I had disconnected my broadband services officially from M/s Nextra on 11 July 2016. It has been almost 4 months since the disconnection and I am yet to receive the security deposit of Rs. 1500 from their end. They are constantly saying they have resolved all the issues however I have not received any refund amount yet. While the connection was set up on one single day disconnection has taken four months and still counting.

    Couple of months back i installed nextra's broadband connection. At the moment of installation i deposited 1500 security amount. On 23rd september 2016 i asked them to disconnect my account which they did instantly and told me that within one month my security deposit will credited back in my account. But till today i have called them thousands times, but they are doing anything in this. Please help me out in this

      Speed not as per plan, too many time complaint register with you. but every time have they give confirmation but not solutionHave 20 mb plan & speed it 800 Kb. even they dont want to understand the requirement, they know only how to close ticket. they not want to identify the issue.         On 18th september 2016, I requested Nextra customer care service to cancel my connection, uninstall their device from my house and refund security money, they'd given me 30 days period In which they had to come and refund my money. Today it's 31st October 2016, 43 days passed. I have called them multiple times in the time period, their response is always same that my request is on priority base, it clearly isn't.

          Dear nextra customer care,

          Please note from last friday 07.10.2016 am facing internet connectivity problem. The internet connection stops abruptly.
          Yes to this did receive an sms that there would be issues due to up gradation of the network.
          This went on and on friday 14.10.2016 (Ticket number[protected] made a complaint that from thursday night there was absolutely no internet connectivity.
          Connectivity resumed on saturday afternoon.
          Today again at 18:45 hours 16.10.2016 sunday the connectivity is disrupted.
          Am using my travelling dongel from tataindicom to write to you.
          I had called your customer care at[protected] the call was answered afetr a wait of almost 5 minutes by an associate by name mr. Vivek.
          His whole approch was rude and the way he spoke is not right. This is not the way to speak to a customer (Check your recording - if you have one) requested him to connect to a senior on which he flatly refused and disconnected the call. Very bad handling of customer in fact pathetic.
          Are we paying for your services to get insulted.

          Check this trail mail and see at how many times you all have defaulted and am still being patient with you all ; check my bill payment record and see my payment promptness. But today was a bad experience.

            Internet down for 5 days, a complaint was registered on 11 Oct.
            I was promised an engineer would look into my complaint within 24 hours.
            Till date no one from Nextra team has contacted us.

            We have been following up with customer care each day since then.

              Dear madam / sir,

              I am writing to you with the expectations that you will take action against to address my issue. The way nextra is cheating the customers with false commitments is really horrible. I have taken broadband connection at below
              Mentioned address from nextra broadband. I have taken 20 mbps plan but i never get more than 5 mbps speed, frequent disconnection, limited connectivity are other problems. Even now when i am writing to you, still my broadband is showing limited connectivity and i am sending this email to you from my other internet facility. I have complained many times to nextra but no resolution. It looks like nextra is cheater. I am requesting you to kindly look in to the problem and take up strongly with the concerned so that they get a message that cant cheat the customers just like that. Thanks

                I have lodged a complaint under no [protected] dated 05.10.16 at 13.08 and further followed vide docket no [protected] dated 06.10.16 at 7.25 vide which I informed non working of my Broadband service and they informed me that I will be compensated for the period for which service was not provided and I was informed that validity of my plain is going to be increased by 6 days, I follow with them 07.10.16 & 08.10.16 I WAS INFORMED THAT my validity will be extended for 6 days BUT THE SAME IS NOT EXTENDED AS MY THIS MONTH PERIOD IS EXPIRING ON 08.10.16 THEY HAVE SENT A MSG THAT MY SERVICE ARE STOPED

                  The company says that they will provide u 10 mbps but i got only.92 mbps for last 3 days. Even their customer care executive are useless and illetrate. They tell you that they will short out your problem in 4 to 24 hrs but its more than a week i am facing the same problem regarding to speed. And i am continuously trying to contact their customer care executive but all their phone line are busy. And the executive have no sense of talking they know nothing even their technical team are also useless.

                    On 1st october, arun [protected], took 1150rs from me and promised that connection will be installed by monday or max by tuesday. On tuesday when we called him, he gave his manager's number, who kept on saying 1-2 hours and then he said after lunch. Post that both of them stopped taking our calls. When we called them through different number they picked the call and as soon as they get it's our voice, they disconnected the call.

                    Please get me my money back or make sure that the install the connection.

                      Case no [protected], services were unsubscribed with proper 30 days notice. I was suppose to get my security money back on 9/Aug/2016. I have called support number several time but they are of no use. Support doesnt have any information about current status of case and how much time it take to resolve.

                      I have write to nodal and appellate but yet to receive any reply back. I recommend not to use nextra, look for other competitors.

                        I requested for a new connection (to nextra telesevices pvt. ltd.) at my home address in faridabad, haryana, on 10/09/2016. a guy from nextra (govind, cont. [protected], [protected]) came to my house and did the whatever form formalities needed and took inr 1150/- as advance. he assured me that the connection will be installed on 13/09/2016.

                        I tried to call him on 13/09/2016, initially he didn’t answer my calls and later on when he did he told me that he is just checking my status and will get back to me. but he didn’t even bother to call me back. i’m trying to call him since 13/09/2016. i have made almost hundred calls to him. but he simply never answers my call and when i call him different numbers, he accept the call but immediately ends the call the as he hear my voice. i have called the customer care and they tried to check my status through the crf number that he has provided me, but again the crf number came out to be invalid. and they told me that they cannot do anything without a valid crf and asked me to wait.

                        I have sent 3 emails to their nodal officers but they doesn't seems concerned about the issue. i didn't get even a phone call from their side.

                        So, it is my humble request that please help me out to get refund from company and take suitable action against the company and that fraud govind, his contact numbers are as follows: ([protected], [protected]).

                          This is very pathetic that you guys do not have any engineer to support from 7 PM to 10 AM.
                          Who is going to bear the financial loss that i incurred because of this and I have to be in office because I do not have internet at home in this heavy rainfall (of 31st Aug 2016 morning).
                          Will anyone tell me what is the issue? How long will it take?
                          I am waiting for the issue to be fixed its already 21 hrs passed now since I logged ticket. Can someone help me.

                          Have heard a of lot of apologies from 7:38 PM Aug 30th. Now i need when issue will be fixed?

                          I haven't been contacted by any engineer or any higher person above CC guys. CC team only said was to Wait...Wait till when forever?

                          Who will incur the financial loss that I had to bear? Does Apologies suffices this?

                          This is really not done in this industry when there are many big names already in mark

                            I contacted Nextra Uttam Nagar contact for broadband connection. I paid 2190 (590 for plan & 1500 security deposit). He updated that connection would be installed in 3 days but its been more than a week & its not connected. I asked the Nextra Uttam Nagar contact to refund my complete money & I am still chasing for the refund. I have the Nextra receipt# 072561.

                              I had a connection from Nextra services and at the time of connection they charge me the refundable security of 1500/-.
                              I raise a request for disconnection in May last and they told me that the security will be provided back to me after one month of disconnection.
                              Today its been 3 months and they are not even concerned for the security amount.
                              I have mailed the nodal officer and higher authorities also but they are also not interested to solve the issue.

                                I had me connection closed in march 16. I was informed that i will get the refund security of 1500 after 1 month. I tried calling on april 16 and till now its still an pending issue.

                                After many follow up i as to provide me the contact person details so that i myself can go and return the modem and get the refund. But on contacting the local operator style craft, they deny providing the refund.

                                Now i am helpless and having no option other than calling or sending email to support, nodal or appellate. But they are also not responding

                                Customer id: 2094056 Please refund my security deposit. a company makes false claims without any support and delays payment for no reason. please donot make customers suffer. modem was returned in February after almost 6 months of pleading to take it back and no one showed up. also, i had to forgo 1000rs of recharge as i was repatedly told that i will not be refunded recharge and nextra failed to provide service for 3 months !

                                This company is a bunch of crooks, who are just interested in making money a any cost. Waiting for my modem refund since last 4 months and their is no status update from their side. Pathetic service, one should never ever go for nextra.

                                It has been 5 months and my refund has not been sent. I am very upset. Please send my money I called customer care many times. But they always talk to wait. Therefore I request you to send my money to me. This money is very important to me.

                                I tried to call them again and again and wrote more than 100 mails on customer care. No response from nexetra side.

                                Now i am helpless and having no option other than calling or sending email to support, nodal or appellate. But they are also not responding.

                                How can i get the refund i dont know. Nextra is cheating with there customers.

                                  I had a Nextra connection for 3-4 months and they are among the worst broadband service providers I have come across. Their Internet connection fails regularly and in a month, almost 10-15 days would go by when I would get no Internet.

                                  Fed up of repeatedly calling up customer service and there being no resolution from their end, I decided to cancel my Nextra connection. The request was made on 16 June, 2016 and it was accepted on June 23, 2016. I was told that I would get my refund within 30 days.

                                  It's been more than a month now and I am being given the run around yet again. Each time you call customer care, they keep saying the same thing over and over again - we will get back to you, we will escalate the issue, please give us one more chance. And once again, no response from their side at all.

                                  I am fed up of Nextra and their unprofessional behaviour. I would strongly recommend against taking their Internet connection.

                                    I have called to disconnect the connection for my wifi on 05/31 and was supposed to get my refund within 30days. But unfortunately i had called almost 50times and wasted my money and time on your stupid representatives who can't help me to get my refund yet. I have not received any call back from your supervisors at helpdesk even when i asked for a call back.
                                    Now i'm sick and tired of calling and if i will not receive any callback or my refund in 3days i will sue nextra because you all can't follow your own rules (Refund in 30days policy).

                                      I surrendered my nextra connection having account number 2006722 with registered mobile number [protected] on 25.06.2016. But till now my security deposit not refunded. Everytime i talk to customer care, they told me that my refund had initiated by a week. But no action has been taken so far. Please provide the refund amount at the earliest.

                                        My nextra (Customer id: 2062445) and i have register a complaint about adapter not working on 27th july and not despite of multiple email to their nodel officer and calling almost every day in the goddamn customer care they are not able to replace a small adapter. And they call themselves as no.1 isp in india. Really same on these guys. Due to there this behavior i am feeling really annoyed now. And above all they do not have any concern of there customer that how much problem then customers facing due to this attitude. Extremely disappointed from nextra the worst isp ever.
