It has been 4 weeks that i have been facing issues regarding connectivity.
Every employee that i talk to commits to resolve it by the next morning. They gave me a tat time of 12 hours on every call that i make i hate their customer care service team for misguiding me.
They do everything intentionally and pretend like victims.
This time i'll make sure to take to court for misbehaving over the call, fake commitments and false commitments for resolving issues.

    I haven’t received my refund for router and has been more than 2 months, nextra is just another fraud company, at the time of installation they told me they will refund within 1 month but after dis installation they become deft, i’m totally fad up of nextra internet speed was sucks, there is always internet problem, when complaint they say it will take 24 hrs to rectify wtf... Someone need to shut down this company.

      On saturday 7th april 2018 i received the call from your sales executive raman jee and he offers me a plan of rs707 50mbps without any speed cap. But when i call your nextra customer support person informing me my plan is rs707 but 50mbps till 100gb and after 2mbps.

      Resolve this issue asap. Crf number is 129486.

      Note: now am not ready to pay any installation charges and am already a customer of excitel from last 18months. It's your choice now and teach some manners to your sales executive how to talk & behave with the customer.

        Last one week are over but the nextra technical person not come to my home to resolve the issue and not getting any proper response and worst service, one weekend are over. And net are connected and i called so many. Tome but not getting any response. Solve the my issue or else i will go for consumer forum surely. For new connection they called lot of time but after applying connection they finished there work, worst service, don't use these nextra net

          Its been over 3 months that the refund has not been initiated after the removal of nextra connection due to its pathetic services. No action has been taken even after complaining on their customer service.
          I have called more than five times to their portal but each one of them says it will be processed under a week. This has happened four five times.
          The nextra services and speed from the very first date were pathetic and no actions were taken from their side. Believe me its a fraudulent organisation and has numerous similar cases, i am not the first one for sure. This needs to get rectified.

            I had disconnected my nextra connection starting august and the router was collected in sep after lot of follow up. I was given a form where i had to follow a link on the site and had to fill my bank details, which i did. It's 18th march and i have still not received the refund of 1500 which was supposed to be made within 90 days. Kindly resolve the issue asap and revert and confirm the same after the receipt of this mail.
            Its already been 4-5 months and im following up with them on emails also. Still no response.

                7/3/18 9:00PM sale person(Ankit) came explained the plan and we paid 2121 for 3 months.
                8/3/18 8:00PM Got nextra connection.
                8/3/18 8:30PM Raised a complained #[protected] after 10 min get a call of installation person (Avineesh) sir why have you raised concern if you have any query please let me know first.
                9/3/18 7:00PM Avineesh came to resolve a iissue he called a person have some communication and got speed.
                10/3/18 speed slowwwwwwww...
                11/3/18 speed slowwwwwwww... after long waiting 10:43 PM raised a complaint #[protected] it supposed to resolved with in 12 hours.
                12/3/18 it supposed to get a call(Pankaj Chauhan) in mornig before 10:30 but got a call 12 o'clock 'sir ghar par ho' i said 'no I came to office you can come after 2 o'clock' but no body came. same day evening i called its been 24 hours nobody came? he said give us 12 hours i said ok.
                12/3/18 didn't got single call.. evening called to customer care sir didn't get a call he said give me 12 hours????

                Nextra Person came to check speed and connection only he called to some one and it get started means they are stopping and starting from back end after starting it he says with free router we cant provide 50mbps speed in room.

                According to plan (50mbps/2121 inr/3months and free router) they provided free router if it is not working they should replace it they are not doing it.

                Nextra being such an upcoming brand with such market coverage is severely failing when it comes to it's customer satisfaction. I have complaint regarding my issue in connectivity since monday (Complaint no. [protected]), but no action is taken till date. This is not the first time that I am facing this issue, I have complaint for 4 times in total in the past 1 month o[censored]sing this connection. This is highly disappointing and I do not feel like continuing with the company any further, nor I will ever recommend anyone to go for your services.

                The executives at the telephonic helpline service are always unaware about the complaints, neither they provide with complete assistance nor they have solution to any problem. They give false claims about the problem being solved but nothing happens.

                  I took the connection one week earlier (4th march 2018). The connection didn’t worked for a day. I logged complaint on 10th march 2018 ([protected]). I was being assured that the problem will get resolved in max 12 hour. Now its being more than 28 hours. I tried calling the sales executive but he is not picking up the call. I am totally frustrated and now i do not want the connection any more. Please stop fooling people by making fake promises.                     Since then, i have been making several calls for the update of my amount but have not received my amount,.

                      I installed nextra broadband wi-fi on 25.10.2017. My customer i. D. No. 6001154. On that time, your sales representative told me that if you give one referral customer we will offer rs. 200/- benefit in each month. One referral customer was given. But no benefit has been given by your part. I personally visit your office at manasarvor and call your sales representative and also your gurugram office in this regard. Meaning thereby, i cannot recharged further because your service is not satisfied and cheating with me.

                        This is a request to cancel my net made on 3 feb.2018, because:

                        I.) since 02 feb.2018, i've been under trauma.
                        Ii.) your said plan nfinity 10 mbps yet have not been proved for the same.
                        Iii.) it's the very big time waster.
                        Iv.) till fourth, there was frequent disconnection/ and no downloading or very small downloading but problem persist..
                        V.) the resolution has not bee provided even by frequent reminder.
                        Vi.) given false resolution by sms and by call.
                        Vii.) all of my family members have been suffering economically, emotionally and mentally as well as physically.
                        Viii.) nextra has been destroying our profession because we are teachers' family and our students as well as our profession has been impacted.

                        Therefore, please, return my security amount rs.1500/- by earliest so that we'll utilise as this is the month of final examinations and we are planning to open our institute within this month but because of nextra we are completely under trauma.

                        However, no action taken yet except stopping my net (Thanks on 8 feb.2018.) but no response for returning my security amount and check.

                          poor services of nextra broadband

                          I was using nextra broadband services for last 3 years, last year onwards their service standard has gone down and they have started cheating people. I have called and received 100 of calls from their custumer care reprenstative every time there is a call from a different executive & they are not at all aware of any previous conversation. They charged me from different plan which i did not take, for first 2 months (After shifting my plan)...

                          I took new connection of nextra the nextra vendor in mayur vihar 1 area in east delhi took 707 payment but no new router has been installed as nextra says we do not provide new routers but takes a security deposit of 1500 for deam cheap useless routers which do not cost more than 300-500 rupees .I told nextra give me new router or i want refund do not take their services its ### service

                            I was living at 249-250, top floor, east azad nagar, opposite 4u shop, near yes bank and jain mandir of krishna nagar, 110051 but i had to move to b35a, shashi garden, gali no. 7, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi-110091 therefore i have asked for the transfer of my services from azad nagar to my new living place. When i call mithesh, sales person ([protected]), he was agreed to install the services to my new place and sent sales person sachin gaur and taken rs 918 in advance but when the installation person call me then he said the installation is not possible at my place.

                            When i asked for returning money then they are saying that it will be returned (Rs 918 and rs.1500 (Security charges of the setup) and given me the complaint no. [protected] for my crf no. Ea 105105 (Receipt no. 101728) for the new installation and ea 090100 (Receipt no. 091860) for the azad nagar installation.

                            The money is promised to transfer online to my bank account whose no. Was taken from me but till now there was not a single penny returned. Rs 2418 is not returned to me till now and it was very bad experience for me in both services and company ethics.

                              Hi team,

                              This is to inform you that one of your salesman has taken money from me for a total amount of rs. 2829/- on 20th october 2017.

                              I had requested for a connection for my home by sharing my contact details via "get in touch" on your website on 19th october 2017.
                              The next morning, 20th october, i received a phone call from a person named manoj [protected] claiming that he was from nextra and asked me if i wanted a connection to which i said, yes, of course.

                              He then told me that all the processes of registration can be done by him online if i provided him with my aadhaar card number and my scanned passport sized pic via whatsapp. I sent him the requisite details and then he sent me the paytm code of nextra on whatsapp only. He told me to pay an amount of rs. 2829/- (Taxes inclusive) for a plan which was under an offer that time. (Pay for 3 months and get 1 month free with installation free and a router)

                              He told me that a person will come and get the installation done that day itself.

                              But, no one came. I called him up that day (20th oct 2017), though he never picked up my call nor did he reply to my messages.
                              The following day, he sent me a message saying that he was out of station.

                              For the next 10 days, he kept on coming up with # excuses.

                              I spoke to your customer care executive and he told me that he cannot help unless i provide him with my receipt number. But i had not been provided with any receipt or any number.

                              On 27th october 2017, i went to your office at mayur vihar.
                              There i reported the issue to mr. Amit [protected] and to mohd. Ansari [protected]. They took the details of my concern from me (Which i will also be providing you with at the end of the mail.)
                              They tried calling up this manoj who had contacted me, but he did not respond to their calls either.
                              They even checked that whether i was registered in their database or not but, to everyone's surprise, i was not registered.

                              They told me that they will be helping me out but did not.
                              Later that week, i was provided with mr. Dhruv's number [protected] and i called him up and asked him to help me. He said that he cannot do anything.

                              I called up mohd. Ansari and then he told me that there was no employee named manoj who was working for you all.

                              I was annoyed and humiliated at the highest of levels.
                              Then, i was provided with mr. Sanjay kishore's number, sr. Manager, new delhi. [protected].

                              I contacted him and then he too was surprised that this incident had happened and promised me to help me out. But then, he too became ignorant and now i am writing this to you guys.

                              Are you guys running a scam or what???

                              I want my refund or i will be going to the court with this and will be making it public if i do not get my hard earned money back.

                                This is with respect to my nextra bill due on 24th nov.
                                There is a charge under category "shifting charges" which is equivalent to rs400. I cannot understand the reason behind this as i myself bought the cable, installed it at the new location and same modem was used for the same.

                                I have requested the team to wave off this amount and i have been getting the same revert from your customer care team, that "we will get back to you". It has been 48 hours and i have not heard back from your team.

                                In the meantime you guys have stopped my connection and i am unable to use the internet. I have nothing against paying the bill provided you wave it off.

                                  Nextra is not able to survive for leased line.in one month for then 15 complaint made. They are committing to solve issue 30 minute to 4 hours which they not did any single time. They are providing 3 level for complaint but no body is ready to pick phone whenever needed. Excuse are funny like they were driving, or in meetings.

                                  And good one is then in lease line they are not providing modem. Whenever any issue they will blame on your modem. This is point to be noted that they are providing modem for broadband (Charges @1000inr/month) but not for leased line (Charges @ 10000 inr/month). That us because they are keeping safe side to them self by giving excuse on modem.

                                  Very poor service of Nextra broadband, problem since last 7 days, every time I ask for refund, costumer care members saying will call u back later .. neither they provided refund nor the broadband is working properly .

                                    It has been more than two days since my wifi connection is not working. I have tried calling customer care but they are not providing solution to my problem. I would never recommend nextra services to my friends and family due to their support services.in fact i am still searching for the solution to my problem and landed here.                                       Its been a month and a half since i got the installation done. I made payment for 3 months of service in advance and yet i have not received any form of bill or invoice for it. I raised this issue with the customer service team and the response i keep getting is that i will have to wait till the plan expires to get an invoice or any sort of bill.

                                      I even highlighted to them that not generating an invoice after payment could be illegal and still the same copy-pasted replies.
