I have purchased a NISSAN MICRA , 1.5 XV PREMIUM UM DIESEL ON 17TH Oct , 2012 . I have been recommended by my friends , that this is a good car. I had taken my vechile for serice on 2-2-13 for my check up after 1000 kms., the response and the way they were handling customers was not that Good. Still I didn't mind them , as I thought may this is due to the people/ staff . Then when I went for the First service on 20/04/2013 , the responce was worst , they told me that the vechile will be delivered by 4 pm , till 7.30 pm I had to wait there , as only after we reached there at four they had started the works, which was very strange , There were few more customers , who were shouting at them too for this type of problems.
On 23rd of May 2013, my vechile had a technical problem , where the ignition/steering was locked , i had to call your service personals to my native place about 63 from ahmedabad city. They have to bring the vechile to toe it , which was brought to Ahmedabad. From that day onwards for the last NIne days , they are just making fool o[censored]s. First they said , the code is not available to unlock the steering which has to come from JAPAN, once its comes with in one hour you will receive the vechile. Then after two days they said the code has arrived and still they are not able to open the same and parts needs to be replaced , Since them they say the parts needs to be brought from china. The cars front dasboard has been totally damaged by the technicians , while tring to open the spares. On complaining about the damages , they changes the parts form other accident vechiles that were available at the showroom , They still are saying that once the parts arrive aonly they will be able to get the car ready completely.
My Father drives the car , he is very very much afraid the drving the car any more, his question is what if the steering got locked when he was driving ? This would have become a fatal accident, If so who would be responsible for this. Hence we are no more interested in this car with such serious problems and changed parts from other cars etc etc.
We request your GOODSELF to kindly give us a new car , else we will go to the Consumer Court and will also put the to the media in INDIA.

I had been ready to pay a premium for a Nissan product although it is similar in most ways to a Duster owing to the goodwill of the Nissan brand. I am already regretting my decision owing to the deliberately poor service of your local dealer SHAHWAR Nissan.
My customer care representative one Mr. Prathap keeps promising me a delivery date and then fails. So fat this has happened 3 times. My booking is for a Petrol Terrano Bronze grey colour. Initially I was told that the delivery will take place by end October. I thus sold off my old car. They failed this date. Then it was moved up to the 10th of November. Subsequently to the 20th and and now I am not sure when and if indeed the delivery will happen.
Moreover, the kind of response that this dealership gives is pathetic to say the least. They say they will call back with correct info but never do so. Even one Mr. Pawan who is supposed to be the supervisor is equally lackadaisical. These are tough times for the auto industry and I am sure that you do not want me to go viral on social media websites with my rather shoddy experience with Nissan brand so far.
