My pathetic experience i had from nexa after purchasing ignis zeta petrol on dec 23 rd 2017 from avg motors kottayam nexa dealer.

Even before delivery i confirmed with dealer salesman is the same demo car at showroom he is going to deliver, he just refused but i realised it was the same demo car they delivered. But when i argued he just kept a big smile of year end sales, stock clearance etc.

Anyway things was smooth till 1000 km, first service at their avgs service centre, everything was okay just a carwash but within a week some central lock issues started and the worst part is during driving through the middle of traffic in my hometown pala, boot lid is shown as open, i got stuck at that point, for a brand new car.
All of sudden i thought about because of impact or something but when i opened and closed everything seems perfect. Later i went to avgs athinad pala service centre experience was pathetic they simply annoyed and cleared the warning signals after going for a ride i waited for 2 hours in lounge. I hoped everything was okay but it used to come up frequently so visited the showroom and service centre at kottayam. They were not able to reproduce same even after providing the image. So i am sharing the video while drove and image pfa

The thing is i can't even go anywhere with this car because of central locking issue. Even afraid to put in my garage since last 3 weeks i haven't locked my car. Car will get locked but after sometime alarm starts blinking but wen i looking in console it shows boot has been opened

Really apathetic experience please do the needful at the earliest or whatelse use of a car without lock systems

    I had booked baleno alpha 1.2 on october 29, 2017. Mr kanav was the relationship manager assigned to me. I am working in bangalore and was having holidays on this january end. He assured me that by january end i will get my vehicle. But as the date came near he started making execuses. Because of him only i had to cancel my return flight and booked another 1 which costed me more than rs 10, 000 as he assured me that i will get the vehicle by 06/02/2018. I have faced so much embarressment from my family members, relatives, collegues as well for not getting the vehicle. Evertytime i used to call him he will tell that he is in meeting he will call me later. And then same old story that you will get the vehicle on this day and all. I never faced so much harassement in my whole life. At the end i finally cancelled my booking. Then he promised me refund the advance amount by this monday but nothing happened till now. Moreover he is not even replying to my messages. This is the worst experience of my life.
    Why you guys are showing 8 weeks booking period when u can't deliever the vehicvle for more than 3months. I dont want to hear any apologise, i just want my advance amount to be refunded at the earliest.
    I parched beleno alpha car at nov 2017and still i am waiting for rc . i am facing lots of problem in traveling. so please provide my rc number as quick as possible .

      I have booked a Baleno car to competent dealer Dilshad Garden New Delhi on 30th Nov 2017. After completing all formalities and releasing the PO and insurance on 7th Feb 2018 they have committed that car will be delivered by 10th Feb 2018 but as of now they are unable to deliver the car due to their own issues. I am going through lots of mental pressure due to this and still they are giving excuses that your file was exchanged by other customer and they are correcting it, this is not my fault and I am looking for a compensation for this.

        I am owening both baleno & dezire car. Whenever wheel alignment is carried out while servicing the vehicle the alignment report is not given to the customer because there is no provision in the equipment to take a print out. The facility of printing the report & giving a copy of report is a must. This may be arranged in all of your authorised sevice centres

          Inspite of the routine service, the thermostat of my car got failed within 2 year and 4 months of car life. Which required the engine to be repaired.
          This is unintended failure and demonstrate failure of the quality of vehicles. The concrete answer from the maruti representative can not be given except trying to wash off the hands from the issue and trying to show the mercy of the extended warranty.
          As per the opinion, the critical component of the car is misbranded and has to be taken care for all the cars. The reply from maruti is expected.

            My suzuki ignis delta have a problem of clutch hard and jerking while gear shifting i am approached to service team they told because wearout, this is bad experience me because within 1year only 10000 kilometres running, is it possible to wear with 1 year?, it is not covering under warranty,?. I bought my vehicle only because service cost is less. Pls reply me what is actual route cause.

              Subject: i had purchased maruti baleno from vipul motors sector 63 noida. On 23 september 2017.
              Sir i had purchased maruti baleno from vipul motors sector 63 noida gautam buddh nagar. On 23 september 2017 but i have got car which so many scratches on the car. I have told the sales man who had given delivery but he said when there is 1st service all scratches will be removed. I had gone to the 1 st service to vipul service station. But same scratches is there. It does not look i had taken a new car after investing so much money in maruti baleno. Kindly look my matter and solve my problem as early as possible.

                I am er. Vivek sodha, i am totally dissatisfied with the commitment and service offering from nexa at this point of time. I booked baleno delta model (White color) on 28th october. Below was my primary requirement during booking.

                1. I requested 2018 manufacturing and billing of the car and
                2. I would like to have car delivery on 20-jan 2018. If not possible, 27-jan/28-jan would also work.

                Waiting period mentioned and conveyed to me was 12 weeks from booking. I was informed that nexa is not releasing car from 15-dec to 15-jan because of year end. But also at the same time i was conveyed that by 16-jan/17-jan nexa starts allocating the car based on requirement. And as i booked car on october, i would get car by the required date (Max by 28-jan).

                Since last 3-4 days, i am following up with the show room i am getting different commitments. I was informed that on 26th, we will get an update of car release, so requested to wait till today. If we get your car listed then it would be possible to deliver by 2nd feb. Yesterday i was been informed that car generally not being released till feb or march by nexa, and today i am suddenly getting commitment by 15th feb. I am really surprise like if nexa is not releasing car till feb or march, then how would i get it by 15th feb? And if nexa is releasing/allocates the car, then why i am getting informed incorrectly yesterday?

                Because of those false commitment experience, i can not rely on these commitment. I would like to take it forward with nexa upper management this issue to improve service.

                As i am also working in service company, i know the protocols and process that should be followed to satisfy the customer. I am really ok if i would get car by march also. But my only concern is that should be conveyed to the customer first.

                  I arvinder bharti mobile no [protected] purchased ciaz car on 27.04.2017 from mohali. They show me that in car a huge safety system in built. No body can stole your car. But fact is that within 10 min my car was stolen in front of my office on 10.11.2017 at 4.00. Pm. I have proper recording of that as cctv camera is fitted in front of my office. Nexa insured my car from royal sundram insurance co. Their office at noida. I have already submitted all desired documents. But claim is still awaited. Nexa maruti is requested to improve safety system and make necessary arrangement of my refund or provide me a new car.

                    I have been struggling with these robots since apr-2017. From top to bottom everyone is ignorant. The only focus is to sell cars and generate revenue. The customer care people are trained only to say - "we understand your concern and will escalate the issue to the concerned". To whom this escalation goes, no one knows..
                    I had contacted [protected]@nexaexperience.com, arun. [protected]@maruti.co.in, abhishek. [protected]@maruti.co.in, [protected]@maruti.co.in, k. [protected]@maruti.co.in... These are tsm till md.. No one is bothered.
                    Ciaz cabin noise complaint escalated to the service team no use
                    They are saying manufacturing defect wat to do who will resolve the same...

                      This is sooraj here from kannur.. December i have booked a baleno delta rayblue car from kvr motors nexa kannur showroom which they promised me to deliver by january 28th. After several reminders and calls they called me and saying they cannot deliver it on time. And i didn't cancel the booking. So i booked the same car from am motors nexa showroom calicut. Before booking itself i asked them regarding the delivery date. They also promised me to deliver it on jan 28th. So without seeing anything i booked it. I wanted the car for my marriage ceremony which​ is to be held on feb 4th. This last minute again ur showroom saying they cannot deliver it on that time. What will i do i[censored] people do like this? What will i do in this last minute. If you cant deliver the car on the time then why the hell are you promising me that you can deliver it??? This is what your customer care? I dont understand. If you are very sure you cannot deliver on time then why are you making us book the car and taking advance?? This is the second time you are saying this. I want the same car on or before 1st of feb 2018. I dont want any excuses.. I[censored] cant deliver it on time then its your responsibility to say me before i booking the car. That is what manners is. I never thought nexa service is this bad. If i knew this before itself then i would have never booked from your showroom.. Wtever happens i need the car on time.

                        I had purchased s-cross delta 1.3 on 28 october 2016 from nexa amar cars pvt. Ltd., vadodara, gujarat, india. I got stuck with the car on 30 th october 2017 in which the cars stopped by steering lock near dabhoi. We called for on road service which reached us after three hours of making complaint. The car was checked at amar cars and no problem was detected by the technician.

                        Now again on 15 january 2018 our car again got stuck near dhandooka with same problem of steering lock at 7.30 pm. We got on road service after 3 hours at 11pm. Then we reached at sindhrot near baroda and again the car got stuck with same problem.

                        I only what the justification from the company regarding such problem which may lead to serious consequences sometimes.

                          I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company after booking baleno delta petrol from senai motors, 336 canal street, lake town, vip, west bengal kolkata - 700048.

                          Please find below list to explain the situation.

                          1. I have been told that car will be delivered after 10 days of loan disbursement.
                          2. Car has been allocated to my name before 20th december.
                          2. Down payment 2.5 l has been paid to nexa account on 20th december.
                          3. Loan amount of 4, 02, 030.00 has been disbursed on 27th december, 2017. Due to negligence from nexa side loan amount has been disbursed to senai motors maruti account, again it took 2 days time to transfer the money to nexa account after follow up.
                          4. Today 8th of january, still i have not received any confirmation of temporary registration, its already 5 days over after loan disbursement.
                          5. I have started paying loan emi also. This is pure case of delay in process after paying full amount.

                          As nexa is demanding flawless process and service, we have decided to buy car from nexa due to this. However we are not getting proper service.

                          Hence we will not recommend any one to buy can from nexa and we are exploring the option to cancel the car and go for other company.

                          Please get back to us with proper timeline of car delivery as i don't want to rely on dealer's word.

                            I am premium customer of maruti since 2011, earlier vehicle was maruti wagonr rj14 4191. Recently i have purchased new scross zeta mode (Rj14 yc 3088) l on 18-oct-17.
                            I am living at jaipur so i contact to jaipur dealers but they are denied to given any discount on new model. Last i contact to your alwar dealer “fortune cars" owner mr. Sanjay nakara. He committed me, he will give me basic accessories & leather seat cover free with new scross & also provide the vehicle no of jaipur rto. So i deal with him. During the delivery of vehicle, he made cheating with me, he said me you have to pay all money to showroom as per maruti nexa policy & i will give you return cash amount 31428/- (Against basic accessories & leather seat cover) to you, now i continue to taking follow up to him but he have provided to me only 7500/- rupees only last week & not talking properly to me. I also provides extra amount for nexa card & number plate to him. Still both are not received yet now & they are not responding to me also. Pl help me.

                              I had taken delivery of my car baleno delta petrol on 29th oct 2017 from nexa katttupakkam - chennai. After a month i received the rc book. But instead of petrol it is mentioned as diesel. I had given it back for correction and a week later i was information that my rc is ready.
                              When i saw that, it was a shock for me as they have scratched the printed word (Where diesel was mentioned) with blade and have handwritten as petrol over that. A round seal had been affixed without any signature from the rto officials.
                              I have handed over the rc back to them and insisted for a new rc. But still date there is no response from them. I am visiting the nexa showroom regularly for the rc book, but each and every time some silly reason is given and still i am waiting for the rc.

                                I had booked a ciaz vxi petrol from sohna road branch.
                                Mr. Mohit (Manager) had promised a discount of rs.50, 000 (Incl. Of corporate discount) for this model with a body cover. Mr. Masood ahmed gave an approval for the same.
                                At the time of delivery he assured me that the discount amount will be sent thru cheque within in 3 working days. Mr. Mohit sethi (Manager) even asked us to send a satisfaction email in order to release the discount cheque to cover their shoddy deal.
                                For the body cover he said that its out of stock & will be delivered to my home as i had bought the car for my daughter marriage.
                                Instead of rs.50, 000 they sent a cheque of rs.26, 997. Over the phone he expressed that it’s a accounting mistake & will be rectified soon.
                                The body cover also never arrived as per promise.
                                The amount of quotation was rs.8, 71403 but the invoice raised is of rs.7, 36575.
                                I have made a payment of rs.8, 71403 to competent motors. The huge discrepancy in the invoice is not acceptable by union bank of india to which the vehicle is hypothecated.
                                I feel cheated at every point & on all promises. You are requested to look into the same asap or i will pursue the matter with consumer redressal forum as well as have to notify gst/sales tax department for the irregularities, under invoicing & cheap antics played by your sales team.
                                In order to achieve their sales target your team just keep aside business ethics & laws. They have really played with our trust & faith.
                                I really hope that you can understand the gravity of situation & resolve

                                Please refer to my earlier Complain on 10th Dec.2017. No early solution has been made till date and your action may constrained me to folded my hands before the law of the land. I don't have any other option for such mischievous action of your sale point.
                                I booked a nexa car through online and due to poor nexa dealership experience i was forced to cancel the booking. But when i tried to cancel my booking through online, nexa has blocked my online account and not allowing to cancel the booking.

                                No solution from tollfree no and email...

                                  My self laxmi shanker tripathi purchase new baleno car delta p no dl6cq8087 from your dealer magic auto pvt ltd - ghazipur delhi on[protected] which run aprox 3600 km as of now. Yesterday aprox 11 pm when i was with my family near about noida sector 121 car suddenly brake down. Vehicle was getting started also gear working but car was not taking race. It was very typical situation for me at around mid night with my family and also with new car when it has only one serviced as of now. I was tried nexa help line no [protected] thrice from my mobile no [protected] on 22:58, 22:59 & 23:02 full bell gone but did not get any answer.

                                  Later i called martuti help line no [protected] and lodged complain vide ref no 1184924, i received a call from fast track and before any help or humanity he told that my visit charges would be rs 500 if fault repaired or not if you ok then only i will came, looking no option i allowed him then a person come from fast track after more 1, 5 hrs (In between i had called to him more then 2 times more) checked vehicle and told there is problem in clutch and it can be repaired only in work shop and nothing can be done now. Then he taken his money giving receipt and moved away. Before he move i request him to toe my car to nearest garage. But he show his inability to do any thing in this regard. After my deep request he was ready to give toe person no only.in between time was more then 1:30 am at this situation before trusting any one more i have decided to call some of known from ghaziabad and managed to two my car to my residence and reached home around 3am. Car is standing on my residence now

                                  Further to my complaint i am very much sad about this incident since car is new and run only 3600 km. I am also not a new driver if any cause of mishandling of car since i am heaving my own car from year 2010.

                                  The new car is also havering all type of insurance which provided by the dealer / company and charged for it.

                                  Also i have complaint with your such big organisation that you could not help us in that crucial time and mid night. As while purchasing the car you assured us to help at any time.

                                  I request you to kindly pickup my car from my residence and get it repaired and delivered to my residence as soon as possible without any delay and without any charge.

                                  I also request you to enquire about such incident and be assure that if such tipe of incident happed with any of citizen who is member of car how could you help more so that the citizen could be saved from any other mishappening on way.

                                    Myself nikitha benny working for wipro technologies ltd, bangalore.

                                    I had booked for a baleno sigma (Petrol) on sep 5th, 2017. The dealer conveyed that the car would be delivered to us by the first week of december.
                                    Since there was no response till dec 4th, i contacted the dealer and they conveyed that the car will only be delivered by jan 2018.

                                    This is very disappointing. The only reason we booked with this dealer, was because, they had told us we would receive the car within 3 months.
                                    We need the car before december 25th and we hope you can escalate this issue and kindly do the needful.

                                      I had book or baleno car in nexa showroom mysore the showroom guys told me that i will be receiving the car on 12th of november i have the function of my sister's wedding on november 16th so i thought of gifting her a car and i transfer the amount for nexa showroom mysore but today is date december 3rd till today i have not received a car when i tried calling your showroom guys there ignoring my call my plans to gift a car to my sister got growing because of nexa showroom so i suggest people please not to book a car in nexa showroom if you have to get come it for some dates i had never expected this from my biggest company like nexa i had office from hyundai but i book a baleno that is the biggest mistake what i did until today they are ignoring my call and i have not received the car also i already paid the full amount to nexa showroom and now i am totally stuck so i suggest people not to book a car in nexa showroom go for hyundai toyota or something else instead of nexa maruti

                                        On 14th Nov, 2017, on my way with family from Vinukonda on state highway, the vehicle tyres both front and rare got failed. Front tyre busted and rare bulged. This has been reported on 14th and after many days 18th and 25th the tyres were checked and still now no report has been given till now. Total Kms of vehicle run - 3800kms. Request for refund.
