Hi,

I had made my payment of ₹707 to mohit tripathi ([protected]) on 25 december using paytm.

It has been 81 days and i still haven't got my refund.

I have raised complaints a number of times which i escalated to nodal level and then to appellate level and i have easily sent over 500 - 1000 emails to nextra.

    Hi team,

    My name is gautam and my registered phone number is [protected].
    I bought a nextra broadband connection one and a half months before and i disconnected the connection of nextra because the internet was not working.
    I bought a plan o[censored]nlimited data 50 mbps speed and paid 707 rupees but its not even giving me a spead of 30 mbps.
    I and my dad are fed up of calling the customer care every day but no one resolves my query. Some executive even disconnected the call which was not good.
    Today i have bought another internet connection from some other company and i stopped using nextra effective today (16.03.2019). I want my money back for this month other wise i will email all the internet network about your services and the bad internet services which you guys are providing. I have each call recording and each complaint number
    So do not think that i am joking.
    I am serious on this. U guys are # and do not know that cheating the customer is the least thing you should prefer.
    This complaint is just a start. After thid complaint if my money is not refunded within 2 days then i will email all the senior people of nextra along with social media. I have some friend who are also fed up using nextra.
    I will also tell them to disconnect their network also.

      Hi,

      My account number with nextra is 02132767, i took a new connection on 15th feb 2019, and tried using the services and lodged a complaint regarding slow internet speed on 17th feb 2019, which the team marked resolved very next day saying that the wires have been changed but no wires were changed, after struggling for almost 10 day on 25th feb 2019, at around 7 pm in the evening the team found that the router was faulty since it was a 2nd hand router, on 26th feb around at 7:00 pm they changed the router, and things got resolved although the router was again 2nd hand it is still not a very good conditioned router.
      On 26th feb at aroud 11:00 pm the changed router also stopped working, next day, i called the team again both the router person and the technician were on conference and were blaming each other not only blaming they were also abusing each other that "your fault your fault" and due to frustration i requested for a cancellation of the connection.
      On 27th feb the cancellation request was accepted and i was informed that on 28th the router will be picked up and my refund will be initiated.
      I am still following up with the customer care and no one is providing any solution.

      I have all the call recordings of the team whoever had been involved in this activity, one of the senior person rather directly told me that we cant solve your problem you take a leased line.

      Coming to the amount part.

      I had paid rs. 4242 /- for the prepaid amount of 8 month connection (Via paytm)
      I had paid rs. 1000 /- for the non working routers. (Via cash)
      I had paid rs. 300 /- for the installation and wiring which is of no use. (Via cash)

      In total i have paid rs. 5542 /- to the team.
      I am now sending all the call recordings to the nextra team over email, if required i will be sharing same with the consumer forum department.

      Hoping for a quick resolution.

      Hi,

      Almost six month has gone to disconnect my connection. I have submitted my router but I have not received my security money.

      I have taken various follow ups but didn't get any response.

        I am using nextra from 5 dec 2018 and till now i have been registering complains about there service every 10 days, sometimes more frequently, i am paying nextra more than what i was paying to bsnl, i have also called to nextra helpline but they never solve the problem, i ask to talk to there senior then they always tell me that he is not there, call in the morning or they will give me a call back which they never do, i also asked for the refund and closing the connection but that also is postponed by them, they assured me that if the connection problem continues then they will refund my amount and close the connection, after that this is the third time i am complaining the service and that too in a week.
        Such a worse companey, doesnt even know how to keep there customers satisfied.

          I have contacted Nextra for the internet connection, their representative came and asked me to pay the fee in advance and he will come back the next day and will do the wiring. I made payment and followed up with the representative for 1 week, but he did not come back. Then my next harassment starts, I followed up with their customer care almost every 2nd day for 2.5 months to refund my amount, but they keep extending the deadline for my payment. I want my money back. Nextra is CHOR.

            I had lodged a tele complaint on 26 th january which was duly acknowledged by nextra on mobile. When there was no response i tele lodged reminders between 26th jan’19 and 1st feb’19 - i. E. Today in the morning, but there is absolutely no response from the company. This is not the first time this has happened. I am at my wits end. I can only surmise that the company does not want me as a customer. Many man days worth of internet time has been lost for which the company has received payment from me but has not provided services. This tantamounts to deficiency in services. I have already lost 7 days of internet time from 26/1/19 to 1/2/19. If for some reason the nextra does not feel the need for my custom, i will gladly find an alternative. It will only be reasonable, justified and in good order for nextra to refund the amount for which services are not being provided. I await an early response.

              Nextra broadband is very poor company with poorest technical and customer support services. I reacharged my account for 707 inr and on the same day mu connection wasn't working at all. I raised a complaint #ticket no [protected] and the customer suport gave a tat for 12 working hours. Day passed no one arrived to check the connection. After 24 hours i reached again the customer support and again raised a new complaint without resolving the previous one. This time the complaint #ticket no was [protected]. Till this day i have raised two more compaints #ticket no [protected] and complaint #ticket no [protected]. All of them are outstanding

              The customer suport is very itchy. Thet do not help you. They'll just say everyday the same phrase 'your complaint is raised on high priority'. Don't know what they mean by it. Their supervisors are as bad as the company. They are mostly unavailable, not willing to talk with the customers. They have no idea who is the technical team. What is the issue and how bad is the customer loss.

              17 days have passed till the first complaint was raised by my side. No response is recieved yett.. They are not giving the refund of my amount that recharged. No one is willing to help. I haven't seen a company which is so bad in handing their clients.

                I am using using internet of nextra from last 14 days only and had registered 4-5 complaints in this little duration. Internet is so badly working that i am forced to use my mobile net so what is the point o[censored]sing a broadband. Regularly i am facing this problem. My registered mobile number is [protected] and customer id is ea-146007.
                I have paid 4 month advance amount and now i think wasted my money. Apart from that the executive sandeep who spoke to me on 24 jan 2019 around 12 noon disconnected my call and was so rude and arrogent. When i am asking about my query and time of fixing my problem he is making statement "jald se jald ho jaega" so in reply to that i am asking "kitna jald" and then he rudely disconnected my call. This is the way nextra deals with customers.

                  I did not get the security refund. While taking the connection i was promised that they shall return it when i return the device however, i have not heard anything from them since i closed the connection, nov'18. I have already escalated to the nodal officers still no reply
                  Everytime i call them i am promised a call back but its all false promise.

                  I have been trying to take my refund from past 6 months . Also called customer services of this pathetic company but no one helped. Everyone only asks to wait for next couple days. These people has no information and no intention to resolve my problem. Have tried escalating there case to their appellate manager, no response received.

                    मैंने इन लोगो से बहुत गुज़ारिशें की कि मेरा कनेक्शन चला दो | या फिर मेरा पैसा वापस कर दो | लेकिन हर बार मुझे २ से ३ महीने के लिए रुकने क लिए कहा जाता | मैंने बहुत बार कहा कि मेरी किसी सीनियर से बात करा दो पर कोई सुने को त्यार नहीं है पिछले २ महीने से मैंने अंगिननत कॉल कि अंगिननत कंप्लेंट कि किन्तु कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है | इसके आलावा मुझसे बत्तमीजी से बात कि जाती और मुझे गालिया दी जाती | और हद तो तब हो गयी जब इन लोगो ने कंपनी से मेरा एड्रेस लेकर मेरे घर आ गए और मेरे साथ मात पिटाई करने लगे संदीप नाम ल व्यक्ति ने अपनी जेब से तमंचा निकला और मेरे तरफ तान लिया | यह आस पास कि भीड़ इखट्टी होने से ये लोग यह से फरार हो गए | किन्तु जाते जाते इन लोगो ने धमकी दी कि तुझे जान से मार देंगे | इसलिए मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि इन लोगो के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी करवाई कि जाये | और नेक्सटरा कंपनी से मुझे मेरा रिफंड दिलाया जाये और मेरे हुए नुक्सान के भरपाई करे |
                    इसके लिए मैंने एक कंप्लेंट जिला अधिकारी महोदय को भी दिया है | और एक कंप्लेंट गाज़ियाबाद न्यायालय में भी दिया है | में इसकी कंप्लेंट कंस्यूमर डिपार्टमेंट में भी कर चूका हु| आपसे अनुरोध है इन लोगो पर और इस कंपनी पर पैसे लेकर सर्विस न देने कि मनमानी पर कड़ी कानूनी करवाई कि जाये

                        Nextra broadband company has not refunded my security amount rs 1500 after disconnection of services, i had mailed to nextra customer support and their nodal officer and call to customer services but all my effort got in vain. I want my security amount of router get refunded as soon as possible. Consumer complaint has already been notified but no action has been taken yet by nextra company. Many times you have also notified to nextra compant but nextra diad not take any action to collect router and refund my money

                          I returned the router and are waiting for my refund since july 2018. Every time i call the customer service they ask me to wait for one week. This is going on since sept 2018. They neither have the reason for delay nor they are refunding the money. Every two weeks i call them and they give the tat for one week. I also send an email to them and as per their website they are supposed to reply on the email in 24hours and its being a month now... Still no reply... Worst internet service provider ever.

                              Nextra broadband.. It's better you go out of the market.. You people don't have sense to deal with customer. You have communicated to me that you are providing special plan in our society due to conflict with airtel. But there seems to be lot of miscommunication among yourself. Your executive don't know what they are selling and what they need to provide. You people told me that i'll get 100mbps speed along with unlimited calls in 799 per month with zero installation fee. When executive came to collect the payment he asked for 1500 more for landline registration.. I paid that.. Again executive who came to configure the internet asked for 500 more as a part of installation. I denied to pay. They configured the internet on 19th but it started working on 20th only that too with 50mbps speed. Land-line is not working yet. My humble request is remove nextra from my flat, re-configure airtel and refund my money which is rs. 2713. Pathetic customer service.

                                Took a connection almost a month ago since then i have called and raised around 10-12 complains to either disconnect my services forever & give refund, as i have paid them for 3 months in advance or give me proper services. However they have failed every time, they have a downtime of more that 50% so half of the month internet doesn't working and it is not me there are many customers who have been scammed and nothing has been done for the raised complains.

                                And they are running another scam, i took this connection on a business name and gave my gst number but i haven't received and bill till date. I have called then 50+ times for this as i have to show in my gst return but they have not provided it till date.

                                  Company representative give me fake commitment, he convence me to pay 2621 /- rs. For 6 month and commitment to start my connection after 1 hr whenever he received payment. He force me to pay through paytm. After 24 hrs my connection not start, he blocked my number, when i call from another number he use abuse languages with me. I called him 50 times but no response from him. Icalled up customer care of nextra but same response from them. Very very irresponsible behaviour by team nextra.

                                  Pls taken action.

                                        Nextra stopped giving me services in december 2017 and then in january they picked up the router and not refunded my security deposit yet. I called there customer service team several times and even wrote several emails to customer service, nodal officer, appellate, mr ankit singhal, and mr. Jagmohan singh, but still haven't got a refund. They now do not even reply.
