    I had placed a request on august 10, 2017 for the cancellation of my nextra connection. My connection was cancelled promptly and i was told my router would be picked up in 30 days.

    It has been more than 70 days and no action has been taken. I call their customer service every other week only to hear "we have forwarded your request to our team"

    This is highly disappointing and irritating. Each week its the same story, but no action is taken.

    These people are not willing to return my rs.1500 security deposit.

      Our broadband isn't working since 17th sept. We have spoken to mr rishi, nextra official sector 6 dwarka several times and put across our telephonic complaint but all in vain.

      Mr rishi just says i am sending someone but nobody has arrived since then. His phone number is [protected]. Today also he said the same.
      For the past 20 days our broadband isn't working. Who will take accountability for that?

        It is a fraud company. I got their connection in january 2017. Ever since then i have been calling their customer care executives for some or the other reasons every few weeks.

        Their internet service is highly unstable and keeps disappearing every few days for a couple of days.

        Recently, i got the tariff plan changed and since then my internet is not working. Every time i call the customer care service, they tell me that it'll take 15days for it to start working again since they are changing the wires in my area. This has been going on for more than 2months.

          I had been using nextra broadband for over a year. And my connection stopped working on 28th aug 2017. I had called nextra customer service reps and got on calls with them atleast 15-20 days in the month of sept 2017 for the connection downtime and their engineers not able to fix it throughout the month. The technical engineer came everytime several hours investigating, munually adjusted the signal a bit, connection worked for an hour or two and down again. This went on for the whole month from 28th aug to 25th sept 2017 when the connection did not even work for collectively 10-12 hrs in whole month.

          I kept registering complaints and they kept promising to extend my connection for all days it didn’t work. But when i called customer care, they said we will not extend inspite of 15 complaint nos. I had raised with them in 20 days. Instead of being able to fix the connection issues and being polite for the connection been down & feeling sorry for the problems i was facing everyday bcos of them, their customer service showed the highest level of misbehavioural & rude attitude throughout for the whole month.

          People in their customer service like ms kavita said “you are free to run your businesses on your mbile connections if broadband isnt working”, why would we trust you that you are even in town, why would we trust you that your connection isn’t working now also. I put their technical engineers on their multiple conference calls and asked them to talk directly with their own engineers and resolve their issues internally but this customer care making me stay on the line for 20 mins, tells their technical engineers, why would we trust you that the connection isn’t working. Get us approvals from your boss and only then we will believe you that then connection didn’t work the whole mnth.

          They complete failed all levels of attitude. Inspite of getting on the call with them for almost 40 times in the month to fight for my refund, neither they refunded my money, nor extended the connection and neither were sorry for what had happened in the whole month. They are the worst company service out their with highly unpolite and rude customer service. Eat up all your money you pay for connection and tell you to run your work on your mobile phones for mnths.

          Wasted 50 hrs talking to these people to get my money back or extension on their multiple promises, but failed to deal with these absurd customer service staff out there and decided to stop wasting more time on these nerds and let the money i had already given them with no service provided be wasted.

          Beware of them and never go to them. Bcos the day you will face an issue, they will never fix things for you and rather climb back on you with a set of nerds and rudest people sitting there. Neither will they ever give your money back. Cheats is what i can call them!

            I requested a new connection to nextra on 8th september 2017 and paid inr 943 and they promised to put on my new connection within 48 hours. After they failed to put a connection on time ie by 10th september 2017 i asked them to cancel connection and refund my money to me on 11th september 2017 in the evening. Today its 2nd october and till now i did'nt got refund as they keep on delaying it by saying please wait for 7 days though they had mentioned a 15 day refund policy on their website.

            This is ridiculous. I request please don't take connection from this company as they are fraud. They keep on providing request number as attached in screenshot.

              I have never come across such a pathetic service in my life. They are not bothered about the inconvenience that a customer is facing. It seems that the management is sleeping and not taking the customer service seriously. This mindset flow from top to down, if higher management is not serious than the people below don’t gave a # about it. My complaint no is [protected]. Nextra broadband customer services are so bad that i regret taking this connection. The net is down since 5-6 days and it has been 4 days since i have registered a complaint with the customer center. Every day i call them up, they just say that i will get a call back in 10 -15 min and it will be resolved today but i have not received a single call back from them. They say engineer are working on it, how can an engineer work on a problem without knowing about it. I have called them 12-15 times and i get the same reply. They are also not bothered if a customer say to report the case on social media which show how stubborn there management is. Highly irresponsible. I work from home so internet is very essential for it but despite repetitively requesting n complaining the internet has not been repaired n all my work is pending. I have a question to the management, why should i pay for last 5-6 days with no internet service? This is so disappointing. Bad service.

                I have never come across such a pathetic service in my life. Nextra broadband n customer services are so bad that i regret taking this connection. The net is down with red light continuosly blinking since 5-6 days and the engineers have no idea what is wrong. Every day i call them up, they either don't take the call or jus say that it will get repaired today. I had also called the customer care to complain but no action has been taken. Highly irresponsible. I work from home so internet is very essential for it but despite repetitively requesting n complaining the internet has not been repaired n all my work is pending. My last payment date was 4th sept. Due to such dissatisfactory n disappointing service i want to get the connection disconnected n get due amount for the rest of the month refunded. I been trying the customer care no. Also for the past one hour but all efforts have been wasted as the only voice i hear is the one recorded in the machine which asks u to wait until call is taken by executive. This is so disappointing. Bad service.

                  I was applied for new connection in Nextra on 23 August (Reference number: EA113056) and they taking 23 days and no phone or response from there sides after got 3month Fee (Rs.2829) and now when i call customer care then they told me always your address is wrong (i am leave this address in last 25 years but never any service provider told me this address is not reachable). After this, I had a request for refund money on 3 September and complete all process like bank account and all, but till now I didn't get my money back.

                  I, Anuj Kumar Bansal, was using broadband services from NEXTRA till Oct-2016 and thereafter I surrendered the services. Router and Adapter was collected by their executive, after several follow ups with them, on[protected]. Even after that it has been more than 7 months and I have not got my security refund despite several follow ups.

                    We got their connection for our office.
                    Ther routers they install are all used and defective. The speed is unacceptable on wifi (Due to crappy routers) cause lan was fine.

                    The main problem we had was when our router stopped functioning completely, we called them for 10 days straight and they kept promising to send somebody and nobody came. I literally had a guy in our office dedicated to calling them every day 3 times a day. After we told them to remove the connection and refund one month's money, they called i realized these guys had no idea of my issue at all. I got at least 5 calls and each person would ask me what the problem is. They were all asking me to do the same steps - they were clearly avoiding replacing the router (I think these guys don't even have new routers). I have told them countless time "my ssid is not being broadcasted, the wifi light is out, the router is defective, change it" but they don't listen.

                    And we had the router problem when they initially installed. I had to call countless times complaining about unusable wifi speeds and that they need to change the router, they came and installed another used, old router.

                    Why doesn't this company get it through their heads that in the 21st-century wi-fi takes precedence over lan speeds.

                    Invest in new wifi routers, you #.

                    Honestly, if you are a college student who has a low budget then go with them (If you can tolerate the) but if you need decent connection then don't even think about it. These guys are the 'rickshaws' of internet service providers. I say pay more and save yourself the hassle. The high speed are all a scam and their customer support is next to non-existent.

                    They don't even read these complaints. They don't care. A failing company.

                    Nextra broad band service is the worst internet service provider company. They are taking people money and not returning it back. I stopped my internet connection in june 2017 but did not get security money till now. Please do not use this service ever. They are fooling innocent people.

                          My connection id is 2012099 in the name of sagar bansal. I requested for disconnection of net due to very poor quality consistently for last 6-7 months on 26/07/2017. The co representative have also collected the router 15 -20 days back. But till date my security amount of rs.1500 and prepaid amount of rs.500 approx has not been refunded by the company despite repeated requests on phone. If no money received within next 7 days, i shall be constrained to take legal recourse against the company.

                            My nextra broadband wasn't working since 1st aug, i made a compalint to the company they informed me that due to some service upgradation i will not be able to use their internet services for about 10-15 days.
                            I coperated with them and contacted after 15 days then again i was informed that it will take 10-15 days more. Meanwhile i have not recharged my nextra account and later i was informed that i should make a recharge as my account was deactived and the problem was resolved.
                            So, i made the recharge of rs. 943.00/- and contacted them and then they again informed me that it will take 10-15 days more to get the problem resolved and when i asked for refund they said that it is non refundable amount.

                              My complaint no are [protected] and [protected]. Still not resolved. I complained on 26th august and 50 times i have called customer care and every time they responded your problem will be sorted in 6 hours and again and again every time they tell that technician is assigned but technician never visited.
                              Worst is they send you message that ticket is resolved however it was never resolved.
                              They said we have highlighted and escalated your case but they never have any update about the complaint, i m doubtful that they have any technician i their team. It's a junk wifi which never works. I am tired complaining but i don't honk they will be capable of solving this.

                                My name is shobhit kumar srivastava, i asked nextra to discontinue my service on 20th june, 2017 and they have disconnect the connection on 22nd june. 2017 but nobody has collected router as of now, i called nextra customer care around 50 times and every time they said we are updating the case and you will get solution in next 24 hours

                                Nobody is able to collect router in 60 days but nextra is claiming that they will reimburse security deposit in 45 days, it seems like support helpdesk is doing nothing as in last 60 days i didn't receive one single valid update.

                                I also escalated this case to [protected]@nextraworld.com and [protected]@nextraworld.com but nobody is responding over email.

                                When we send any email to nextra they don't even read your email and will reply with the save template that "we have escalated this issue to concern team and will provide solution." i getting this response from last 2 month.

                                This is a fraud isp.

                                  I logged a complaint in nextra customer care on 18-aug 2017 regarding "the internet not working".
                                  Complaint no. [protected]

                                  And till date, there is no resolution from nextra. I have been following up with nextra customer care every day, and every time, they say their engineer will contact in 6 hrs and no one turns up.

                                  This is worst ever service experience i have faced so far. At nextra nobody bothers to look into customer issue.in present time, if an internet service provider is not able to restore internet connectivity in 6 hrs, it should be considered as junk.

                                  I have been using nextra for a year now, and i generally face downtime once every month which they take 24 hrs to resolve, but this time it is 4 days that my net is not working and i have to get to new internet connection, while i still haven't disconnected nextra, as my plan validity is till 12 sept. And these guys are so inconsiderate that when i requested to disconnect and refund my security and this month rental, they say the rental will not be refunded.

                                  I will not recommend nextra to anyone.

                                    So i am a customer of nextra broadband and using it as there are no service provider for broadband in my area except nextra. But last time when i recharged nextra so i was unable to use the service for more than 20 days and when i complained they didn't resolve and closed the ticket without resolving the issue then i called them and asked for extension of my validity for the days which i was not able to use because of the technical problem going on from nextra so they said call for extension when the service will be ok and like this my validity ended on 10th so i called them for the extension so till now they are opening a new ticket everyday and closing it saying the customer was not responding and the number was switched off but that a big lie. Also i have shared alternate number but the same comment for that number. As am i a fool that i will open a ticket n raise the complain n then switch off my both numbers.
                                    So they are just fooling the customer like me n not helping with this. I am very much frustrated with this as i have locked more than 10 tickets but they have closed all the tickets with the same update as the number was off or no response which cannot b possible. I can show the proof from my network provider regarding the status of my number.
                                    Please help me with the problem as i have paid the full amount for recharge but have used for 6-7 days only so i want the extension of my validity for the days which i didn't use because of technical issues from there side.

                                      I have called to disconnect the connection for my wifi and was supposed to get my refund within 30days. But unfortunately i had called almost a lot of times but none of your representatives helped me to get my refund yet. I have not received any call back.

                                        It's been 2 day's now not even a single call or message i got from the nextra team.. I've already complained 6 times but no action taken till now.. I'm getting irritated with their response that our team will coordinate with you in 6 working hours. My complaint is that the cab light of my wifi is not blinking since day before yesterday
                                        All my work got stuck because of this please take some action so that in future nobody face such kind of problems
