My Wi-Fi connection is not working from last two days and speed is very low. Cab light is not working from the first day of lock down. I am a regular customer and always renew my connection before the date of expiry. So this is my humble request please sort out the matter as early as possible.

    Sir/madam,
    I am an existing customer of nextrawith customer id 2132588 and i have been complaining for router replacement for last 10 days but no action has been taken yet. Every time i call customer support i am told that the issue will get resolved in 12hrs but what i get after 12hrs is next 12hrs and so on. They have made me wait for more than 10 days telling your issue will get resolve in 12hrs. I am working from home right now and i have very urgent requirement of internet, i have lost my project due to this internet issue and have beared a heavy loss and now i may loose my job as well due to this negligence from service provider. Please look into this issue and resolve it soon.

      It’s been 2 days, my wifi is not working. I have complained the service provider but they are delaying it. They are not taking right action, despite, they are telling that due to lockdown it is not possible to solve the issue easily. Moreover, i feel like internet is one of the essential thing during this tenure.
      Also, it's not a matter of today, i've been facing this issue from. Past 1 month. Out of 30 days, they provide services for 18-20 days, the rest goes into complaint and issues.

          My nextra cable os not working properly due to which iam not able to do my office work... Please fix this issue iam very fed up with the services please fix it as fast as you can... Dont know how time it will take to fix it because service of nextra is very slow... Please do it fast if you can do it because i have several meeting to attend and do various works online...             I am writing this mail to bring to your kind notic my grievance that is just got my 6 months 100mbps connection installed today on 2332020.
            It has not been activated. Kindly resolve my problem.

            The payment of rs 3421 has been made to mr jamuna prasad through paytm whose mobile number is [protected]. He gave number of mr vicky which is [protected]. They are not picking up my calls and when i am sending them messages they are not replying.

            I am attaching the image of the payment for your reference.
            Kindly arrange to refund the amount as soon as possible.

            My connection details are
            Customer id 2142175. I really had a bad experience by getting the connection installed.

            I took 6 months package & now my days will start getting reduced from the package.

            I request that kindly do the needful as soon as possible and reply back to me and arrange for refund the payment as soon as possible as i am not able to do my office work which is needed to be done on timely basis.

                Hi,

                The internet is not working since the installation done. I have been chasing your local isp and customer care but nothing happened yet.

                I had purchased the 50 mbps plan and paid the amount through paytm to your authorized local isp.

                I have requested for the invoice for the paid amount but they didn't give it yet. It's been two days now.

                I know there is lock down, but soft copy of the invoice should have sent at my registered email id.

                I request you to get this issue fixed asap.

                  I have requested for a connection shift request on 9th march and today more then 8 days past but there is no response from your side.

                  Everyday i am calling to the customer support team to know the status and every time they say it will be done today, but after that no call or message from them.

                  Its too much now, i can't wait any longer for your response because the connection shift usually happens in 2-3 days only and you are not going to provide any extra days to me that is wasted because of you.

                  If it's not done today then i am going to file a complaint against you guys with all proofs and recording that your team.

                  Note: now i am not going to pay any money to your team for connection shifting because of you i have already wasted my time and days after paying full amount to you.

                    Despitr getting assurance from customer care, the internet is still not working. The technician visited on 1st day and said that the issue will be resolved by afternoon but its bee 2 days now. Nodal officer and appellate officer are also not responding to emails. They still charge for the internet not used. What is the point of paying them full amount if they don't even restore the connection

                    Even after resolving the ticket, the issue has again cropped up. Almost 5 times ina day, internet services are disrupted.

                      My refund is pending since last 6 months. Have made so many calls and mails to the customer support but no response. Just delaying the request.
                      Pathetic service and extremely non-competent customer care support. Have to follow-up atleast 5-6 times for each service request. Network quality is very poor and no actions taken on complaints. Even on disconnecting, refund process is still in-progress from last 6 months. No way for escalation also. Completely unsatisfied!

                        From past one month i have not been receiving proper speed. They have taken 4 month advance payment for 50 mbps and i am getting 1-2 mbps.

                        My name is yugal kishor joshi.
                        It has been 5 months and my refund has not been sent. I am very upset.

                        Please send my money My registered mobile no is -[protected].

                        I called customer care many times. But they always talk to wait. Therefore I request you to send my money to me. This money is very important to me.
                        They stopped operations in my area just after my renewal payment for 3 months. They promised me to refund entire money within few days. However I am continuously following up for more than 150 days for my refund. I have written multiple emails and had conversations over phone but there is no resolution till date.

                          What a rubbish wifi service they provide, 4 out of 7 days their wifi speed is down and i have to use mobile data. What's the use of wifi then when you have to use mobile data?? I am going to switch as soon as my recharge is over and will tell around in my circle and everywhere what a great # service this company provides. I heard this company services are good but i was wrong.

                            I have been facing the connectivity issue since last four days 9th oct, the executive at call center says when i call in the morning that your query will be resolved today till evening and when i call in the evening they say that the it will be resolved in the morning then one of the executive said i will arrange a field engineer visit who did not not turned up next two days. The call center is not giving me the complaint number as well. Today i sent an email to the nodal officer of nextra too.

                            Today i called up the call center at 8.30 am and the executive told me that by today evening my problem will be resolved, he did not told me any specific timing. When i asked him for a complaint number he said that the sms for complaint registration is sent once only and now you can note it down, i was not having the pen and paper so could not write the same. I completely on their mercy for my complaint.
                            I called again on 3.45 pm to know the status and i insisted to speak to senior, there was a girl Ms. Shikha who attended my call and said that seniors are busy on another call which the other call center executive have told me earlier also. I asked her to arrange a call back which she agreed and told that she will arrange it now, but no call till now. Now my internet is completely not working.

                            I called up just now at 4.09 and spoke to Mr. Chandravelu, i took my complaint number from him, my first complaint was registered on 10 Oct 2019 against complaint number [protected] whereas i am complaining from 9 Oct 2019 onwards. To all my surprise Mr.Chandravelu told me that my first complaint was resolved on 12 Oct 2019 and when you called again the new complaint has been registered against complaint number [protected], i am not at all aware that how my complaint is resolved whereas i have been keep on calling them. I told Mr. Chndravelu that sometime back i spoke to Ms. Shikha and when i insisted her to let me talk to some senior, she told me that they are busy in attending the other calls, then i asked her to arrange a call back, which she agreed and said that you will get a call back soon, but there was no call back, then Mr. Chandravelu said that there is no senior is available on sunday and the field staff who will rectify your complaint works only 5 days a week so wait till monday afternoon. Why other people were lying and this is disgusting. They are absolutely unprofessional.

                            I called up today at 830 am, Mr. Chandra on the call from call center told me that my complaint is in process and would be rectified today as the engineer is available today. Then i called again at 2.30 pm and there was a girl calling and she took a very swift action and said that we will extend your validity for the days your connection was not working and let me put you to the engineer for the feedback, then she connected my call to the engineer and he said that in your area all the cables are cut by electricity department, so we are fixing the same and the internet will resume by today evening.
                            I would like to convey my sincere thanks to this consumer complaints portal who conveyed my voice to the senior management and finally i was able to get exact information for my problem, and the compensation too.
                            My problem is still not resolved and i will wait till today evening to write further.

                            I regret that i am replying late, but when one of the field engineer visited my place then he found that the charger connected to modem was not working properly. Such a poor service they have. Thanks to consumer complaint portal else they might have not listened to me.

                              Respected sir/mam,

                              I wanted to draw your attention to the negligence i faced because of your services. I was also one of the customers of your nextra broadband and i feel so neglected as a customer as my queries were not taken so seriously as i thought so.
                              I had requested for disconnecting my internet services from nextra because of my shifting issues and financial problem for which also called in customer care much time for disconnection of the router as soon as possible but they said they'll do this but yet no response.
                              Then i had to submit all router and cables to nearest nextra centre in kotla mubarakpur parsadi gali 110003 because i was getting no response from your side and i had to shift in a hurry that's why.
                              But now the problem is that as per your terms and conditions, security fee has to be returned of amount 1000 rs, which i deposited at the time of my router installation. Please kindly get in touch with me for my query to be solved.
                              As simple as that i want my security fee back which is also mentioned in your conditions also, it's been a month and no one is ready to respond to my queries.
                              It would be kindful of you if you treat your every customer equally and do as per you have said.

                                I paid 707 plan charge in advance to install new bordband internet connection on 08 sept and i was assured by company that next day they will install it. But today is almost 6 days and they are even not telling me when they will install and setup connection at my home. I have followed with them 10 times but always getting response that they are still checking. Now neither they are refunding my money nor they are installing connection. Pls assist.

                                They completely denied to refund my money and agreed to install connection after one month of delay. Now there service is very poor. J have raised multiple call and issues reference are - [protected], 5002, 5003, 5004, 5005, 5006, 5007 but issues never got resolved but they just closed all tickets. Even they don't agree to provide SLA of these tickets. Looks like they don't bother about customer tickets and service level agreement. Would require consumer forum intervention to either resolve issue permanently or refund my money completely including installation charge.

                                  I have a broadband connection of nextra and on august 31, 2019 i raised a complaint (Ticket number: [protected]) about internet network is not working for me. After few ours one representative came and analyzed the issue. Before leaving he told me that some wire is missing outside which needs to be replaced to get this issue fixed. I requested to do the needful and if any help require from my side i am ready. He left and after 2 hours i got message that my complain number [protected] has been resolved. But sooner i realized that issue is still there so i called customer care again and asked about ticket status, she told that ticket has been resolved. I conveyed that my problem is still there, she apologized and told me that in next 2 hours your issue will get resolved.

                                  On september 1, 2019 i again called customer care and enquirer about my issue and at this time they registered another complain (Ticket number: [protected]) and promised me that by the afternoon your issue will get resolved.in afternoon i got another message that ticket [protected] has been resolved but again issue was still there. Then i realized that nextra is very good in system to resolve customer issues as they closing their tickets on time irrespective of customer issue resolved or not. Their ticket resolution system is clean.

                                  Then i again called customer care and at this time they again registered my third complain about same issue and this time ticket number was [protected]. Which is still pending same as issue.

                                  In mean time i wrote my concern to nodal ([protected]@nextraworld.com) but no response from their side as well.

                                  This is pathetic service and harassment of customer as customer has to do multiple follow ups for same issue as their ticketing system doesn't care about customer.

                                    Hi - I am using Nextra Wi-Fi from 1 year. They are providing pathetic service now, everyday I have to call to Nextra customer care. Some time cable is broken, cab light not working, speed is very down. The worst part is I am not able to connect my Android TV.

                                    I am not happy with the services provided by this company. I am totally pissed off, sometime during my office calls, internet goes down and I get very upset.

                                      On 21st June 2019, I Applied for a new connection and paid INR 700 as advance towards registration. However, the connection was not activated for a week. Hence i decided to cancel the Connection and filed for Refund.

                                      CRF Number- EA 141163

                                      Complaint Number: [protected] dtd 28th June 2019.

                                      It has been two months since that day, have followed up Umpteen times on their Customer Care Number, Written more than 10 times to Support, Nodal officer and Appellate also. But no resolution is provided except writing back that someone will get in touch shortly.

                                      I want this refund to be processed at the earliest.

                                        I had a nextra connection in delhi, there were 1500 as deposit against the router. I had to move pune, so i closed my connection and returned router in feb 2018.
                                        After that i followed up on refund for approx 15 time (Request no: [protected]), everytime i am getting the response that refult would be processed in next weeek but till date i didn't get the refund on it.
