Akangsha rudarpur (Usn) uttrakhand /nexa is cheated me i am not satisfied nexa rudarpur sales i have baleno alpha also that i purchased from noida there is no issues on purchase time so that i make my mind to purchase s cross zeta but now this time i never suggest to no one go to nexa regards

      My nexa baleno alpha car all glasses are spotted after taking the delivery, which was told to me by the sales manager that i will be repaired in the service centre. Now even after two services the same is not done, only the sales manager is saying to call him during servicing and after that he is not receiving phone during servicing. he is also not writing the same at the memo portion for service centre to attend. Deliberate atend to harass the passenger.

      Also the mobil change during 2nd servicing charged me 846/lrs as mentioned in the mobil box. But along with that extra GST of 18% was charged extra.

        I booked maruti ciaz delta petrol from NEXA Gomti Nagar showroom in lucknow and i booked the car on 23rd July and i gave the booking amount and only my loan procedure was left to be completed and today on 30th July my loan was all approaved an they called me and said that they have sold my booked car to somebody else because of the delay of my payment but in the booking receipt they clearly mentioned that my expected delivery date was said one month and now they sold my car to someone else.

          I am very sorry to write these lines that
          I purchased maruti baleno delta petrol variant on 27th feb 2018 from rd motors tezpur, assam.
          The registration number of vehicle is as 12 t 7176.
          On 22nd june 2018 i my vehicle got a minor accident, front side got a bit damaged. I immediately contacted to the rd motors tezpur workshop.
          Since then i am being bluffed by the concerned officials there but till date the vehicle has even not touched.
          First i was asked that they will give the order for the parts needed. And took around a month. On 14th july i was called that parts have reached to the workshop and asked to bring the vehicle. Since 14th of july till date the vehicle has even not been touched. Every time i am just bluffed that the work is going on.
          I am very much fed up with the service rendered and attitude shown at this work shop. Maruti sujuki was known for the prompt services but here in this case around one and half month has passed but the vehicle has still even not been touched for the service.
          I am not understanding how long will it take. Already around one and half month passed away.
          I repent that i should have not purchased the maruti suzuki vehicle.
          Through this mail i just want your interfere in this matter so that my vehicle is repaired immediately.

            On 12th july 2018 i was facing problem with my baleno car . The steering wheel was slightly tighter on one side and car was not moving properly. So i called the nexa service center to pick the car .

            Next morning a driver came from the workshop and he took the car.

            On 14th of july when i called the workshop they told me that there were two problems in my car.
            1) Ball joint bent
            2) bent lower arm bracket.

            so It needs to be replaced.

            So i raised a claim, the survey person did his job on 16th and asked them to give the estimate but it took them three days to give an estimate to the surveyor.

            Work order was already given to the workshop but they did not start the work as they told me that they had no empty ramps available.

            on 21st they told me that they will start the job from today.
            later evening when i called to ask if my car was ready, they told me that they dont have a balljoint available in their stock and have sent a job order.

            "They already knew that in my car ball joint needs to be replaced but they did not put an order on prior basis."

            Then they told me on sunday (i.e. 22nd July) the material will arrive and you can take your car on monday morning.
            On Monday morning when i called them they told me that the material is still being unloaded from the truck.
            Later in the evening when i called them they told me your material did not arrive and will take around a month to come.

            So i decided to go to the workshop to pick my car the next morning.
            when i told them i am taking my car with me as you are uncapable of fixing my car they called their senior.

            He told me issues, that if you take the car there can be several other issues like your driver side tyre may get damaged and the material did not arrive due to transporter strike. " So if there was a transporter strike what were they unloading till monday morning but i didnt care to ask because all that was in my head was to take my car back".So i insisted in taking back my car.

            They told there supervisor to look for another baleno car in accidental whose ball joint is ok and replace it with mine.

            "I know this wasnt right but i wanted to see what they do"

            After that the supervisor told me that you can collect your car in the evening.

            Later in the evening when i called the supervisor, he told me that the owner of the other baleno(whose ball joint they were going to replace with mine)
            was here all day long and they couldnt replace it. They told me that they will replace it in the next morning.
            Next morning when i called the supervisor he said that the ball joint cant be replaced as the other car is in painting section and the owner will take the car today.
            I knew they were lying because if they cant replace a ball joint in ten days how could they fix an accidental car in two days but still i didnt question them .I just told them to send my car back as i am not coming there every day to pick my car.
            It is 27th today, it took them two days to send my car back.
            Now today when the driver came i saw my car.
            It was in the worst condition that i could imagine.
            The back bumper was damaged i have attached its picture. It had paan spits on the tyre of the car.
            So i called them back and told them that the driver who got it back might have met an accident, then the supervisor told me that no the bumper mark was there before he left so it might have gotten inside the workshop by some driver of the workshop.
            " totally irresponsible staff they just dont care about your car they knew about the damage still they didnt fix it before sending the car"

            he told me to send the car back with the driver and they will get it fixed.

            Now i am waiting to see what happens now.

              Baleno zeta-petrol (Ray blue) purchased on 30/04/2018 in your showroom, chasis no: mbhewb22sjd215482. Sales head promised accessories like car cover, door slide guard, chrome window linings etc.. Till date i have not received any thing. On contacting mr. Pradeep reddy, sales, we get standard reply that he is looking into the matter. How many years do u look into any thing i ask. Shame on maruthi nexa. Do u call it professionalism..? I have not accepted cash discount just for the sake of these accessories. I want my accessories., and i will get it in the hard way i[censored] want me to. I know the law & how it works. Please look into the matter & sort in in professional way. Hope i will get what iam entitled to.

                Purchased s cross but car pulling on Lhs
                After several complaints my car was checked 4 times but problem remains the same
                Wheel alignment was out every time
                4 alignment done in 5000 km
                Even after several requests nexa team not listening
                How can alignment out in such a short duration
                Asm, tsm all have checked the vehicle they admit that car has problem but they dont have solution
                Now no one from nexa is picking my phone
                I have mailed and tweet senior officials but no reply from there also
                Kindly suggest what to do

                    Sir, I bought a S- Cross car on 22/11/2017 .I did four servicingsfrom your authorised service station on 1000km, 5000km, 10000km, 20000km .From starting the car is not giving me mileage greater than15 km/ litre . I frequently asked the the servicing manager and their team to resolve my problem but they gave me temporary solution and satisfied me.The company has given a mileage of 25.1 and I am not getting the same .I therefore request you to please do the needful .The company service center on the 20000km servicing did the ecconotest which shwedshthe mileage of 25 but after that day I physically again checked the mileage it shows me 15 only .Also the suspension of the car are not giving good performance .If the car hits a small hole on the road it gives a very bad jerk.it doesn't feel as a new car. So I request you to look into the matter And do the required action as and early as possible

                      I bought ignis delta ags on 18 april, still not receive number plate and now had accident on 18 may, but still nexa team not possible to repair until now...
                      Its all because of not finished rto work on time so insurance claim not possible.. So such delay in repair..
                      Kindly do need full no one their to hear my side am tired to complaint and email to nexa and maruti..

                        From past few days i have received many calls from Nexa Arena showroom Alipur Sohna road, Guru gram regarding insurance renewal.
                        I told the representative that send some to collect the instrument on 24th June'18 as the last date of insurance lapse is 9th/10th July'18.

                        "I received another call from the same dealership on 22nd or 23rd that my executive is near your office so can I send it to collect the instrument." What is going on?

                        Post this i told the lady (Aarti) from the dealership that send someone around 11 am on 25th to collect the instrument but no one turned up.

                        I called up the dealership and asked the name of General manager to discuss this matter but Ms. Aarti didn’t provided And banged the phoned.

                        I registered the complaint with Maruti Nexa and complaint number is NX[protected] with Sneha and provided the landline number from which I received the call which is[protected] but there is no resolution and despite of that I received a call yesterday in late evening that kindly send a complaint via email.
                        I am in shock and so much harassed mentally in just 24 hours that I can’t describe in words..

                        I am getting calls from dealership form different people but none provided solution.
                        I want to return this vehicle asap and want my peace back.

                          I have been using maruti product from 2010 when i bought my second car - dzire vdi and then wagon r in sep 2015, now recently i have moved to s cross just on 9th may 2018 but my experience with driver seat is not that great.

                          This problem was there in dzire driver seat in fact and i had to use 2inch cushion to make my drive confirmable, in fact it lead to my health issues which resulted in slip disk l5 s1 and i had to sell that car finally.

                          I was not expecting that nexa even being holding premium brand cars of maruti will have similar issues, it my practical experience which has no hard evidence to prove you as of now. It was my blind trust in our india make car that i couldn't resist buying s cross but now regretting my decision after driving just 1200kms.

                          While i was driving honda brio 2+ years before buying s cross i didn't had any problem in driving but since last one month my back has started paining badly.

                          Now i am looking forward for your support to provide me some solution because its not that easy that i should go and sell my s cross after investing almost 11.8 lac rupees in it.

                          I understand for you it may be an awkward but this is the fact. Looking forward for your quick response.

                          In fact most of the Swift and Dzire users would have back issues which they would realize now or at later stage, its biggest threat to our health which is well taken care by Honda and other brands whereas Maruti as a brand is failing to do so . I would even like file a case against maurti Team, please do help me with proceedings .

                            My name is dharmender chauhan & i have been your customer for 20 years. Have bought 9 cars from maruti including baleno up 16- bh 7555. My car met with an accident & i gave the car for repair on april 2018 at rohan motors greater noida. They had promised to give the car in 25 days but it has been close to 3 months & no response from them also tried toll free customer support number multiple times no body is responding.
                            When i go to ask about my car they are all abusive & misbehaving all the time, the name of employees are - kamal upadhaya & the body shop manager.

                              Hello,

                              So finally i came hereto share my experience with nexa, i have booked my s cross hybrid zeta car in 31 dec.2017, and i have taken my car on 2nd feb. I noticed first issue in my car was vibrating noice coming, second issue i noticed that my front wiper not working properly means it was leaving water on the glass, it was not cleaning the glass properly, in march i got an accident but car was not damaged too much, only front bumper and coolant fan was broken so my first service was near by so i took my first service that time when i took claim on my car, i have given my car in bikaner during accident because i was in bikaner raj. That time so i have taken my first service from there only because it was near by only, so the issues which i was getting in my car i told them to rectify that but it was not rectified, even when i opened my dashboard storage i saw too much dust there& problem was same vibration sound was not rectified and wiper problem was same. So then they told me no worry sir it will be resolve in your second service i said ok,
                              Now my second service came.. I directly had a word with workshop manager mr. Anuj 3sharma and tell him to resolve my problems which i was getting in my car.. It was..
                              1. During touching the car i was getting current on the door.
                              2. My ac start making noice.
                              3. Dash board storage flip was making noice.
                              4. My phone was not connecting with usb cable as carplay.
                              5. Seat belt hook was not fitted properly,
                              6. I was getting problem during back gear shifting it was not working properly,
                              7. During shifting of back gear my camera was not coming in motion instantly, it was taking few seconds,
                              8. I repeat my first issue vibration sound and wiper leaving water problem.
                              9. My car was giving average of 12. From starting as par the company it should be 19 or 20 in the city and on the highway it should be 22 but my car is giving average of 12.

                              So these was my issues which i was getting in my car when i took back my car my all problem was same, i again said to them he said no issue sir it wil be resolve in third service now my third service came i told them about all issues again they called me up and said sir if there will be any bolt and screw will be use then it will be chargeable, can some one tell me what is the meaning of free service which you are providing, i tell you nexa giving free service is they will wash your car only if there will any issues then you have to pay for that. This the [censored] free service, ok now i tell you more, so after my third service problems was same nothing was rectified, as usual they only washed my car only and they changed oil as well but i paid for that around 2200 or 2300 rs. Becoz in free services nexa wash car only they doesnt mean with issues, so now with all these issues i noticed that above 120 or 140 speed my car steering start vibrating badly they said there is an wheel balancing problem i said you was rectified wheel balancing earlier but he said after 1500 km you need to fix it again and again and you have to pay 772 rs. For that so i paid. But i am still getting all the problems which i told you.. I have honda amaze, i have volkswagen ameo, i have creta car, but i never got these types of problems with them, and never faced these issues with the services, i will never recommend to anyone to take nexa services.
                              I really fade up from nexa service, some time i think i should burn my scross.

                                Today (14th June, 2018 Thursday) I was about to purchase MARUTI CIAZ DELTA NEXA-BLUE & same was booked on my name RONAK TALDAR. Everything was in place and we were in process from past 20days. For the same I exchanged my previous car i.e. Maruti Versa DX2 RJ27-1C-5263.

                                Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of following reason :-

                                1. I was suppose to get car at 11:30AM but car was not ready till 3:00PM and I was waiting with my family from morning.

                                2. When we checked car at 1:15PM it was not clean and when guy was cleaning and polishing in delivery area, we told him to get it washed. For the same car was sent to Madri industrial area and again they took very long.

                                2. Finally when car was in delivery area at 3:00PM and I inspected it and found :

                                - Dent on the Left rear door

                                - Minor dent on Left front door

                                - Scratches on Diggy and a color patch

                                I would appreciate if you organise to refund my money back and my car(VERSA) back. I had some aligned plan which are affected badly and have suffered a business loss, wasted my whole day, lost my peace of mind and most important trust on brand we were associated from my grand father time.

                                The experience has ruined reputation of Maruti and created a very bad impression on me & my family of buying car from you guys.I am highly disappointed from Maruti service and don't even want to buy car from you or any other MARUTI showroom.

                                I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 15th June 2018(Friday), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint.This is very clear matter where showroom staff was aware of defect but still were delivering it in this condition.

                                  I Purchased Maruti Ignil from SK wheels Vashi Maruti Nexa showroom. I also got Maruti Genuine Accessories from them. From the day 1 there is Problem with Accessories (Reverse parking Sensor) Technicians have attended to Problem several times but problem unresolved. They even Changed my Cars Bumper but of no use. Now the warranty is about to expire & company has stopped responding. Need Help to get the problem addressed.

                                  I am having Maruti Suzuki Baleno Delta.
                                  Have submitted my car in Eternal Motors Workshop Bhavnagar Chitra on 29-05-18 : around 11.30 AM.

                                  Till 5th June I didn't get any responses from workshops and nobody is answering property on current status for the same.
                                  As have raised my consent to the customer care with NX[protected] number.

                                  After that I have visited workshops and they have told me that you will get your car on 8th June.

                                  But till the time I have not received any communication from workshops.

                                  I am facing big problem on that, as it's been 11 days and I didn't get my car.

                                  The service of the workshops is very bad, will not recommend Maruti Suzuki Baleno from now in this location due to this kind of service.

                                  Kindly resolve same to avoid further essential..

                                    I have been cheated by your nexa.live shopping site. I paid for my product (Id -317) after the payment there is no response by them. please take some action against them. even they are not pick-up my call and not responding my email. my expected delivery date is 18 may but still I didn't get it and not a single call or sms from their side for updating me the status of my order. I confirm from nexa showroom about nexa.live site it's part of Nexa LTD. please take some action against this kind of frauds. cost of nikon camera is 26348 rs.

                                      I have purchased ignis delta in may.2017 from popular wheelers, ashram road, ahmedabad. At the time of purchase the amount charged from me for rto, amc tax and insurance was high and after completion of one year your dealer is not providing me the receipts of rto and amc tax, details of cheating to me are as per follows
                                      1. For insurance they have taken from me rs 19542 but they have given me receipt of rs 19233.
                                      2. Amc tax they have charged from me 9252 rs but no receipt provided (In past popular has collected amc tax from customer but not submitted in amc that i have read in news paper).
                                      3. For rto they have charged rs 30610+ 2000 extra but no any receipt provided.
                                      I have talk with branch manager and qc department but they are not coming up with solution, so my humble request to you is that this dealer is cheating with customer and decreasing your value so please take some action against your dealer (Popular wheeler, ashram road, ahmadabad)

                                        New baleno got everything changed except body and engine. I am very much disappointed because after investing my money on this car you cheated me and gave me a defective car...
                                        In one month you have changed rear shockers dead exel front seat clutch cable speakers break shoe etc.
                                        9 visit to pasco workshop rajiv chawk gurgaon. All bull # talks for resolving this issue are all waste. No response on mail no response on calls. Such a faulty system of nexa
