Hi,

After raising too many complaint regarding internet connection they guys (Nextra customer care) are still not able to fie it permanently basis.

They guys making fool the customer and cheated us.
Form last two month i am suffering with nextra internet services.

I bear more then 10000 rs loss in me work.
Totally frustrated.

Please tell me is there any way to file the complain in telecom ministry or consumer court.

Sir i have complained to you so many times but it is not resolved. I don't know why it's happening and sir i am very disappointed from nextra. In month of july i had complained 10-20 times and in August also
It's my humble request please improve your services
And improve your customer care services
Our Nextra device internet speed is very slow please make solution of this problem
kindly inform you that we take dissension to discontinued your service, so you can refund my Security amount as 1000 Rs and 202 RS due (10 days your internet is out of service) kindly send my amount and pick your router, this 10 days we trouble to internet and our loss as 70, 000-80, 000 Rs If you unable to return my amount 1202 about 1-2 day then I will go to consumer court and i will penalty as 7, 0000-80, 000, Nextra's Jaipur staff is completely fraud and you can'not take action against him, or not support our customer. Your staff refer us for internet connection to Tikona, Why ? I keep communication recording and submit it in consumer court, so that, better you can refund my amount as soon as possible other wise face to legal process because I have complete evidence against Nextra also internet review is not satisfied this is my plus point for strong evidence

    I got my connection disconnected and approached them to refund my security deposit amount of Rs 1500 on collection of the router. At first their customer care seemed to respond through e-mail showing concern but never chose to act. I then escalated my complaint to nodal and finally to appellate bodies which did not bother responding.

    Cant help but feel cheated by Nextra and their fake promise,
    Nextra Teleservices customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sir i have complained to you so many times but it is not resolved. I don't know why it's happening and sir i am very disappointed from nextra. In month of july i had complained 10-20 times and in August also

      Maine internet connection ke lye booking ki 590 rs 8/8/2018 ko. But avi tak mera connection nhi lga hai wo executive baar baar bolta hai ki kal lag jayega. Lekin lagata nhi hai. Jab v call krti hu mujhe yhi bola jata hai ki lag jayega. Aaj jb maine call kiya to executive ne kaha ki apko pareshan karunga bahut.

        Provides worst services...in month of july connection was no active for 15 days inspite of many complaints at the end of the month connection was active for 2-3 days and then we have recharged again on aug 07th. After recharge, services again went off.

        You have to wait for hours to lodge your complaint and their tune make the mater worse by asking to refer a friend.

          Nextra teleservices — nextra teleservices no refund of money

          I had applied for a new broadband connection and a cheque for the same was collected from me on 25th may 2018 by nextra representative salesperson:- ujeet kumar.
          My application crf number is ea127241 and i have logged 2 complaints against it complaint number:- [protected], [protected]

          After pursuing the matter for about a week, we were told that the installation was not going to happen and our application is being canceled and
          My amount will return back to me in a month and later in the month.

          Its almost 3 months i am chasing for this issue there are no contact details available on the site where i can contact.
          I am mailing on them regularly but there is no reply from their side.

          Please look forward into the case these persons are keep doing fraud with every customers i have seen so many cases on your website

          There is no customer care helpline number for new customers. you can call him only if you have customer ID as per their IVR Tollfree number. Apart from their mail ID, there is no other way of contacting. This proves them their liability towards customers.

            Its been 2 days modem hasnt been installed but i was told installation will b done same day. I am sick of calling your executives & the one who came within 15 mins to collect the money, call them 100 times but they wont care to attend your calls. You guys just know how to make money, dont know how to give quality services.
            The customer care service is pathetic, never reachable.
            Pathetic executives, pathetic customer care service.
            Sick of calling again n again, my work has come to a halt.
            Refund my money ASAP.

              I thought to switch to Nextra and mentioned a query on your website. I received a call from +[protected] and he sent his field guy immediately to get the location checked and take the payment, it was told that the connection will be placed same day only but it wasn’t, the next day again the guy bailed on me and said there is no line or lan whatever and asked me to wait another day. Why the hell the guy on the first day ensured me that it will be placed. Money has been given and no updates. When it comes, you want everything beforehand but when it comes to services, you are nowhere to be found. Great experience for a new customer.

                Returned the modem in jan 2018 and filled the refund form. Didn't get the money till 4 months.
                Then called them many times and everytime their representative said money will be deposited within 2 weeks. Then they said to send an email.
                So wrote them multiple emails and everytime i got response "we are looking into it".
                It's been more than 7 months and i still haven't received my money. Dirty trick by nextra.

                    I had applied for a new broadband connection and a cheque for the same was collected from me on 2nd june 2018 by nextra representative Mr Manoj.
                    My application number is MH100224 and customer id is 6003446.

                    After pursuing the matter for about a week, we were told that the installation was not going to happen and our application is being cancelled.

                    My cheque towards the installation was not returned back to me and later in the month we were informed that our cheque is being debited .

                    After following up with this matter for another 10 days we were informed that the refund is generated as on 25th june, but the amount has not been credited into my account as yet

                    Also I am unable to contact their call centre as the customer id 6003446 when typed is rejected as a wrong number .

                      I have been tortured by NEXTRA service team, I have requested several times for correction of services,
                      I have made many many complaints on customer care but NO action has been taken against it, and without any rectification i used to get messages "your problem has been resolved"

                      This time i request you to kindly return my balance Amount.
                      i dont want to continue with Nextra services at all.Otherwise i will have take necessary harsh step for this humiliation.,

                        I was a student in 2015 and 2016. I was using nextra internet service in 2015 and 2016, when i was staying in laxmi nagar and nirman vihar. Then i have to shift to greater noida west in gaur city in 2016 and i had called nextra for relocation of my internet connection but they told me they don't provide internet service in my new area. I told them ok take your router back and refund my 1500rs which i had deposited as security money for router
                        After making a request many time on their toll-free no they didn't respond and i waited for many months and then on calling them again i got a email my phone no is not reachable and they were not able to collect the router but they were lying as my phone is working from last 5 years and i had even sent them my contact details via email. I have attached all the evidence below.
                        Kindly take a necessary action action nextra as they were lying and calling them again and again is mental torture.

                          I discontinue the nextra services in jan and till date got no refund after registering many support tickets and unlimited calls. Customer support team seems unable to provide any justifiable response and asks for more time. The company license should be cancelled if it doesnt comply with its refund norms which is refund within 30-45 days. Such companies should not be allowed to operate and such request should be taken seriously.

                                I tried to contact you 2 times. If you are not able to provide good service atleast refund my money. Your internet has not been working for the last 3 days. Cable light is off and not working. Called 2 times and the agents say it would take 12 working hours again and again. One more interesting thing is I called Nextra at 9.57 PM, 24/05/18 2nd time and it's amazing that the guy who was talking to me over the phone was listening music while talking and didn't even bother to help.
                                I just want my money back. You charged me for an old router that too Rs 1500. Just take your router and give me my money back for the router and the for the days you guys are unable to serve.

                                    I have deposited 3 months payment to nextra and the representative person mr. Narendra saini comes at my home and he collects the money. Mr. Gaurav kasliwal (Sales manager) assured me that my connection will be established in next 2 days. After 4 days ago there is no response. I have tried to contact him 10 times on his mobile number but he is not giving a response. This is so ridiculous. I can't believe that they only make the money. Nobody is taking.

                                      Hi i am rajeev living in bindapur dda flats delhi. I am using nextra internet service since last three month after 15 days of installation internet stops after 7 pm and automatically starts 10:30 morning i have made so many complaints but not resolved even once, they closed complaint themselves even i had mail to nodal i'd of nextra they are also same they don't even respond they don't returns money either. Please look into this matter and help me i am really frustrated and feeling harass. Please do something.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I have applied for new connection by giving an amount rs.2120, from nextra on 23/04/2018 after getting in touch with a nextra executive mr. Gaurav ([protected]). He has promised me to provide me connection with in a day or two. After checking the feasible time for installation, he has scheduled two slots in two days but no body turned up. When i checked with mr. Gaurav the reason for not providing connection he told me that no router available so the installation may take another day or two. Post two days when i called him, my calls went unanswered. So i have escalated to nextra support teams ([protected]@nextraworld.com and [protected]@nextraworld.com) on 28/04/2018 to register a complaint and got a complaint number [protected]. I have called several times to the nextra customer care. Every time i got reply for my calls and mails that "nextra team have escalated this issue and will get back to you shortly" but it never happened till now.

                                        It seems like all my calls and mails are falling in a deaf ear, so i am approaching you to kindly help me in this regard and teach a lesson to the fraud company nextra so that they will think twice before providing such pathetic service to the customers.
