i have bought a micra diesel car from STERLING NISSAN GURGAON HARYANA SHOWROOM in 2011,i am also having extended warranty.i have made several complaint to customer care through call center and mail,but despite my repeated complaint they have not come forward to resolve the problem.i have been facing gear shifting,low average,break noise and engine heaviness problem.the persons working with the above mentioned companies workshop are not willing to rectify these problem mentioned above,due to which i have been forced to drive my car in bad condition.i have bought this car for my convenience not for harassment that i have faced in last 20-25 days.whenever i call there call center they always provide me the information that my complaint is in progress and would be entertained within 72 hours,i have lodged my complaint on 29 june,and ,as till today no one have tried to contact me.this is totally harassment done by NISSAN company towards consumer.
NISSAN should take all the complaint seriously and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

    My Sunny XL Petrol car is having some serious problems, but the service centre not only just denied to acknowledge it, but also gave me no error clearance.
    On Road Service technician found the fault as defective fuel pump, electronic items and use Duplicate Coolant provided by the service centre.
    Even after sending so many mails, customer care complains, no result seems to come yet.

      I have purchased a Nissan Sunny XL car from B M Nissan , Faridabad on 26.04.2013 paying full money in advance. At the time of booking Sales Executive Mr Subodh Chowdhury told me that they will provide zero deductable insurance cover and in case of accident nothing will be deducted. But after purchasing the car on 26.04.2013 I found that insurance policy does not cover all risks. He told that he will add zero deductable clause .At the time of enquiring the price of the car , dealer at Delhi with Faridabad Registration was offering all risk cover , zero deductable insurance cover. They promised to deliver the car in Faridabad at lesser price. But I paid extra to B M Nissan ,Faridabad as the sales man ship of B M Nissan was very nice. I prefered to pay more to them thinking that they are near to my residence. After purchasing the car the representative contiously promissed me that he will make my insurance policy to Zero deductable policy. I have full money in advance. Now on 10.06.2013 he told that he can not do so as he was supposed to change it within 24 hrs time. He is not refunding any money which he should for not covering full insurance.

        I HAD PURCHASED A NISSAN SUNNY DIESEL CAR IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY (2013) . SINCE THE DAY ONE WHENEVER I APPLY BRAKE IT GIVES A LOUD NOISE. I CONTACTED THE DEALER (NEO NISSAN), WHICH DID NOT YIELD ANY RESULT. I HAD CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES. NOW THE DEALER HAD SHUT HIS SHOP. THE NEAREST DEALER SAYS THAT HE CANT HELP IT. I AM IN A FIX AS I AM HESITANT TO DRIVE THE CAR.

          I have purchased a NISSAN MICRA , 1.5 XV PREMIUM UM DIESEL ON 17TH Oct , 2012 . I have been recommended by my friends , that this is a good car. I had taken my vechile for serice on 2-2-13 for my check up after 1000 kms., the response and the way they were handling customers was not that Good. Still I didn't mind them , as I thought may this is due to the people/ staff . Then when I went for the First service on 20/04/2013 , the responce was worst , they told me that the vechile will be delivered by 4 pm , till 7.30 pm I had to wait there , as only after we reached there at four they had started the works, which was very strange , There were few more customers , who were shouting at them too for this type of problems.

          On 23rd of May 2013, my vechile had a technical problem , where the ignition/steering was locked , i had to call your service personals to my native place about 63 from ahmedabad city. They have to bring the vechile to toe it , which was brought to Ahmedabad. From that day onwards for the last NIne days , they are just making fool o[censored]s. First they said , the code is not available to unlock the steering which has to come from JAPAN, once its comes with in one hour you will receive the vechile. Then after two days they said the code has arrived and still they are not able to open the same and parts needs to be replaced , Since them they say the parts needs to be brought from china. The cars front dasboard has been totally damaged by the technicians , while tring to open the spares. On complaining about the damages , they changes the parts form other accident vechiles that were available at the showroom , They still are saying that once the parts arrive aonly they will be able to get the car ready completely.

          My Father drives the car , he is very very much afraid the drving the car any more, his question is what if the steering got locked when he was driving ? This would have become a fatal accident, If so who would be responsible for this. Hence we are no more interested in this car with such serious problems and changed parts from other cars etc etc.

          We request your GOODSELF to kindly give us a new car , else we will go to the Consumer Court and will also put the to the media in INDIA.

            I BOUGHT NISSAN MICRA AS ON 29TH MARCH 2013 WITH ALREADY RUN 200 KM.

            SINCE THEN I RUN MY CAR, TILL DATE KM IS BEYOND 2800KM.

            I SENT TO SERVICE STATION AT 1000KM.

            AT THAT TIME AVERAGE WAS 11.5/LITRE.I COMPLAINED FOR THAT ON THAT DATE ALSO. EMPLOYEE OF CENTRAL NISSAN TOLD THAT WE CHECKED NOW IT WILL IMPROVE

            TILL TODAY ALSO AVERAGE IS 11.5/ LITRE.

            I GAVE BACK CAR FOR 27TH MAY 2013 TO CENTRAL NISSAN FOR CHECKING THE ISSUE. MR. BHAVESH FROM WORKSHOP TOLD THAT THEY DID THE PROCESS AND TAKE CAR BACK NOW YOU WONT HAVE PROBLEM.

            MY QUESTION IS WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT YOU ARE DOING.

            HE TOLD WE ARE SENDING THE VEDIO TO FACTORY , I ASKED SEND THAT VEDIO TO ME.

            NOW AT EVENING THEY TOLD ME THAT WE DID SOME PROCESS NOW PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. NOW AGAIN QUESTION AROSE. I ASKED WHERE IS THE VEDIO SEND TO ME.

            THEN HE SAID NOW WE HAVE TAKEN PICS NOT THE VEDIO……………

            I DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT ………….. EVERYBODY IS LYING CHANGINF THE STATEMENT



            IT IS HUMBLE REQUEST TO TAKE MY CAR BACK.

              sir this is to Inform u that i Samir mehra have purchased a nissan sunny registration number PBO2BE7787 under the name of SHIVAM EMBROIDERY from u r nissan dealer MR NISSAN AMRITSAR INDIA DATED 31/12/2012 as a new year gift for my children.,
              Sir this for u r knowledge that your sales staff who has made a deal with me for SUNNY NISSAN was so bad that not even half of the assesries was given to me as wat was promised while selling.even no steps were taken after complaing to their higher officials . They ignored my complaints by telling me that u r lieying . Sir i have MARUTI SWIFT dZIRe,HONDA CITY ,HUNDAI VERNA,and NISSAN SUNNY ( recently purchased) to be honest sir i have never ever had any complaints for other cars i have. Next part of my story starts when i took my car for the regular chek up at1000 km i complined them that my car whistles while driving the fast my car goes it whistles fasts sir to my surprises they kept my car for 2 days but could not figger out wat problem is they told me to come after 2 days we will change the belt but even after changig the problem was still their .So they told me to come after 1day again we will see wat the problem is .So i went to the workshop next day they i left the car their .Nex day they called me up that they have figguered out the problem the TURBO of the car is to be changed and it will be changed under warrenty and as they dont have in stock they will order for new turbo ,and i was promised that it will be changed within 15--- 20 days (which is supposed to be betwen10 of feb - to 20of feb 2013) as they promised me that they will inform when they will get the requiered part . sir to my surprised no body from MR NISSAN called me till 10 th of march again i called the workshop manager but no one took my call seriously they told me that till date we have not recievd the part we will call u when we will get it .sir i kept on calling them but nothing was done so on 20 of march i went to talk to the GM of the company and told him everything and he promised me that deffinately he will forward my complaint to the workshop but to my surprise nothing happened it was all timepass as they dont give to their custmer.sir i kept on calling workshop for my sparepart one day to my surprise on my hummble request one of the concerned person told me that sir acctually we forgot to order u r reqiuered sparepart (turbo) mycompany is acctully befooling u .sir i was really pissed of that day and i contacted the M D of the company and told him everything and he told me that he will definately call meafter getting all the facts ,but he never called me back .again i contacted the workshop for my problem as their was no other place to go i kept on calling the workshop nither GM of the company nor M D of the company ever called me or contacted me as i was geting insulted by each member ofMRNISSAN i was geting huumilated every dayas i was not getting any answer from any concerned person .At last on 6th of may i gets a call from the workshop that sir bring u r car and get u r turbo changed so i went their and they told by evening they will give me my car .they called me at 4 o clock to take my car as u r turbo is changed as i was short of time i told them if they can deliever it to my residence or iwill pick it next day. the next day i went their to pick my car as it was not deliver to my house to my surprise the refused to give my car because they said the guy who called u is not present today he is on leave so he is the only person who can hand over the car .as i requested them when my car is ready and i have come hear to take let me take the car even after 2hours of my request they refused .again after 2days i went their to take my car they all refused to give me my car i dont know why they r not giving me my car after requesting to much MD ,GM told me to pay the price for the part and take the car.i told them u were suppose to change it FOC as it is under a warrenty .sir no one Even MD has not looked into the mater. day before yesterday again i went to their workshop to takemy car u wont belive it they all staff member the MD ,GM they insulted me so much even they abbuesd ,and tried to hit me and told me to get out their company and dont come back
              sir i have called at u r helpline twice and fillied a complained but no one even from their contacted me
              sir i m stunted to see how they r destroying the NISSANS reputation sir i dont have any other option other then to go to the newespaper as well as media
              sir no dout i have started telling people not by NISSAN .
              sir i have collected a big list o[censored]nsatisfied custmmoers of so called u r dealler mR NISSAN
              sir they have destroied the reaputation of NISSAN in AMRITSAR ,according to me their dealership has to be cancelled as they dont know how to take care of their custmers now it is u who has to see wat to do with them and how i will get my car back and how i wil be compansated ,sir i am regretting the day i took a desigen to become a member of NISSAN family .sir now i m not intersted in keeping my sunny because being a new car2300km even ,under warrenty gurrantee wat so ever has happened wit me wat is going to happen when it is going to go out of warrenty, i am sccared. I am to much disturbed sir now it is on you how u take my matter ,an early action will appercieable,

                The car was delivered with certain promise of refund on corporate discount and extended warranty. The money was taken for extended warranty but warranty not provided. Also money is charged for accessories which was not included in my list of purchase. For last 7 months i have been following up. Their own account statement given by their accounts department with brouchre and price list given at time of sales has been given but no response yet after repeated emails to them since last so many months. I have even written to Nissan India but its like puting a word to deaf ear.....On top of this they give best dealer award to this dealer - what a joke

                My name is Somnath Chatterjee. I had pre booked a Nissan Terrano and paid an advance of Rs.50, 000/- to your local dealer here at Bangalore 4 months back. I have been eagerly waiting for the vehicles launch and subsequent deliveries.

                I had been ready to pay a premium for a Nissan product although it is similar in most ways to a Duster owing to the goodwill of the Nissan brand. I am already regretting my decision owing to the deliberately poor service of your local dealer SHAHWAR Nissan.

                My customer care representative one Mr. Prathap keeps promising me a delivery date and then fails. So fat this has happened 3 times. My booking is for a Petrol Terrano Bronze grey colour. Initially I was told that the delivery will take place by end October. I thus sold off my old car. They failed this date. Then it was moved up to the 10th of November. Subsequently to the 20th and and now I am not sure when and if indeed the delivery will happen.

                Moreover, the kind of response that this dealership gives is pathetic to say the least. They say they will call back with correct info but never do so. Even one Mr. Pawan who is supposed to be the supervisor is equally lackadaisical. These are tough times for the auto industry and I am sure that you do not want me to go viral on social media websites with my rather shoddy experience with Nissan brand so far.

                  Dear Mr Carlos Ghosn

                  I purchased the Nissan Qashqai brand car manufactured in 2012 that I own right now from your authorized seller based in Izmir on 27.08.2012.

                  Due to the inundation that took place in the area where I reside on 14.03.2013, I left my car to the company which is the authorized seller as well as the authorized service provider on 15.03.2013 (only the bottom of the car was wet) and a record of damage was opened on the same date.

                  Although the car was foreseen to be delivered in 4 to 5 days in the first meeting with the service provider, it was later on stated that there was an installation failure (?) related to airbag of the car and that part was ordered from the manufacturer and for that reason the delivery period would take longer than expected.

                  Approximately 20 days after from the delivery date, which was 03.04.2013, I started calling Nissan Otomotiv A.S. Istanbul TURKEY HQ customer relations and spare part department for repeated times however there was no feedback to the repeated calls or e-mails (since the service provider stated that supply of the part was the duty and responsibility of Nissan A.Ş. and that negotiations should be held with Nissan A.Ş.).

                  Then, I sent e-mails to authorized seller-service provider representative on 11.04.2013 and 12.04.2013 and requested them to inform me what was the scope of the problem in my car, why was it delayed to be delivered, what was the date of requesting the spare part and what was the current situation however I received open ended answers to my questions on 12.04.2013 and they didn’t inform me about the scope of the problem and just answered as follows: “It is expected that the installation that has been ordered from the manufacturer is expected to be shipped from abroad on 13.04.2013. It is expected to be in our stocks in the week following 22.04.2013.”

                  During the face-to-face meeting that was held on 03.05.2013 with the agency and the main importer Nissan Otomotiv A.S., it was stated that no definite period can be given due to the supply of the relevant part and consequently that it was impossible to supply the part of my car which had only covered a distance of 2.000 km and which is still being manufactured actively by the factory at that phase.

                  Since my car hasn’t been repaired and the part hasn’t been supplied and no period has been notified within 52 days that lapsed between the date I left my car to the service (15.03.2012) until the date of notification (06.05.2013) I claim full refund of the value of my car or replacement of my Car with a new one.

                  Because of these events, I am really very disappointed and frustrated. A worldwide company like Nissan, should have solve the problem. At least, your representative here should have other solutions. They really don’t have the spare parts in stock. They don’t accept the mistake in production or some other kind of responsibility. For more than 50 days, with no sign of solution, I am waiting without knowing the end. I have no other car than Qashqai.

                  I think it is my right to claim from Nissan Motors to redress grievances.

                    I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALIPER PART NO - 410011 HAOB,410111 HAOB.I WENT TO SIDESHAR AUTOMOBILE AT GURGAON LAST TO LAST MONTH FOR THE SERVICE WHERE THIS PART WAS TO BE CHANGED AS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT I HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY THE DEALER THAT THIS PART HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED BY THE NISSAN COMPANY WHICH WAS TO BE DELIVERD TO THE DEALER IN JANUARY.
                    IT HAS BEEN INFORMED ME BY THE DEALER THAT THIS PART IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NEW VEHICLES WHICH ARE TO BE MANUFACTURE AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY SPEAR PART WITH THEM.

                    Dear sir, i[censored]r veh is under warranty the problem wth calipers aNd sound Comes only fr lh side wheel. Nowadays calipers not available. Ur veh calipers carriers, pins, and hard ware kit to be replaced. If veh is under warranty, It can be changed under warranty. Hard ware kit is to be replaced under paid [protected]@rs 650-700.

                            We bought a Nissan Sunny car(HR26W0020) in march 2012.In september 2012,there occurred a problem in brakes of the car to which the Bhagat Nissan ( Mohali) replied that the drums in the brakes need to be changed and that they right now don't have drums in stock.But even after numerous follow ups and frequent visits to Bhagat Nissan(Mohali), its been 6 months now that we are still waiting for those drums.As of now the brakes are in awful condition and require serious repair.plz help

                              DEAR SIR,

                              I AM THE NISSAN LIVINA OWNER'S HUSBAND, THE CAR BOUGHT SINCE 2008 OCTOBER . FIRSTLY I WAS TEST DRIVE ON NISSAN LIVINA IS A GOOD CAR, BUT THEN THE SERVICE CENTRE WHICH PROVIDE US THE EXPLANATION IS POOR. DURING I SEND THE CAR FOR SERVICE / WARRANTY JOB THEY ALWAYS REPLY / INFORM ME LATELY ABOUT 2-3 MONTH ( PARTS ARRIVE ) IF I DONT CALL THEM THEY JUST MAKE DONT KNOW.
                              ONE ISSUE IS VERY UNHAPPY FOR ME IS I ALREADY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE STEERING SYSTEM ( SAFETY ISSUE) GOT KNOCKING NOISE & THEY SAID THE( STEERING COLUMN SHAFT) NEED TO REPLACE TO IMPROVEMENT PARTS, THAT ONE OK FOR ME BUT AFTER CHANGING THAT PART I JUST DRIVE ONLY FOR ONE TO TWO MONTH THE KNOCKING NOISE STILL APPEAR & REMAIN THE SAME KNOCKING NOISE. I SEND IT AGAIN TO THE WORKSHOP THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE IT ( THAT PART ONLY CAN CLAIM ONE TIME ONLY ) JUST ONLY CAN (CLAMP IT ONLY AT VISE ) . AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR 3 YEARS / 100, 000KM OVER I FOUND OUT THE KNOCKING NOISE IS FROM THE STEERING RACK ASSY PRODUCE KNOCKING NOISE ( I WAS FEEL VERY ANGRY & SAD FEELING LIKE GET CHEATING ).
                              I CALL THE WORKSHOP AGAIN & ASK THEM THE STEERING RACK PRODUCE KNOCKING NOISE WHY THE TECHNICIAN CAN'T FIND THE PROBLEM & SOLVED IT. I ASK THEM WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE, THEY SAY NEED TO CHANGE THE STEERING RACK ASSY, I SAID WHY DON'T U CHANGE UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD & NOW THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER. THEY SAID SORRY SIR THE COST OF THE STEERING RACK ASSY COST ABOUT RM4,[protected]EW01A) YOU NEED TO PAY & I REFUSE TO CHANGE IT BECAUSE THE PRICE IS SKY HIGH!!!
                              THE PROBLEM IS I ALREADY SEND THE CAR TO THE WORKSHOP FOR CHECKING / INSPECTION ABOUT THIS ISSUE UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD WHY THE DONT WANT TO CHANGE FOR ME (REALLY CHEATING) THEY JUST CAN SAID SORRY I CANNOT HELP YOU .

                                I have booked nissan sunny petrol 2nd variant blue colour in the name of kuldeep kumar gupta on 21 jan 2013 for immediate payment no finance and i was assured by the sales exrcutive that i will get my vehicle by[protected] but they failed to do so, when i visited the showroom i was given another commitment that they will surely deliver the vehicle on or before 6th of feb,n 7th feb i was updated that no stock available and vehicle will be available only after 15-20 days, my question is when no stock is available why you took the booking?and now they are saying that the offer we had at the time of booking is not available at the time of delivery so we will not be able to give you the same offer, my quetion is when i have given the advance and blocked the vehicle then no point of offer changing or not? if the customer book the vehicle before offer and at the time of delivery if the offer assist will you refund the money?one of the reason i booked sunny was, short deliovery period.
                                Already 20 days wasted no response complaining customer care or to dealers, TODAY I HAVE GOT A CALL FROM DEALER THAT THE COMPANY HAS DENIED THE OFFER.
                                As a proof i have advance paid receipt,agreement copy -(discount clearly merntioned). i want you to help me, as it is clearly cheating and fraud done by nissan. showing attractive offer and getting the booking from customer and then delaying the vehicle and at the time of delivery saying that old offer is not valid.

                                  I had a very bad experience with this dealer and overall Nissan. They are the most unprofessional people I have seen.

                                  First time when I went to see the car they give me one price, over the email they give me second price and finally when I went to pay the booking amount they gave me third price. Looks like a bhindi Bazaar where there is no standard.

                                  Finally once i have booked the car they told me that car will be delivered after one month on 10th Feb 2013. I waited patiently for the day and they called me on 7th to tell that car has left Chennai and will be in showroom on 8th. They asked me to pay the remaining amount and i duly paid them the same through a draft. When I asked what time shall I come to take delivery on 10th they informed me that they will call me. When I did not receive any call on 9th I called them back and asked for the status. Then this guys says they cannot deliver on 10th as the car has not arrived. This is their plank to get the money in advance and then harass the customer. When we shouted at him, he arranged a delivery on 10th Feb only.

                                  When we went there he started making excused for delivery such as your payment is not complete, your draft is not yet paid etc. After fighting for 3 hours he finally agreed to give us car but on the final moment he told us that I need to give an undertaking as the car is not yet registered. I am responsible if anything happens to car and i cannot claim anything for insurance.

                                  This is the most unprofessional company. Never buy a Nissan Car. No wonder they lag in the market. They have no sense of customer service and are cheats looking to swindle money of their customers.

                                  I am Dipesh Dixit from noida (UP) India. I purchased Nissan Datsun Redi Go in feb-2017, from your authorized dealer Neo Nissan Sector-63, Noida. After purchasing of few month my car was creating many problems which I inform to your dealer on each car services. But your dealer services are very poor and very bad wherever I send my car for service all time they made many mistakes and for that all time I complaint there for this like many time petrol was theft from my car at service point, scratch on car at service time. now problems is from last few month back my car’s self start getting problem which I told many time there to service staff now when I gave my car for repair they told me that my car is under warranty and it will change without any charge but now when I go there to take back my car they made charges for that part. I told them that my car is under warranty and asked why you are charged they abused me and doing misbehaver with me by staff Mr. Rajat Parashar and Manager Mr Nitesh Kumar both are very rude and use very bad language.
                                  Please Resolve the problem otherwise I have only last option go consumer court and take legal action also I gave this news to news paper.

                                  I took my car for repair to your workshop on 10th January 2021 at around 11 AM after talking to your service manager. The job was allotted to Mr Firoz and I went back after completing the paperwork for insurance services. The survey was done by insurance personal and approval was received in 2 days and was informed about it by Mr Firoz on phone.

                                  But subsequently your guys are sitting on car as they have not received the parts as yet. Are you all are living in stone age and parts take more than 2 weeks to arrive that too within India. All flights operations have been resumed and then it is taking so long.

                                  Perhaps you guys think that car is not essential but a showpiece item and not required by owner. I am spending 1200 INR daily on my cab. Do you think I made a mistake by taking my car to Neonissan? Why dont you guys display it that we cannot provide services so that If someone gives his/ her car to your workshop then it will be their own responsibility? As such also I am fed up of Nissan services. The Zedex workshop is known for stealing parts from cars. So I shifted to Neonissan but unfortunately it is also going on same route.

                                  Who is going to compensate for the troubles faced by me due to noncompetence of Neonissan workshop?

                                  Hope I will get some answer to my agonies if some professionalism is still left intact in you guys.

                                    We have purchased sunny in June as first service is due after 10000 KM or six month so we booked service date on 20th-Jan-2013 after six month of purchased the car at the time of delivery after service has made on 20th-Jan-2013 they have handover the car to me unfortunately i have not checked the spear wheel is missing in the car after that day i moved my car on 26th-Jan-2013 and some big noise has come out from the boot side than i came to known about missing Speer wheel than i went to them they totally refuse for the same can you help us in the matter?

                                      I have purchased Nissan Micra car in June-2012 by name SUNIL DUTT SHARMA. A noise coming from front wheels. i have sent my vehicle to Royal Nissan Jaipur workshop in month September-12 . Engineers & other technical staff inspected my vehicle and told me that the caliper assembly of front wheels would be changed. but this part is not available with work shop till date. i have sent my vehicle two-three times but nigher the problem is solved nor part been changed. so please make arrangement to repair my car. it appear that the service of your agency in jaipur is not satisfactory.

                                        I am Vineet Bhargava from Jaipur, Rajasthan. I own a NISSAN SUNNY XV, registered in the name of my wife, Amita Bhargava. I met with an accident and my car was badly damaged. Henceforth, I placed my car at the workshop (of Dealer - Royal Automotors Pvt Ltd) on the 02nd of Dec 2012 and was committed that it shall be repaired and made available to me in a month's time.i.e on the 03rd of Jan 2013. But they haven't yet started working on my car. They are complaining that the company doesnot have the required parts in stock. I have also been mailing Nissan Customer Care since the 27th of Dec 2012 and they said that they shall reply me in 72hrs but they didn't. My car's registration No. is RJ14 CR 3663. My Mobile.                                         Please look into the matter and revert asap, as I am having great discomfort in the absence of my car.
