Nextra broadband company has not refunded my security amount rs 1500 after disconnection of services, i had mailed to nextra customer support and their nodal officer and call to customer services but all my effort got in vain. I want my security amount of router get refunded as soon as possible. Consumer complaint has already been notified but no action has been taken yet by nextra company.

    From the past week i am experiencing problem with my internet speed. I have complaint about it regularly but they are paying no heed to it. Even i have talked to the manager of nextra greater noida division, he said problem will be resolved within 12 hours but now it's the 5th day and the issue stand still.

      I have been a loyal customer of nextra for the past 3 years. But, lately i have been highly disappointed with the service provided. I have been complaining for the past 2-3 months about the bad wifi connectivity. The wifi worked for maximum 10-20 days in the past 3 months. Many complaints and calls were made to the concerned authority. But, the matter has not been resolved till date. I was promised a month fee waiver to my account, which has still not been credited to my account yet. Inspite of all the calls and emails to the concerned i have made, the issue still exists.
      It's been more than 2weeks that my wifi connection is disconnected, and no fee waiver (As promised by nextra) have been provided.
      There is no help been provided by the customer care executive. No other contact is been provided to resolve the issue.
      This is highly disappointing and unprofessional behavior by the nextra. I would like the concerned authority to take the matter seriously and resolve the issue asap, and restore my wifi connection with the month fee waiver.

        I have registered above mentioned complaint for my internet service which was not working since afternoon of[protected]Time of complaint was 21:04, the executive told me that one of the technical staff will contact you in next 12 hours. Next day i went to my office and when i came back at 7:30 pm, to my surprise the problem was not rectified and the whole day there was no call to me from nextra. Then i tried calling the nextra call center, the executive picked up the call after 10 minutes and then when i requested him to tell me the approx time of resolving the issue and details of fault, the executive was blank and when i asked me to connect me to some senior, he said he is transferring the call and after holding for 10 minutes the call got disconnected. Then i called again and this time i asked the executive to not to transfer my call but call your senior to talk to me, but he was unable to help me and said that i should wait till tomorrow (Actually i was having no other option other then waiting till tomorrow), then i told the executive that arrange a call back for me from your senior and i am still waiting for it.
        I think consumer has all rights to know that approx what time the complaint will be resolved and further updates too.

        Email sent to nodal officer yesterday[protected] at 9.20 pm, and also same time the complaint is forwarded through their website form too, but no one has yet called me to at least inform about the fault and estimated time of resolving the same. I think it is absolutely unprofessional to keep the customer in dark and only to wait till the problem resolved.

        I convey my sincere thanks to Consumer Complaints portal, you really are so quick, finally i have received the email from them and a new complaint number also generated, which is wrong till the time old complaint is still pending. They have replied diplomatically to me without informing me the estimated time of resolving the problem.

        It was such a shame, that two guys came from Nextra and simply adjusted the wires and my internet started working. So Nextra needs almost 4 days to adjust
        just a simple fault, and moreover they don't have a reply for the customer. My questions are still there,

        1. Asking details of fault.
        2. Reason for taking 4 days to rectify.
        3. How will you compensate me for your fault.
        4. Why feedback was not provided to me during this period.

          Whomsoever is reading this please take my words very seriously. I'm here to help others and to save them from such a fraud company. They will first allure you by showing plans and speed. Later they don't know how to provide better services.

          There internet will stop working from day 1 only and even after lodging so many complaints no action would be taken. They will simply resolve your tickets without taking any action.

          They have the email id for customer care, nodal officer, appellate authority but i think they don't even know the real meaning. Even after hundreds of email your issue won't be resolved.

          Advise to all my friends not to go for this broadband connection. If you have extra money than donate it but don't give to them.

          Also your channel doesn't seems to be secure and they can easily hack your data and transactions.

            I had returned the modem and filled the form on 23rd feb and i was told within 90 days i will receive the money but i hadn't received any money till now. Since the month of may i am trying to receive my money and these people never provide the correct information they just keep on postponing the situation. And the customer services is also the worst, there are not helping at all.

                I have cancelled my account on 17th august and still nobody have called or contacted me on collecting the router i have contacted the customer care several times they have no idea when it will be recoved one of the employees vikas said it will be collected a week ago which it wasnt, other employee rinki denied me on my face when i asked her to connect me to her manager, , , is that what customer service is??????????

                  This is very unfortunate that i am writing this mail and i feel that nextra is not providing good services.

                  I got registered myself with nextra broadband and then installed internet at my house. It is very disturbing as the net was being disconnected after every 2/1 day for two or three days and almost every second day i am supposed to call in morning customer care to fix the issue and take the feedback but now i have reached my limit. It feels like your customer care executive are just talking with customer and raisin the issue but there is no actual work going on as i am also employed in support and services industry but i donot feel this is how issues are treated. It is matter of shame that a customer is calling everyday and asking for solution but every time customer care replies in same words that you will get the resolution and if you ask to talk to senior executive then even they will not pass the call but yesterday they asked me to put the call on hold and they will pass the call to some senior executive but after putting the call on hold i was replied no senior executive is available and i may call tommorow in morning to talk with senior executive and i followed called today to customer care and asked to talk with some senior executive then same reply then i asked that i will wait till any senior executive is available but 60 minutes paased no one was available. This should be matter of shame for nextra that a customer who is dealing the same problem from last 2 months and even wanted to disconnect the service in very first month seeing the services offered and amount of money paid for such # services but continued thinking may be things will improve is not allowed to connect with some more responsible authorities to connect. I feel cheated a

                  I had given a security deposit of rs 1500 and another rs 1300 for activating my plan. It is very frustrating that the customer care were also taking the matter seriously and they really didnt bother me. Please disconnect the service as soon as possible and resfund my all money for services were not provided and refund money as soon as possible.

                  Note: nextra will never grow if service will be not upto the mark and all you guys should respect customer because you are paid only as we are buying your # service from our hard earned money. Think of the situation when you are service avail-er and service are so bad.

                    Case of torturing the user as company (Nextra high speed broadband) is not only fraudulent but misleading business practices by (Almost 25 day no response/resolution to my complaint of 2nd sept, then 8th, 9th and almost every 2nd day. The speed promised never in place) need re-found and compensation for all the misery me and my family have been gone through.

                    I am writing you with great pain and frustration as fed-up with my nextra connection (Customer id and detail: id 2108206 hemant bhatnagar c2-2257 vasant kunj, register mobile [protected]) service. Also looking for concern authority to complaint, try all methods but i found nextra as company not only fraud and lair but torturing users and misleading business practices compiling users to frustrate to the highest level for their poor service. Their speed never as promised and more most of the time lines are down.

                    It’s almost 24th day my complaint have not been address, calling every day and same response that tomorrow will everything be get fix but there is no tomorrow. And this is not new this is became a normal ciliature as every second day this problem persist… i am worry if my money could be refunded as if now not a single minute i have used after recharge on 1stseptember through online of 942.82 rupees. Ground employee’s never pickup phone or if by any luck you got connected they again give you false promises and toll free number always say the same thing that by tomorrow for sure someone response and everything will be fixed. But no one contact or a single visit has made to address the problem. I worried about my investment time and money already put in, there is no reimbursement of any kind no one taking any responsibility one can’t talk to managers. Please guide how to get my money rebound and if their anyone person responsible for the misery and torturing for this long. Bring him on books and task him for wrong doing and dare consequence

                      I have been facing lots of problems using the wifi of nextra since 5 days, even i have told the said problems to the nextra custmer care but they only provided me a complaint no. [protected], and did nothing to solve it. And i got the message that "your problem is resolve with this ticket no." only after 4 hours from registering the complaint and i am still facing the issue and also tried to contact them but they are not giving any response. They are not picking my calls.

                        Nextra has cheated me in every way possible. It's been a month that i have raised my issue of dead internet connection, yet there is no resolution from their side. Their staff is highly unprofessional and negligible towards issues faced by customers. The only thing they are skilled at is making customers fool with fake promises.

                        Even worse, their support staff has stopped taking my calls. Nextra is here with the motive of stealing customers' money in advance and paying zero attention towards whether the service is provided or not.

                        Besides multiple complaints (Email/telephonic) sent to bottom till top management, they are neither ready to provide service nor refund the amount which i have paid in advance.

                            Hi,

                            I am using nextra broadband services from past 4 months in noida sector 78 and have seen that once a week the services are always down. This is highly inconvenient.

                            We pay for the full month and we get services only for 25-26 days. This is cheating a customer from there money. If are not able to provide the services then should not ask money for whole month.

                              Hi, i am mohmd. Idris and i applied for a new nextra broadband connection on 29th august 2018. Attaching the receipts for deposit of 3620 in cash. But the executive after collection of payment didn't revert back and suggested us to get it cancelled. After we gave consent for cancellation, he forwarded the cancellation request and since then we haven't got anything back. Please check

                                  Kindly inform you that we take dissension to discontinued your service, so you can refund my security amount as 1000 rs and 202 rs due (10 days your internet is out of service) kindly send my amount and pick your router, this 10 days we trouble to internet and our loss as 70, 000-80, 000 rs if you unable to return my amount 1202 about 1-2 day then i will go to consumer court and i will penalty as 7, 0000-80, 000, nextra's jaipur staff is completely fraud and you can'not take action against him, or not support our customer. Your staff refer us for internet connection to tikona, why? I keep communication recording and submit it in consumer court, so that, better you can refund my amount as soon as possible other wise face to legal process because i have complete evidence against nextra also internet review is not satisfied this is my plus point for strong evidence

                                    I had logged request for nextra cabling issue 3 days ago and till now no response has come. Just received a call from nextra that the issue will be resolved in another 3-4 days time. Cabling work will hardly take half an hour time but the company seems irresponsible towards their work and commitment.

                                    The representatives on nextra customer care number are fraud and just speak same lines *Your issue will be resolved between 9am-7pm*. Everyday they just fool the customers and no issue is resolved. No one calls back.

                                    Nextra has poor customer service. Seems complete fraud. Will suggest no one to use Nextra.

                                      At the time of new connection nextra company charged me rs 1500 as security fees against the modem. On 26 feb i disconnected my nextra broadband and submitted the modem in the company.. They gave me a slip and told me to wait for 90 days for refund to receive in my account.. But now it's 180 days since i was assured for refund. I called nextra
                                      Customer service several times every time they told me to wait 2 to 3 days and now they are not even picking up my call.

                                        Its been several weeks now since i have been following up with nextra for my security refund of 1500/- inr. They already collected the router more than 4 months ago in april and promised a refund within 90 days. Every time the customer service agent promises to look into the issue and get back to me regarding the pending refund but i am highly frustrated now with their fake promises and i feel cheated. I submitted a complaint on their website as well but no response at all. Who do such fake companies even exists. Why cant some strict action be taken against such companies to set an example.
