover ke liye kaha to unhone kaha ki seat cover isme nahi aata hai seat cover alag se lagvane ke liye seat cover ke paise do aur mujhse kaha gaya vrhicle lena ho to lo nahi to vaapis lelo apni dd vehicle aur bhi kharidne wale hai

                                        Dear sir,
                                        This is to bring to your notice that we had purchased a ciaz petrol alpha model car on the 29th of august 2017. We had purchased the car from the nexa park street, kolkata showroom.
                                        The mobile charging port given to us has not been functioning since the date of purchase. The car has ran around 350 kms in the 6 months which shows how much we have used the car.
                                        Inspite of several complaints on the phone the company has refused to change the same and asking us to buy the same which is not at all fair on the part of the customers.
                                        The salesperson to whom we spoke was also very rude and refused to change the mobile port and asked us to purchase it.
                                        Hoping to get the matter solved and awaiting the response and the acceptance of the new mobile port.
                                        Not giving my balano car documents. Insurance also cheating .pl call [protected]. Giving full details.
