Complaint no. [protected]. This number issue hasn't been resolved since july.

The complain is in regards to low speed that should be 50 mbps and speed received is about 20 mbps and since yesterday i. E. 11th aug, 2017 i have no internet and i haven't got any calls from to nextra to notify me about the resolution.

We/i have to run after nextra to get our own internet working.

This tells us the isp like airtel is better then nextra and it's also unfortunate that airtel is not available where i'm at otherwise i would have taken airtel broadband services long time back.

    Hi,

    This is regarding my refund amount of Rs. 1500(security deposit) and Rs 138 (my account balance).

    The company is not paying the refund which i have paid as a security deposit although the modem has already been recovered 3 months back. they said they will process the refund in 15 days, but its been 3 months now.

    This fraudalent and money laundering conduct of "Nextra" should be reported to the concerned regulatory authority of broadband services, so this company should be blacklisted as they are illegally laundering the money from customers

      Nextra is the worst isp, most of the time there internet remains down, and if you call there customer they don't have any knowledge or idea about your problems. I logged one complaint in the mid of july and till know no one has visited, after few days of waiting i fixed the cable my self and connection started working. However, now the connection is down most of the time, it will start working for few hours, they again stop for couple of days. I have took there plan with 03 months advance rental which will complete by 1st of sep'17, however the connection was not working at least for 30 to 40 days.

      I know that no-one will read or respond to this, but i am writing this review out of frustration and disappointment. I wasted around 2800 rs. On a company like nextra. 😠😠😠😠😠

        I got registered myself with nextra broadband and then installed internet at my house. I complained to nextra everyday but they didnt bother me. I had given a security deposit of rs 1500 and another rs 600 for activating my plan. It was very frustrating that the customer care were also very rude and they really didnt bother me. We daily book our complaints but the booking staff behavior is very bad always answer, i felt i was cheated. I have applied for refund but till date i haven't received my refund yet. I have kept on sending mails to them and call to customer care, everytime i got an answer that i will be issued cheque of refund within one month but till date no revert on mail or not received my refund back.

          I hereby wish to share with you that i have an nextra connection having registered mobile number "[protected]".

          I joined nextra team on 17.06.2017 and facing a problem of slow internet connection speed from 19.06.2017. Subsequently i filed a complaint vide no. [protected] due to same.

          After a continuing interaction with the nextra team i got further complaint number which is [protected] on 30.06.2017 because my previous complaint has been closed without any permission or our reviews.

          When i talk to executives on helpline number[protected] many a times, they always said that our team is looking after this problem.

          At first they said there's any problem from back end and then they try to solve the same from our connection access. But they haven't solved the problem till now.

          Even there's no proper customer support has been given. No contact number or any ting like this by which we can track status was shared by the team.

          Executives on helpline always said that our team will contact you but i havn't received any call. I have already submitted my feedback. The team have not respond to that.

          Your executives promise to solve the problem every day but there is no solution to the concerned issue.

          Some times your executive also check proper speed but most of time speed is not proper even less than 5 mbps. (Speed id not stable)

          Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and provide us the proper internet facility services or refund me my paid amount of rs 3500 asap.

            My id 2075901. Since it's installation wifi remains off for hrs.&days. It was off continuously 15 days in may, 17 (Ref. Complaints&mail). Wifi is off since 5.7.17 (Comp. Regd.). I have to shell out extra money to arrange wifi from other providers which is liable to be compensated by nextra.

              Hi,

              1 month ago i got nextra broadband connection in sector 21 gurgaon and executive told me that they will transfer the connection anywhere in gurgaon anytime. After a month i requested to transfer the connection at my new home in sector 23. After several follow ups they said there is no feasibility then i requested to transfer it to jamia nagar where the nextra site showing full feasibility. Today i received the email that there is no feasibility. Executive is not picking up the call and call centre is just copy pasting the response. Please help.

                I have taken nextra net connection and it's under the name of pankaj singh crf no. Ea094916. I have been calling from last 1 week every day and everyday i get the same response that a complain has been raised and it will be resolve today but nothing happens. I am very much frustrated now. I didn't get any confirmation for the complaint that has been raised and raised again and again everyday. I don't know what nextra backend team do. When i asked them to remove the connection and give my money back their response is that we can only refund the security money.

                  1) It's a prepaid service and once the amount is deposited, these people take no responsibility of providing a proper connection.
                  2) Of 30 days of validity almost 10 days or more they have a problem with the main server, or cable. On top of which they ask the customer to call up separately and put a request to increase the validity.
                  3) There customer care consistently provides false commitments to it's customer.
                  4) They have been harassing me as a customer by having a disruption in their services every 2nd or 3rd day.
                  5) Every month they definitely have a problem either on the same day as I get the connection recharged or the very next day itself. Yesterday I got a complaint closed and as soon as I got the top up, the internet stopped working again.

                  A very strict action needs to be taken for such a company.

                    This is regarding my broadband connection with my registered mobile no. [protected] with the nextra teleservices. I have discontinued my broadband services on may 06, 2017. Since then nobody has communicate regarding collection my router and refunding my money which is 1500 rs. I have called so many times on their customer care but nothing has done. Every time i just got the assurance to resolve the matter but nothing has happend til now. I request you to please look into the matter and do the need full as soon as possible.

                      Its been more than 3 weeks no money refunded to my account. They took 920 rs in behalf of internet connection, later they rufuses to give connection (No connection in locality) and making excuses every day to refund deposit money.
                      I am chasing them daily on call, emails no reply no update from them.
                      They are cheating their customers.
                      Dont buy connection from nextra plz plz..

                        My nextra broadband is not working since 16th june, 2017. I am filing complaints with your customer care executives daily from the respective date but my issue has not been resolved till date. Everytime your executives says the same repeated words that they will resolve my issue soon, i would really like to know what is the time period nextra's executives are talking about in the word "soon" because its already been 5 days and there is no resolution to my issues. I am very disappointed with nextra's poor services. Nextra takes payments in advance and they provide nothing to me as customer satisfaction services.

                          On 25th may 2017, i paid rs.2757 for a new internet connection plan name "nfinity 10 for 3 months unlimited". As per their employee (Name-ajay, contact no.[protected]), he said that our internet connection will establish in 2-3 days. Then after 5-6days, he is not responding well and giving us reason that "routers are not available so you have to wait for more 2-3 days". He conveyed us that nextra is such a superb company that work well on time and there will be no delay in service in future. Then in next 2-3 days, 2 workers of nextra came to check whether thr is availability of nextra internet in our locality and they said no "nextra internet connection cannot be established in your area. This was the first when we found that their employee"ajay"give us a false statement regarding connection. Each day i call to"ajay"and your customer care centre, i was getting same reply that"your money will be refunded in 1or 2 days". Then i mailed company regarding payment refund issue and they inform us that money will refunded in bank account only. But the main issue comes when they told us that they require that person account no. On whose name that"ajay"registered the new connection because he didn't inform us that registered person account should be exist and now registered person account is not exist and the co. Is not even ready to transfer the money in other family member's account. I dont know how will i get my money back. Please help"consumer compalaint board"

                            I was a Nextra customer since early 2016 at Sector 12, Noida and was relatively satisfied with the connection. Just recently, I moved to Jaypee Kosmos and noticed that the services would be available at the location and called on the provided number [protected]. An executive, Neeraj Prakash showed up on 21st May, 2017 and to my surprise insisted that I cancel the existing connection and get a new one saying that this was the only way and the company would charge a huge amount to shift an existing connection.

                            He forced me to pay 1 month's tariff to initiate the new application (Rs.919) and handed over a Nextra receipt (picture attached) assuring me that no other charges were necessary. The CRF No. on the receipt is RA041602. At no point did he mention that:

                            - A new router is required to be purchased.
                            - A router is offered complimentary if the payment was made for 3 months upfront.

                            Ever since, most of my phonecalls have been unanswered or simply disconnected, let alone any progress on the connection. When I enquire at the Nextra customer care, the CRF No. doesn't match. This man has been holding my money since almost two weeks without even initiating the application and has been absconding without providing any updates.

                            During this time, he's used other Nextra executive's numbers to sidestep any accountability. They are:

                            - Saurabh - [protected]
                            When I called him, he confirmed that Neeraj uses his phone but refused to take any responsibility, or help. When I said I was left with no option but to write to Amitabh Choudhury's email, a contact earlier provided by Neeraj, he said 'Jaao kardo. Voh koi nahin hai' and disconnected.

                            - Jitendra - [protected]
                            Every time I call him, this guy insists that Neeraj is not around and I should talk to him directly, but unlike Saurabh, he was not rude or disrespectful.

                            Against my repeated calls, I only got a complaint number [protected] which was automatically put into the resolved category by Nextra without a resolution. A new number [protected] was generated without any action so far.

                            During this time I also got calls from their Gurgaon customer care [protected], the first on last Friday from a lady executive, Amita, assuring me that she was able to speak to Neeraj and the connection would be installed on Friday before 4 pm or Saturday before 12 noon without any additional charges. Again, no action from him on this. The second call was from Bhanu, on Saturday on the same matter. Neeraj finally called on Saturday (2 weeks after collecting the deposit) and made excuses, saying he didn't tell me about the router options because the company was offering very poor quality routers and duping customers and that I buy one for myself, a suggestion I refused. He insisted the connection is being processed and he would connect with me in half an hour which he never did and has been untraceable since, not answering any calls or messages.

                            I have requested each of their customer care executives as well as the fraudulent field executives to cancel all my connections and refund my deposit but to no avail. Such lack of work ethic is unheard-of and such behavior is downright pathetic. The company should instead employ these executives to pick pockets in railway stations and bus stops. That is all they are good for!

                            I urge all to be extremely careful in dealing with these field executives and ensure that their services are in order before making any payment to them.

                              I had asked for a connection to be installed last tueday.
                              The person who came for registration said that the connection wire could be placed inside my home. But the technical professional said that the connection could be made inside my home, and asked me to take a refund and left. Now the person who took the money is not responding and is not initiating my refund,

                                It seems neither team have the intentions nor the capability of handling customer queries. The floor supervisor gives wrong information to the customer and and the managers are not available during office hours. When i tried to reach floor supervisor's (Priti) manager on 26/05/2017 I was told he is not available during office hours ( i was been told 9am - 7 pm is the working hours) . 30 seconds waiting time runs into minutes .

                                I have registered two complaint [protected] and [protected] on 25/05/2017 which was taken as resolved without even taking feedback The floor supervisor, Salauddin gives wrong information and takes no responsibility of owning information and also tries to degrade customer mentioning that since they have downgrade plan they need to call after recharge .

                                To brief below are the takeaway points:-

                                1. Floor supervisor does not provide full information to the customer
                                2. Response time is longer than what is been said
                                3. Floor manager is not available during office hours.
                                4. Speed of the internet does not match with the prescribed speed .( I had registered many complaints in regard to the same).


                                Very disappointed with the service. I would urge you to like into this urgently .

Now he is not recieving calls. I have got a verification account mail and a reciept which has crf number. I have called customer care they are saying that it is a wrong crf number. You areworst the service provider ever. Your job is just to cheat people.

                                    Hi Nextra Team,

                                    I am a Customer to Nextra since long back with Customer ID: 2091900 and since then I am using such a pathetic service and net speed.

                                    I am facing issue with the Net speed and frequently disconnection on regular basis.

                                    On today i.e 15th May 2017, I have upgraded my from from 10mb to 50 mb.
                                    But still I am getting download speed of 10-14 mb/p using speed test.

                                    Also in the past i have raised many tickets for low network speed but no proper resolution is provided.

                                      I am the customer of Nextra Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. vide Customer I.D. No. 2075901. In this regard it is a matter of record that the internet services is not being provided by you for the last about 20 days for which several complaints have since been registered with your Customer Care though each and every time I have been given the false assurances by your Executives & Supervisors that it will be resorted within four hours. The last one was registered yesterday itself i.e. 01/05/2017.

                                      As such due to non-availability of internet connection I have been suffering a lot for no fault of mine and has to arrange the internet services through the other Internet Providers. By this way I have to unnecessarily bear the extra expenditure & to pass through mental agony.

                                      In view of the above, it is very much regretted to mention here that your Company who claims to be reputed one is continually putting deaf ears to the genuine complaints of their esteemed customer & failed to restore the Internet Services. In case I am not compensated for the financial loss suffered by me as well as mental agony through which I have to pass through I will be compelled to approach the appropriate Legal Forum to redress my Grievance.

                                        I had used Nextra for more than 3 years, Multiple times their internet went down and after multiple complaints, it got resolved.
                                        This is issue in their service but I was surprised when I discover they also do fraud with their customers.

                                        I requested them to cancel my connection because I have been shifting to new location which they have not done for a month and then they have send me a bill which I have not checked in a mail. Then I got a call from a girl name Riya saying their is a case against you in Karkardoma court for which she don't have any detail and gave a lawyer number named Rakesh Tyagi who has filed the case. She told me to call him to get it settled. When I called him he told me to pay 2149 rupees to the Nextra to settled it. Else you have to face the consequences.

                                        When I inquired about that number Its turned out a spam. My experience was very bad with Nextra service.
                                        Nextra Teleservices customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
