I have applied Nextra broadband connection on 2nd Sep 2020 through their Sales Executive in Jaipur. On the same date, I paid the connection charges Rs. 1707/- via Paytm(Paytm payment acknowledgment and Nextra payment receipt attached) in nextra's account. Since that time everybody was working from home so while applying for broadband connection, they promised me to install the broadband connection within 1-2 days max. But when broadband connection didn't get install within promised date, I approached sales executive and requested him to cancel my connection order. He suggested me to call customer care to cancel the connection request. And I did the same. Customer care confirmed me my connection cancellation. And now on 24th Mar 2022, I'm following-up with customer care executive on alternate day to get my refund since Sep-2020 but still no confirmation from their end. Nextra Customer ID: 2097635. My Connection is not working since 30th June 2021 and every day I complained to customer care regarding that and they are just saying in 12 Hrs every time. And still my issue is not resolved.

No wifi singal at hotel grand plaza highway meerut at mid night 4am to at the till time

I applied for a new broadband connection in Nextra (CRF No-RA080595). Payment of 2700 rupees is paid to Nextra Teleservices on 26/10/2020. Due to some reason, I am not able to get the connection.

I am following up with the support team over mail and phone over the past 6 months, but every time I got the same response that we are processing.

It is very unprofessional behavior from such a renowned company.

I want my refund at the earliest and also compensionation for mental harsement.

This is the worst company I have seen net is not working from last 9 days trying from 3 days customer care not working biggest mc bc saale noone is replying on email just manager told me company has not given salary to them from Feb..mc bc saale chor...never ever use there service..

My Nextra WiFy Connection is not working from this Morning i.e 19/5/2021.
Online Customer Care Number are not functioning. I wanted to close my connection and refund my router amount.

Nextra brand just want money and not give any services in return.
Customer care executives don't even know how to talk to a customer. Sometimes they just avoid call and not receive call. They enjoy their time as I can hear their voices 😡 and fool innocent customers. Shameless people . Bloody liers.
This whole month was nothing but mess. I feel helpless. I wish I have power to teach them a lesson. So they can improve somehow.
I don't know what to do.😥
Who can help me in this situation?
I want to take legal action.
Someday NEXTRA will be destroy in pieces. My curse will definitely work.

I have a broadband connection of Nextra, I have requested to surrender my connection and refund my security amount on 17.10.2020.

After passing a longtime, neither my connection is surrendered nor security amount is refunded even after regular follow up.

So you are requested to get the refund amount as soon as possible.

The broadband is not working Since 16 April 2021.

I have planned 300 Mbps of Nextra WiFi but it is not even offering speed of 90 Mbps I have complained many times before but there is no response so far You also asked to send an engineer but that too did not come I got a call on customer care every day but no one responds When I have paid you full money, you should give me the speed right, should you? He said that he will give 5G but he is not even giving 5G.

I m sufrring from your bad drodband services from the bignig of taking this waist of money & headached connection. Its not working good still for a week anytime, but I was taking it lightly bcoz by complaining to the distbuter it was resolved but now he is not a part of your company & your service is paithentic for me, I have registerd a complaint after many try to your costumer care no on 01/04/2021 complaint no is 5008. But their is no action taking by you till now, I regularly try to follow up with your executives but no benifit at all, hope fully this time I get something othvise, i 'll make a legal action against this. Nextra Broadband is not working for 5 days, I complained to customer care but My issue was not resolved yet.

This is a regular problem that i have been facing since the time i started using this [censored] wifi services .
Whenever j call my service provider his phone is out of service .
There is no internet available to the router .

My broadband connection is closed which was registered with no [protected] because of poor service and poor local support. However, after a gap of 3.5 month my security money has not been refunded.
Kindly do the needful.
