I am chetan from jaipur, i did a big mistake by trusting a fraud company "nextra" also refers as nextraworld, nextra teleservices etc. They are fraud.
I took connection but knowing that they have several issues i claim my money without any installation i. E i don't install anything and get anything from nextra, but they not given me any refund even after 15 days. I also mail to there nodal officer and there appellant officer they are also fraud, because i not received any assistance from there side, they are only for wasting time so they can eat our money.

I request anyone who is reading this "please keep away from nextra" this company is fraud.
I will glad if anyone know and tell me, how to get refund from these frauders.

    Internet down from Saturday 15th April. Kept calling the customer care who kept repeating that somebody will be in touch shortly. Finally get a call from a so called technician on 18th Tuesday. He calls in the morning at 11.30 saying he will land up in 20 minutes. At 5 pm I am still wondering if we are on the same planet. When I spoke to him finally, he says he had come and the house was locked which it was not.
    I request him to come and he says he does not know where and what the problem is and disconnected the phone. Refused to take my call again.
    Customer care has no clue again and is repeating the same thing.
    Have written to every email id that I found on their website and no response from anyone.
    The worst ...absolutely the worst

      I have been using a extra broadband and after every 7 days my broadband services are getting hampered and Netra is taking minimum 10 days to resolve the issue and customer care is only saying we are looking into this.
      I think this is very bad service and taking customers for granted.

      It has been happening after every 20 days and no one is listening to us.

        I recharged my wifi on 7th of march, since then my wifi didn't work for a single day. I kept complaining them daily but not even a single response from them is received. They just kept telling me that my complaint is on some sort of high priority but still nothing happens. It seems my all money is wasted. I regret why i chose nextra. :( They looted me, their have lot of technical issues and now i've made cancellation request and its been 5 days no response from them, now after losing my money i think they will again loot my security fund money which should be refunded.

          I am using nextra for past 6 months. It was a nightmare. Internet goes down for 3-6 days every month with a wait time for over 24 hours. Customer care keep telling to wait for 6 hour even when 6 hours is over thay keep saying to wait for more time. I have called them for more than 100 times during this period. Again my internet is down and I raised the complaint last night. Its almost 24 hours and there is no update. Going to change it this time for sure. They are cheater and do not care about the customer at all. Raised the issue to their nodal officer just to check if they are like them only.

          I have cancelled the nextra connection two months back. After cancelled I raised a request to return wifi router and get back my security amount. Still I am not getting my security amounteven after called customer care many times. One of worst service I have seen from nextra.

            Hi Team,
            Forced to waste my time and write to you again after getting my account cancelled. Cause your pathetic customer care call center is delaying my modem refund. I had requested cancellation more than 45+ days ago, where as per your snail policy,
            - I was suppose to receive a call from cancellation team in few days, which I received after 1 week
            - Received call by a lady who further Surprised me with further cancellation policy of 30 days, ok waited for that also
            - Now received a call from one of a Engineer (Mr. Deepak) last week, stating that he will come to pick up the modem, will give me the receipt for refund processing, but man with Full attitude in voice never arrived
            - Next day, I called Mr Deepak[protected], your appointed engineer, he said he forgot and will send someone on same day, but till today no one arrived. One more week on the name of your snail policy
            - Called Mr Deepak again today, who said "Oh, that time I was there (means I believe close to my house or in my area), now I am on vacation, so call call center and request again
            - So what to do, with a trapped feeling I was forced to call your poor and world's most pathetic call center. Spoke to an agent ( in Hindi) who provided me a resolution to wait for few days ( no commitment of days) and he has raised an request ( can't share any request number) ; which was not acceptable to me, so asked (forced, with threats) for supervisor
            - Mr Supervisor, Faizurehman arrived on call after 5 mins of hold ( started in his most poor and broken English) and assured me after long discussion and making me understand your company's snail policy that modem will be picked up in a week's time and more shocking update after that, I have to visit some link after that and upload my BANK details and REFUND Will Be Proceed In 15 DAYS time and this made me mad further
            At the time of sales your team came running in 30 mins and didn't processed anything till the time you got the big money (6 k plus for 6 months connection), but you people want the customer to wait for your poor policy to finish his tenure along with delay to increase pain in customer's ***.
            The time I had connection, your Managers like Gunjan & Sachin were also not able to provide me small solutions or retain ONE customer, what to hope good you will do after customer has left!
            Your Mr Faizurehman was also a big failure in providing a satisfactory solution to my request, where as per your poor policy, he was unable to share a complaint/ request number, nor he was able to escalate it further or make me talk to any senior or his supervisor, even after my multiple ask (politely or rudely) . He took name of some Mr Vijay, but after multiple 10-15 mins holds, he failed and refused for any help. He refused to even raise a complaint against him, as he was not able to transfer further or arrange a quick refund process, after accepting that delay is from company's side. He kept repeating that this is call center and he can't do anything, else than make me wait for one more week and further for refund.
            Just want to know, how good do you people and the company owners feel, troubling customer's with your zero escalation matrix followed and snail type cancellation policy on customer exit?
            Also please answer, are you people really interested in providing the refund or need me to write and shout regularly at your call center for same? Or, you want me to finally go LEGAL this time for the refund including time wasted and mental torture?

              I connect it in November 2016.
              Now is beginning of March 2017.
              During this period I called them more than 100 times I think.
              I did not have internet every month from 3 to 7 days.
              They always have a technical problems, always.
              From 3 to 7 days to solve the problem. It's insane.
              In 7 days house can be built-up.
              World was created in 7 days.
              I'm really tired to call them and ask when I will get my connection again.
              So, in the end I have to come back to Airtel. They are more expensive and less speedy, but don't have a problem with connection. Some times people who working on them also making alot of problem, but not putting you in the position without internet during 7 cracking days!

                Speed is not regular since Day 1 of installation. I get 3-7Mbps speed only. The server is always on full load here. Increase the capacity because number o[censored]sers have increased significantly.
                Since past 2-3 days I'm getting 1Mbps speed only. Both Upload and Download. My plan has no FUP but is now capped to 1Mbps only since 2-3 days.
                Resolve this issue. Also I get packet drops. My connection gets disconnected for 20-30 seconds every few minutes. This also happens since day 1 of installation. Very pathetic service and I did not want to recharge for the 2nd month at all but I thought of giving it a chance and now I'm regretting it.

                Internet not working for the past 2 days, we have been complaining but no action has been taken yet. It is so frustrating, we are a new user but we think we did a great mistake by switching to Nextra. Advice everyone reading this to never get Nextra connection, They give the worst service imaginable.

                  I am using this net connection (REG mobile-[protected])from the last 2 month and freinds my experience is really horrible because of their pathetic service and slow speed.

                  I am using 20 mbps plan that is chargable for 1350/- per month but what I am getting is not acceptable I hardly get 6 kbps. This is just cheating with the customer the speed was good in demo period and for initial days after that the speed of connection decreased and fluctuating constantly.

                  The connection is not reliable as it disconnects in every 45 min so you cant use it to download movies and songs which is the worst part.

                  This is not only the problem there service quality are poor . i have complained many of the time. they only reply "we are escalating for request on higher priority bases' but waited for the stated time but did not receive a single call.

                  Friends pls dont fall prey to their bad service and poor connection.

                    I had put a disconnection request of my Nextra Broadband Account ( Customer ID 2044249) on 17th Jan 2017 vide Request No. [protected] and it was clearly communicated to me that the disconnection as well as the router collection will be completed in 30 days time and you will get the call back in 48 hrs after putting the request. None of the Nextra person called me about this and on repeated follow-up, they had temporarily disconnected my connection on 2nd Feb vide a new request no. [protected] and again told me that it will take another 30 days process for collection of the router from my place. It's being now 15 days over and I haven't received any single call from Nextra so that I can available at home for their execution and handover the router. Inspite of several calls & follow-up, I am not getting satisfactory response and I believe they have put my connection under retention category and don't want to return my security deposit of Rs. 1500.

                    This is completely a non professional behavior of the company and they are not committed towards the commitment made to the customers.

                    I would like to highlight this issue here so that people should know about Nextra Company and think twice thrice before taking any services from them.

                      I disconnected my Nextra broadband internet connection about 3 months ago, they told me they will collect my modem and will refund my security deposit of Rs 1500, I have called them more than 20 times and also sent them mail, but no action has been taken regarding the same, every time they just say we have forwarded your request and will contact you soon . According to their company's policy, they told me they will disconnect in 30 days, but no one is paying attention towards this matter .

                          -- I submitted an Internet broadband disconnection request on 24th Nov 2016.
                          -- Was told that I will receive a call from executive within 30 days who will pick the router and the refund of Rs 1500 will be initiated to my account.
                          -- I waited for around 46 days and when no one from Nextra called me.
                          -- So, I called them up again on 9th January 2017. The executive (named Prashant) said that due to their leniency and no tracking, my request has not yet been forwarded for pickup. He said will escalate the request and very soon I will receive a call for router pickup.
                          -- Provided me the Request #[protected].

                          -- I again believed them and waited for another 25 days, no one followed up with me.
                          -- Again, I called them up on 3rd Feb 2017 & they repeated the same thing that this will get escalated.
                          -- Their supervisor re-assured again that someone will call me ASAP.

                          So In all I have been waiting for 70+ days now and still not sure if I will really get my refund or not.

                          Please HELP !

                          This is heights of pathetic services... after waiting for more than 3 months, I again called them on 1st march (100+ days after the request was raised) and their response was so much casual as if receiving these kind of complaints is their daily job. No progress have been made yet and just for formality sake they have again escalated the case... Though, I have lost hope of getting any refund, but will still keep following up to make sure someone at least hears our plea and take strict action against this forge company !

                          Please don't buy their connections especially in noida sector 137..they claim for 20 mbps speed but are unable to provide even 1mbps.. Many times in a month their internet doesn't login.. This is harassment.. Please don't buy !
                          Wrost services received from nextra. Communicated many times for no internet access but every time no satisfaction. Four days have gone no result. Have an office having 20 Employees all are vacant due to these pathetic services

                            I cancelled the nextra connection and returned the router 3 months back but not received security amount as refund yet. When they came at home to collect security amount i asked how they will process refund they said we can process refund in anyone account & that will be online. Now when i requested for refund they called & said in november, that you have to accept old 500 notes as refund otherwise we will not process the refund. I informed that on paper i have proof you have informed me that it will be online they again said we will not process. When i called customer care they said we are processing & it will be processed. When i escalated on email they said that you have taken the connection on your dad account & you have given your details for refund so we cannot process the refund. I informed them me and my dad surname matches & address also matches, you can take my voter id also so how you can say me as different entity & my dad has no bank account because he is so old but they denied. Later on i informed them to give me the cheque on my dad name & i will see how to proceed but that is also not processed.

                            I am sending emails daily & calling them daily but everytime they are saying backend team is working and we will process the refund. When i inform to call center agent to transfer to supervisor they say he is not available & you will receive call back but no one called me yet.

                            I request consumer complaints forum to help me in fixing this & inform them to refund my money in my bank account and should take strict action against them.

                              Dear nextra,
                              I have bought ur nextra connection on 26 Dec2016 on urgent basis . Broadband modem installed on 27 Morning. At the time of installation he told me that in next 2-3 hrs account Will be active. On next day (28th Dec) I made many calls to this agent but he did not replied my calls till evening 5:30. On 28th evening I called customer care and asked to cancel my order (connection). Ur executive confirmed me that my connection is cancelled and told me to refund my money( Rs1148+ 1500) in next 6 bussiness days.
                              Today at 3:30 he (ie agent Mr Amit) called me to tell Mac no . I had already cancelled my connection then how he can called me to tell mac. I think this is the communication failure of your company.

                              Your Agent Mr Amit Aggarwal (mobile [protected] /[protected]) Promised me to provide Internet services within 24hrs . After full payment neither internet service came nor phone picked by ur agent
                              He also denied to take payment by cheque or online. He forced me to do payment by Cash only . He told me that his company receives payment ONLY by CASH. I told him I am unable to give cash so you take payment by cheque / online or take away ur connection . then he told me that 10% extra service charge will be added to my side . After argument to ur agent, I paid only connection charges.
                              He (Amit Aggarwal ) deceived me in many ways .
                              So I request you to return my bill as soon as possible

                                  It's been six months, I am facing internet connectivity issue and below are the latest ticket #s I received from Nextra. Moreover, I asked for the waiver from Nextra for 20 days and they disconnected my services. I have asked them to get the internet services checked from End to End. No matter its the Internet Wiring or the Modem used for WIFI Services.                                     I am using NEXTRA broadband connection and my plan worth Rs 1099 . According to this plan nextra promises to provide 20 Mbps speed . Which is all false they only give 2 to 3 Mbps speed . I have contacted costume care regarding this but the response I get from them is very poor . After every complaint the send me message that your problem has been sought out. But nothing is done . It is my personal experience and I will suggest you all to not use nextra .

                                      I have requested for cancellation of connection due to poor connectivity along with applied for waiver. But the team forced me to ensure connectivity will improve and did not cancel the connection. When they could not able to resolve the problem, they auto-resolved the issue. Now they are sending me bill for the period net was not wrking.

                                      20 Oct i requested for final cancellation. So 20 Oct till 11 Nov i have got bill which is improper . Also previous bill cycle is not adjusted with waiver amount for the period net was improper.

                                      Ideally from Aug onwards I am following up with complaints but these guys are auto resolving the issue without resolving actual issue.

                                        Complaint details in points which is maintains blow:-
                                        1. I applied internet connection from the company on 29/07/2016.

                                        2. Two executives from nextra came our office one of them is mr. Aryan took rs.1100 as advance payment for connection.

                                        3. They promise us to provide net connection with in next 3 days.

                                        4. They didn't provide internet connection till a week & due to unprofessional
                                        Behavior (Not receiving calls, false promises) of them i asked for refund.

                                        5. Mr. Aryan told to me "sir, we submit your payment with our company, for refund you will have to talk with nextra customer care, they will provide your refund.

                                        6. I talked with your customer care executive, he told me your crf number i. E. Ea076037 is incorrect & your requester contract number is also invalid. We will not able to help you & disconnect the call.

                                        7. Around two month before we visited nearest office of nextra at laxmi nagar and met with mr. Sachin mishra (Area manager of the company), i explained entire case to him & show all documents, he said that give me one day i would solve entire issue.

                                        8. Around 2 month before mr. Sachin mishra told me that mr. Aryan did not deposit your money with company. When i call him then he repeatedly sought a day for solve out the issue, after that he has stopped receiving the call.

                                        9. One week before i again talked with with nextra customer care ask for your's managers or heads contact details but they did not provide me.

                                        11. I have many evidence like call recordings & documents which are enclosed herewith to support my statement. I have also send the all evidence to nextra with complaint on this email id i. E. [protected]@nextraworld.com, [protected]@nextraworld.com, [protected]@nextraworld.com but they did not read the compliant & foolishly repeatedly sought for register mobile number or crf number.
